JULY We have to learn to change.
2016 You all heard this so often from me.
SBI is contracted to manage and solve problems and if we cannot solve the
WEEK 3-4 problem, then we are the problem.
We can only change ourselves.
We must improve.
We must think.
We must change.
This is what Passion (which is belief) and Professionalism (which is skills).
You must change.
We must change.
I must change.
You all say you have difficulty in understanding me – that is because you must
listen and
change and think.
Hoteliers are the hardest people to change.
If we do not understand the owners we must change and learn and think.
This is not a language problem.
I am full of change; full of ideas; full of belief – but you must realise that you
must learn
from me and listen and then change the way you operate.
If we do not change, we will not start performing.
Only half of our hotels are making budget.
Think and Change – is what I am telling my whole company.
Change must happen and the time for change is NOW.
