easton Park & Crosswinds Started in New Home Sales: 2015
Key Accomplishments in 2017:
At the beginning of 2017 I was fortunate enough to close 17 homes in Easton Park while also selling another 22 in quarter one. By Quarter two we had closed 19 homes in Easton Park and the second phase had been completely sold out. I was then transferred to Crosswinds in Kyle, Texas where I was able to sell another 13 homes and close 4. At the end of 2017 I had sold 43 homes in total, and closed 22. The volume of the homes sold equaled $13,083,783.00 and the volume of homes closed equaled $7,561,530.00. Because of the success in both Easton Park and Crosswinds I was awarded Presidents Club honors on three occasions, and Sales Person of the Quarter on two of those. I was also honored to be recognized at the Million Dollar Club Awards from the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin twice. Finally, I was awarded Sales Person of the Year at Pacesetter Homes for 2017. I had a very success- ful year that came with challenges such as building/cycle times, and assisting buyers in backlog for 13+ months, due to developer and construction delays. It was a year of learning and a year of serving many great families in Austin.

Tina Stone New Home Specialist Pacesetter Homes
# of Communities: 1
Started in New Home Sales: 2017
Key Accomplishments in 2017:
• 33 net homes sold in 2017 in Oak Creek which equaled in total dollar volume of $7,955,606.
• After kicking o the year with mainly to-be-built sales and having inventory on the ground later in the year, she closed 18 homes, which in total dollar volume equaled $4,986,106.
• Received a President's Club award in the Third Quarter of 2017 for outstanding sales performance from Pacesetter Homes, as well as a Bronze and Silver award from the HBA Million Dollar Club awards for closing revenue from the third and fourth quarter in Oak Creek of 2017.
• Looking back I am proud of the full year I had in Oak Creek. However, I struggled at rst in addressing objections to di erent buyer pro les, which caused me to lose con dence in myself and my commu- nity. Due to my lack of con dence, I invested more time in the Je Shore Consulting program which helped instill con dence with answering these objections. My priority then switched from just selling homes, to truly enjoying each visit with every guest that came through my door. Once I relaxed and put the guest rst, answering objections became second nature.

During the past three and a half years he’s been with Scott Felder Homes he has had the opportunity to build numerous homes that the owners have called their “Dream Homes”. With a 100% customer satisfaction on third party post close surveys, it shows he takes pride in what he does on a daily basis. It’s important to him to make sure the workers are safe, that the job is done on time, under budget and with the utmost quality and detail. He says all of this isn’t easy, but having the right attitude and the ability to multi-task and see the whole picture is how he rises above other builders. In 2017 he closed 15 homes in two di erent communities with a gross volume of $7,144,956 equaling an average price of $476,330.40. He wants every homeowner to have an exceptional experience and to enjoy the process. He understands that for many homebuyers purchasing a new home, especially at this price point, is a huge investment both nancially and emotionally. He enjoys educating the homeowner and keeping them involved, so they can see their vision come together.

The Thank a Framer campaign turns the spotlight on the unsung hero of American construction, ”the framer." We wanted to show framers some appreciation for the hard work they do in building our homes and infrastruc- ture. With over 200,000 vacant construction jobs, the framing industry is facing a crisis and this campaign hopes to inspire the next generation of men and women to take up their framing tools. To that end, the campaign has donated $1,100,000 to local building associations, and is working with them to train framers to ll these posi- tions and usher in a new wave of development.

Marketing Statement:
Our digital display ads were our most successful driver of tra c to our website and community. Launching in May 2017, our biggest hurdle was getting out the word that a ordable new homes and master-planned liv- ing was coming to a city with tough real estate competition. We targeted young families and rst-time buyers through bright lifestyle photos showcasing families, children and amenities like swimming at a pool. Utilizing concise messaging emphasizing the quick commute from Kyle to Austin, the active lifestyle available in our community, low price point, and our eye-catching logo colors of blue and orange, our digital ad campaign drove 88% of our website tra c.

This campaign was dual focused. One: engage current audience to like, share, interact and consume an an- nouncement of our 2017 Austin Business Journal Best Places to Work win. Two: target job/career-seeking indi- viduals. This campaign ran when we had 35 job postings, so timing was opportune to capitalize on 3rd party testimony of our company/culture.
