Delivery
Below are details of the different delivery types we offer and the estimated timescales for
each (which may vary). Postage and packaging costs (where applicable) will be added to your
order and will depend on the total cost, size and weight of your order. Where multiple items are
ordered, we may dispatch the items separately, however unless stated at the time of order, you
will only be charged one delivery charge.
Courier deliveries on larger items are only delivered to the front door and are often a one man
delivery. You will need someone there to be able to take the goods inside and set them up.
Please be aware that if you live in apartments or flats, the front door is classed as the front door
of the building, not of the individual flat. Lifts or stairs will not be used by the courier.

Returns policy
You have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional
Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel orders for goods and services that have been placed
with Betterlife Healthcare Limited, up to 14 days after the date on which your last item(s)
are delivered. This right does not apply to any product that has been inspected beyond the
handling necessary to see if the goods are as expected. Please note that if you cancel
your order within 14 days of delivery we will refund any standard postage paid. You will
be responsible for any postage paid for return delivery of goods as per the costs shown
in the chart opposite. To enable us to accept returns they should be returned to us within
14 working days of notifying us that you wish to return the order.

Should any product be damaged on receipt or within 6 months of supply develop a fault
we will ask you to return the item for inspection. We will then either replace the item, repair
the item free of charge or refund the price you originally paid for the item plus the cost of
‘standard’ delivery (if you originally paid a delivery charge when you purchased the item).

VAT relief
Some of our products may be eligible for VAT relief if you are chronically sick
or disabled and are buying the item for your personal use, or you are a parent,
spouse or guardian buying on behalf of a chronically sick or disabled person
for their personal use, or you are a registered charity. To obtain VAT relief
you will be required to make a declaration at the point of purchase to confirm
that you meet the above criteria and it is your responsibility to ensure the
information you give in the declaration is accurate.
