for the
conferring of the Degree

of
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine

Sat,yrday morning, the twenty-seventh of May

nineteen hundred and seventy-two
at nine forty-/ive
Severance Hall

Cleveland, Ohio

a dedication to

dr. philip r. wi•sner

Philip R. Wisn er, Director of Administrative Services, has been asso ciated w ith the
Ohio College of Podiatric M edicine for m ore than six years. During this tim e, he be-
cam e staunch fri ends, Fath er Confessor, co nfidant, and guiding light f or all students.
Humble, despite his enormous background in Pharmacological research and admin-
istration, Dr. Wisner 's co ntinu ous and sincere in terest in the profession, the students,
and the College, carried us all thro ugh w hat may be described as the m ost difficult
years f or OCPM. His selflessness quickly earned the devo tion and g ratitude of the stu-
dent body and the fa culty. Th e individual w ith a p ro blem, regardless of its origin, can
alw ays lo ok to him f or advice, and oft en times it is very co nclu sive . H e alw ays takes
th e tim e to listen, evaluate, and relate l o the co ncern ed student.

Saying " thank yo u " to a man like this seem s such a small repaym ent f or his con-
scientious and sincere relationship w ith the students. H e has been an inspiration to
each of us w ho has so ught his counsel. It is w ith m ost sincere appreciation f or his
untiring ef orts in its behalf, that the Class of 7972 resp ectfully dedicates this Oc-
cop odian to Philip R. Wisner.
