GUARDIAN INDUSTRIES
Location : 21st Floor Emporium Tower,
Bangkok, Thailand
Designer : Patrick Pitaksakorn
Area : 700 sqm
Year : 2019
Initially, the concept of the project derives
from the abstract of glass. We had an un-
derstanding, as specified by the client, that
glass helps us connect perceptually be-
tween the exterior space and interior spac-
es. We define glass as an exterior interven-
tion, bringing knowledge and new insight
for external factors which helps shape the
inner self. With this abstract, we designed
the office as if it’s a tool for collaboration.
Besides having a main gathering area,
each division has its own meeting room and
co-working space for teams to collaborate.
Since the client is a glass manufacturer,
the reception area is designed to showcase
various glass products.
“Guardian Industries Corp Ltd., a leading
worldwide manufacturer of float glass and
fabricated glass products for the commercial
& residential construction industries, as well
as for the automotive industry.”

REGUS - M Thai Tower
Location : M Thai Tower
Bangkok, Thailand
Designer : Patrick Pitaksakon
Area : 160 sqm
Year : 2019
Regus is a leading international work-
space provider. The office is designed
to maximize the rental area without sac-
rificing any of the offered facilities and
infrastructure that is required for the
tenants to complete their daily tasks.
Connecting and maximizing a feeling of
community between local tenants and
travelling tenants is a core value of the
Regus identity. Moreover, even though
the rental offices are a separate entity,
the majority of the wall finishing is done
in glass in order to allow for maximum
natural light to units that are not close to
windows.

Location : Qiss Mall, Bangkok, Thailand
Designer : Narakorn Srichainak
Area : 150 sqm
Year : 2017
Pecan Deluxe, one of the globe’s most
famous manufacturers and distributors
of confectionery products, has settled in
Bangkok, Thailand.
Practical functions such as workspace,
meeting room were required along with
a speciality R&D kitchen with presenta-
tion area. The limited space was a chal-
lenge for the designer to provide a har-
mony within all the zones.
The client’s requirement of a clear sep-
aration between public/visitor areas &
confidential/private areas resulted in
an interesting design in wood & wrought
iron as visualized by the client in the ini-
tial meeting.

HQ - SPE Tower
Location : SPE Tower, Bangkok, Thailand
Designer : Patrick Pitaksakon
Area : 910 sqm
Year : 2018
The design abstract of HQ Coworking
space derives from the simple question
“What makes sense for your business?”
We constantly ask ourselves this ques-
tion both when we start up, as well as
when we expand our businesses.
The SPE Tower location of HQ was de-
signed, planned, & constructed accord-
ing to the client’s lookbook to achieve
the color tones, simplicity, & function-
ality of the workspaces. As the client’s
business model is based on offering
affordable workspaces for their clien-
tele, significant value engineering was
incorporated by the designer to achieve
a pleasant, bright, & fresh working en-
vironment, while achieving the client’s
capex objectives for this brand.

HQ - Metropolis Building
Location : Metropolis, Bangkok, Thailand
Designer : Pitchsinee Watkhuwatthapong
Area : 1,545 sqm
Year : 2020
“Provide a professional working environ-
ment and impression through design means.
Create a workspace for everyone with flex-
ible terms and reasonable pricing. Provide
essential needs to complete tasks with easy
accessibility to facilities”
HQ - Metropolis, as with all other branch-
es of HQ, was designed, planned, & con-
structed based on the client’s lookbook.
The color, tones, simplicity, freshness
of the interior environment reflects the
brand’s essential offerings to its clients.
This the simplest, & most cost effective
brand as compared to IWG’s other co
working / serviced office brands such as
SPACES & Regus. As a result, value en-
gineering has been incorporated into ev-
ery aspect of the design, furniture & fit-
tings, as well in total construction while,
at the same time, allowing the designer
to accomplish his own finishing touches
to the end result of achieving the client’s
capex on this location.

THE COFFEE CLUB
- Baan Rajprasong
Location : Baan Rajprasong Bangkok Serviced
Suites, Bangkok, Thailand
Designer : Pitchsinee Watkhuwatthapong
Area : 285 sqm
Year : 2017
“Since opening its door in Brisbane in 1989,
The Coffee Club has become Australia’s
largest home-grown café group with ap-
proximately 400 stores throughout 9 coun-
tries, with upwards of 40 million dedicated
customers.”
Apart from store growth, The Coffee
Club still requires an individuality for
each location. Each store would have its
own story and concept behind the inte-
rior design which connects the store to
the context.
A double height space with natural light
above makes the Baan Rajprasong inte-
rior merge well with the outdoor space.
Selections of furniture and material aim
to complement group hangouts and ca-
sual meetings during lunch/ break time.
