Hues of Learning was a great learning experience for kids.This is the
day we are going to remember for a long time.

As a parent we felt so proud watching our daughter(Vanya) explaining
the complex things easily with a smile.Special Thanks to Ms Nitika for
patiently listening to our queries and providing meaningful inputs to
make Vanya's presentation more innovative.She played the most
important role in encouraging and educating the children and honestly
made our life as parents little easier.

From our perspective, an integrated learning approach provides a great
platform for the learners to recapitulate the topics learnt in academic

Hello Mams,

We are extremely happy for how the "Hues of Learning" program was run
and coordinated over the last three days. You played a pivotal role through
the year in building up the confidence of our wards which was evident in the
way they all performed. You took the effort in explaining the itinerary of the
program time and again to all the parents as well as kids. We are also
thankful for giving them the stage and preparation to perform with so much
confidence that there was absolutely no stage fright in any of them. Thank
you for making us all believe they can do it! :)
We also wanted to give feedback for the amazing experience we as parents
as well as Kiaan had the pleasure of sharing with you both over the last 10
months. We can't thank you enough for being a vital cog in shaping up
Kiaan's personality. We all were obviously uncertain and nervous about
what the future held when the schools began in online only mode, but you as
teachers were probably on the same boat too having to manage an army of
tiny tots in a virtual set up. We couldn't have asked for a better learning
curve for our wards. We could never imagine Kiaan would be able to sit for
such long hours as he has always been an active kid while all his fancy
chairs went mostly unused. His attention span was always so short that
nothing could keep him engaged. We could hardly make him write or read
for the very same reason. We were hoping for all of it to change and it did,
thanks to you both. He started to read and write, first because he feared his
teachers and eventually to impress as he adored you and loved the way you
praised him.
We are very happy to have gone ahead with Lotus Valley school for Kiaan's
education, for we may not have found better teacher's elsewhere. We are
elated for a successful foundational year that has gone by in Kiaan's primary
education, but equally sad and nervous again for Kiaan as he probably won't
get your love, affection and knowledge in the upcoming grades. You have
set very high benchmarks that it is hard to believe he'll get teachers of equal
calibre and kind hearts in the forthcoming grades.
We wish you all the very best and more success in setting up the right
values, vision and respect in the hearts and minds of many more little stars!!

We want to start with our congratulations on conducting such a wonderful
event "Hues of Learning". As parents, we can only feel overwhelmed by the
performance of all the students of Nursery Lilies. We want to thank the class
teachers Amandeep and Shivani Ma'an for their persistent efforts throughout
the year that have brought tremendous change in the kids. We know for a
fact that both the class teachers have put an enormous show of patience and
hard work in navigating the bunch of unlearned towards a life defining
learning process.

We know that the year gone by was an unthinkable time of our lives with
pandemic playing spoilsport in the traditional method of education. We as a
parent were skeptical in the start towards this online mode of education but
the efforts of the teaching fraternity and management of Lotus Valley have
proved that innovation is the key and every problem can be solved with
positive approach and effective execution.

The change that we see in Manvik in the last year is not something that we
could have imagined with the current constraints and seeing him
communicating with such confidence and clarity, understanding concepts
like water cycle, life cycle of a butterfly, solar system, continents etc. is
heartfelt.

We are grateful that the school decided to conduct Hues of Learning for
concluding this learning session. This has not only given kids a platform to
display their knowledge but also boosted parents morale.

Dear Ma’am,
1. She is thorough with her concepts and knows how to inculcate the same in
children without too much of efforts from both the sides specially
mathematic which most of the children struggle with generally.
2. Her class time management skills are commendable , she has completed
almost 90% of the curriculum already which we didn’t experience in last
years where left outs were very high and children used to struggle with rush
at last moment.
3. At times, she seems a little harsh which I don’t mind as children need to
know that they need to give due respect to the study time and teachers
efforts as whatever she is saying is for their benefit only and grooming.
4. Last but not le she has never been partial to any child and ho favourites
which is hard to balance for a teacher.
5. Let me not miss to mention the difficulties of virtual teaching , and the
flawless performance here too without even a single day absentee so far.

Many congratulations on the fantastic performance by the children during
the Learning Hues . It was such a pleasure to be captivated by their

To be honest, initially we were quite skeptical and wondered how the
Learning hues is going to happen, will the activity be possible through
zoom classes, while allowing the children to express themselves and
making it fun and enjoyable. And, we were amused to see the collaborative
and synchronized welcome & thank you songs by our bunch of little
rockstars in the virtual environment . We are extremely proud of the
amazing teamwork, patience, perseverance and hard work shown by both
the teachers as well as students both during the preparation & presentation.
The confidence each child showed during the presentation at hand was truly
remarkable .We were absolutely mesmerized by Samar’s confident delivery
on Solar system with great expression and voice modulation along with
playing his ukulele like a mini rockstar ( thnx to you Naveen sir, I am
grateful to you for his love towards music). Thank you so much Harpreet
Mam & Juhi Mam your mentorship was beyond words. This is where real
learning happens, putting their own presentations across. It’s not just the

Dearest Parminder Ma’am & Ashima Ma’am

2020 was difficult and by the end of it when we were all ready to resume
normal life , 2021 showed it's real colours ..wave 2 , the uncertainty to even
survive!
However, what couldn't stop completely was work for us and learning for
our kids. They were difficult to manage together but yet we sailed through
with a lot of support from Ahaan's beloved Parminder ma'am and Ashima
ma'am ( jo dono btw daant-ti nahi hai kabhi)
As parents we turned to you when we felt stuck- with academic skills, with
social skills and sometimes even our child's behaviour. He never got a
raised voice if he didn't listen in class and we always got a lot of assurance
from teachers who were willing to listen to us.
Tips on reading that made him a master reader -we don't even check which
level book he picks to read, to handling his emotions - when Ahaan's
worries got too big, to counselling parents (esp a working mom ) who felt
she was not giving enough...we don't know how we reached this point
where Ahaan is thorough and his knowledge has started going beyond his
years in some subjects.

We do believe it has something to do with how learning was made fun! So
that he didn't want to miss a single class esp hindi...and the kindness and
empathy at times taught us lessons to be better parents!

Last year, we wondered if anyone could top Isha and Sheetal ma'am and
this year our heart is so full as Ahaan leaves grade prep...

We couldn't have done it without your support.

And this mail is a way to repay back all the times and discussions which
helped us grow into better parents and raise our child better.
When we face challenges, we will now remember not to worry too much...
Thank you ! All we have towards you both is a heart full of gratitude and
blessings to keep touching young lives with your kindness and knowledge
