It cannot orgasm or participate in pregnancy checks. ● Echo Avatar: Starting at 7th level, you can also feel through your echo’s body. You still orgasm with your own body, but are potentially brought to that point through your echo. ● Shadow Martyr: Starting at 10th level, if you receive pregnancy checks, you can teleport the semen used in a pregnancy check that you are involved with to your echo, visibly manifesting it inside its copied womb. If you deliver pregnancy checks, you can teleport your semen to your echo instead, making it ejaculate for you. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier (a minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. ● Reclaim Potential: By 15th level, you can expend a use of Reclaim Potential to transfer an increase to your Spent count to your echo. Fighter: Psi Warrior ● Psionic Power: At 3rd level, you can expend Psionic Energy dice to use one of the psionic powers for sexual purposes. Protective Shield. When you or another creature you are engaged in sex with makes a Constitution saving throw against being Spent, you can expend one Psionic Energy die, roll the die, and add half of it, rounded up, to the throw. Telekinetic Movement. When you make a pregnancy check, you can expend one Psionic Energy die to telekinetically move the semen, granting you advantage or disadvantage on the check (your choice). ● Bulwark of Force: At 15th level, the creatures you protect with telekinetic force can subtract half your proficiency modifier, rounded down, from pregnancy checks. Fighter: Rune Knight ● Rune Carver: Runes give you an additional benefit. You can wear part of an armor that a rune is inscribed onto and still gain its benefit, so long as you are not primarily wearing another piece of armor, and you can have an inscribed weapon within 10 feet of you outside of combat and still gain its benefit. Cloud Rune. In addition, you can transfer a failed Constitution saving throw against being Spent by you or another creature you can see within 30 feet to another creature you can see within 30 feet. Fire Rune. In addition, when you are engaged in sex with another creature and orgasm, you can invoke the rune to summon fiery shackles that last for 1 minute, or up to 1 hour if you make them harmless. The creature must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be restrained in a way of your choice. Once you invoke this rune, you can't do so again until you finish a short or long rest. Frost Rune. The +2 bonus granted by invoking this rune extends to pregnancy checks and saving throws against being Spent. You can add or subtract the bonus. Once you invoke this rune, you can't do so again until you finish a short or long rest. Stone Rune. In addition, when you invoke this rune, you or another creature within 30 feet of you can add your proficiency modifier to pregnancy checks. In addition, you have advantage on saving throws against being Spent for 10 minutes and can make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw to forgo increasing your Spent count. Fighter: Samurai ● Fighting Spirit: Starting at 3rd level, you can expend a use of Fighting Spirit to add your proficiency bonus to a pregnancy check. ● Elegant Courtier: Starting at 7th level, you can add your Wisdom modifier to pregnancy checks. ● Tireless Spirit: Starting at 10th level, if you start engaging in sex with a creature you haven’t been involved in a pregnancy check with in the last 8 hours, you regain a use of Fighting Spirit. ● Strength Before Death: Starting at 18th level, if you fail a saving throw against being Spent, you can ignore the point of exhaustion suffered from being Spent and gain advantage or disadvantage on the next pregnancy check you are involved with, your choice, forgoing increases to your Spent count until then. After the pregnancy check, you suffer the point of exhaustion. Monk ● Ki: Starting at 2nd level, your ki features grant additional benefits. Patient Defense: When you are about to orgasm, you can spend 1 ki point to delay the orgasm for up to 10 minutes. You can then spend another ki point to delay it for another 10 minutes. Step of the Wind: You can spend 1 ki point to impose disadvantage on a pregnancy check you are involved with. ● Deflect Missiles: Starting at 3rd level, if you receive pregnancy checks, you can deflect a pregnancy check by spending 1 ki point. You reduce the roll by 1d10 + your Dexterity modifier + your monk level, divided by half, rounded down. ● Quickened Healing (Optional): At 4th level, you can spend 2 ki points to reduce your Spent count by 1. ● Stunning Strike: Starting at 5th level, when a creature you are engaged in sex with orgasms, you can spend 1 ki point to force it to make a saving throw against being Spent, regardless of its Spent count. Its Spent count resets if they fail the saving throw. ● Focused Aim (Optional): Also at 5th level, you can spend 1 to 3 ki points to increase or reduce a pregnancy check you are involved with by 2 for each ki point that you spend. You feel what the arms feel, and you can orgasm from them and make pregnancy checks with them. Your own body still makes saving throws against being Spent. Monk: Way of the Drunken Master ● Drunkard’s Luck: Starting at 11th level, you can spend 2 ki points to cancel disadvantage on a pregnancy check you are involved with. ● Intoxicated Frenzy: At 17th level, if you deliver pregnancy checks, you can spend a ki point to immediately orgasm again after an orgasm. If you receive pregnancy checks, you can spend a ki point to cause any creature you are engaged in sex with to immediately orgasm when you orgasm. Monk: Way of the Four Elements ● Disciple of Elements: When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, some of your elemental disciplines grant you extra benefits. Breath of Winter. Prerequisite: 17th level. You can spend 3 ki points instead to make your breath ice cold, inflicting the effects of Hamstrung for 1 hour onto the creature you are giving oral sex to. Eternal Mountain Defense. Prerequisite: 17th level. You can spend 3 ki points instead to grant immunity to the effects of Hamstrung to yourself. Fangs of the Fire Snake. You can spend 1 ki point to make your genitalia almost painfully hot to creatures engaged in vaginal or anal sex with you, inflicting the effects of Hamstrung to them for 30 minutes. Mist Stance. Prerequisite: 11th level. If you deliver pregnancy checks, you can spend 3 ki points instead to turn your semen into mist, automatically failing pregnancy checks you are involved with. Monk: Way of the Kensei ● Sharpen the Blade: At 11th level, you can expend up to 3 ki points to grant a pregnancy check you are involved with a bonus equal to the amount of ki points you’ve Spent. Monk: Way of the Long Death ● Touch of Death: Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, when a creature you are engaged in sex with fails a saving throw against being Spent, you can reduce your Spent count by 1. Monk: Way of the Open Hand ● Wholeness of Body: At 6th level, you can reduce your Spent count by a quarter of your monk level, rounded down. You must finish a long rest before you can use this feature again. ● Quivering Palm: At 17th level, if you deliver pregnancy checks, you can spend 3 ki points when you would be involved with a pregnancy check to instead insert a semen bomb into the creature you would deliver a pregnancy check to, which lasts for a number of days equal to your monk level. You can use your action to activate this semen bomb, forcing the creature to make a pregnancy check as normal. You can have only one creature under the effect of this feature at a time. You can choose to release the semen bomb without forcing a pregnancy check without using an action. Monk: Way of Shadow ● Opportunist: At 17th level, if a creature within 5 feet of you that receives pregnancy checks has an orgasm caused by sex with another creature that isn’t you, you have advantage on the next pregnancy check you make with that creature. Monk: Way of the Sun Soul ● Searing Arc Strike: At 6th level, when you orgasm, you can spend 2 ki points to make your genitalia almost painfully hot to creatures engaged in vaginal or anal sex with you, inflicting the effects of Hamstrung on them for 30 minutes. Paladin: Oath of Conquest ● Scornful Rebuke: Starting at 15th level, if you succeed on a pregnancy check you subtracted your Constitution modifier from, you can impose a point of exhaustion on the creature you made the pregnancy check with as if they failed a saving throw against being Spent. Paladin: Oath of the Crown ● Channel Divinity: When you take this oath at 3rd level, your extra Channel Divinity options carry an extra effect. Champion Challenge. Each creature that fails the saving throw (willingly or not) can add your Charisma modifier to pregnancy checks it makes with you. Additionally, you can subtract your Charisma modifier from pregnancy checks it makes that you’re not involved with. Turn the Tide. Each creature of your choice that can hear you within 30 feet can reduce their Spent count by a number equal to half of your Charisma modifier, rounded down, if they have more than half their maximum Spent count. ● Divine Allegiance: Starting at 7th level, when a creature increases their Spent count, you can increase your Spent count instead by the same amount. ● Unyielding Saint: Starting at 15th level, you also have advantage on saving throws against being Spent. ● Exalted Champion: At 20th level, when you use this feature, you can make a DC 15 saving throw to forgo increasing your Spent count and your allies have advantage on saving throws against being Spent. After you are involved with a pregnancy check, you can reduce the Spent count of creatures you choose within 30 feet of you, which can include you, by 1. ● Aura of Alacrity: At 7th level, the aura you emanate increases the maximum Spent count of creatures by 1. If these creatures would have to make a saving throw against being Spent from leaving your aura, their Spent count is reduced by 1 instead. ● Glorious Defense: When you reach 15th level, if a creature is involved with a pregnancy check that they subtract their Constitution modifier from, you can reduce the roll by a number equal to your Charisma modifier. You then have advantage on the next pregnancy check you make with that creature within 10 minutes. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. ● Living Legend: At 20th level, when you use this feature, you can cause a failed pregnancy check to succeed instead. Paladin: Oath of Redemption ● Channel Divinity: When you take this oath at 3rd level, your extra Channel Divinity options gain extra benefits. Emissary of Peace. You can add or subtract half of your Charisma modifier, rounded up, to or from any pregnancy check you make. Rebuke the Violent. When a creature is involved in a pregnancy check with another creature that subtracts their Constitution modifier from the roll, you can force that creature to make a Wisdom saving throw or suffer radiant damage equal to the result of the pregnancy check. On a successful save, it takes half as much damage. ● Aura of the Guardian: Starting at 7th level, when a creature within 10 feet of you increases their Spent count, you can increase your Spent count instead. Paladin: Oath of Vengeance ● Channel Divinity: When you take this oath at 3rd level, you can target a creature that makes a pregnancy check with you with Vow of Enmity if they subtract their Constitution modifier from the roll, granting you advantage on subsequent pregnancy checks you make with the creature for the next 10 minutes. ● Relentless Avenger: By 7th level, when a creature makes a pregnancy check with you that you subtract your Constitution modifier from, you can reduce your Spent count by 1. ● Soul of Vengeance: Starting at 15th level, if you deliver pregnancy checks and the target of your Vow of Enmity orgasms, you can immediately orgasm yourself without increasing your Spent count. If you receive pregnancy checks and you orgasm, you can force the target of your Vow of Enmity to immediately orgasm, and you can forgo increasing your Spent count from your own orgasm. Paladin: Oath of the Watchers ● Channel Divinity: When you take this oath at 3rd level, creatures benefitting from your Watcher’s Will also have advantage on their next saving throw against being Spent. ● Vigilant Rebuke: At 15th level, whenever you or a creature that you can see within 30 feet of you is involved with a pregnancy check, you can deal force damage equal to the result of the pregnancy check to the creature the pregnancy check is made with. Paladin: Oathbreaker ● Channel Divinity: When you take this oath at 3rd level, you can cause undead that obey you to regenerate their genitals or sexual appendages. They can orgasm, but not participate in pregnancy checks. ● Aura of Hate: Starting at 7th level, any fiends and undead within 10 feet of you can participate in pregnancy checks. Ranger ● Favored Enemy: Beginning at 1st level, you have pregnancy compatibility with your favored enemy and can impose advantage or disadvantage on pregnancy checks made with your favored enemy that you are involved with, even if your favored enemy is polymorphed to or from your favored enemy. ● Favored Foe (Optional): This 1st level feature replaces the Favored Enemy feature. The first time a creature you are engaged in sex with experiences an orgasm, you can mark them as favored for 1 minute. Whenever you make a pregnancy check with your favored creature, you can add or subtract 1d4 from the roll. This bonus does not increase when you gain levels in this class. You can use this feature to mark a favored creature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. ● Primeval Awareness: Beginning at 3rd level, you can also sense if any of the creatures are in heat. Ranger: Beast Master Conclave ● Ranger’s Companion: At 3rd level, you have pregnancy compatibility with your beast companion, and you can add your proficiency bonus to pregnancy checks between you and your beast companion, or cause them to fail automatically. If you already add your proficiency bonus from another source, you can add half of it again instead. ● Primal Companion (Optional) This 3rd level feature replaces the Ranger’s Companion feature. You can determine the gender of the primal beast you summon. You have pregnancy compatibility with your primal companion, and you can add your proficiency bonus to pregnancy checks between you and your companion, or cause them to fail automatically. Ranger: Fey Wanderer ● Otherworldly Glamour: Additionally at 3rd level, you can add your Wisdom modifier to pregnancy checks you are involved with. ● Fey Reinforcements: At 11th level, fey beings summoned with this feature last up to 1 hour even if you modify the spell to require no concentration for sexual purposes. It has pregnancy compatibility with you. If you command the fey being to attack, scout, use any of its features or do anything besides sexual purposes and it has existed for longer than 1 minute, it disappears before it can complete its task. Ranger: Gloom Stalker Conclave ● Stalker’s Flurry: At 11th level, when a pregnancy check you are involved with fails, you can immediately make another pregnancy check unless the pregnancy check is caused by this or another feature. ● Shadowy Dodge: Starting at 15th level, if you’re involved with a pregnancy check that isn’t made with advantage, you can impose disadvantage on it. Ranger: Horizon Walker Conclave ● Ethereal Step: At 7th level, you can cast the Etherealness spell to automatically fail a pregnancy check you are involved with. If you receive pregnancy checks, the semen involved in your pregnancy check passes through your body with no effect. If you deliver pregnancy checks, your semen passes through the body of the creature you would make the pregnancy check with. It becomes material again after a few seconds. ● Spectral Defense: At 15th level, after the first Spent count you suffer when engaged in sex with another creature, you can make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw to forgo any future increases to your Spent count when engaged in sex with the same creature until you finish a short or long rest. Ranger: Hunter Conclave ● Hunter’s Prey: At 3rd level, the feature of your choice grants you an extra benefit. Colossus Slayer. When you experience an orgasm when engaged in sex with another creature, you can force that creature to make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or increase their Spent count by 1. Giant Killer. If you receive pregnancy checks, you can force an orgasm within 1 minute of a creature orgasming and that you were engaged in sex with, provided the orgasms are made by different creatures. ● Defensive Tactics: At 7th level, the feature of your choice grants you an extra benefit. Escape the Horde. You can impose advantage or disadvantage on a pregnancy check you make within 5 minutes of a previous pregnancy check, provided you make the pregnancy check with a different creature each time. Multiattack Defense. You can impose advantage or disadvantage on a pregnancy check you make within 5 minutes of a previous pregnancy check, provided you make the pregnancy checks with the same creature. Steel Will. You also have advantage on saving throws against being Spent. ● Multiattack: At 11th level, if you deliver pregnancy checks and make one with a creature, you can prolong your orgasm to make a pregnancy check with another creature provided you do so within 6 seconds. You can do so an amount of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw for each to forgo increasing your Spent count by 1. Ranger: Monster Slayer Conclave ● Hunter’s Sense: At 3rd level, when you magically discern a creature, you can also vaguely gauge how likely it would be to accept any sexual advances as opposed to attacking or fleeing on sight. ● Supernatural Defense: At 7th level, the target of your Slayer’s Prey has disadvantage on pregnancy checks it makes with you and on saving throws against being Spent. ● Slayer’s Counter: At 15th level, if the target of your Slayer’s Prey makes a pregnancy check with you or forces you to make a saving throw against being Spent, you can force it to make a saving throw against being Spent. You decide how this assistance manifests. ● Mighty Swarm: At 11th level, if you deliver pregnancy checks, your Gathered Swarm can also magically expel semen whenever you orgasm, potentially causing pregnancy checks. If you receive pregnancy checks, your Gathered Swarm can soak up semen, potentially giving you disadvantage on pregnancy checks. ● Swarm Dispersal: When you reach 15th level, you can vanish into your swarm right before a pregnancy check, avoiding it. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. Rogue ● Expertise: At 1st level, you can forgo Expertise in one skill or thieves’ tools to add your proficiency to pregnancy checks instead. If you don’t do so at 1st level, you can do so at 6th level instead. ● Thieves’ Cant: When engaged in oral sex or kissing with another creature that knows Thieves’ Cant, you can convey messages with intricate techniques using licks, kisses, playful nibbles, sucks and puffs of breath. ● Uncanny Dodge: Starting at 5th level, if you’re involved with a pregnancy check that isn’t made with advantage, you can impose disadvantage on it. ● Elusive: Beginning at 18th level, you can remove advantage from pregnancy checks that involve you. Rogue: Arcane Trickster ● Versatile Trickster: At 13th level, when you orgasm, you can magically cause your sexual fluids to be ejected from the palm and/or fingertips of your Mage Hand. Rogue: Assassin ● Assassinate: Starting at 3rd level, if you deliver pregnancy checks, you have advantage on pregnancy checks if the creature you are engaged in sex with has not orgasmed yet. ● Imposter: At 13th level, engaging in sex with a creature counts as time spent towards studying the creature with double the efficiency. Rogue: Mastermind ● Insightful Manipulator: Starting at 9th level, you can choose sexual prowess as one of the two characteristics you learn about the creature. ● Misdirection: Beginning at 13th level, if you receive pregnancy checks, you can redirect the creature you would make a pregnancy check with to another creature within 5 feet of both of you that also receives pregnancy checks to make the pregnancy check with. Rogue: Phantom ● Whispers of the Dead: When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you can choose to add your proficiency bonus to pregnancy checks instead of choosing a skill or tool, so long as your proficiency bonus isn’t already used. ● Wails from the Grave: At 3rd level, when you are involved in a pregnancy check, you can roll half your sneak attack dice, rounded up. Another creature within 30 feet of the creature that you make a pregnancy check with must make a Constitution saving throw following concentration rules as if they were hit by your sneak attack dice or have their pregnancy terminated. They don’t take the damage. ● Tokens of the Departed: At 9th level, if you are pregnant, you can expend a soul token to continue the pregnancy if it were otherwise terminated. ● Ghost Walk: At 13th level, your spectral form can avoid pregnancy checks. If you receive pregnancy checks, you can choose to let semen pass through any part of your body. If you deliver pregnancy checks, you can choose any part of another creature’s body that your semen passes through. Rogue: Scout ● Skirmisher: Starting at 3rd level, you can subtract your proficiency bonus from pregnancy checks that you are involved with. Rogue: Swashbuckler ● Rakish Audacity: Starting at 3rd level, you can add your Charisma modifier to pregnancy checks you are involved with. ● Panache: At 9th level, a creature affected by Panache has disadvantage on pregnancy checks with creatures other than you for 1 hour. ● Master Duelist: Beginning at 17th level, if you fail a pregnancy check, you can roll it again with advantage. Once you do so, you can't use this feature again until you finish a short or long rest. Rogue: Thief ● Thief’s Reflexes: When you reach 17th level, if you deliver pregnancy checks and make your first pregnancy check in an hour, you can immediately orgasm again and make another pregnancy check with the same creature. If you receive pregnancy checks and make your first pregnancy check in an hour, you can immediately force the creature you made the pregnancy check with to immediately orgasm again and make another pregnancy check with you. Sorcerer ● Metamagic: At 3rd level, you gain access to Amorous Spell, an extra Metamagic option. You can swap one of your other Metamagic options with Amorous Spell at the end of a short or long rest, and you can swap back at the end of another short or long rest. You can cast a spell you have prepared using Amorous Spell for 1 sorcery point for its sexual purpose without expending a spell slot. Once you do so, you can’t cast this spell in this way again until you finish a long rest. ● Magical Guidance: When you reach 5th level, you can spend 1 sorcery point to reroll a pregnancy check you are involved with. Sorcerer: Draconic Bloodline ● Elemental Affinity: Starting at 6th level, when you spend 1 sorcery point to gain resistance against damage from your draconic ancestry, you also have advantage on saving throws against features that use that element to inflict the effects of Hamstrung and Winded. ● Draconic Presence: Beginning at 18th level, when you use this feature, you have advantage on pregnancy checks if you choose awe, and disadvantage on pregnancy checks if you choose fear. Sorcerer: Divine Soul ● Empowered Healing: Starting at 6th level, when you spend 1 sorcery point to reroll dice for a healing spell, you can also reduce the Spent count of the creature targeted by the healing spell by 1. ● Angelic Form: Starting at 14th level, while your wings are present, you gain an additional benefit: advantage on pregnancy checks for good or law, disadvantage on pregnancy checks for evil or chaos, and adding or subtracting your proficiency bonus to or from pregnancy checks for neutral. You have advantage on saving throws against being Spent and can choose to be immune to pregnancy checks: if you receive pregnancy checks, the semen that enters your body slowly seeps through without effect, and if you deliver pregnancy checks, your semen seeps through the creature you are engaged in sex with. Sorcerer: Storm Sorcery ● Heart of the Storm: At 6th level, when you orgasm, you can send gentle lightning through your genitals to force a creature that is engaged in vaginal or anal sex with you to make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or almost immediately orgasm too. ● Wind Soul: At 18th level, the creatures you designate with this feature can also perform Heart of the Storm as described above. Sorcerer: Wild Magic ● Wild Magic Surge: Starting when you choose this origin at 1st level, your orgasms can unleash surges of untamed magic. Far Scribe Prerequisite: 5th level, Pact of the Tome feature If a creature draws a heart around their name in your Book of Shadows, anything you draw for your Sending spell is felt by them as pleasurable streaks on their penile shaft or birth canal, and if you draw intelligible words, they also hear them in their mind as per the Sending spell. Rebuke of the Talisman Prerequisite: Pact of the Talisman feature When the wearer of your talisman is involved with a pregnancy check they subtract their Constitution modifier from within 30 feet of you, you can increase the Spent count of the creature the wearer of your talisman made the pregnancy check with by 1. Voice of the Chain Master Prerequisite: Pact of the Chain feature The senses of your familiar you perceive through includes their sense of touch. ● Pact Boon: At 3rd level, some boons have additional benefits. Pact of the Tome. When you receive your Book of Shadows, you can alter its cover to contain tentacles or orifices that contain miniature, fleshy pocket dimensions. You can command the tentacles to move, and the orifices to open up. Pact of the Talisman. Your talisman can be a semi-sentient, tiny creature that is a cylindrical clump of writhing tentacles, hollow or not. It can only function as a talisman otherwise would, except for sexual purposes, though it cannot orgasm and participate in pregnancy checks. Warlock: The Archfey ● Fey Presence: Starting at 1st level, you can perform a weaker version of this feature, imposing advantage or disadvantage (your choice) on pregnancy checks affected creatures who fail their Wisdom saving throw make with you. ● Misty Step: Starting at 6th level, you can use this feature right before you would be involved in a pregnancy check, avoiding it entirely. ● Beguiling Defenses: Beginning at 10th level, you can forgo increasing your Spent count if you orgasm when engaged in sex with a creature you counter-charmed in the last hour. ● Dark Delirium: Starting at 14th level, the illusion you plunge a creature into can include physical pleasure. Warlock: The Celestial ● Healing Light: At 1st level, for every 10 points of healing, you can reduce a creature’s Spent count by 1. Alternatively, for every 15 points of healing, you can remove the effects of Hamstrung or Winded from a creature. ● Celestial Resistance: Starting at 10th level, creatures can increase their maximum Spent count by 1 when they receive 10 temporary hit points, and by another 1 for every 5 temporary hit points after that. Warlock: The Fiend ● Dark One’s Blessing: Starting at 1st level, when a creature you are engaged in sex with fails a saving throw against being Spent, you can reduce your Spent count by half your Charisma modifier, rounded up. ● Dark One’s Own Luck: Starting at 6th level, this feature extends to pregnancy checks and saving throws against being Spent, but if you use it with a pregnancy check, half the die’s result, rounded up. ● Fiendish Resilience: Starting at 10th level, if you choose bludgeoning, piercing or slashing damage to be resistant to, you can make saving throws against being Spent with advantage. ● Hurl Through Hell: Starting at 14th level, you can send the target through a different landscape. You don’t have to hit the creature with an attack if you pick this landscape. If you are in combat, they return at the end of your next turn. If you are not in combat, they return after 10 minutes. If the target is not a fiend, they must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or suffer 2 points of exhaustion and the effects of Hamstrung and Winded. If they can become pregnant, they are pregnant. Warlock: The Genie ● Genie’s Vessel: The extradimensional space you enter with Bottled Respite can include up to 10 humanoid creatures controlled by the DM, each of your choice of characteristics including gender, that are skilled in sexual purposes. They do not know of any events going on outside the vessel and they cannot participate in pregnancy checks, but they can orgasm. ● Elemental Gift: At 6th level, your patron’s kind gives you extra defense: advantage on saving throws against being Spent (dao), advantage on saving throws against being Winded (djinni), or advantage on saving throws against being Hamstrung or Winded if the feature that causes it uses fire (efreeti) or cold (marid). Warlock: The Hexblade ● Hexblade’s Curse: Starting at 1st level, you can add your proficiency bonus to pregnancy checks that involve both you and the cursed target, even if you already add your proficiency bonus from another source, and the results needed for twins, triplets and quadruplets are reduced by 1. If the cursed target fails a saving throw against being Spent, you can reduce your spent count by 1. These bonuses last for 10 minutes as opposed to the bonuses from Xanathar’s Guide to Everything, which last 1 minute. ● Accursed Specter: Starting at 6th level, you can impose advantage or disadvantage on pregnancy checks that involve both you and the specter. ● Armor of Hexes: At 10th level, if a pregnancy check that involves you and the target of your Hexblade’s Curse succeeds, you can roll a d6. On a 4 or higher, the pregnancy check fails, regardless of its roll. ● Master of Hexes: Starting at 14th level, if a pregnancy check that involves both you and the target of your Hexblade’s Curse succeeds, you can move the curse to a different creature you can see within 30 feet of you. Warlock: The Undead ● Form of Dread: At 1st level, when you transform, you can transform for 1 hour instead. If you do so, you do not gain the benefits listed in Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft, you can reduce your spent count by 1, and you can alter the appearance of your erogenous zones to reflect some aspect of your patron. ● Grave Touched: At 6th level, when you are using your Form of Dread, you can roll a d12 when you orgasm. If the creature you are engaged in sex with is pregnant, they must make a Constitution saving throw following concentration rules as if they suffer necrotic damage equal to the result of the d12 or have their Return to Table of Contents 72

Each creature of your choice within 30 feet of you must make a Constitution saving throw following concentration rules as if they suffer necrotic damage equal to the result of 2d10 + your Warlock level. If they fail and they are pregnant, their pregnancy is terminated. If they deliver pregnancy checks, they automatically fail the next pregnancy check they are involved with. ● Spirit Projection: At 14th level, when you are in your spirit form and using your Form of Dread, you can forgo any increases to your Spent count and automatically fail all pregnancy checks you are involved with. Warlock: The Undying ● Among the Dead: Starting at 1st level, you can cast your Spare the Dying cantrip on pregnancies that would otherwise be terminated to stabilize them, letting them continue unharmed. ● Defy Death: Starting at 6th level, when you stabilize a creature or pregnancy with Spare the Dying, you can reduce your Spent count by half your Constitution modifier, rounded up. Wizard: School of Abjuration ● Arcane Ward: Starting at 2nd level, the magical ward on yourself can fend off pregnancy checks. You can reduce pregnancy checks by spending the temporary hit points gained from your magical ward, but at double the cost of temporary hit points. If your temporary hit points are reduced to 0, what remains of the pregnancy check’s result still takes effect. ● Projected Ward: Starting at 6th level, your Arcane Ward can absorb pregnancy checks that don’t involve you if they happen within 30 feet of you and you can see them. Wizard: Bladesinging ● Bladesong: Starting at 2nd level, while your Bladesong is active, you can subtract your Intelligence modifier from pregnancy checks you are involved with. You can decide to have a pregnancy check succeed or not, and if it results in a normal pregnancy, twins, triplets or quadruplets. You suffer 2 points of exhaustion for twins, 3 points of exhaustion for triplets and 4 points of exhaustion for quadruplets. Wizard: School of Conjuration ● Focused Conjuration: Beginning at 10th level, if you create an object with Minor Conjuration, you can choose to concentrate on it. When you do so, if you orgasm, you can have your sexual fluids be expelled from any point or points on the object you’ve created. ● Durable Summons: Starting at 14th level, you have pregnancy compatibility with any creature that you summon or create with a conjuration spell. Wizard: School of Divination ● Portent: Starting at 2nd level, the two d20s you roll for this feature can be used for saving throws against being Hamstrung, Winded and Spent and pregnancy checks. ● The Third Eye: Starting at 10th level, the following benefit is added to your list of options. View Maternity. You can see if a creature is pregnant or not. Wizard: School of Enchantment ● Hypnotic Gaze: Starting at 2nd level, a creature has disadvantage on the Wisdom saving throw against being charmed by this feature if it is engaged in sex with you. Wizard: Graviturgy ● Adjust Density: At 2nd level, you can magically alter the weight of semen that is used for a pregnancy check you are involved with. Halving the weight grants advantage to the pregnancy check, doubling the weight imposes disadvantage on the pregnancy check. You cannot use this feature if you are already using your concentration. ● Violent Attraction: At 10th level, when a pregnancy check you can see happens within 60 feet of you that doesn’t involve you, you can expend a use of this feature to add an extra 1d10 to the roll. Wizard: School of Illusion ● Illusory Reality: By 14th level, if you deliver pregnancy checks, you can designate a point on a small or tiny object that you make real and choose to ejaculate from that point when you orgasm. If you receive pregnancy checks, you can create an orifice on a small or tiny object you make real to a miniature pocket dimension that mimics your birth canal and womb. The manifested genitals can interact with creatures for the purposes of sex and can orgasm on command. ● One with the Word: At 14th level, if you are involved with a pregnancy check, you can expend spells the same way you would normally do for this feature, but add or subtract twice the levels of the expended spells to or from the roll. Wizard: School of Transmutation ● Minor Alchemy: Starting at 2nd level, you can also turn 0.2 liters of liquid per 10 minutes into a liquid that shares all its characteristics with semen (roughly 1 cup or tankard). It cannot be used for pregnancy checks. ● Transmuter’s Stone: Starting at 6th level, the following benefit is added to the stone’s options: The creature can add their proficiency bonus to pregnancy checks they are involved with, regardless of if it already includes their proficiency bonus. ● Master Transmuter: Starting at 14th level, the following options are added to the possible effects: Assured Maternity. You can have a pregnancy check you are involved with automatically succeed, choosing a normal pregnancy, twins, triplets or quadruplets. Null Maternity. You can have a pregnancy check you are involved with automatically fail. Alternatively, you can have a pregnancy check you were involved with in the last 24 hours be automatically terminated and removed from the pregnant creature’s body. Wizard: War Magic ● Arcane Deflection: At 2nd level, when you grant yourself a +4 bonus to saving throws against being Hamstrung, Winded or Spent, you cannot add your proficiency bonus to pregnancy checks for the next 10 minutes. ● Power Surge: Starting at 6th level, you can expend a power surge to add half your wizard level, rounded down, to a pregnancy check you are involved with.
