MASYARAKAT 5.0 DAN SUBJEK TASAWWUR ISLAM:
KAITAN DAN RUH

Abstrak

Masyarakat 5.0 ialah masyarakat pintar yang memberi penekanan integrasi teknologi
pintar dan manusia. Masyarakat ini dikenali sebagai “mesin bernyawa” yang memberi
penekanan kepada teknologi dan manusia berasaskan kepada teras-teras yang
dikaitkan dengan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Manakala Tasawwur Islam adalah satu subjek
yang menumpukan kepada ruh, pengetahuan dan kefahaman yang menyeluruh
mengenai Islam. Ia bertumpu kepada aspek-aspek utama yang sering dikaitkan dengan
suasana semasa dalam konteks Malaysia Hari ini. Walaupun Masyarakat 5.0 adalah
masyarakat pintar namun bunuh diri dan sakit mental semakin membimbangkan dan
di luar lojik akal. Oleh itu, dengan mempelajari subjek Tasawwur Islam di peringkat
sekolah menengah, masalah ini dapat dikurangkan atau dielakkan. Kajian ini
dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teori Al-Taswir iaitu proses mendapatkan gambaran
umum sesuatu masalah dengan mengumpul data dan isu berkaitan untuk menemukan
satu hukum baharu. Rekabentuk kajian adalah kajian kes menggunakan bentuk kajian
kuantitatif dan kualitatif iaitu soalan kaji selidik dan temu bual. Kesimpulannya,
subjek Tasawwur Islam boleh memberi penjelasan yang menyeluruh terhadap
persoalan-persoalan di atas. Kemajuan teknologi dan komunikasi yang pantas
menjadikan dunia seolah-olah sesak dan sempit. Pengaruh dan budaya negatif semakin
meningkat di samping kerapuhan aspek ketahanan dan jati diri di kalangan masyarakat
terutama golongan remaja yang boleh mengancam budaya dan nilai-nilai murni
masyarakat. Subjek Tasawwur Islam mampu menjelaskan peranan dan sumbangan
positif Islam terhadap kemajuan dunia dan keupayaannya menangani cabaran-cabaran
baru yang dihadapi oleh Masyarakat 5.0.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ESL ONLINE GAMES IN DEVELOPING
STUDENT’S VOCAB IN ENGLISH

Abstract

In this globalisation era, English language proficiency becomes a paramount evident
to a successful language learning process. Thus, Malaysia’s English Language
Curriculum for Primary Schools aims to furnish pupils with basic language skills
which qualify them to interact effectively in several of contexts that are assigning to
the pupils’ level of development in future. Therefore, the KSSR English Language
syllabus is geared to mould the learners to become proficient English language users
in future. Hence, this paper revealed the effectiveness of the ESL online games in
developing vocab in English. It has been recognised as one of the productive platform
to ameliorate student’s listening and thinking skills and for reviewing vocabulary.40
respondents from year 4 were chosen according to their poor Year 3 English final
exam’s result. They were tested through the pre-test and post-test. As a result, there is
a strong significance between the integration of ESL online games in English language
learning.

Abstrak

Penularan wabak virus COVID19 telah menyebabkan proses pengajaran dan
pembelajaran secara atas talian menjadi medium penting kepada para pensyarah dalam
mendidik dan menyampaikan ilmu kepada pelajar mereka. Pelbagai kaedah atas talian
diperkenalkan bagi menarik minat pelajar agar dapat memahami serta boleh mengikuti
kelas dengan baik. Pelbagai rungutuan diperolehi dan didengari mengatakan bahawa
proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran (PdP) tidak dapat disempurnakan dengan baik
oleh para pelajar. Oleh itu kajian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauhmana tahap
kemahiran pelajar menyelesaikan masalah ketika mengikuti pembelajaran atas talian
sepanjang tempoh Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP). Kajian ini menggunakan
pendekatan model Kognitif Taxonomy Bloom. Hanya dua komponen kajian sahaja
yang diuji menggunakan borang soalan selidik bagi mengumpul data. Hasil dapatan
kajian mendapati, purata kefahaman dan penghuraian maklumat oleh pelajar ketika
mengikuti e-pembelajaran ini adalah sederhana. Faktor penggunaan medium yang
digunakan oleh pelajar semasa e-pembelajaran juga memainkan peranan ke atas hasil
dapatan kajian ini. Secara kesimpulan, kajian ini mendapati tidak semua kemahiran
boleh dilakukan secara atas talian tanpa bimbingan para pensyarah.

INOVASI PENGHASILAN JUBIN MENGGUNAKAN CAMPURAN
PLASTIK KITAR SEMULA HDPE DAN LDPE

Abstrak

Kajian ini mengenai penghasilan jubin hiasan dalaman yang dihasilkan menggunakan
plastik kitar semula. Plastik yang digunakan ialah High-density Polyethylene (HDPE)
dan Low-density Polyethylene (LDPE). Kajian ini adalah untuk mengatasi beberapa
masalah jubin yang mudah cepat pudar dan mudah retak. Objektif kajian ini adalah
untuk mereka bentuk jubin dan menghasilkan jubin menggunakan plastik kitar semula
LDPE dan HDPE, serta untuk menentukan kualiti Jubin Hiasan Dalaman Plastik Kitar
Semula dan mengkaji kadar penggunaan plastik kitar semula di dalam penghasilan
Jubin Hiasan Dalaman Plastik Kitar Semula. Daripada kajian ini, didapati sekeping
jubin yang dihasilkan memerlukan 300g plastik. Nilai AIV untuk semua sampel ialah
0%. Ujian Rintangan Gelinciran tertinggi ialah 75 semasa kering dan 55 semasa basah.
Ujian resapan air yang dijalankan menunjukkan bahawa nisbah campuran tidak
berlaku sebarang resapan air terhadap nisbah 1. Bagi ujian tindakbalas terhadap bahan
kimia, tiada perubahan yang berlaku terhadap jubin dari segi jisim dan saiz.
Berdasarkan ujian mampatan yang dijalankan, nilai mampatan maksimum bagi nisbah
1 ialah 81.5MPa, manakala nilai mampatan bagi nisbah tertinggi adalah 1875.1N.
Cadangan untuk menambahbaik kajian ini ialah dengan menggunakan alatan yang
lebih sesuai dan moden dalam menghasilkan jubin. Kesimpulannya, semua objektif
dapat dicapai.

PELAKSANAAN PENGAJARAN DAN PEMBELAJARAN DALAM TALIAN
DIKALANGAN WARGA POLITEKNIK METRO JOHOR BAHRU

Abstrak

Pandemik Covid-19 telah mengubah corak pelaksanaan proses pengajaran dan
pembelajaran daripada secara bersemuka kepada sepenuhnya menerusi atas talian.
Namun, pelaksanaan pembelajaran era baru ini telah lama dipraktikkan di negara-
negara maju kerana ia dipercayai mampu memberikan pelbagai manfaat dan kebaikan.
Selaras dengan itu kebanyakan universiti tempatan telah menggunakan pendekatan ini
bagi memastikan silibus pengajaran dapat disampaikan dengan sebaik mungkin dan
sesi pembelajaran tidak ditangguh. Justeru kajian ini bertujuan untuk melihat
pelaksanaan proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran secara atas talian di Politeknik
METrO Johor Bahru (PMJB) dari aspek pelajar dan staf akademik. Analisis data
berdasarkan maklum balas daripada 227 orang pelajar dan 33 orang staf akademik
telah diperolehi melalui borang soal-selidik. Kajian ini menunjukkan 73.1% pelajar
telah menggunakan talian internet prabayar (prepaid) untuk mengikuti proses
pengajaran dan pembelajaran secara atas talian (PdPDT). Seterusnya 66.5% reponsen
menyatakan bahawa tahap capaian internet adalah sederhana. Secara keseluruhan
tahap kepuasan hati pelajar dalam pelaksanaan PdPDT adalah pada tahap yang
sederhana dengan purata nilaian min 3.43. Namun dapatan menunjukkan kesediaan
staf akademik dalam pelaksanaan PdPDT berada pada tahap yang tinggi dengan
galakan dan dorongan pihak Jabatan Pendidikan Politeknik dan Kolej Komuniti
amnya dan Politeknik METrO khususnya dalam usaha menawarkan kursus berkaitan
PdPDT bagi meningkatkan pemahaman, kompetensi dan kualiti pengajaran.
Keberkesanan PdPDT juga adalah pada tahap yang tinggi di mana responden bersetuju
bahawa pelaksanaan PdPDT mampu meningkatkan kemahiran, minat dan
pengetahuan dalam proses pengajaran serta meningkatkan kreativiti dalam
penyampaian kandungan pelajaran. Akhir sekali aspek persekitaran seperti rakan
sekerja dan tempat kerja dilihat sebagai faktor utama dalam memastikan kelestarian
dan kelancaran proses PdPDT.

E-COURT APPLICATION AS REPRESENTATION OF
THE PRINCIPLES OF FAST, SIMPLE, LOW COST JUSTICE IN

Abstract

Disruption has occured in all aspects of life, including in judicial governance. In the
future, the Indonesian judicial system will lead to modernization. The existence of an
electronic court application (e-court) is a demand of the global community about
convenience of fast, and low cost. The simple principle, rapid, and low cost is one of
the principles that underlies the proceedings of courts in Indonesia. The existence of
this principle of course requires that the examination of cases in the judicial process
be carried out in a fast time, without complicated processes, and requires low costs or
can be borne by the legal subject. This principle is very important because it aims to
guarantee legal objectives, namely justice, benefit, and legal certainty. The Supreme
Court's policy through the Supreme Court Regulation No.3 of 2018, that has been
updated with the Supreme Court Regulation No.1 of 2019 about the Administration of
Cases and Trials at Courts Electronically which later gave output as an electronic court
application (e-court). It has been provided convenience in terms of services and costs
to the public to litigate in court. With an electronic trial that uses an electronic system,
it can realize the principles of judicial administration, they are simple, fastand low
cost.

Abstract



The purpose of this paper is to describe the application of literary literacy in Learning
Introduction to Literature based on Discovery Learning among students of the
Indonesian Language and Literature Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and
Education, Ekasakti University. Data was collected through the technique of listening,
taking notes, recording, and literature study. The data were analyzed by reduction, data
presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of the research was that the
application of literary literacy through the discovery learning method in learning the
Introduction of Literature was able to involve the students in reading the literature, the
students become active in learning, they were able to understand the reading content
well, were able to solve problems, and were able to conclude the learning process
systematically. Thus, literary literacy activities can increase students' interest in
reading the literature and as the result the learning process becomes active and fun.

THE CHALLENGES OF ETHICAL PREACHING IN DIGITAL MEDIA
(A Study of Preaching Communication in Fourth Industrial Revolution Era)

Abstract

This article discusses the ethics of preaching in digital media. This acticle aims to see
changes in the development and the use of information and communication technology
in preaching. On one side, the transformation of change and the use of digital media
as a media of preaching has had a positive impact on the effectiveness, efficiency and
reach of the target of preaching, but on the other side it has also caused quite a lot of
public unrest regarding the ethics of preaching in cyberspace. The use of internet-
based information and communication technology has made it possible for individuals
to connect with other people across space and time boundaries and to build a pseudo
space called virtual space. The virtual space with various patterns of activity in it has
formed a new order and community called virtual community or virtual world. The
results of observations and studies show that in cyberspace with digital media,
preahing activities are widely used for personal, group, economic, political and other
interests as incompatible with the aims and ethics of the preaching itself. Whereas
preaching itself essentially aims to call for goodness and prevent disbelieving, with
various ethics related to it. Communication ethics in Islam provides precept in carrying
out preaching activities. This ethic is built on Islamic principles which have a spirit of
peace, hospitality, and safety based on sufficient knowledge and understanding of
Islamic values that are sourced from the al-Qur'an and hadith.

Abstract

Language is part of culture and language that enables the development of culture as
we know it today. Language can also play a role as a tool for social integration as well
as a tool for social adaptation, this is because the Indonesian nation has a pluralistic
language. The language of Alay is a typical language of teenagers (the words are
changed in such a way that it can only be understood among them) that can be
understood by almost all teenagers in the country which are reached by the mass
media, even though the terms are developing, changing and increasing almost every
day. language alay is a language that has a unique term, while the second definition is
made clear again that it is teenagers who use the language and the language will
continue to develop. As for the characteristics of the Alay language, the factors
supporting the rise of the Alay language among adolescents, the influence of the Alay
language on Indonesian and the impact of the use of Alay language.

ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF RMK3L IN THE PADANG
SICINCIN TOLL ROAD PROJECT

Abstract

The Construction and Environmental Occupational Safety and Health Quality Plan
(RMK3L) is an integration in the fulfillment of a quality management system in the
form of ISO 450001 which is regulated in PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 21 of
2019, occupational safety and health in the form of OHSAS 18001: 1999 has the same
components in SMK3 which is regulated in PP No. 50/2012, as well as environmental
management, namely ISO 14001 which is applied in field construction activities,
which is useful for seeing, examining, reviewing, assessing, measuring effectiveness,
knowing the obedience or compliance of officers during the project. This research was
conducted to answer how the RMK3L standards and guidelines were used in the
Padang Sic Cincin Toll Road project and how the effect of implementing SMK3 for
companies and workers. Data analysis was carried out by compiling and discussing
data from the interviews with SMK3 officers and the results of field observations and
from the results of the evaluation of SMK3 data available during observation and
literature study as supporting data. Based on this research, it was concluded that the
RMK3L had been well planned and implemented in the project location with a
percentage of 88% with implementation at the green level. The standards and
guidelines used to govern this system are compiled in the Project Quality, Safety and
Health and Environment Plan (RMK3L). The basis for implementing these procedures
is adjusted to international standards, namely the Occupation Health and Safety
Management System (OHSAS) 18001: 1999 which has similarities with SMK3 as
regulated in PP No. 50/2012. The implementation of SMK3 has a good effect on the
company and the workforce, this can be seen from the number of workers who have
experienced accidents or occupational diseases which are still relatively low and do
not have a significant effect on work implementation.

NEEDS ANALYSIS OF TEACHING MATERIALS’ DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON HEUTATOGY IN ISLAMIC EDUCATION COURSE

Abstract

This study aims to determine a needs analysis of the teaching materials’ development
based on heutagogy in Islamic Education courses to develop self-determined learning
among students. It is conducted by using a survey method at Politeknik Negeri Padang.
Samples are 250 students that selected randomly from students who enrolled Islamic
Education Course. Data obtained from distributing a set of questionnaires about the
needs of appropriate teaching materials for teaching materials. The data are analyzed
descriptively (mean score and standard deviation) using software SPSS 23. The results
of the needs analysis shows that absence of interactive learning videos as additional
learning media of the existed textbook and can develop self-determined learning are
the obtacles in the learning process. The results of the needs analysis also show that
1) the teaching materials request by students are video interactive, 2) the topics in the
learning videos contain: learning motivation, aqidah, akhlak, practice of Islamic law
(wudhu, solat, zakat, puasa) and the history of Islamic culture. This study is part of a
preliminary study on the development of the Islamic Education website.

THE VALUES OF THE CULTURE OF JAMBI TRADITIONAL SELOKO

Abstract

This article describes the cultural values in the Seloko Adat Melayu Jambi as cultural
teaching materials containing local Jambi Malay in secondary schools. This research
uses a qualitative descriptive method, by describing the facts which are then followed
by analysis and drawing conclusions. What is being described is the cultural value
contained in the Seloko Adat Melayu Jambi. The results showed that the cultural
values contained in the Seloko Adat Melayu Jambi include; 1) cultural values in
human relations with God, which reflect always being devoted to God, 2) cultural
values in human relations with society reflect always the existence of deliberation, 3)
cultural values in human relationships reflect always helping help, and 4) cultural
values in human relations with oneself, reflects hard work. The conclusion of this
study is that the cultural values contained in the Seloko Adat Melayu Jambi are cultural
values as local identities that can be used as teaching materials for local content in the
field of culture, and also as efforts to maintain identity as a Malay nation.

CATERING AUTHENTICITY OF KELANTANESE CUISINE FROM THE
VENDOR PERSPECTIVE

Abstract

One of the components related to the preservation of ethnic identity is the preservation
of traditional foodways through authenticity. The subject of sustainability of
authenticity has however been reasonably abandoned in cultural studies. In the study
of antiques, art artefacts and other forms of tourism, authenticity is generally caused,
though not in conversation with ethnic foods. With the existence of acculturation and
assimilation in the Kelantanese cuisine, especially among local food vendors
preparing traditional Kelantanese foods, the authenticity of food is questionable. This
is attributable to the state's own complicated past. Hence it is important to explore
some empirical evidence on this matter. From the vendor viewpoint, this study seeks
to explore the catering authenticity of Kelantanese cuisine. Therefore in-depth
interviews between Kelantanese food vendors who have several years of experience
in the preparation of Kelantanese cuisine were carried out individually.

KAJIAN HUBUNGAN ANTARA TAHAP KETAGIHAN INTERNET
DENGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN KESEPIAN MURID SEKOLAH
RENDAH

Abstrak

Dalam era globalisasi terdapat peningkatan tahap penggunaan Internet selaras dengan
ledakan maklumat dan teknologi gajet mudah akses. Bagaimanapun melayari Internet
tanpa terkawal boleh mencetuskan masalah ketagihan Internet khasnya kepada
golongan remaja dan kanak-kanak sekolah. Ini juga boleh mengundang pelbagai kesan
negatif kepada kanak-kanak seperti masalah psikososial, fizikal dan motivasi untuk
belajar. Justeru itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tahap ketagihan Internet serta
hubungannya dengan motivasi belajar dan kesepian dalam kalangan murid tahap dua
sekolah rendah. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan
borang soal selidik dan dijawab oleh seramai 104 orang murid tahap dua sekolah
rendah di daerah Pulau Ketam. Dapatan statistik deskriptif mendapati peratusan
responden yang mempunyai tahap ketagihan Internet yang rendah adalah agak tinggi,
iaitu 58.7 peratus. Selain itu, perbezaan ketagihan Internet berdasarkan faktor jantina
menunjukkan perbezaan yang agak signifikan. Hasil daripada ujian korelasi Pearson
pula menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara ketagihan
Internet dengan motivasi belajar serta tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara
ketagihan Internet dengan kesepian. Hasil kajian ini memberi input bahawa ibu bapa
dan guru wajar mengawasi tempoh melayari Internet dalam kalangan anak dan murid
sebelum keadaan menjadi lebih kritikal dan memberi kesan buruk terhadap
perkembangan kanak-kanak.
