However, the heart was placed inside the body and the body was rinsed with wine and spices. For the next 70 days, the body was covered with natron, a salt mixture from the lake. After 40 days, the body was covered with sand to give it a human shape and after 70 days, the body was covered from head to toe with a bandage. Finally, it was placed in a coffin, carved out of stone.
