Best of Business Award winners. As is the process each year, area businesses submitted

applications and completed a comprehensive questionnaire to provide detailed insight

into their company. Rich Allen of ActionCOACH, a local business-coaching firm, collected,

compiled and evaluated all applications. Each business was assessed in its effectiveness

and excellence in standard business functional areas such as customer service, sales

process, vision and mission. We then selected winners based on the information gathered
