their best 70’s outfits, donning their flair tops, hippy-chic prints, the retro look,
Afro hair.
This year, the pearls prepared a dance performance, a medley of 3 songs: I
Will Survive, We Are Family and Blame It On The Boogie. These songs
were chosen because they represent what the RCKK Pearls are all about: we
are all strong individuals (girl power), and when we are together, we are like a
family. Most importantly, we love to have fun! With the help of our choreogra-
pher, Rotarian Jasmine Leong, and dance teacher, Rotarian Joanna Liew,
together with the participation of our dear dancers, we pulled off the perfor-
mance of the evening where we took home the prize for Best Performance.
