Misyon sa Buhay

Kahalagahan ng Pagkakaroon ng Direskyon ng Buhay ng Tao
ito ay sumasalamin sa kung ano ang iyong adhikain o layunin sa ating buhay
Ito ang nagsisilbinating gabay o batayan ukol sa ating mga kilos at pagpapasya sa buhay
binibigyang kabuluhan nito ang pamumuhay natin bilang isang indibidwal sa mundo sa

pamamagitan ng pagkakaroon natin ng magandang tunguhin sa buhay

Sa pagbuo mo ng PPMB, dapat na masasagot nito ang mga katanungang:
1. Ano ang layunin ko sa buhay?
2. Ano-ano ang aking mga pagpapahalaga?
3. Ano ang mga nais kong marating?
4. Sino ang mga tao na maaari kong makasama at maging kaagapay sa aking buhay?

Ayon kay Stephen Covey, nagkakaroon ng kapangyarihan ang misyon natin sa buhay kung ito

ay:
a. Mayroong kaugnayan sa kaloob-looban ng sarili upang mailabas ang kahulugan niya bilang isang

tao.
b. Nagagamit at naibabahagi nang tama at may kahusayan bilang pagpapahayag n gating pagka

bukod-tangi.
c. Nagagampanan nang may balance ang mga tungkulin sa pamilya, trabaho, pamayanan at iba pa.
d. Isinulat upang magsilbing inspirasyon, hindi upang ipagyabang sa iba.

MGA DAPAT TANDAAN SA PAGBUO NG PERSONAL NA PAHAYAG NG MISYON SA BUHAY
1. Huwag Sumuko. Maging determinado sa pag-abot ng mga layuning itnakda sa PPMB. Lahat ng

bagay ay may proseso at hindi madalian.
2. Huwag ikompara ang sarili sa iba. Ang lahat ng tao ay may iba’t-ibang kalakasan at kahinaan,

maging mga katangian, talento at kakayahan. Kumilos ng naaayon sa sariling kapasidad. Matutong

maging masaya sa maliit man o malaking tagumpay.
3. Humanap ng Solusyon kaysa magreklamo. Gamitin ang malikhain at malawak na pag-iisip upang

gawing mas mainam ang paggawa ng isang bagay. Kung nahihirapan, maaaring humingi ng tulong

Annotation

For this objective, I have attached one lesson plan that shows that I have used a
research-based knowledge and or principles of teaching in all components of my lesson. From
the Review and Motivation part, I was able to engage my students into using their prior
knowledge. While in the Activity part, I was able to let my students explore more ideas about
the topic.I let my students explain in the Analysis part and elaboarte the concept where the
progression learning also took place. While the research-based knowledge was used in the
Application part wherein the Challenging Tasks were also used.

After having a Conference with Clara's parents and found out

that she was diagnosed with a learning disability. I instantly tried to

research her condition. I know that understanding her condition will help

me create a more pleasant learning environment for her. So I decided to

modify instructional materials to be able to attend to her needs.

As per my personal research from the internet, Clara's problem

could be experiencing DYSPRAXIA, also known as Developmental Co-

ordination Disorder (DCD) . It is a difficulty with organizing and directing

the body to perform a motor skill (movement) needed to carry out steps in

a process and to ensure that a task is performed in the most efficient way,

according to http://childdevelopment.com.gov.

With this mind, I decided to make my instructional materials more

exciting and engaging to get her attention. I believe that Clara needs more

sensory information as it can trigger her interest. I have to include more

of tactile (touch), kinesthetic (body position awareness), vestibular

(balance awareness) and virtual information.

These difficult approaches could surely enhance her interest

and could help her start to focus on the lesson. Adding more engaging

activities that would require her attention and participation to the
class. I believe that to be able to get Clara focused in class, I need to

provide her with things that could get her attention and interest. I

could start trying to provide her with more visuals and colorful

presentation while explaining lessons.

I could also give more engaging physical or kinesthetic

activities that will allow her to do body movements which could

somehow get her interest and participation. The usual things she does

in the classroom may be a little boring for her, therefore she should

be presented with activities differ in form so she won't get bored.

Everyday should always be a new learning experience for her so that

she would get excited to come to school every day. She should be

given classroom activities and classroom tasks wherein she would be

excited about. In this way, it would always get her attention and

interest that she would always look forward to coming to school and

doing her classroom tasks. I personally believe that, giving her

rewards and positive phrases after finishing activities would also help

her to focus and take time to finish expected outputs as she looks

forward to what she is going to get as a reward. Theses cases of

learning disability is something that needs extra care and attention. It

will be in attending to their specific needs and understanding their

situation that teachers, like us, can be of great value. The more that

they lose interest and attention to class, the more that we have to

provide them with more opportunities and chances to learning. As

they continue to realize that learning is always fun, they can easily

get used to their classrooms, and to their learning environment, until

they come to that point that learning us part of their everyday lives

and that it is enjoyable to learn.

The indigenous people or the INDIGENOUS CULTTURAL

COMMUNITIES/ INDIGENOUS PEOPLE (ICC/IP) are classified as the

group of people or homogenous societies identified by self-ascription

and ascription by others, who have continuously lived as organized

community on communally bounded and defined territory and who

have under claims, of ownership since time immemorial, occupied,

possessed and utilized such territories, sharing common bonds of

language, customs, traditions, and other distinctive cultural traits or


who have resistance to political, social, and cultural inroads of

colonization, non-indigenous religions and cultures became


historically differentiated from the majority of Filipinos, according to

Republic Act 8371 or better known as " The Indigenous People's

Rights Acts of 1997".

It has been stated in this Republic Act that although they

have been historically differentiated from the majority of the Filipinos,

they still have the rights for equal treatment as the majority of the

people in the Philippines. The said Republic Act also stated that the State

shall guarantee that members of the ICCs/IPs regardless of sex, shall

equally enjoy the full measure of human rights and freedoms without

distinctions, discriminations and that the State recognizes its obligations

to respond to the strong expression of the ICCs/ IPs for cultural integrity

by assuring maximum ICC/IP participation in the direction of

EDUCATION, HEALTH, as well as other services more responsive to the

needs and desires of these communities.

Therefore, it is essential for teachers like us, to be able to

recognize and identify if there are learners in class who belongs to ICC/IP

group so that we can carefully address to their needs and therefore give

them an equal treatment/ and appropriate teaching strategies.

In the given situation where an assessment activity was

given to a class of 30 students, five of which belong to an indigenous

people (IP) group. I believe the teacher should was able to give careful

consideration to the group. Instead of focusing to the majority of the

learners who are used to having and knowing the people from SET A,

that is the Mayor, Councilors and medical officers, the teacher was able

to consider also how it is in the Indigenous People in Set B. The datu/

chieftain, community elders and healers, who are more knowing to the

indigenous peoples group. The teacher was able to show that the group

is being recognized in the class by acknowledging their culture.

It is very important for us teachers, after knowing that

there are learners in our class who belong to indigenous peoples group,

that we should be able to make sure that we use different teaching

strategies that are also applicable for them and not just to the whole

class in general. We always have to make sure that we are using

culturally appropriate teaching strategies to address the needs of

learners from this group. This is also making sure that these students

are being treated equally and never left behind.

Misyon sa Buhay

Kahalagahan ng Pagkakaroon ng Direskyon ng Buhay ng Tao
ito ay sumasalamin sa kung ano ang iyong adhikain o layunin sa ating buhay
Ito ang nagsisilbinating gabay o batayan ukol sa ating mga kilos at pagpapasya sa buhay
binibigyang kabuluhan nito ang pamumuhay natin bilang isang indibidwal sa mundo sa

pamamagitan ng pagkakaroon natin ng magandang tunguhin sa buhay

Sa pagbuo mo ng PPMB, dapat na masasagot nito ang mga katanungang:
1. Ano ang layunin ko sa buhay?
2. Ano-ano ang aking mga pagpapahalaga?
3. Ano ang mga nais kong marating?
4. Sino ang mga tao na maaari kong makasama at maging kaagapay sa aking buhay?

Ayon kay Stephen Covey, nagkakaroon ng kapangyarihan ang misyon natin sa buhay kung ito

ay:
a. Mayroong kaugnayan sa kaloob-looban ng sarili upang mailabas ang kahulugan niya bilang isang

tao.
b. Nagagamit at naibabahagi nang tama at may kahusayan bilang pagpapahayag n gating pagka

bukod-tangi.
c. Nagagampanan nang may balance ang mga tungkulin sa pamilya, trabaho, pamayanan at iba pa.
d. Isinulat upang magsilbing inspirasyon, hindi upang ipagyabang sa iba.

1. Huwag Sumuko. Maging determinado sa pag-abot ng mga layuning itnakda sa PPMB. Lahat ng

bagay ay may proseso at hindi madalian.
2. Huwag ikompara ang sarili sa iba. Ang lahat ng tao ay may iba’t-ibang kalakasan at kahinaan,

maging mga katangian, talento at kakayahan. Kumilos ng naaayon sa sariling kapasidad. Matutong

maging masaya sa maliit man o malaking tagumpay.
