Foreword enVision DVCSAA UTM2025:


UTM's Strategic Plan, named enVision UTM, serves as a framework to guide the university's journey and work objectives over a five-year period, aiming to become a leading university in providing world-class education and research. Additionally, it seeks to empower and inspire the UTM community to strive and progress amidst current and future challenges. Furthermore, I would like to express my utmost appreciation to all the coordinators of enVision DVCSAA for the excellent collaboration provided. Your efforts are sincerely valued, and I hope that your dedication will continue in the future. In 2024, we enter the third year of our enVision UTM 2025 Strategic Plan, edging closer to the culmination in 2025. The last stages are crucial for the success of enVision UTM 2025. Along the journey since the initiation of the Strategic Plan, we have gleaned valuable insights, continuously refining performance indicators that propel UTM forward.
