ABSTRACT
For more than a decade the design of tables has not changed. There’s is couple of
problems with this design but we want to focus on one problem which is a wet table.
According to research conducted by our team , we found out that most of Sekolah Tuanku
Abdul Rahman students love to study outdoors. However, sometimes they can’t benefit
from the table outside simply because the table is wet. Moreover, STAR students eat at
the table during recess but because the table is wet they’re forced to eat inside the class.
Luckily, we have found a solution to this problem and created ROTABLE. ROTABLE is
equipped with a rotatable cover thus when one side of the table cover is wet, the users can
simply roll the cover to its other side. Its mechanicals are very simple so that people from
all ages can benefit from it. ROTABLE is eco-friendly because it’s made from recycled
items. ROTABLE has high market potential because it can be used as an outdoor table for
parks and schools.

ABSTRACT
The coronavirus pandemic has caused and continues to cause a large number of deaths in
recent years. With the new infectious disease arise such as Monkey Pox, home quarantine
has proven to be a successful way to control and contain the spread of infectious disease.
The home quarantine deems to fail when relevant authorities cannot monitor whether the
people that are required to self-quarantine stayed at home. Moreover, the self-quarantine
person needs to monitor their health regularly based on KKM suggestions. CV19 Bracelet
is a user tracking and monitoring bracelet to make sure the self-quarantine person stayed
at home. The system consists of an IoT web monitoring developed for the relevant
authorities that will receive a geo-location, bracelet status and body temperature and blood
oxygen level from a mobile app for quarantined person which connected to the bracelet.
The bracelet able to send user body temperature and blood oxygen level, battery status,
emergency status and the bracelet will sound an alarm if it is disconnected from the mobile
apps by using Bluetooth connection to the mobile app. Based on the study conducted, the
CV-19 Bracelet was identified as a promising tool that can help control the spread of
infectious disease virus, by providing a real time monitoring IOT based system for medical
healthcare services anywhere and anytime which is useful for the quarantined person and
hospital management stuff.

ABSTRACT
Zingiber La poudre is a seasoning powder that is used to enhance the natural flavours or
spice of meals. This product is made out of bitter ginger, botanically classified as Zingiber
zerumbet rhizomes, which is an Asian ginger variety belonging to the Zingiberaceae
family.Zinc, one of the elements found in the bitter ginger, is good for increasing appetite
and food intake. Because of this benefit, bitter ginger help to increase the appetite of
people especially the kids who are picky eaters. Moreover, this will make it easier for
parents to take care of their kids and at the same time the kids will get enough nutrition for
their growth. Also, bitter ginger can act as natural medicines, which is customarily
incorporated into tonics and tea as a remedy for colds, fevers, fatigue, and stomach aches.
Our purpose is to address issues regarding weak appetite or lack of appetite, which often
affect children and elderly people, while also promoting the hidden medicinal properties of
the herbs across the world. For this project, we used Zingeber Zerumbet rhizomes as the
main ingredients along with sugar and salt. The product has been demonstrated and
proven that it is safe to be used .

ABSTRACT
As we know, people all over the world use umbrellas as a protection from the rain or
sunlight, but they always face the same problems every time they use it. Firstly, during the
night, the surrounding is dark, so people will face difficulties walking in the rain, especially
when it is night time. Moreover, it’s risky and dangerous to walk in the darkness because in
this society there are a lot of kidnappers and burglars. Therefore, we innovated the
umbrella and added some new features such as sirens and LED strip lights. With this
innovation, we prepared three main materials which were a ready made umbrella, siren, and
LED strip lights. The siren was used for self defense; meanwhile, the LED strip lights were
used as the light source to walk in the darkness. The umbrella holder was cut by the cutter
and the end of the umbrella holder was drilled. Then, the siren was inserted inside the
holder and the hole was made for the pin to come out. Lastly, the light was glued to the end
of the umbrella. These features will make the umbrella user feel safe when they walk alone
and it’ll reduce car accidents as the driver can see the pedestrian.

Nowadays, communication is the key to great teamwork and success. Communication is
also important in any relationship, as it allows you to effectively share feelings, opinions
and expectations. Sadly, there are unfortunate people who can’t communicate as well as
other people around them due to the disability that they have. Therefore, we had this
brilliant idea to make a device to solve this problem which is Soliloquy. Soliloquy is a device
that helps people with disabilities, especially those people who struggle to talk and hear,
that uses hand signs to communicate with other people. We used ultrasonic-ray to sense
the movement of the hand sign made by the user. The device will interpret it word by word
and display it on the display screen and at the same time it will let out a voice that reads
the words so the other people can understand the information given by the user, easily and
fast. This will not only make the user communicate with others easily, it will also give them
opportunities to live like other people and live a normal life, in line with our intention of
inventing this device.With the benefits of our product itself, we will exuberantly provide a
greater world.

The covid-19 outbreaks that have been sweeping the globe since 2019 have disrupted the
learning process for all students, but especially for SPM candidates. Students must stay at
home and do their coursework online. According to studies, students are less likely to pay
attention when studying at home, which significantly reduces their test scores. There are
some students who do not comprehend what their teachers taught them the previous
year, which impedes their ability to study in the future. EXYPNOS, which is Greek word for
"intelligent”, is a specialised learning tool for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. We created
an app that lets students perform calculations or verify the results of calculations. In
addition, this software gives students access to a number of formulae even when there is
no online connection. Giving folks in urban or rural areas access to learning opportunities
is the aim of this app. We also seek to inspire individuals who have lost hope in their ability
to learn since the last epidemic with the notion that technology may make studying
simple. We will gleefully offer a better and simpler study experience with the advantages
of our application itself.

Using Biodegradable Material to Produce Edible Membrane Encasing Soft Food: a healthy
diet is important to keep the body healthy. However, the certain problem such as chewing
difficulty can get in the way of a healthy diet. Many individuals suffer from this problem due
to tooth loss, gum disease, or poorly fitting dentures. Because of this, it is almost impossible
to get good nutrition, though dietary supplements can be consumed. Even so, some food
supplements may occasionally cause side effects that are unpleasant for most people. The
problems arise when people with these problems tend to eat softer foods or limit food
intake which can lead to a poor diet. Hence, we present to you FOODBALL, an alternative
solution for individuals with chewing problems to get good nutrition from a healthy diet. The
idea of making FOODBALL is adapted from an edible water project which is a spherical
shape product with an outer layer made of seaweed extract membrane. First, the two
ingredients used for the outer membrane are sodium alginate (seaweed) and calcium
chloride which are tasteless and safe to consume. Then, dilute calcium chloride is added.
The moist food is scooped and soaked into the dilute sodium alginate solution to be
encased inside the membrane. Finally, FOODBALL is ready to be eaten. With its goodness
which requires almost no chewing, we hope this product can help everyone out there who
needs this.

Nowadays, coins plays a crucial role daily life. From shopping to saving, it all required
money to complete the task. However, people are facing some issue due to coins which
give us some adverse effects and affect our daily schedule. Due to that problem, we are
presenting to you the PECUNIA ARCA, the best solution that can make our buying and
selling process to be faster and easier instead for usage of daily life. We used ARDUINO
UNO and ARDUINO NANO as our main component as it is an electronical and multi-task
component to ease our problem. Moreover, we add coin-sorter together with the counter
from arduino that may be useful for the owner. The material used is in a high quality
product. In fact, based on our observation, many people are facing the same problem. We
do believe that kids would also attracted with lots of beautiful and amazing features on this
coin box. Generally, this coin box can be used for all ages. Apart from that, this work
included design the simple display panel to show total quantity of each coin and total
amount of coin value as the Crystal Display (LCD) has been implemented to display the
result. Through the project, this integrated design has high performance for coin counting
and sorting in terms of user-friendly, accuracy, and attractiveness.

ABSTRACT
Tracquese Medicube is an invention that’s used to scan through human body to track any
diseases that a diagnostic can be made. The unique traits of Tracquese Medicube is that it
can give more detailed screening process and send the information directly into a tablet
through an application connected to the Tracquese Medicube. It doesn’t need a
supervision from a medical assistance to be used. MRI-CT simultaneous is the technology
that we use in this machine. MRI is a Magnetic Resonance Imaging that use a powerful
magnetic field, radio frequency pulses, and a computer to produce detailed picture. MRI
does not use radiation to be functioning. Meanwhile, CT scan which is a computed
tomography use ionising radiation to create cross-sectional pictures. The result from CT
scan is more faster to get compared to the MRI. Therefore, combining both technology in
one product should enhance our ability to scan disease more faster and produce a detailed
information for us. CT provides a snapshot of body’s structures, while MRI reveals cellular
and molecular features, blood flow and soft-tissue. The goal of this study is to develop a
machine that can give a big contribution in the medical field by combining the MRI-CT
technologies. Tracquese Medicube has the probability to exists when the MRI and CT scan
has been managed to use simultaneously without harming the patient. The model we
prepared is a mock up that we create and use a simple mechanical to make it half
functioning.

In this globalization era, the use of hair dryers had becoming more prominent among the
nations despites the genders. This is attributable to the busy life with inadequate time so
people tend to blow-drying their hair to catch up with time. However, the consequences of
using hair dryers has not been acknowledged by the majorities. In fact, hair dryers is
actually harmful to the hair. To be precise, hair dryers cause excessive heat exposure to the
hair which lead to hair roughness and breakage also weakens the hair follicles that causes
hair loss. Therefore, we as new innovators decided to dig up for a solution to overcome this
problem. We invented a convenient portable hair dryer which is named as Veto D-Hair. It is
the innovation of hair dryers that most people is using nowadays. It blows normal air to
prevent overheating of the hair so people can have a healthy hair even though without
naturally drying it. This improvised automatic hair dryer designed to be portable, lightweight
so it can be carried anywhere without taking much space. In addition, it is attached to a
removable comb that user can use according to their preferences so it is easier to dry and
comb their hair simultaneously. Besides, it comes together with a rechargeable battery to
evade user’s problem in supplying batteries and reduce the usage of electricity. Veto D-Hair
is able to save people’s time and money as users are able to use it anywhere plus, it comes
with an affordable price.

ABSTRACT
People have the risk to injure themselves due to their carelessness when they are doing
daily routine such as when performing ironing works. People tend to buy medicine from
the pharmacy or get it from the hospital or clinic in order to treat the injuries.
Unfortunately, sometimes the medicines come with a great cost. This will become
burden to those do not have a lot of money and time to cure their injuries. Most of the
time, the injuries end up with some ugly scars that remain on the skin for a long time.
Handschutz is the solution to this problem. It is specially designed to reduce the risk of
injuries caused by ironing works. Handschutz applies the concept of thermal insulation in
which it is built with three layers of heat insulators (sponge, cloth and silicone). It is also
created with a customisable size for all types of iron and is super easy to assemble. By
using Handschutz, user can prevent the risk of getting burned from the iron heat. This is
proven by an experiment conducted that show the temperature of iron without
Handschutz is significantly higher compared to the one that is covered with Handschutz.
The experiment conducted also proved that did not burn themselves nor feel any pain
while performing ironing works as the heat produced does not meet minimum
requirement that can cause type one burn. Therefore, Handschutz definitely is the best
solution to avoid repeated injuries people tend to get while performing ironing works.

We commonly dry our clothes outside of the house. It will be a problem when it is cloudy or
it is going to rain. Sometimes we do not have time to take our clothes from outside when it
starts to rain out of the blue. The purpose of the invention of this device is to give a warning
about the presence of rainwater, so that our family members will be alert of incoming rain.
Thus, we can pick up the clothes outside the house without having to run for it. A special
application is applied to program the Rain Water Alarm System (R.W.A.S). This R.W.A.S is
applicable to all people regardless of their ages. R.W.A.S is easy to use and install. It is
compatible for almost every roof designed at home. This device is designed with Arduino
UNO programming, equipped with a water sensor, LED, male to female wire, motor DC and
relay. In general, this device will give out a warning buzzer and alert the user when it is
going to rain.

This innovation is specially made for the hearing impaired drivers to drive safely. They will
be alerted of any horn or warning sound thus keeping him and other road users safe. This
system consist of a control unit, two LED level indicators, four microphones and specially
modified steering wheel with two vibrators. Microphones are fixed to the front and back
bumper and also right and left side of the car. When it detects a loud sound for example
the sound of a car horn, the corresponding LED Level Indicator will light up. If the indicator
turns red and the corresponding vibrator indicating the direction of the sound will vibrate.
Silent Sounds Alert System (Silent) is useful for hearing impaired drivers, senior drivers, and
drivers who like to listen to loud music while driving. This innovation has been tested with
hearing impaired drivers. They find the innovation to be useful and fulfill their needs.

ABSTRACT
T-LIFE is a kombucha-based drink’s topping that is prepared for the people that wanted a
healthier topping in their drink rather than their usual topping such as tapioca pearl, aloe
vera jelly, Oreo crumbs, grass jelly and other types of topping available in the market. All
these drink’s toppings are known for their high level of sugar which is not good for health,
especially for those with low tolerance to sugar. Kombucha is originated in the Northeast
China around 220 B.C. Kombucha is a slightly acidic and carbonated baverage
traditionally produced by the fermentation of sweetened tea (black or reen tea) by a
symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY). SCOBY is a byproduct of kombucha and
is made out of cellulose. The aim of this project is to produce an innovative beverage from
kombucha that is improved in terms of taste, texture and health benefits along with the
rising popularity of the tea drinks among the youth. Kombucha is not known widely
especially to the young generation. This innovation will be able to introduce this healthy
beverage and thus provide all the health benefits to those who consumed it despite the
lack of awareness about its existence in the community.

Application of Sound Signals In Reducing Burnt Clothes Incidents In Schools Throughout the
entire project, we encountered multiple questions that required our attention:
i) The maximum temperature of different materials in clothing
ii) The fundamental problem of using a non-automatic iron
iii) How to measure the temperature of the cloth accurately
iv) How to alert the user when their cloth is about to burn
iv) How to go from detecting heat to alerting the user
Through multiple methods in completion of this project, we used many sources in making this
report and all of them will be mentioned in our reference list. Burnt clothes is an unavoidable
problem especially in Fully Residential Schools, where students are bound to do multiple work
at a single time. Due to non-automatic iron which uses electrical heat it's impossible for the
user from their clothes are burnt except when it's too late. From our project, we hope that we
can decrease the number of burnt clothes annually. As we know it, different type of clothes
have different burning temperatures and for a starter product we used silk and cotton to
demonstrate and experiment on. Through multiple theoretical researches and practical
evaluations in completion of our project, we conclude that a prevention method to reduce the
risk of burning clothes during ironing with involvement of human sensory organ via ears are
most practical and low cost.

care should also be vital in everyone’s life. Hence, an innovative soap is such a necesssity to
keep the society improvise themselves with basic hygienic care. At first innovative soap is
very compulsory nowadays because of the recent COVID-19 pandemic and influenza malady
that had attacked the whole world. With an innovative soap, we can break the chain of virus
spread. It just takes a few steps to keep ourselves clean and safe from virus, bacterias and
microorganisms from surroundings. It can be commercialized as a go for everyone from
society no matter the ages they hold. The soap is also accessible and portable.

ABSTRACT
Due to excessive wastage of space as a result of excessive amounts of waste. Waste can
be solid, liquid, or gases and each type have different methods of disposal and management
(Yadav, 2015). Therefore, our product creation initiative is to maximize the saving of space
used by the resulting waste. This low -cost product is able to generate energy that is strong
enough to compress solid waste and also save energy for its users. Our team used the
concept of Pascal’s Principle. We decided to make a box shaped by plywood that is big
enough to contain small pile of garbage. Pascal’s Law states that the pressure applied to a
fluid in a closed container is transmitted equally to all points in the fluid and act in all
directions of the container. Our finding of research shows that we managed to compress
garbage and wastages with completely. This shows that our low-cost gadget is able to
crush huge pile of papers, cans and plastics. The tools that we use such as springs, bicycle
pump and plywood worked perfectly fine and there was no issue in between the process.
Although we got great achievement, our recommendation of improvements on our gadget
makes it a bigger and must be built by high quality metal. The fluid also should be replaced
by oil or water instead of air itself. We also need stronger springs to lift up the compressor
board inside the product.

The demand of oil to provide our daily activities is increasing year by year. The increase in
number of people at home eating at home led to an increase in house hold cooking oil
consumption per capita, owning to the initial stock piling and panic purchasing there’s
storage and the shift from foodservice to retail. It is one of the first categories that is
limited to each customer in large retain chains (NST Popular et al., 2022). According to
Chinese National Bureau of Statistic, in 2020 the food products retail sales of China had
grown by 9.7% and the oil section was a part of this surge. In addition, the price of oil have
risen 20% to 56% in 2020. So, our cooking oil can help those who have a problem with
money to get the cooking oil in easier way. This project is expected to have a positive
impact on the production of oil itself in a more economical way.

ABSTRACT
In 2016, The Second Annual Back-to-School Report, commissioned by the Paper and
Packaging Board, surveyed 4,300 students, parents and teachers in the United States.
Findings indicate that despite the availability of digital resources, paper is still a leading
learning tool both in and out of the classroom. Most surprising is that 82% of college
students always or often use paper to study for exams, with those who always use paper
tools up 7% over last year. However, this will lead to paper wastage as it indicates that the
paper has been used excessively. From 2010 to 2060, the global consumption of pulp and
paper is expected to double. Some facts about the paper waste that are more than 199 tons
of paper have already been produced. It is estimated that by 2020, paper mills will be
producing 500,000,000 tons of paper and paperboard each year. About 68 million trees are
cut down each year to produce paper and paper products. Therefore, the invention of our
product initiative is to uphold the 3R concept which is to reduce the usage of paper thus
reducing paper waste, reuse and recycle old products and make them a brand new product.
This product can be reused many times without any production of waste and is friendly to
students that want to study at night without turning on the lights of their dormitory or room.

ABSTRACT
In this era of globalization, we can see that fast and processed food is one of the world’s fastest
growing food types. Half of all restaurant revenues in the developed countries consumed by fast
food and continues to expand there and in many other industrial countries in the coming years
[Food retailing: fast food industry, 2005]. It is well-known of all ages due to the cheap price, easy
to prepare and heavily promoted. However, there is plenty of well-researched evidence
demonstrating various negative health effects of eating and overeating fast food either in short
or long term. Therefore, we have decided to innovate a nourishing yet delicious nugget suitable
for everyone especially children. Chicken nuggets, as well as we know are one of the popular
items in fast food restaurant, which consist of a small piece of deboned chicken meat that is
breaded or battered, then deep-fried or baked. It was invented by agricultural scientist Robert C.
Baker in a laboratory at Cornell University in 1963. In our study, we improvised some of the
ingredients. Chickpeas, high in protein are used as the main ingredient instead of chicken meat.
We also add apple jam inside since it contains antioxidants and protein. This innovation may
help food industry in the future so that they can produce more nourish and healthy fast food.

Robots, well known as an automated machine, develop to perform numerous actions to help
humans complete daily or repetitive tasks in a short span of time are widely used. Among them,
robotics in healthcare is now playing a big role to many cities such as San Francisco, Chicago
and New York to enable a high level of patient care, efficient processes in clinical settings as
well as relieving the burden of healthcare workers. Various types of medical robots used in
surgical, registration counter, disinfection and sanitation and more. However, the use of robots in
medication dispensing to the patients warded as prescribed at the right time is uncommon. Cost
is an important consideration; it can reach million (Medical Robots Market, 2016). Hence, we
invented Medic Assistant which is a very important aspect for the healthcare industry to provide
medication and work faster for the quick response and timely treatment to patients. This low-
cost robot will move around the ward following predefined tracks, easy to handle with simple
instructions to the system provided. As robot alleviate workloads, nurses and doctors have more
time to focus on immediate patient needs.

ABSTRACT
Delayed chest closure has been a maneuver adapted by cardiac surgeons around the world.
Traditionally it was used for post cardiac patients who suffered immediately post op acute
pulmonary hypertension, acute right ventricular failure, severe myocardial edema, and prolonged
medical bleed. The rationale of delayed chest closure in tackling these conditions was to reduce
the intrapericardial pressure thus increasing the preload and cardiac output. While delayed chest
closure has been a great strategy in treating all those conditions, sometimes a syringe was used
as a sternal bridge to spread the sternal which will reduce the intrapericardial pressure significantly
more. In adult cases, usually a 10cc syringe which was cut on each end was used to spread the
sternal and afterwards the mediastinum was covered using a latex glove to prevent infections. It
will be placed there for at least 24 hours and if possible until the decisions of chest closure are
made. However, in pediatric cardiac cases, a 3-5cc syringe was used instead. This is due to the
relative size of pediatric thorax relative to adults. Unfortunately, the obvious problem related to
using this method, the syringe diameter was not well matched for the sternal thickness and the
amount of sternal spreading needed to achieve the desired intrapericardial pressure. These will
lead to syringe dislodgement which can cause immediate increase in intrapericardial pressure and
lead to either acute right ventricular failure or cardiac tamponade. Both conditions can cause low
cardiac output syndrome and lead to sudden cardiac arrest. Our novel idea was to introduce a
universal device which will replace the modified syringe and thus reduce the complication related
to the modified syringe. It consists of stainless steels of a cylindrical tube which measures around
2 cm in length and has a diameter of around 2cm. within the device, it will include a mechanism
which can spread the sternum up until 6 cm in width. At each end of the device, there will be a
mechanism for the device to hold the sternum well and prevent unexpected infection from
occurring.

This project is to investigate the sustainable development of energy harvesting
methodologies for low power comsumption by ultilising the piezoelectric transduction
mechanism through pedaling activity. Significant progress has been made in research
within the field of energy harvesting has attracted a lot awareness by scavenging low
grade ambient energy sources, such as human power and environmental vibrations into
usable electrical energy. The research was done on pedaling power during cycling. The
project revolves around designing and testing two different prototype with specific design.
In this investigation, It can be identified that the energy harvesting technology is a focal
research area that offers new alternatives source for the low-power application. Addition,
the piezoelectric energy harvesting is the promising application that is able to convert
energy from available mechanical vibration from the environment into electrical
energy.Pushing pedal bicycle whether can generates electrical energy in a low-power
application by using piezoelectric energy harvesting. The hypothesis shown that such
devices are potential to be implemented as replacements for conventional primary
batteries in a low-power application. As the pedals being compressed, the top and the
bottom plate of the pedal will impact the layer of piezoelectric materials that will generate
output in the form of electricity. This output is wired to a load circuit for storage or to
power lowapplication.

Nowadays, a lot of meal waste is being disposed of which nevertheless incorporates precise
nutrition. One of the wastes are the banana peels and watermelon rinds. Banana peels are rich in
countless nutrients such as potassium, dietary fibre, and fundamental amino acids. Watermelon
rinds are high in vitamin B and C. We are determined to change these wastes into useful
ingredients in our product. We named our product boost organic cookies. Boost organic cookies
are used to minimise the quantity of waste being thrown. Our product is very beneficial due to the
fact it carries much less amount of fats and sugar compared to other biscuits and snacks.
Recently, the price of flour is increasing drastically in the food market. Our product is a crunchy and
long-lasting snack which is a great alternative for everyone. Banana peel and watermelon rinds are
washed, cut into small pieces, and dried in the oven separately. Once the flours are ready, they are
stored into a container and the container should be sealed tight to prevent air from entering the
container. Then, mix the flours with other ingredients needed to boost organic biscuits. Our product
gives the natural taste that a lot of people desire. Our product is eco-friendly because the
ingredients that we use do not contain any chemical substances. This product brings us to a
healthy way of life and ensures our body will get enough nutrients.

ABSTRACT
The present study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of garlic peel for larvicidal
activity. The larva sample were divided into three group with 20 number of larvae in each
container i.e; G0=control (without garlic capsule), G1= 1 garlic capsule and G2= with 3 garlic
capsules. The results were evaluated for the number larvae survived for 0,1 and 3 days. The
obtained results show the addition of g- capsule in water influenced on number of larvae
survived. Throughout the 3 days period, we can see that the number of larvae survived in G2 is
the lowest compared to G0 and G1. From this study, we can conclude that garlic peel extract is
effective as a larvicidal produ.

ABSTRACT
The present study was conducted to evaluate the shelf life and microbiological quality of ground
chicken meat incorporated with Allium Sativum Peel extract at chilled refrigerated storage (4°C ±
1°C). Chicken meat samples were divided into three different groups i.e., T0 =Control (without
natural preservatives), T1 =1g Allium Sativum Peel extract and T2 =2g Allium Sativum Peel
extract. The samples were evaluated for microbial counts (TVC), sensorial properties (color, odor)
and physicochemical property (pH) on different days of storage. The obtained results showed
that addition of natural preservatives significantly (p<0.05) influenced on microbial counts (TVC),
sensorial properties (color, odor) and physicochemical property (pH) compared to control
samples. Throughout the storage period, comparatively lower values of both viable count were
detected in T2 group. Color score of T1 group and odor score of T2 group were significantly
higher (P<0.05) than control group. The pH test showed that the chicken ground meat preserved
using Allium Sativum peel extract possessed a pH above 6, meaning that they were in good
condition. From this comparative study of natural preservatives, it was concluded that Allium
Sativum Peel extract could be utilized effectively as antioxidant and antimicrobial in preservation
of chicken ground meat at refrigerated storage (4°C ± 1°C).

ABSTRACT
Edible coating is one of the strategies to preserve food because it provides protection by
covering the food with its coating. Pectin is one of the sources of edible coating which can be
obtained from biomass. This research aims to investigate the potential of onion peel as the
source edible coating, characterized the characteristics of pectin obtained, and evaluate the
edible coating effect on easily-oxidized fruits in different preservation parameters. This
research used the experimental method in the laboratory. Major bioactive components,
especially total phenolics, total flavonoid, quercetin and its derivatives present in onion
peel/skin and their therapeutic applications as cardio protective, neuroprotective, antidiabetic,
anticancer and antimicrobial agents were highlighted. The present review emphasized that
onion peel is one of the important agricultural by-products which is rich in bioactive
compounds and biomedical activities that can prolong the shelf life of fruits.

ABSTRACT
Resistant starch is a kind of carbohydrates that hardly digested in the small intestine. This
phenomena causes the starch to ferment in the large intestine and benefited gut bacteria.
Furthermore, it provides lower calories compared to common starch. One of the methods is via
retrodagradation in which this method has been proven to transform a common starch into
resistant starch after undergo heating and cooling processes. This study was conducted by
treating the flour derived from pumpkin with coconut oil and sodium chloride. Next, the
crystallinity of this flour was determined by using X-ray Diffraction method. The result of the
study showed that the treatment successfully enhance the degree of crystallinity (74%)
compared to untreated pumpkin flour. This study demonstrates the potential to transform a
common starch into resistant starch under milld conditions and economical chemicals.

Based on our observations, plantation workers who work in oil palm plantations have trouble
while lifting the heavy palm oil bunch into the truck. The average weight of each bunch is about 5-
10 kg. So, they have to use a lot of energy and take a lot of time to lift it one by one. At the same
time, the work of lifting this oil palm bunch will result in a negative effect on the spine for a
prolonged time. The main objective of our products is to help plantation workers for lifting oil
palm to the delivery truck more easily and efficiently as well as, increase work productivity and
time saving. Using the working principle of the first class of lever, the stand of the Spikesaw act
as the fulcrum (center of the lever). Thus it will help workers use a little force to lift heavy loads.
Therefore, this will make it easier for workers to lift up the oil palm into the lorry and allow the
elderly to work even when they lack of energy. Our lightweight, adjustable and portable product
make consumers feel comfortable and easy to use. In addition, our products emphasize the
concept of eco-friendly because they do not use any fuel or electricity. Therefore, our product
also suitable for the elder worker to work despite the shortage of manpower.

ABSTRACT
In this modern era, soaps marketed today are using additives that are potential to cause
skin irritation and allergic reactions for sensitive individuals. The price of soaps for
sensitive skin is not affordable because it is quite expensive. Thus, this study aims to
produce soaps that are suitable for all skin types, which can promote anti-aging and at
cheaper prices. Oil palm fronds(OPF) waste, contain high amounts of glucose that is
suitable for enzyme making for OPF Enzyme. OPF enzyme can be added as an additive in
soap making which has comparable cleaning effectiveness when compared to other soap
brands. OPF content includes radical scavenging (antioxidant) activity in promoting anti-
aging. The determination of glucose was profiled using High Performance Liquid
Chromatography (HPLC) analysis. The efficacy of their antioxidant activity was conducted
via DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging assay. Gallic acid was used as
the standard and the result was expressed in the percentage of radical scavenging activity
(RSA). From HPLC results, it showed that the concentration of glucose in OPF (6.7 %) is
higher compared to other commercialised sugars [ sugar cane (2-4%) and nipa palm
(0.13%)]. The antioxidant study showed that OPF juices yielded higher activity in water
(34.67 %) compared to ethanol (27.37 %). OPF shows the highest antioxidant capacity
compared to other commercialised sugars, which promotes the anti-aging activity. From
our Cleaning Efficacy Test, we found that our OPFez Soap easily dissolves in water and its
efficiency in cleaning is also comparable to other existing soap brands in cleaning the dirt.
90% Feedback from users also chose OPFez Soap as an effective soap that does not
cause irritation to the skin and is safe for daily use.

Studies have produced varying recommendations over the years. But your individual water

will help you estimate how much water to drink each day. One of the best ways to drink
water is to use water bottle. A water bottle is a container that is used to hold water, liquids
or other beverages for consumption. The use of a water bottle allows an individual to
drink and transport a beverage from one place to another. But, is this the only use of bottle
water. Our group has created a new innovation for the water bottle. Our Multi-Purpose
Water Bottle can be use not only for drinking. It’s also can be use to clean your hand or
dirty surface as if you are using water tap. Other function you can spray the water from
the bottle to refresh yourself. And many other functions. Other problem with water bottle

Excess oil in food can harm us in many ways like chronic disease for example; heart
disease, diabetes, diarrhea, bloating and mostly obesity. The obesity cases in Malaysia are
increasing every year. Moreover, Malaysia has the highest prevalence of obesity among
adults in South East Asia. In the 2019 National Health and Morbidity Survey, 50.1% of our
adult population were reported to be overweight (30.4%) or obese (19.7%). Professor Dr
Moy Foong Ming, Professor Dr Noran Naqiah Hairi and Dr Wan Kim Sui (our Doctor of
Public Health candidate) wrote to the media expressing their worries on the obesity
problem and suggested some recommendations for the general public. The article has
been published in The Star, Malaysiakini, and Sinchew. The AirCOF is our innovation
product made with our efforts and endeavor to fix this huge problem. Furthermore, to
improve and ameliorate Malaysia’s health level to make sure Malaysia achieves zero rate
of obesity. The ideas are alternative, innovation and revolutive under high technology
system that are improved by us. As a conclusion, our product helps a lot in maintaining
human health and in order to overcome the problem of not just obesity but also hear
diseases in Malaysia.

because the price for a cup of a great coffee is very expensive. It also effects our health as
a drinker. According to a report by The World Institute of Coffee (WIC) for a cup of coffee
it can cost up to $30. This is ten times cheaper compared to homemade coffee. Besides,
coffee just not make us lost but also bad for our health. Coffee had been classified as the
most favorite drink for those who are the officer. They choose coffee to maintain their
work without sleepy but at the same time this will affect them health.

ABSTRACT
We are running a project called MOVEMENT OPERATION PANEL SOLAR or better known
as (MOPS). The study of this project is conducted to maximize electricity. This product is
also formulated so that there is less greenhouse effect and more users of green
technology. With this it is very easy to achieve the goal of GO GREEN in 2020. Statistics
show that the use of green technology or solar panels in the 4.0 revolution will increase
dramatically. Due to the advent of 5g technology which is very useful for the industrial
revolution and at this time green technology is very suitable to enter foreign markets
because this green technology is an economical and very useful technology.

ABSTRACT
As most of the mushroom farms in Malaysia are small scaled, their production capability is
limited by inadequate environmental control system. Oyster mushroom can grow and develop
with temperature in range 15 to 30-degree Celsius and relative humidity in range 80 to 90
percent’s. Application of SMART system technology can help mushroom farmers maintaining
the required temperature and humidity inside mushroom house. The advantage of this system
over conventional methods is that the farmer able to create a climate for the proper growth
and produce good yield of mushroom. The data for temperature and humidity are collected in
actual mushroom facility that had capacitated 1500 mushroom blocks in one facility in Behor
Empiang, Kangar, Perlis the data logger device had been placed in the mushroom facility 15
days. Analysis had been made in actual mushroom farming facility to find the ideal set of
temperature and humidity data reading. Range of temperature and humidity data set had been
set in by program in Arduino UNO microcontroller which is 26 – 32 degree Celsius for
temperature and 71 – 90 percent of relative humidity. The AMT1001 and LM 35 sensors will
detect temperature and humidity condition in mini mushroom house. The cooling system wills
ON if the temperature exceeds 32 degree Celsius by triggered cooling that will suck out by
exhaust fan to the mushroom house. The cooling system wills OFF if the temperature below
26 degree Celsius. The humidifier will be triggered if the humidity in the greenhouse below 71
percent relative humidity and the system OFF if the system exceeds 90 percent relative
humidity. This system can be installed by any individual type of farm, who doesn't have
knowledge about mushroom farming. It reduces effort and time of farmer and makes
mushroom farming efficient and profitable activity. The advantage of this system over
traditional methods is that we were able to produce good yield of mushrooms and create a
climate for the proper growth of oyster mushroom. When SMART system was deployed, the
results were found interesting. The system had increased the yield up to 20% compared to
conventional method.

ABSTRACT
Cooling patch has been used for decades to decrease body temperature during fever.
The current cooling patches at the market in Malaysia are manufactured by other
countries such as Japan and China. In Malaysia, using hibiscus leaves extract was
practiced traditionally during fever especially for children. However, no study has been
done to investigate the effectiveness of using hibiscus leaves extract in terms of the
ability of the extract to transfer heat. This research investigates the thermal conductivity
of the cooling patch in the form of hydrogel made primarily from different ratio of
hibiscus leaves extract (15-55 g). The thermal conductivity values were then compared
with the cooling patch made from pure gelatin and glycerin and the commercial cooling
patch in the Malaysian market. The thermal conductivity test was conducted using the
PA Hilton H112A Linear Heat Conduction Unit at the temperature range of 37.50 to 40.99
°C. The results show that as the amount of hibiscus leaves extract is increased in gelatin
and glycerin, the thermal conductivity of the hydrogel is also increased. The highest
thermal conductivity which is 12.554 W/mK was achieved by 55 g hibiscus leaves
extract. Therefore, it can be concluded that the hydrogel made from hibiscus rosa
sinensis leaves could be a potential cooling patch in the near future.

ABSTRACT
Hair is exposed daily to various harmful effects such as sunlight, pollution, cosmetic
treatments, grooming practices, and cleansing may lead to hair problems like dry hair and
oily scalp. Therefore, this project aimed to formulate a hair care product to solve the issue.
The specific objectives are to formulate the naturally based and cost-effective hair mask,
characterize the hair mask and evaluate the effectiveness of controlling oil production on
the scalp and moisturizing the hair. The uniqueness of the product is the combination of
the extract Clitoria ternatea flowers, and Oryza sativa cv. B. Merah, also known as Bario
rice. The flower extract is rich in anthocyanins, which contribute to the presence of
antioxidants and the small granules from the Bario rice act as exfoliators in the product.
The results showed that the butterfly pea extract has a high percentage of antioxidant
activity via the DPPH scavenging assay. For the organoleptic test, the pH of the product is
5.98, the colour of pale blue, highly viscous and has a sweet odour. An analysis has been
conducted to evaluate the oil and moisture content on the hair scalp. The data shows that
after applying the Blue-B Exfoliating Hair Mask, the oil on the scalp reduces while the
moisture increases. In conclusion, the hair mask is expected to be a safe and effective
alternative to other synthetic hair care products.

As we all know, the sport phase of the year are hapenning actively right now. As an active
adolscent, we all face a merely same problem which are skin irritation and damage due to
highly esposed to sunrays and sunlight. We have come up with an idea that will help a lots
of teenagers that searching for an affordable yet cheap and high in quality. The use of
skincare can help to treat skin damage but the cost that needs to be spent to buy skincare
products is quite high and not suitable for students who still don’t have any source of
income. Therefore we have innovated “The Precious Care” that is capable to slove this
problem. The Precious Skincare have been through a lot of research to select the most
suitable and good materials. We have do some good research of the benefit and goods
that our cosmetic product capable of.

ABSTRACT
Biology is all fun until you have to memorise all the facts. Students always have trouble
memorizing biology facts because they are boring and hard. Thus, we come out with this
project “Biowhizz” which can make memorizing biology facts not boring anymore. This
project aimed to examine the effectiveness of using “Biowhizz” in understanding biology.
The hypothesis of our project is the students' achievement increase by implementing
“Biowhizz” as their revision resources. “Biowhizz” is not the same as any other board
games. In this game, you have to answer the questions provided correctly to move
forwards. The question provided is direct questions with multiple choices answers and not
hard. “Biowhizz” also uses recycled materials which can reduce the effects on nature. It is
also convenient because the size of the box is not too big so you can carry it anywhere. The
sample of this research was 5 Nilam and 4 Zamrud. They answer a set of questions before
playing “Biowhizz” and another set of questions after playing it. After the data was
collected, the next step was analyzing the data quantitatively using a hypothesis test to
investigate the difference between the marks of the two sets of questions. The research
result shows that there was a significant difference in students’ comprehension of biology
between the result of the first set of questions and the second set of questions. From the
result, it can be concluded that the use of “Biowhizz” in biology subject was proven to be
effective.

Dalia A fresh and fragrant environment is often dreamed of by everyone. However there will
be situations where unsuitable conditions such as air pollution causes unpleasant
environmental odors. Comfortable and fresh air guarantees happiness and can change
one’s mood to be calmer, more enthusiastic and more positive, especially for students who
are constantly sacrificing themselves to seek knowledge in the classroom (limited space to
enjoy the fragrant, clean and fresh air make them easily fall asleep during the lesson in
classroom especially in the afternoon). We can all lose interest, concentration and focus in
class from time to time but for some students this is a real issue and is something that is a
barrier to learning. Environment – this may affect focus and concentration. From
observation, students tend to lack of focus and tired (might fall asleep) during afternoon
cause of the hotness from surrounding making them feel uncomfortable. To overcome this
problem , we have created a product that can help students to focus more in classroom. On
the other hand, our product can also act as a locker refresher in order to make our locker
smell better.This product is called eco patch. Eco patch is formulated from natural
ingredients such as kaffir lime leaf extract (Citrus hystrix ), salt and agar powder.It is eco-
friendly, save cost, convenient to be used, and most importantly it is 100% fresh (citrus
smells are great for wakefulness and alertness and effective for students),

There are a lot of people who doesn’t follow their medication schedule. This will worsen their
condition and drop their physical performance. Especially lifetime disease that have kill a lot of
people. We can avoid this with our new product, SMeC. Our Smart Medicine Care (SMeC) is a
box made for placing medicine with spaces to arrange them and will alert people to take their
medicine with a built in alarm and buttons to snooze it off. It will also show red light indicating
that their medicine need to be taken. A Wi-Fi connection would be used to connect to a
telegram group to send messages whether the buttons had been pushed or not. This will be an
efficient way to help people take their medication on time and avoid worsening their body
condition. This product can change a world to a better place with healthier people.

ABSTRACT
From wasted by-product to Superfood : the term "superfood" is a fairly new term referring
to foods that offer maximal nutritional benefits for minimal calories. They are packed with
vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Most superfoods are plant-based. Environmental
issues have always been of concern to us, especially global warming. Animal agriculture
is responsible for 14.5% of global greenhouse gas emissions. The world needs to find
plant based alternatives for animal protein – one such solution is Rice Bran. Rice Bran is
naturally rich in Plant Protein and Dietary Fiber, therefore it is a very good plant based
alternative for all consumers especially Vegan and Vegetarians. Some plant based foods
may be high in protein but lack fiber, whereas rice bran is rich in both Protein and Dietary
Fiber. By preparing it naturally, without any additives, we are not polluting the environment.
Furthermore, we are taking a wasted by-product of the rice mills and converting it to a
highly nutritious ‘Superfood’ that will help reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Global warming effects can be seen worldwide and many experts believe it will only get worse
if measures are not taken to overcome it. Therefore, it has been discovered that algae could
be a platform to overcome this situation. Algae could be harvested in a short time and I only
need a s mall space. The Oocystis Algae Cultivator The project is made up of used plastic
containers and water pumps that are easily available at any store. This project highlights how
algae can be fully utilized to reduce carbon dioxide levels in the air by conducting
photosynthesis. The device functions by using a hydroponic method where the container with
the small holes is placed in a reservoir to gain nutrients and carbon dioxide from the fishes
that are placed in the aquarium.

This study was conducted in relation to the hair problems that plague today’s teenagers which
have many effects on hair health. The statement of the problem comes from the fact that
many teenagers suffer from various scalp problems, yet do not have access to proper
treatment, due to financial issues. Therefore, we produce products that are cheaper, yet have
more benefits than the products available today. Our project succeeded in the idea from
pomade available in the market and processed it into something more effective than other
products by using telang flower, beeswax palette, petroleum gel, lime, and castor oil. In short,
this reveals that these ingredients can reduce the disease suffered and even heal the hair
faster. Due to lack of knowledge on telang flower and lime cause wastage on this material due
to not knowing about its hidden benefits.

ABSTRACT
Based on multiple articles found, piezoelectricity is defined as the process of using crystals to
convert mechanical energy into electrical energy, or vice versa. We aim to incorporate this
concept into building a new source of energy which will be installed in an electrical medium
which is a torchlight. Three years of research has been conducted and we have concluded that
the best material to be used for this construction is silicon-oxygen tetrahedra(SiO4),
commonly known as quartz which is the most commonly used one. By repeatedly hitting the
piezoelectric material with a solid metal rod, it will generate a steady amount of energy which
will be connected to a rechargeable battery that will be powering the designated medium, the
torchlight. According to a study on the effectiveness of vibration-based energy harvesting, it
can be concluded that one unit of this generator will generate an estimate of 1.5 volts, which is
very suitable for a light medium that doesn’t use much energy such as the torchlight. If
multiple units of this generator is produced, the amount of energy that can potentially be
generated may even rival a traditional generator. Further investigation on this method of
energy production will benefit the scientific community and even the environment.

This device that we were making is mainly using the technology of an Electronic Magnetic
Pulse (EMP). When "activated," an EMP device produces a pulse of energy that creates a
powerful electromagnetic field capable of short-circuiting a wide range of electronic
equipment, particularly computers, satellites, radios, radar receivers and even civilian traffic
lights. Depending upon the source, the origin of an EMP can be natural or artificial, and can
occur as an electromagnetic field. What we are doing with the EMP technology is that we
want to ensure that our privacy and security is guaranteed. Why would we ever need to use
an EMP device for our privacy and security you may ask. Well, if you don't already know,
some hotel or homestay owners secretly install closed-circuit television (CCTV) the size of
mosquitoes to stalk us and threaten to send our picture to the public in exchange for ransom
money. This study was made to help people with anxiety problems of being watched and
secure our privacy at public places. High-level EMP signals can pose a threat to human
safety. In such circumstances, direct contact with a live electrical conductor should be
avoided. Where this occurs, such as when touching a Van de Graff Generator or other highly
charged object, care must be taken to release the object and then discharge the body
through a high resistance, in order to avoid the risk of a harmful shock pulse when stepping
away. We only make low-level EMP using rechargeable batteries and coils of brass wires to
ensure your safety while using it. We would also use our companion, the infrared laser to
detect the hidden camera across the room and with this infrared laser technology the EMP-
Erator can be used more effectively without disturbing the other devices. This could be a
