Thailand

Designer : Pitchsinee Watkhuwatthapong

Area : 315 sqm

Year : 2017

Here at Mode Sathorn, the core idea of
design elements is to capture and inter-
pret building language in proportion and
angular aspect. Therefore, evidence is
left in the interior elements like the pat-
tern of the floor, as well as wrought iron
partitions to present the brand identity
with an industrial loft look and feel.

THE COFFEE CLUB
- River City

Location : River city, Bangkok, Thailand
Designer : Narakorn Srichainak
Area : 287.5 sqm
Year : 2017

The River City is located on the Chao
Phraya River on Charoen Krung Road.
This area was settled by Chinese immi-
grants. This branch, therefore, was de-
signed to reflect the city section’s histo-
ry and river view location. The designer
showcases the birdcage pendant light
fixture, as well as the used/refurbished
wooden door/windows.

JUSTCO

Location : Capital Tower, Bangkok, Thailand
Area : 1,000 sqm
Year : 2018

“Launched in 2015, JustCo is a leading provider and
operator of shared co-working spaces, catering to
freelancers, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small to
large enterprises, who are looking for workspace
flexibility, prime locations, and vibrant communities.”
A simple, but efficient working space was created
using the client’s concept of light hearted, & af-
fordable working environment for their co-work-
ing clients.

THE COFFEE CLUB
- Avani Hotel Sukhumvit

Location : Avani Hotel, Sukhumbit,
Bangkok, Thailand

Designer : Narakorn Srichainak

Area : 150 sqm

Year : 2019

The double height ceiling in this location
of The Coffee Club allowed the designer to
create a space with more than just wrought
iron and wood typical of other branches.
Copper jackets were added to air condi-
tioning ducts, as well as to other trims, to
showcase this location as a coffee ware-
house. Possibly the most unique and attrac-
tive branches of all Coffee Club locations in
the City of Angels.

Thailand

Area : 279.1 sqm

Year : 2017

A place to hang out with friends with
an outdoor garden was the concept re-
quirement of the client. That led to tex-
ture exploration by the designer for the
interior space using glass partitions with
random openings to provide for a semi
private vibe in certain areas of the café.

DRESSED - Singha Complex

Location : Singha Complex, Bangkok, Thailand
Designer : Patrick Pitaksakon
Area : 100 sqm
Year : 2018

Located on the Ground floor of the prime
Singha Complex Building (Commercial
Wing), Phetchaburi/ Asoke intersection.
The design revolves around simulating a
“garden dining shed”. Due to the promi-
nent site, the dining store was designed
by deconstructing the axis of the build-
ing shape of the Complex in order to pro-
vide a seamless connection to the dining
concept that can be both perceived ver-
tically and horizontally in the space.

DRESSED - Lumpini

Location : Lumpini Tower, Bangkok, Thailand
Designer : Patrick Pitaksakon
Area : 70 sqm
Year : 2017

Set on the ground floor of the Q House,
Lumpini Tower. The dining space is de-
signed to provide lush green scenery with
spaces for gathering and respite space for
people who would like to escape from the
busy office work life. The interior is deco-
rated with Dressed values and mottos.
“Dressed is a healthy fast-casual dining con-
cept serving chef-designed & customizable
salad, wraps, pastas, sandwiches, soup, &
smoothies.”

BASIL THAI KITCHEN

Location : Boat Avenue, Phuket, Thailand
Designer : Pitchsinee Watkhuwatthapong
Area : 240 sqm
Year : 2018

The first concept store for Basil is located at
Boat Avenue, Phuket. Basil is a Thai restau-
rant aiming to bring a modernized version
of Thai cuisine to locals and tourists. The
store concept is to bring a Macau style of
architecture fused with contemporary in-
terior elements to create a subtle, yet or-
namented green space for the perfect Thai
dining experience.
