CNY CELEBRATION 2020

Campus Rangers had a 95
grand Chinese New
Year celebration on the
7th of February 2020.
There were Lion Dance
performances, games,
competitions, a fashion
show, singing, dancing,
a quiz, and also stalls
set up by students to
sell drinks & food,
Chinese Calligraphy,
and more.

LIFE SKILLS CLASS

For Living Skills class, our children 96
organised a mini picnic session with their
friends to help them understand what a
healthy and balanced diet looks like for the
most important meals of the day;
breakfast, lunch and dinner! It was a
fulfilling day as the children were able to
apply what they had learned in class.

ANTI-BULLYING MONTH

In honour of Anti-bullying Month, our
students have created magnificent
works of art to express what bullying is
to them.
Anti-bullying Month aims to instill a
sense of awareness and conscience in
our children towards bullying. Showing
kindness doesn't take a lot of effort.
Let us stand together with our
children to put an end to bullying.

CHARITY BEYOND MALAYSIA

Charity Beyond Malaysia is
Campus Rangers' initiative
to reach out to the
underprivileged or
destitute beyond our
country, despite the
challenging economic state
of our world. We have
donated food to Nepal, and
sponsored the livelihood of
60 children from World
Vision, located in 8 different
third-world countries.

VIRTUAL PARENT-TEACHER MEETING 2020

Our teachers had a blast at our 99
Virtual Parent-Teacher Meeting
on the 4th of July 2020. It's
always such a pleasure to meet
with our lovely parents to update
them about their children's
progress.

We received lots of love and appreciation from
our students on Teachers' Day. On the left is a
beautiful message written for our teachers by one
of our amazing parents here at CRIS.

REOPENING OF SCHOOL

Our students were able to return to school on the
22nd of July 2020. Both our students and staff had
to learn to adjust the 'new-norm', following all the
SOPs, including frequent temperature checks, social
distancing and keeping good hygiene.

On the 7th of August 2020, we
celebrated the Installation of our
Secondary School Prefects.

Our Primary School students had a
jolly good time enjoying the Merdeka
Day art & colouring activities! All of
them dressed up in their favourite
cultural costumes to reflect the very
special multi-cultural nation of
Malaysia.

NOVEMBER 2020 IGCSE EXAMINATIONS

The Cambridge IGCSE for the November 110
2020 papers came to a close on the 21st
of November 2020. The 60 Year 11
candidates from the Campus Rangers
Learning Centres could finally breathe a
sigh of relief after sitting for a month and
a half of intensive exams, especially
under the CMCO.

We take this opportunity to thank our
Principal, Invigilators and Exam Officers
for ensuring the smooth undertaking of
the whole IGCSE and Checkpoint
Examinations.

TEACHERS' IT COURSE

Our teachers attended a 4- 111
week-long IT Course on the
use of various new software
to further improve on the
delivery of online-mode
classes.
We will always strive to do
better, for the benefit of our
students, and the pride of
doing our job well!

STAFF CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION

ANGEL WONG POE SYUEN

Angel achieved gold medals in freehand, ball, clubs,
and rope categories, a silver medal in the hoop
category as well as being awarded as the Champion
of the Individual All Around Under 9 category in the
Rhythmic Excellence Unity Academy Competition
held from the 26th to 28th December 2020.
In the Christmas Miracle International Online
Competition 2020, she won 2nd place under the
Individual Stars A ROPE category.
Angel was our first student to have been awarded
with our Campus Rangers' National Sports
Achievers Scholarship. Angel has represented
Malaysia in many gymnastics events prior to this.
She has been a national champion since 2017 - 2019
in the Under 6 - Under 8 category.
