EXPANSION SALAYA HOUSE Location: Salaya, Nakhonphatom Period of work: 2020 Area: 210 sq.m. Status: Conceptual Design to Construction Responsibility: Project Architect estimate cost & area perspective rendering construction presentation drawing construction consultant plan and design building
This project is expansion building from main house. The purpose is to served guest from owner’s party. Requirement from owner is this building should seem similar but different from main house. No one will know that this is expansion building. So I design the new building by same language from “Cubic mass” and use the element “Wood fin” to make old and new seem similar. And also design some material and color in the same way. Design concept
2nd Floor Plan 1st Floor Plan Planning in this building is so simple. First floor is living and party zone. Second floor is more private zone for living room and bedroom. The highlight of this building is “Stair hall” that design stairs in L-shape spire around gravel tree court. From the top of stair hall have a clear skylight to make sunlight can get throught for tree. About the steps of stair, I design like it flow in the air by canteliver from structure that hide in wall. And to make more stable steb by hanging it with vertical handrail that connect with beam in 2nd floor. Plan and Highlight space

About expansion project, one thing have to cencern is how to split and joint between old and new building. All of new basement structure seperate from old structure to avoid the collapse from soil subsidence problem. And joint in with elastic material like Silicone sealant. In between old and new

To create the privacy I design layout of this house in “U shape” and in the center place “a long swimming pool” that every room in 2nd and 3rd floor can participate with it. Design Concept
From the surronding that don’t have a good view for enjoy and relax with it, so I move all living and socializing zone to the 2nd floor where they can see some water from a long swimming pool and some green view from the pot at the end of swimming pool.

UDOMSUK HOUSE Location: Sukhumvit, Bangkok Period of work: 2022 Area: 423 sq.m. Status: Conceptual Design to Construction Responsibility: Project Architect perspective rendering construction presentation drawing construction consultant plan and design building
The owner of this house is artist and he think the intrinsic of thing is the real beautiful. So I design this house with “Raw material” like raw concrete with shuttering wood pattern and wood without wood painting. The owner also want his own studio, so I plan the studio in the center of the house to show other when he’s worked. Design concept

RESORT PROJECT
presentation THERAPEUTIC GARDEN AND RESORT Location: Bang-Len, Nakhonphatom Period of work: 2020 Area: 6,526 sq.m. Status: Conceptual Design Responsibility: Architect estimate cost & area plan and design building design concept perspective rendering
This project is resort for elder people who want to relax with nature and get away from city for a while. They can get healing from plant and tree from Therapeutic garden that was designed in each part of the resort. From that function of this resort is reflect to the way people can get hapiness. They should have “balance” in their life. So “Som-Doon”(balance) is a design concept in this project.
From “Som-Doon’ concept, I have to think not only an architecture but also a landscape to make it balance in villa and lobby building. From Therapeutic garden theory method, the therapy can get throught 5 sensation of human. So I also use this method adapt in design architecture. In the sight, I design “Frame of view” to make more visible in nature. In the taste, it’s about dining planing design. I design this area place near organic farm that allow guest who live here can plant and get some of product by themselves. 1 Lobby 2 Restaurant 3 WC 4 Kitchen 5 Gabage room 6 Storage 7 Staff room 1 2 3 4 6 5 3 3 7 Design method
In the smell, I design orientation of building and windows face to wind direction flowing and plant some aromatic fragrant tree outside near windows. In the hearing, in architecture design is similar to smell design method but about tree, It have to be fruit tree to attract some type of bird that have a nice voice. In the touch, I design different local materials in each part of building to make different texture and color when touch. 1 Bedroom 2 Pantry 3 WC 4 Closet 5 Terrace 6 Pavilion 1 6 1 2 2 3 3 4 4 5 7 Design method
