Hartford is one of Cheshire's most popular villages, combining rural appeal with rst class accessibility and a superb
range of amenities. Within walking distance of the house are two railway stations - Greenbank (Manchester to Chester
line) and Hartford (Liverpool - Crewe - London). Road access to the M6, M53 and M56 is a orded by the A556 and the
A49, making commuting to Chester, Warrington, Liverpool and Manchester and MediaCityUK easily accessible. For those
who require European or international travel, Liverpool and Manchester International Airports can be accessed within 45
minutes drive.

The village has a number of shops, including newsagents, pharmacy, orist, butchers and two general convenience
stores - a Co-Operative and Sainsbury's. In addition, there are now two very popular cafés / wine bars that also serve
food throughout the day. Other facilities include the Hartford Hall Hotel, two public houses and two thriving churches.

Hartford is renowned for its superb educational facilities catering for all age groups, including the highly reputable and
very popular Grange School (junior and secondary level), Hartford Church of England High School, two excellent state
junior schools, St Wilfred's primary school, St Nicholas's Roman Catholic high school, Mid-Cheshire College of Further

DIRECTIONS FROM NORTHWICH

From our o ce in The Bull Ring proceed up Chester Way keeping in the right hand side lane, take the right exit, proceed
through the tra c lights keeping in the left hand side lane and turn left onto London Road at the tra c lights. Proceed under
the via duct, through the tra c lights onto Kingsmead Spine Road, proceed straight across two roundabouts and at the main
tra c light crossroads turn right in the direction of Chester. At the roundabout take the third exit o onto the A556 still in the
direction of Chester. At the tra c lights take the slip road to the right and turn right onto School Lane and into the Village of
Hartford. Take the left turn into Lodge Lane (after Vale Road) and then take the second left into Landswood Park and follow
the road around. Take the rst left into Eagles eld. Proceed towards the bottom of Eagles eld and then take a right into the
private road called ‘The Paddock’. The properties will be easily found, identi ed by Wright Marshall ‘For Sale’ Boards.

DIRECTIONS FROM TARPORLEY

From our o ce in the centre of Tarporley take a right turn in the direction of Chester and upon reaching a roundabout
take the 3rd exit onto the A49 Warrington. Proceed straight up the A49 passing the Fox and Barrel pub / restaurant on
the right hand side, garden centre on the left hand side and proceeding straight on at the A54 tra c light crossroads.
Upon reaching the next set tra c lights with the Shell petrol station in front, take a right turn in the direction of North-
wich/Manchester. Proceed along into the village of Sandiway and having passed the Blue Cap on the left and the sand-
stone tower on the right the dual carriageway dips and bends slightly and after approximately quarter of a mile there is a
left hand turn o the dual carriageway towards Hartford. Take this turn and proceed to a T-junction. Turn left onto Chester
Road towards Hartford.

Proceed along Chester Road passing landmarks including Hartford railway station on the right hand side and the Coach-
man public house/restaurant on the left hand side. Continue along Chester Road and pass the shops on the right hand
side including a bakery, Cooperative convenience store and co ee/wine bar Chime and proceed along passing the
Church on the right hand side until reaching a tra c light junction. Take a right hand turn. Proceed down and continue
straight on to School Lane. Go down School Lane and take a right hand turn into Lodge Lane, which is found shortly after
Whitehall Drive on the left hand side. Take the second left into Landswood Park and follow the road around. Take the rst
left into Eagles eld. Proceed towards the bottom of Eagles eld and then take a right into the private road called ‘The
Paddock’. The properties will be easily found, identi ed by Wright Marshall ‘For Sale’ Boards.
