TN CEA consultation rooms donot generate BMW and so neednot get Authorisation and Clinics
will have 2 emergency beds and they should not be considered as bedded facility and ask for Air
/Water consent fee except BMW authorisation.Hence,TNPCB stopped action against the single
consultation / clinic units . He conveyed the message that, those who run consultation and generate
waste must take all the necessary licenses and those who do not generate wastes must inform the
Joint Director in writing that the consultation unit does not generate any wastes.

of members. There are issues like giving the old number and using the new number, using the same
number for husband and wife, using front desk numbers etc. There are errors in the numbers. Many
branches did not / could not update properly mainly because the members were not cooperating or
not taking it seriously. We had circulated Google format to all to update the details requested, so as
to update the national portal before Nov 2021. State President is very keen on updating the National
Portal within the time frame.
- Four quotations were taken from various agencies to conduct election process, finalised the
quotes after clearing our doubts. We got quotations from Santhilal, Right to Vote, ECS system and
Evote. The least quote was from the ECS System for Rs. 2,76,120/- and IMA willown the software
used by the ECS system. This software can be used for future and for other States also and with less
cost of technical support alone we can conduct future elections. We had lot of discussions with the
ECS system to overcome any possible loopholes. We had the guaranty that once the parameters are
loaded on the system and locked, nobody can access during the election process. That is the reason
we could not entertain few members calls requesting for change of number or correction on the
number on the Voting days. It was OTP based. We had in depth discussions with the candidates, we
had mock voting conducted for the candidates. Demonstrations were sent through website, Wats
app, e mail, You tube etc. We had some of the candidates or their authorised IMA representatives for
entire 3 days with us in JVL Plaza though few did not avail the open fair and free chance to monitor
