This project located at the most fantastic sigh of view in Nakhonratchasrima, Khao Yai. Owner want to create some of villa that outstanding from nature but when stay inside feel homey with nature. So I design this villa with gable form refer to basic original house form. Most of material in this villa that owner want is raw concrete, so I add some contrast color “pink-blue” to create more excitement for this villa. Design method

This project is clubhouse in The Palm III Residence project that have 95 house units in project. The Palm III project purpose is to create area or house that serve each generation since children to elders to make the “Ultimate Living” for every one. Design concept
Because this clubhouse is locate in center of project site so I design building layout in L-shape and plant trees in opposite inner L-shape to create some private area for private activity like swimming pool and relaxing terrace. Plan and Layout
Building mass is separated in 3 mass under 2 roof to split each activity related to privacy and public of activity. I design many “diagonal line” in this building that from Pruksa logo to represent more “Pruksa” through this clubhouse. Diagonal line from ceiling make this building have more sharp and fine roof and also diagonal line be some pattern on column, fin and decorative wall. Diagonal line

This clubhouse is one of building in the Expansion parking and resort project from Pino latte’s owner. Site is located on Khoa Kho that has an extreamly different contour. From the highest point of site can see a whole view of Khoa kho. Our design team think we should respect the nuture and design the building is hided and blened with nature so that still can make “The ultimate view” of this site. Design concept
2nd Floor Plan 1st Floor Plan Clubhouse is my design respondsibility build - ing. Function of this clubhouse is to served 5 units previous villas and 9 units new expansion villas. So I place it in between previous and new villa. Require - ment from owner just want common programs like restuarant and swimming pool but building mass sholud have uncommon. Ponit is to attract tourist for photograph. So I design clubhouse is “Circular shape”. First to create the “Ultimate view” while have breakfast and swim. Owner want to create the beach club at Samui. My idea is to design the club that people can connect with the beach by pool activities. So I seperate pool in many parts for different activities such as swimming, dancing, and bar. Design concept

The requirement from owner for this project is a prototype of mall for Pruksa residence project in suburb area. So I think type of mall should be a “community mall” that have a relaxing area to gather people for some activity. For example community market. From that idea, I reflect it to building mass. I design building mass like many house that gather together to present an idea of neighborhood in any Pruksa residence project. Design concept

Hexagon Pattern About Millimed company, it’s start business from medical product. I got idea from chemical formula shape that is base of every medical product to be an interior pattern in this project.
I design “open plan” office in both of 1st and 3rd floor to make working area are more comfortable and flexible. I also design some pocket gathering area for relaxing or informal meeting. about color tone is base on color theme of that deaprtment. Office design
The main purpose from this co-working area is to greet people from banquet hall but when it’s not have any meeting this place can be a workplace for people who work in Millimed office. Co-working area design

Free Planning The owner want to re-branding their company to be more modern. So I design layout plan of working desk in “Free planning” to make people can work more flexible and also add the co-working area in many way to make people feel comfort to work in any where.
