“Running a marathon is a remarkable athletic achievement in life. If someone is a world-class runner or a beginner, just running a marathon by itself is a serious
commitment both our body and mind. Advance training is highly essential to keep up the shape and structure of a human body. In a long term exercise plan,
allowing at least three-to-six months is required to gradually build up staying in power, or longer if anyone is not already to be in good running shape. A human
body will need lots of fuel, so eat more fiber oriented stuff and high-protein diet, and drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated. Above all, remain positive, have fun,
smile always and be proud of yourself for taking on this powerful challenge” - Says Honorable celebrity marathon runner Shweta Maurya

Being physically fit is my motto: Take Maximum Health & Fitness.
Our concepts on fitness and beauty are taking an upper graph for its growth every day. From having a muscle bound body for male, to a slim and trim look for
the females. Everybody is on a continuous battle for achieving that perfect body. In order to compile such a task takes time, a strong mind and, believe it or not, a
Role Model. Just like when you where a child and you wanted to be like a super model. Shweta Maurya is highly treasured and cherished in the Bengaluru fitness
community for her high voltage performances and effervescent energy. She is a true exponent of healthy living in all aspects. Her interests include Aerobics,
Strength Training, Yoga, Dance and of course, Distance Running. Shweta loves challenging the status quo and proving herself in various Fitness related
competitive events. She has participated and excelled in numerous runs including ones in Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Satara, Coorg, Mysore, Pondicherry &
Goa. She has run 30 Half Marathons and one Full Marathon till now. She has also completed 72 kms over 12 hrs in Stadium Run- Bangalore. Moreover recently

According to Sharmita Bhinder, It is highly significant to remember that all children have strengths and weaknesses. Just because a child is weak in one area
does not mean that any child is having any disorder. Moreover, all children develop at different paces. Children may not be as advanced in a certain area as their
brothers or sisters were. This does not mean they have any kind of disorders or disabilities. .
If a child does indeed have a disability, the good news is that there is a lot of help available. Consultations with the right professionals can help your child
manage the disability well. In fact, many people with learning disorders go on to college, earn advanced degrees and become successful adults.

Hey, this is Sharmita Bhinder…
Just wanted to share the story of my life...

I was left on my own quite early losing both of my parents to cancer and cirrhosis of liver by 17 years. Being an only child was really difficult, I moved to Lady Sri
Ram in Delhi but could not really fit in there, then wanted to be at home so at 19 married my best friend who was about 23 at the time. But education was more
of a priority so I completed Law and Masters in Political Science from Punjab University. Five years later I decided to start a family, but life for me had to be

miscarriages before finally having my first child in the year 1999 after an emergency surgery and a difficult pregnancy of monitoring the baby as he had the cord
around his neck… The second baby came not so long after that and the doctor said it was too close, I was put on bed rest as they just had a gap of one year and
three months, This had to be an elective c section and the drama had to happen. The anesthesia leaked to my brain with something called spinal headache
which could be compared to a hammer striking your head from within. It took two months for me to be able to walk straight ...
Manav was the most beautiful baby, amazingly cute, cuddly, a poster baby who was not too much of a trouble but hardly slept. We realized his milestones were
delayed, his head was not stable up until nine months and he was not crawling there was less movement in his lower body. But his language development was
really strong he started speaking words as early as 6 months and small sentences by one year… He had a great interest in books and information but lacked
physically. Another thing was that he also had a squint. We went to a lot of doctors, with not much diagnosis but a gross motor developmental delay and only
time would tell his gross and soft skills and I prepared myself for whatever had to come. I sat frozen for two days not knowing what to do and finally became
optimistic telling myself that whatever happened I was not going to give up and that I would lead a wonderful and productive life. I had to leave my practice for
the pregnancies and now had begun a career in education and part time soft skill training but had to give that up too as Manav needed time.

Soon I learnt about acupressure, biochemical medicines, read about homeopathy and ayurveda and began massages and alternative medicines for brain and
body and Manav was allergic too, he had atopic dermatitis so that had to be looked after. As I realized his soft skills were good we spent a great time reading,
increasing his vocabulary, watching a lot of TV National Geographic, Discovery etc. alongside cartoons like normal kids but he had a great fascination towards
anime and he watched everything with a lot of attentiveness and had an almost perfect remembrance, he could repeat what he saw almost exactly. At the age of 2
years and 3 months manav did walk, a month before his play school interview. It was difficult to let him go to school wondering if he could walk, he was
unsteady with steps, running and gauging distances. What worried me was that when he fell he could not stop his fall by putting his hand and would fall hard
on his face. There were many small things that made me worry like him being unconcerned about the environment and those around him, he had no friends; he
couldn't express love or a strong desire… Only anger. He would almost not pay attention to what you say but would still pick up the significant things so

Poet Sudha Dixit “Poetry is the treatment of words, lyrical lines, self made phrases, thoughtful expressions and language to call human minds and their heartfelt

Dr. Tejaswini Deepak Patil Dange There's a reason for me to choose social work. Answering a call to service changes more than one life—it has a ripple effect,
first touching one person and eventually an entire community. Social work and the society in general is dedicated to a serious analysis of the relationship between
social work, social policy, the Governmental and economic forces.
Dr. Tejaswini Deepak Patil Dange
I, Dr. Tejaswini Deepak Patil Dange, would like to introduce myself as a grand-daughter of two Indian Freedom-fighters, namely Prof. Madhavrao Shripatrao
Bhosale, my maternal grandfather who joined Mahatma Gandhi's Dandi Yatra and fought until 15th August 1947, the Independence of India; and Shri
Pandurang Dnyanoba Jadhav, my paternal grandfather who contributed in Bilashi Satyagraha, in Sangli district, Maharashtra. My maternal grandfather told
many stories he had lived and had been contemporary, too. I feel that the strong nationalist in me is the inheritance of these two important personalities in my
life.

I believe in extending the helping hand towards anyone regardless of caste, creed or nationality. In this regard, I feel myself blessed with the support of revered
personalities like Padma Sri Dr. Jayanta Mahapatra, Odisha and Dr. B.P. Bhatnagar, Former Vice- Chancellor of Udaipur University, Udaipur, Rajasthan and
Dr. Mangal Mishra, Indore.

Education: I did my graduation in Balasaheb Desai College, Patan with English as my special subject. My post-graduation was done in Department of English,
Shivaji University, Kolhapur in 1992 where I continued for my research degree of Master of Philosophy (M. Phil. 1995). Later, in 2015, I completed my research
degree of Ph. D. working on the poetry of A. K. Ramanujan and Jayanta Mahapatra, both eminent Indian poets writing in English. A reference book on A.K.
Ramanujan's poetry anthology Relations and Jayanta Mahapatra's Relationship has been published by Shubham Publication, Kanpur under the title of
“Relations and Relationship” in 2016. To pace with the present era of computers, I've completed a Diploma in Computer Education, viz. C-DAC.
Career: As an assistant Professor in Senior college, I represent third generation after my grandfather and father. In 1992, I joined Mahavir Mahavidyalaya,
Kolhapur (B.A.B.Ed Unit) as a lecturer in English. Later, in 1993, I joined Kasegaon Education Society's Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Islampur from where I was
transferred to Arts and Commerce College, Kasegaon in 1998. Thereafter, I was transferred to Arts and Commerce College, Ashta in 2007. Presently, I'm
working in Smt. Kusumtai Rajarambapu Patil Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Islampur (previous Kanya Mahavidyalaya) as an Asst. Professor in English. As a PG
teacher, I've worked in S.G.M. College, Karad (Dist. Satara), Arts and Commerce College, Ashta (Dist. Sangli), Balwant College, Vita (Dist. Sangli) and
Mahavir Mahavidyalaya, Kolhapur (Dist. Kolhapur).

The profession of teaching is bliss for me. It has given me chance to be close to the young generations for last 27 years. In last 27 years, I have got many sons and
daughters whom I could support in their academic development as well as personal enrichment. A few names to refer are- Prafulla Munse, a successful High

Music fuels the human mind and thus fuels our creativity. A Creative mind has the ability to make discoveries and create innovations. Listening to instrumental
Winky Singh music challenges one to listen and tell a story about what one hears.

In the same sense, playing a musical instrument gives you the ability to tell the story without words. Both require maximum right brain usage which not only
exercises ones creativity but also ones intellect.
The strength of all the Arts including writing, painting, dance, and theater has the ability to create a similar effect, says Winky Singh who had started her career
initially as a teacher

Personal profile

Winky Singh, for a background of music and arts, started her career with teaching Young children until one day she realized she wanted to do more than that. S o
she started designing and stitching clothes at home and selling them. She is married with two kids, one of who works with here in the same trade.

Persona:

She is a passionate soul, only feels content when she achieves or gets her way with what she wants. She can work through nights and days without time constraints.
For her, her work is her baby; it comes before anything and everything. Beyond this, she is also a loving and giving mother of two girls. hen she is with them she is
not a businesswoman, just a mother.

Achievements
Her first ever achievement was at the start of her career, when she had just started out with a very small-scale exhibition and to her surprise, her work was not only
acknowledged and appreciated by International buyers and also worn by the Miss World at that time (Priyanka Chopra 2000). Since then, her journey begun
and went upwards, in the next 5-6 years she had over 10 buyers across the globe. she has recently tied up with Tihar Jail to train the inmates, to design a collection
which will be sold Internationally. She has won an award in UK for the same earlier this year.

Failures

During my life in export, she went through a major downfall professionally. She went through an enormous loss that not only demotivated her professionally but
also mentally. She didn't have the motivation to work for months after. But she eventually lifted herself and got back to work.
Family and parents

She is married to a software engineer. She has two kids, of which one is a designer and the other works in film production. Her father was a lawyer and mother was
a teacher.

What more she can contribute to eradicate Inhumanity from our society?

If it were up to her, she'd contribute the world into a charitable segment where people don't work for money, but to help each other.

Question and Answers-
Our Coffee Table Books' Eve Models
A) What makes you to be one among 25 Wonderful Women of Virtue?
As per her, she has reached a point in life where she has experienced so much that if she being in a position where
she can influence people to be a certain way, is no harm. So if her work and identity gets acknowledged and
recognized, that gives her the power to influence the younger generations to be able to live their lives with
nothing but contentment. She can teach them and she can empower them with her experience.
B) When did you find sense of Depersonalization in you and how?
After two decades of working in the field of design, she realized that the intention with which she had started
doing what she was doing i.e. beautifying women and turning their dream looks into reality, had diverted. It h a d
become about commercial success and that affected her work as well. She began to feel like her designs were no
more her and they belonged to the payers more than they did to her. She didn't feel a sense of attachment with her
work at all. She wanted to go back to teaching, but she also didn't want to drift away from designing since that is
where her heart was. She then got an opportunity to train the inmates at Tihar to design clothes for a film; she
looked at that as a turning point in her career as well as life. Since then she has been about empowering women
across the globe, women of all kind to nurture their art and shine.
C) How and what talents you used in spreading love, peace and humanity?
She does not think spreading love, peace and humanity requires talent to be honest. According to her, it's
something that has been inbuilt in all of us; it just gets exploited due to greed. She is a very content person in life,
which eradicates the scope of greed to a very large extent in her life. That is why, her ability to give and teach
increases. She tries and teach something or give something to anyone she comes across in life. It could be the
shortest of encounter with her domestic help at home, or a building liftman. She makes sure she makes a
difference to their lives even in the tiniest way possible if she can.

D) Do you feel you have a sense of making people happy? If yes, how you make?
She believes she does. Or so she has been told by people around her that her affection is infectious and it really Queen Tarannum Shaiah Gauri Anand
makes people happy have told her. She tries and be at her best behavior around people so she can give out love

and positivity to each person possible. Social Worker & Model, Nasik Model, New Delhi
E) Your personal views in building a perfect human being in you?

As per her, a perfect human is one that is detached from greed. One that's purpose is not to reach the top of the
world by bringing others down, but holding hands, sharing their journey, accomplishing things with happiness
and pride.

Pramila Leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping

out where you need to go to "win" as a team or an organization; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring. Yet, while leaders set the direction, they must also use
Khadun management skills to guide their people to the right destination, in a smooth and efficient way.

Pramila Khadun She is a woman with a pleasant personality and she usually attracts people of all age groups towards me. Since her childhood she has been trained
by her mother to be loving, kind and generous. For this reason, evidently lots of people come to seek her help as well as her advice. She is very calm and
understanding both as a wife and a mother. Bonds of friendship are very strong in her family.

Achievements
