Pregnancy Checks The pregnancy DC is 13. For every vaginal insemination, roll a d20. Both participants of the insemination may add or subtract their Constitution modifier once from the roll. Depending on their features and effects that affect them, they may also add up to twice their proficiency bonus. They may decide after the die result is shown. In case of a gangbang, roll separately for each vaginal insemination. In case of multiple simultaneous vaginal inseminations, roll separately for each load of semen. Successful pregnancy checks cannot override already existing pregnancies. On a 1 to 12, the inseminee is not pregnant. On a 13 to 21, the inseminee is pregnant. On a 22 or higher, the inseminee is pregnant with twins. On a 25 or higher, the inseminee is pregnant with triplets. On a 28 or higher, the inseminee is pregnant with quadruplets. The form of pregnancy (fetus, eggs etc.) depends on the carrier, unless oviposition took place or on creatures’ racial traits. Creatures either receive pregnancy checks or deliver pregnancy checks. Receiving pregnancy checks typically requires the presence of a vagina and a womb, and delivering pregnancy checks typically requires the presence of a penis or other sexual appendage and ejaculate like semen or eggs. Pregnancy checks are special ability checks that are not affected by features that normally affect ability checks, unless otherwise specified. Return to Table of Contents 7
Pregnancy Termination & Prevention There are several options for preventing or terminating pregnancy. Condoms are available in all but the smallest villages, and cost 5 copper a piece. Cassil for males and nararoot for females are common in towns and cities. When left to seep in any drink for 10 minutes or simply eaten, all pregnancy checks for the next 24 hours fail, and any pregnancy started in the last 3 days retroactively fails. Both cost 3 silver a piece. Temples of any deity provide anti-pregnancy services through divine magic. They have an effective limit of up to 6 months of pregnancy, and cost 10 gold per service. Simple birth control spells exist and can be learned by anyone with magic capabilities. Return to Table of Contents 8
Ability Check Ailments Inexperience, large insertions or marathon sessions may inflict penalties on characters, at the DM’s discretion. Ability check ailments usually include saving throws, and these can be affected by class features and racial traits as per normal. Winded Prolonged, throat-heavy oral sex forces receiving characters to make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or suffer disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth), Charisma (Persuasion) and Charisma (Intimidation) checks for 1d4 times 10 minutes. The saving throw is always rolled when Winded is inflicted on a creature unless otherwise stated, and the DC is 15 unless otherwise stated. Hamstrung Mismatched vaginal and/or anal insertions, whether it’s from roughness, inexperience or size difference, forces receiving characters to make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or suffer disadvantage on Dexterity checks, Dexterity (Acrobatics), Strength checks, Strength (Athletics) checks, Strength and Dexterity saving throws and a reduction of 10 feet to their movement speed for 1d4 hours. The saving throw is always rolled when Hamstrung is inflicted on a creature unless otherwise stated, and the DC is 15 unless otherwise stated. The movement speed reduction increases to 15 feet when both vaginal and anal penetration resulted in being Hamstrung. Spent If a creature orgasms an amount of times, known as the Spent count, equal to their Constitution modifier + 1 in an hour, to a minimum of 2, they must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or suffer a point of exhaustion. The final orgasm resets this timer, meaning the creature doesn’t have to make another Constitution saving throw until the creature again orgasms an amount equal to their Constitution modifier + 1 to a minimum of 2 within an hour after rolling the last Constitution saving throw. The Spent count resets after a short or long rest. Reducing the Spent counter to below a creature’s maximum Spent count removes the point of exhaustion suffered from it if it caused any, unless otherwise stated. Return to Table of Contents 9
Sexually Transmitted Diseases & Infections Some creatures may be carrying STDs and/or STIs. Their type and manner of living affect the likelihood of carriage and transmission. At the DM’s discretion, make a Constitution saving throw with the DC determined by the nature of an STD or STI that a sexual partner may be carrying. On a success, you resist the disease or infection. On a failure, you contract it. Magical creatures, especially those of a wilder or other-planar variety, may spawn STDs or STIs without being affected by them themselves. STDs and STIs are considered diseases, and spells like Lesser Restoration and potions like a Potion of Vitality can cure these. The following is the STD and STI Table. In case of a random disease or infection, roll a die and inflict the chosen disease or infection. 1 through 5 is physical, 6 through 10 is magical. Sexually Transmitted Diseases & Infections 1 Quasi Vestal (QV, or Cuevy) Tissue in the genitals or esophagus are swollen and tense, causing a permanent sensation akin to virginity for its owner and possibly partners, or sexual stimulation from the throat. 6 Respiratory Excess Gills appear on the afflicted’s neck, allowing them to breathe despite obstructions in the esophagus. 2 Genital Inflammation Inflammation of genital tissue causes near-stinging heat during sexual stimulation for the afflicted, as well as a general oversensitivity. 7 Genital Calefaction The afflicted’s precum or natural lubrication alternates between hot and cold every 8 hours. 3 Levare Serous Your genitals produce greatly increased precum or natural lubrication. 8 Imperative Respiration The more the afflicted covers their body, the more they feel a shortness of breath. 4 Galactorrhea Female only (male rerolls). Breasts are overly sensitive and feel bloated. Milk leaks from the nipples at random intervals and during sexual stimulation. A large milk dispensation relieves the bloated feeling for several hours. 9 Polka Presage Faintly shimmering, colorful dots appear on the afflicted’s genitals, which randomly pop when engaged in sex. Each color gives a matching effect/sensation (red for heat, blue for cold etc.) 5 Bilosis Tissue is littered with small bumps, ranging from soft to hard (d8), causing extra stimulation during sexual intercourse. Can occur in every orifice. 10 G-Appendage The afflicted’s G-spot extends to their tailbone and out into a tail, growing a centimeter a day to full body length. Return to Table of Contents 10
Damage Specific damage or damage under specific circumstances may have additional effects. Lightning Damage If a character takes a single instance of lightning damage equal to or more than half of their total hit points, the character suffers a high intensity orgasm. They must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be knocked prone and increase their Spent count by 2. On a success, they are not knocked prone and increase their Spent count by 1. Necrotic Damage If a pregnant character suffers necrotic damage, they must make a Constitution saving throw following concentration rules or have their pregnancy terminated. Spells Some cantrips and spells can be used for sexual purposes. Most cantrips and spells can be cast in a weaker form to nullify their damage (changing extreme temperatures, rounding sharp edges and tips, gentle pain or other sensations instead of injury etc.), possibly with longer durations (typically 1 hour), with the DM’s permission. Spells that force a saving throw for sexual purposes use your spell save DC, overriding the DC for Hamstrung, Winded and Spent. If a spell deals necrotic damage, you can roll the damage and force a pregnant creature to make a saving throw following concentration rules against the rolled damage to continue their pregnancy, but forgo actually dealing the damage. 1st level ● Absorb Elements: You have advantage on saving throws against the effects of Hamstrung, Winded and Spent caused by spells and features that use an element. ● Alarm: You can set the alarm inside or on your body, alerting you to sexual activity. ● Armor of Agathys: If a creature that is engaged in oral, vaginal or anal sex with you orgasms, you can reduce the temporary hit points gained from this spell by 5 to deal 5 cold damage to the creature. Alternatively, if the creature is engaged in vaginal or anal sex with you using their genitals, you can inflict the effects of Hamstrung on them instead. ● Arms of Hadar: The tentacles can engage in sex and orgasm for 1 hour. Each tentacle can ejaculate or open up to receive sexual appendages at your choosing. ● Bane: A target that fails must subtract a d4 from pregnancy checks they are involved with. ● Beast Bond: You can grant advantage to pregnancy checks you make with the beast you are linked with. ● Bless: The target can add a d4 to pregnancy checks they are involved with. ● Burning Hands: You can inflict the effects of Hamstrung on a creature you are engaged in vaginal or anal sex with using your hands for 1 minute. ● Ceremony: Coming of Age affects pregnancy checks the creature is involved with. If you command it to masturbate or engage in sex, it can retry the saving throw at the start of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. Return to Table of Contents 12

It casts a glittering silhouette of the sexual appendage inside for 10 minutes, and if the orifice is used for pregnancy checks, the next pregnancy check is made with advantage. ● Healing Word: You can reduce a creature’s Spent count by 1 for every 10 hit points it regains or would have regained.
