‫بـه گفتـه زاهـا حدیـد‪ ،‬فر‌مهـا و اشـکال بـه کار گرفته شـده‬
‫در معمـاری ایـن پـروژه‪ ،‬ترکیبـی م ‌یسـازند کـه نشـا ‌ندهنده‬
‫هماهنگـی و تعـادل در مناظر چینی هسـتند‪ .‬رن ‌گهـا و مواد نیز‬

‫بیانگـر زبـان بصـری در فرهن ‌گهـای باسـتانی چین هسـتند‪.‬‬
‫در فضـای داخلـی ایـن فـرودگاه نیـز خطـوط منحنـی و‬
‫قو ‌‌سهـای ویـژه به وفور بـه کار رفته و نور طبیعـی از پایی ‌نترین‬
‫سـطح سـاختمان و سـقف بـه روشـنایی داخـل کمـک م ‌یکند‪.‬‬
‫در زیـر سـاختمان ایسـتگاه مترو قـرار دارد و مسـافران را تنها در‬

‫عـرض ‪ 20‬دقیقـه بـه مرکز شـهر م ‌یرسـاند‪.‬‬
‫از تفاو ‌تهـای ویـژه این فـرودگاه با دیگر مجتم ‌عهـای پروازی‬
‫جهـان‪ ،‬به کارگیری نیروهای انسـانی انـدک در انجام امور داخلی‬
‫آن اسـت‪ .‬از ایـن رو بـرای انجـام کارهایی ه ‌مچون اطلا ‌عرسـانی‬
‫اخبـار فـرودگاه و یـا اخبـار مرتبـط بـا پروازهـا و یـا فـرودگاه از‬
‫ربا ‌تهـای هوشـمند اسـتفاده م ‌یشـود‪ .‬ه ‌مچنیـن این فـرودگاه‬
‫دارای سیسـتم پارک خودروی رباتیک و تشـخیص چهره اسـت‪.‬‬

‫ایـن روش بررسـی امنیتـی را تـا حد زیـادی افزایـش م ‌یدهد‪.‬‬

‫ایـن فـرودگاه جای گرفته اسـت‪ .‬بـاغ چینی‬
‫بـا الهـام از افسـان ‌هها و سـنت‌های چینـی‪،‬‬
‫درسـت شـده اسـت و دورتـادور آن یـک‬
‫دریاچـه قـرار گرفته کـه ماه ‌یهـای کپور در‬

‫هواپیما‬

‫مطمئنـا صندل ‌یهـای فرسـت کلاس و بیزینـس‬
‫کلاس‪ ،‬بهتریـن صندل ‌یهـای هواپیماها هسـتند‪.‬‬
‫امـا دربـاره صندل ‌یهـای اکونومـی کلاس نکاتـی‬
‫وجــود دارد کــه بــد نیســت از آ ‌نهــا اطــاع‬

‫داشـته باشـیم‪.‬‬

‫مصنوعـات طلا ‪ ،‬نقـره و پلاتین در مجموع حداکثر تـا ‪ 150‬گرم مجاز‬ ‫گمرکی اقدام م ‌ینماید‪ ،‬انتخاب مسـیر توسـط مسـافر به منزله اظهار کالای خود‬
‫م ‌یباشـد و در صـورت انتخاب مسـیر سـبز به این معنـی خواهد بـود که کالایی‬
‫اسـت‪ .‬خـروج هـر گونه سـکه طلا از کشـور ممنوع اسـت‪.‬‬
‫برای اظهـار به گمـرک ندارد‪.‬‬
‫‪ -5‬کالا ایرانـی‪ :‬خـروج کالای ایرانـی بـه هـر میـزان مشـروط بر آن‬
‫مسافرانخروجی‬

‫در صـورت درخواسـت مسـافر مقیم ایـران که قلمـرو گمرکی کشـور را ترک‬
‫م ‌ینمایـد‪ ،‬گمـرک ملزم اسـت بخشـی از کالای همـراه وی را که مجـاز به خروج‬
‫آن م ‌یباشـد‪ ،‬مشـخص نماید تا در موقع ورود مجدد به کشـور از پرداخت حقوق‬
‫ورودی معـاف شـود‪ .‬اتبـاع خارجی که به طور رسـمی در ایـران به کار یا تحصیل‬
‫اشـتغال دارنـد‪ ،‬در پایـان کار یـا تحصیـل م ‌یتواننـد لوازم منـزل خـود را در حد‬

‫متعـارف بـدون ارائه مجوز یـا کارت بازرگانی از کشـور خارج نمایند‪.‬‬

‫مقررات خروجی کالای همراه مسافر‪:‬‬

‫‪ -1‬خاویـار‪ :‬خـروج خاویـار دارای مجوز شـیلات برای هر مسـافر تـا ‪ 125‬گرم‬
‫مجاز اسـت‪.‬‬

‫‪ -2‬فـرش و گلیـم‪ :‬خـروج فـرش دسـ ‌تبافت تـا متـراژ ‪ 20‬مترمربـع مجـاز‬

‫مذهـب رسـمي کشـور و يـا مخل نظـم و عفت عمومي و شـئون ملي‪ ،‬اشـیای‬
‫عتیقـه و کلیـه کالاهایـی که جنبـه میراث فرهنگـی دارد و سـایر کالاهايي که‬ ‫فرهنگی محسـوب نشـود‪.‬‬

‫منع شـرعي و قانونـي دارند‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -7‬ابـزار یا وسـایل حرفـ ‌های‪ :‬خروج ابزار و یا وسـایل حرفـ ‌های به همراه‬

‫سیسـتم ‪ FDR‬یـا ثبـت اطلاعـات پـرواز نیـز بـه گونـ ‌های‬ ‫«جعبـه سـیاه» یـک اصطلاح بریتانیایـی مربـوط‬
‫طراحـی شـده تـا بتوانـد تمامـی اطلاعـات مربـوط بـه سیسـتم‬ ‫بـه جنـگ جهانـی دوم اسـت کـه بـا پیشـرفت تجهیـزات‬
‫هواپیمـا را بـه ثبـت برسـاند‪ .‬حسـگرهایی از نقـاط مختلف بدنه‬ ‫رادیویـی‪ ،‬رادار و امکانـات الکترونیکی ناوبری در انگلسـتان‬
‫هواپیمـا بـه واحد ضبط اطلاعـات پرواز متصل شـد‌ه و این واحد‬ ‫و هواپیماهـای جنگـی متفقیـن رواج پیـدا کـرد‪ .‬ایـن‬
‫نیـز بـه جعبه سـیاه ‪ FDR‬متصل اسـت‪ .‬از ایـن رو کوچ ‌کترین‬ ‫دسـتگاه الکترونیکـی سـری‪ ،‬در محفظ ‌ههای سـیاه و مات‬
‫حرکـت هواپیمـا در ایـن سیسـتم به ثبت م ‌یرسـد‪ .‬میـزان ثبت‬ ‫قـرار م ‌یگرفـت‪ .‬اولیـن بـار ایـن اصطلاح در مقالـ ‌های بـا‬
‫اطلاعـات ایـن واحد بـه ابعـاد و بزرگـی هواپیما بسـتگی دارد‪.‬‬ ‫عنـوان «رادار بـرای شـرک ‌تهای هواپیمایـی» (منتشـر‬

‫پـرواز‪ ،‬سـرعت پـرواز‪ ،‬شـتاب وارده بـر هواپیمـا‪ ،‬تعـداد و شـرح‬
‫مکالمـات هواپیمـا بـا بـرج مراقبـت‪ ،‬فرودگا‌ههـای مبـداء تـا‬ ‫دسـتگا‌ههایی هسـتند بـه رنـگ نارنجـی فلورسـنتی‪».‬‬
‫مقصـد‪ ،‬سـرعت هواپیمـا در قیـاس بـا سـرعت صـوت‪ ،‬حـرارت‬
‫هـوا محـدوده توربی ‌نها‪ ،‬حـرارت هوای اگـزوز توربی ‌نهـا‪ ،‬لرزش‬ ‫بـا این حال نام رسـمی ایـن دسـتگا‌هها ‪ FDR‬و ‪CVR‬‬

‫دهانـه توربی ‌نهـا‪ ،‬وضعیـت قرمز توربینـی‪ ،‬حالت باز بـودن (بالا‬ ‫امـروزی از طریـق امـواج رادیویـی یـا امـواج صوتـی که از‬

‫جعب ‌ههـای سـیاه ب ‌هگونـ ‌های طراحـی شـد‌هاند کـه م ‌یتواننـد‬ ‫خواهـد شـد‪ .‬عمـر مفیـد باتـری این فرسـتنده تا ‪ 6‬سـال‬
‫در سـخ ‌تترین شـرایط و بالاتریـن درجـه حـرارت دوام بیاورند‪.‬‬ ‫اسـت‪ ،‬امـا شـارژ آن پـس از ‪ 30‬روز بـه اتمام خواهد رسـید‪.‬‬

‫بسـیار ریـزی تعبیـه شـده کـه در حالت عـادی به وسـیله نوعی‬ ‫کابیـن خلبـان کار گذاشـت ‌ه م ‌یشـوند و هـر صدایـی‌‪ ،‬از‬
‫لاک مسـدود هسـتند‪ .‬اگـر هواپیما بعد از سـقوط‪ ،‬دچـار حریق‬ ‫مکالمـات خلبـان گرفته تـا صـدای زدن کلی ‌دهـای مختلف‬
‫و حـرارت ناشـی از آن بـه مـرز ‪ ۱۱۰۰‬درجـه نزدیـک شـود‪،‬‬ ‫را بـه ثبـت م ‌یرسـاند‪ .‬در هـر کابین خلبانی چهـار میکروفن‬
‫لاک بـر اثـر حـرارت آب شـده و در نتیجـه راه سـورا ‌خها نیـز‬ ‫قـرار دارد کـه همـه آ ‌نهـا بـه سیسـتم ‪ CVR‬متص ‌لانـد‪.‬‬
‫بـه خـودی خـود بـاز م ‌یشـود‪ .‬بـه محض بـاز شـدن سـورا ‌خها‪،‬‬ ‫میکروف ‌نهـا امـواج صوتـی را بـه ‪ CVR‬ارسـال م ‌یکننـد تـا‬
‫آب درون نمـد‪ ،‬بـه حالـت بخـار درآمـده و از سـورا ‌خهای لایـه‬ ‫دیجیتالـی شـده و ذخیره شـوند‪ .‬ایـن چهار میکروفـن درون‬
‫خارجـی خـارج م ‌یشـود و به صورت یـک ابر حفـاظ روی جعبه‬ ‫هدسـت خلبـان‌‪ ،‬کمک خلبـان‌‪ ،‬کمـک دوم خلبـان و مرکز‬

‫پس از حادثه‬ ‫جعبـه سـیاه را معمـولا در محک ‌متریـن و‬
‫مطمئ ‌نتریـن مـکان هواپیما نصب م ‌یکننـد‪ .‬از این‬
‫پس از کشـف جعبه سـیاه‪ ،‬جسـتجوگران آن را به آزمایشـگاه برده و اطلاعات‬ ‫رو نصـب در قسـمت دم هواپیمـا یـا داخـل کابیـن‬
‫درون آن را اسـتخراج م ‌یکننـد و بـر اسـاس ایـن اطلاعـات تلاش م ‌یکننـد تـا‬
‫سـانحه را شبی ‌هسـازی کنند‪ .‬این روند ممکن اسـت چندین هفته یا چندین ماه‬ ‫خلبـان ترجیـح داده م ‌یشـود‪.‬‬
‫بـه طول بیانجامد‪ .‬درصورتی که ‪ FDR‬آسـیبی ندید‌ه باشـد‪ ،‬محققـان م ‌یتوانند‬
‫بـا اتصـال دادن آن بـه سیسـتم پخش اطلاعـات آن را اسـتخراج کنند‪ .‬ه ‌مچنین‬
‫گروهـی از متخصصـان شـامل نماینـدگان خطوط هوایی آسـی ‌بدیده و شـرکت‬
‫تولیـد کننـده هواپیمـا‪‌،‬متخصـص ایمنـی حمل و نقـل و یک متخصـص ایمنی‬
‫هوایـی اطلاعـات ضبـط شـده در ‪ CVR‬را مورد بررسـی قـرار م ‌یدهند و نتیجه‬

‫کار ایـن دو گـروه‪ ،‬سرنوشـت نهایـی هواپیمای سـانحه دیده را رقـم خواهد زد‪.‬‬

‫بـه محـض پیـدا شـدن جعبـه سـیاه‪ ،‬آن را بـر طبـق مقـررات بی ‌نالمللـی به‬
‫مقامـات امنیتـی ملـی کشـوری کـه هواپیمـا در خـاک یـا آب آن سـقوط کرده‬
‫اسـت‪ ،‬تحویـل م ‌یدهند و کمیسـیون تحقیق سـوانح هوایـی‪ ،‬مامور بررسـی نوار‬
‫مغناطیسـی جعبه سـیاه و ارزیابی اطلاعات ضب ‌طشـده در آن م ‌یشود‪ .‬اگر سانحه‬
‫نزدیـک بـه وقـوع بوده باشـد بررسـی و ارزشـیابی آن از حیطه عمل کشـوری که‬
‫احتمـال وقـوع سـانحه در آن وجود داشـته‪ ،‬خارج شـده و در مسـئولیت شـرکت‬

‫هوایـی موردنظـر قـرار م ‌یگیرد‪.‬‬

Kitty Hawk Corporation unveiled its self-piloting air taxi

airplane that can take off and land vertically and therefore

commercial market,” the company said in a blog post. “A
place that could be more than just a willing airfield, with a
government and society with an eye to the horizon.” 
Now, Kitty Hawk was in an excellent environment for the

industry partner to participate in the program is Zephyr
Airworks which has been testing and developing Cora
in New Zealand. Zephyr Airworks’ parent company,
US-based Kitty Hawk, previously said bringing Cora to

 Kitty Hawk claims that Cora is an autonomous air-taxi
and the plan is for the vehicle to have no pilot on board. In
partnership with Air New Zealand, Kitty Hawk has been
planning for Cora to one day provide a flying taxi service
whose vehicles can be flown mainly by autopilot systems
with supervision from a human pilot situated remotely. Dr.
Peter Crabtree of New Zealand›s Ministry of Business,
Innovation, and Employment saw the opportunity and
said, «In New Zealand, we can›t keep using the same old
approaches to meet the future challenges. We saw Cora›s
potential as a sustainable, efficient and transformative
technology that can enrich people›s lives, not only in New
Zealand but ultimately the whole world.» 
Right now, several companies are working toward
extending their product line of autonomous flying taxis for
transporting both passengers and cargo and keep testing
their autonomous vehicles in the skies.
