INTERVIEW REGISTRATION SYSTEM (IREG)

INFO SISTEM

Interview Registration System (IREG) adalah Sistem Pendaftaran Temu Duga secara layan diri (self service)
yang digunakan oleh calon SPA, panel temu duga dan pegawai SPA bagi mempercepatkan proses
pendaftaran dan urusan temu duga.
IREG diintegrasikan dengan beberapa sistem iaitu:
1. Sistem MyGIM - Panel temu duga melihat kehadiran calon temu duga pada hari/waktu yang ditetapkan.
2. Sistem MyResume - Maklumat dokumen yang dimuat naik oleh calon melalui sistem ini dipaparkan

secara langsung.
3. Sistem QMS - Janaan nombor giliran dan paparan nombor giliran (panel televisyen peranti QMS CT).
4. Sistem Pendaftaran Bilik Temu Duga - pendaftaran bilik temu duga bagi mengelak pertindihan

penggunaan.

IMPAK PELAKSANAAN

1. Memperkemas, memudahcara dan mempercepatkan pendaftaran calon semasa urusan temu duga.
2. Meningkatkan kesahihan dan ketepatan data melalui penggunaan MyKAD/ QR Code/cap jari semasa

pendaftaran.
