together may be a blessing
in disguise.

Many families have taken
this opportunity to sit on
their porch together and

watch the sun sink on
the day. We still know
that the sun will promise
to come up tomorrow
and continue to bless
and give us hope in our

lives.

Many students including myself are truly missing the Friday night lights, the early morning
bus rides to volleyball games, and just simply being at school with their classmates and
teachers. A lesson I learned from this whole COVID and quarantine experience is that we
take the time we have together for granted. As the school hallways emptied, the bells are
ringing but there are no smiles in the hallway just emptiness much like what we feel in
our hearts sometimes. -Junior, Hanna Miller
