The words 'as described' where used in this Bill mean as

The 'Tenderer' is to price the piles according to the drawings

The Tenderer may have to carry out his own soil investigation
in addition to the information given and all costs in
connection therewith are deemed to be including in his
Tender.
The plant used for pile driving shall be other than diesel
hammer and the type and capacity is to the approval of the
Architect.
Piling shall commence from general formation level. Prices
for driving shall include for moving of pile frames about the
site, raising or lowering them and re-driving of heaved piles.
Prices for supply of piles shall include for all necessary
formwork including forming of chamfered corners,
reinforcement, lifting toggles, pile shoes or extension base
plates and extension cap plates, mortices for centering bars
