Objective

OBJECTIVE








➢ To build understanding to key emergency response personnel on their

roles and responsibility during an emergency.





➢ To test effectiveness of the Emergency management team/ Emergency

response team (EMT/ERT), Emergency Response Plan (ERP) Procedures

and Preparedness for Tier 2 including communications systems

currently in place in the TUAH Project.






➢ To integrate between PETRONAS Gas Berhad (PGB), Project Delivery &

Technology (PD&T), Engineering, Procurement, Construction and

Commissioning (EPCC) and Sub Contractor/ Supplier in managing

emergency situation in a unified command structure.





➢ To foster good working relationship between TUAH project team, Gas

Transmission and Regassification (GTR), local community and local

authority/agencies.

Scope

SCOPE








➢ To address the involvement of PETRONAS Gas Berhad (PGB) project

management team (PMT) and Contractor personnel necessary to

prepare, response and recover from any emergency events in the

Facilities.





➢ To trigger response from the authority such as Jabatan BOMBA dan

Penyelamat Malaysia (JBPM),Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia

(APM), Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) and Hospital





➢ To identify resources to be utilized in a variety of abnormal conditions,

ranging from minor emergency events that might cause public concern

up to major emergencies





➢ To address coordination issues among external parties such as

participation of government agencies, subcontractors, services

providers and local community in the managing this event.
