TRADING TERMS RETURNS

QHDC offers credit terms by way of written application & approval, these Goods being returned must be approved by one of our Representative or
include 7 & 30 day terms from invoice date. Please ask a QHDC sales Sales Department & will be issued with a reference number. Any freight
representative or contact our Sales Department for a credit application or handling charges will not be accepted for goods being returned. QHDC
form when required. Alternatively we accept payment on invoice by, will accept goods returned up to 10 days after date of purchase. A full

conditions that the product has been used in. QHDC provides product
information including working load capacities, specifications & product
data for use when selecting products for certain applications. Customers
are urged to check with a member of our sales team if they are in any
doubt about the suitability of a product in a particular application.

Failure as a result of fair wear & tear, miss-use, abuse, over-loading,
incorrect fitting/mounting or lack of adequate maintenance is specifically
excluded from this warranty.

QHDC reserves the right to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any
products or parts of products it deems to be faulty. Our warranty does not
cover the cost of fitting any replacement products or parts of products or
any incidental costs resulting from failed products.
