SECONDCEDAITMIONPUS EXPRESS III Edition 2023 CLUBS "This section consists of various activities and achievements from the Institutional Clubs" Defence Awareness Program The Literature Club, YCCE had organized the Defence Awareness Program online on 25th oct at 5:30 PM. More than 40 students attended this online session at Google Meet platform while other over Youtube Live Stream. The session started with the introduction of chief guest, Flt. Lt. Sonali Shirpurkar Ma’am at 5:35 pm. Students interacted with Sonali mam. She gave the brief knowledge about defence Forces as in “How to join the defence forces and kind of opportunities there”. Students were very enthusiastic throughout the session. The session was coordinate by Yash Netke, President YCCE Media. SECONDCEDAITMIONPUS EXPRESS III Edition 2023 CLUBS "This section consists of various activities and achievements from the Institutional Clubs" Diwali Fest 2021 YCCE Media & The Literature Club of YCCE in collaboration with The Language Lab and Kalasparsh organized various contests on the occasion of Diwali – the festival of lights. The event was held from 1 November - 7 November 2021. The various contest includes: 1.Article writing competition 2.Poetry competition 3.Greeting card making competition 4.Speech competition 5.Painting/ sketching competition 6.Calligraphy competition 7.Rangoli making competition 8.Diya decoration competition 9.Photography competition 10.Poster making competition The event received more than 100 participants and was successfully organized. The contest was held on 23rd December 2021 in the Language Lab, Old Science Building, YCCE. It was the first offline contest after a span of 2 years of online education. The event started at 5'O Clock in the evening. The anchors for the event were Mr. Amey Dhote and Ms. Hariyali Mansata. Throughout the evening, audiences’ spirits were at an all-time high. Their levels of enthusiasm never ended as the event had some amazing back-to-back performances. The performance included Standup comedy, Songs, raps and poems. Participants showcased their talent and amazing skill set. 62 CLUBS SECONDCEDAITMIONPUS EXPRESS III Edition 2023 "This section consists of various activities and achievements from the Institutional Clubs" Book Review Session - 0ffline On February 2nd and 3rd, Language Lab and Literature Club organized Book Review Sessions in Language Lab, YCCE. Hosted by Mr. Sanidhya Samundre, the sessions featured reviewers Mr. Siddhant Tonpe and Mr. Ayush Kshirsagar, who discussed the books "Atomic Habits" by James Clear and "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck" by Mark Manson. Mr. Siddhant Tonpe highlighted the importance of habitual transformations in creating a better life, while Mr. Ayush Kshirsagar discussed how changing one's mindset can help solve problems. The sessions received positive feedback and were attended by over 40 students from 1st and 3rd year. Book Review Session - Online 08 January 2023 – An online Book Review Session was held by Literature Club YCCE in collaboration with Language Lab via Google Meet. The books, “The Divine Romance by Paramahansa Yogananda” and “Eat That Frog Christmas Carnival 28th December - YCCE Media and Literature club has organized an online event “Christmas Carnival” as a celebration of Christmas. The motive of the activity was to expand the horizon of creativity beneath the mind of students. The activities included were, Poetry Competition under the theme “That gift you want from Santa”, Meme Making Competition under the theme “Goodbye 2022”, and Tree Decoration Competition. The event got great response and around 40 students participated in this online carnival. by Brian Tracy” were reviewed by Ms. Siddhi Khondankar and Mr. Rigved Tammewar respectively. The anchoring of the session was done by Mr. Siddhant Tonpe. The session got many positive feedbacks and suggestions. 63 CLUBS SECONDCEDAITMIONPUS EXPRESS III Edition 2023 "This section consists of various activities and achievements from the Institutional Clubs" Diwali Fest 2022 23 October 2022 – 30 October 2022 – YCCE Media & Literature Club organized Diwali Fest in Offline and Online mode. The fest included 4 mini events, Lantern Making Competition – online, Story Telling Competition – online, Ads Making Competition - online in collaboration with Green Club YCCE and Rangoli Competition - offline in Collaboration with Kalasparsh YCCE. The online submissions were taken for the online events and Rangoli competition was organized in front of Ganesh Temple, Near IT Department. The results for Rangoli Competition were declared under the supervision of Prof. Shweta Dhondse. The Diwali fest got many positive responses and was experienced by around 50 attendees. Joy Of Happiness- The Happiness Workshop On 13th April 2023, the Psychological Cell and Language Lab in association with “Art of Living” organized "Joy of Life" – a Happiness Workshop at the Civil Departmental Conference Hall. The workshop, led by Adv. Swapnil Jadhav and Dr. Amruta Sethi in the presence of Dr. Shaini Suraj and Dr. Meenal Kale, aimed to provide techniques to enhance happiness and well-being, as well as a deeper understanding of the psychology behind joy and contentment. The main objective was to raise awareness about the importance of happiness and mental well-being, equipping participants with practical strategies to cultivate happiness and joy. 64 CLUBS SECONDCEDAITMIONPUS EXPRESS III Edition 2023 "This section consists of various activities and achievements from the Institutional Clubs" PSYCHOLOGICAL CELL ACTIVITIES FOR FIRST YEAR The key aim behind these activities was to enhance basic psychological knowledge and make students familiar with general human behavior towards daily life aspects. The activities were conducted for three days for different sections and received many positive feedbacks from the students. The students actively participated in the sessions and shared their life experiences and goals with the audience. PSYCHOLOGY FACTS DAILY Members of Student’s Body of Psychological Cell have started a daily online activity to promote psychological awareness. The daily psychology facts were posted on official Instagram account of psychological cell @zealofgood. All the members contributed in the activity. The activity got many positive feedbacks and has spread among thousands of students. Diwali Celebration at Nehru Baal Sadan 25 October 2022 – YCCE Media & Literature Club have organized a quiz competition ‘Kaun Banega Giftpati’ at Nehru Baal Sadan. The motive behind this event was to cheer the orphanage kids up during Diwali. A story telling session and fun activities were also conducted after the quiz competition. The members spent quality time with the kids, providing them with the much-needed feeling of togetherness and bonding of a family, which made Diwali special for everyone.The initiative got many positive responses and around 50-60 students participated in the activities. III Edition CAMPUS EXPRESS 2023 YCCE Media & Literature Club 30th January – 01st February: The psychological cell student’s body has conducted various psychological activities for first year students.


65 CLUBS SECONDCEDAITMIONPUS EXPRESS III Edition 2023 "This section consists of various activities and achievements from the Institutional Clubs" Reader’s Community Formation 13 February 2023 - A Readers Communitty was formed to boost the skills of literature enthusiast of the institution. The motive of this community is to share their ideas and thoughts on various literature content. This community comprises of over 60 participants from various branches and semesters across the campus The primary purpose of the readers community is to link passionate readers with each other and help them share their thoughts and ideas about their readings through the medium of the community . Also, it aims towards development of reading , listening and speaking skills through various meets and events that will be conducted through it. Word of the Day Literature Club had started a series of English words which were posted daily on Instagram handle of Literature Club @litclub.ycce. The activity was commenced from 5/12/2022 till 18/01/2023. All the members contributed on daily basis in this activity. Total 41 posts were uploaded and got around thousands of collective responses. SCRIPSI Released 1st April 2023: The Language Lab and Literature Club, YCCE have released the third edition of annual Literature magazine of YCCE named SCRIPSI. SCRIPSI showcased various aspects of literature such as Articles, Poems, Arts, Book Reviews, Anime Reviews, Speech Reviews, etc. curated by the students of YCCE. 66 CLUBS SECONDCEDAITMIONPUS EXPRESS III Edition 2023 "This section consists of various activities and achievements from the Institutional Clubs" YCCE Media Organized "ANTOGATVA 2023 " on 15th August 2023 On occasion of 77th Independence Day, 15th August 2023, YCCE MEDIA organized an online talk and entertainment event “ANTOGATVA 2023 - Wisdom at its Best”. Event comprised talks from various well-known personalities with wide range of topics and variety of entertaining performances by the students of YCCE. Mr. Kshitij Bhasme and Ms. Samiksha Sawadh were the anchors for the event. Both of them made the event magnificent. The speakers of the ANTOGATVA 2023 were Mr. Sunil Sadasivan, Mr. Amol Dond, Ms. Bhavishka Sugandh, Dr. Anup Marar, Mr. Manish Kulkarni, Ms. Smita Mire. The students who performed in ANTOGATVA 2022 were Mr. Amey Dongre, Kalasparsh (the art club), Taraansh (astronomy club), Emerge (poetry club), Nrutyakala (dance club), Natrang (Drama club). All the talks from each of the speakers were informative, knowledgeable, motivating and inspiring. The performances added the energy and refreshment for the audiences in this corona pandemic situation. The Event was premiered on YCCE OFFICIAL YouTube Channel and was a grand success with over 2000 attendees. The event received appreciation from the speakers and delightful feedback from attendees. YCCE MEDIA thanked all the speakers, performers, attendees and the authorities of YCCE for their support and being virtually together for making the event a grand success. 40 CAMPUS EXPRESS III Edition 2023 CLUBS "This section consists of various activities and achievements from the Institutional Clubs" Inaugration Ceremony Anime CommunityOF YCCE 8th July 2023, Saturday: A Screening Event was organized after the inauguration to brief about the Anime Culture by the Anime Community. The film "Suzume" directed by Makoto Shinkai was screened in front of the audience. "Suzume" is a 2022 Japanese animated fantasy, adventure, romance, film written and directed by Makoto Shinkai .The film follows 17-year-old high school student Suzume Iwato and Souta Munakata, who team up to prevent a series of disasters across Japan. Makoto Shinkai conceived the idea for Suzume while he was traveling around Japan. Shinkai noticed that Screening Event 8th July 2023, Saturday: The Anime Community organized it’s first event in the college. The inauguration ceremony of the community was conducted in Language Lab. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Dr. Meenal Kale, Prof. Supriya Thombre and Prof. Vaibhav Dhoifode. The event began with the procession of lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati and with an inaugural speech by the president of Anime Community, Sanchit Khandare. Prof. Vaibhav Doifode inspired the community members to carry on some of the core values of the community. He shared his important views over commitments among the audience. Prof. Supriya Thombre explained the motives behind clubs and community formations at YCCE. All the community members were felicitated by the chief guests and the event was concluded with a thank you speech by the community president. III Edition CAMPUS EXPRESS 2023 YCCE Media & Literature Club thought of writing a story about it. Suzume is the fourth-highest-grossing film of 2022, the eighth-highest-grossing anime film of all time, and the 14th-overall highest-grossing film of all time. "This section consists of various activities and achievements from the Institutional Clubs" Chemical Society of YCCE, Nagpur is an organization aimed at acknowledging students with emerging ideas in the fascinating and expanding world of science and engineering. On 27th May 2023, the Chemical Society was installed in the presence of Dr. U. P. Waghe(Principle) as a chief guest, Dr. A. P. Munshi (Dean SA), Dr. P.U. Waghe (Head of applied Chemistry),and Heads of departments from various disciplines. The primary goal of the Chemical Society is to inspire and engage students by recognizing their talents, intellect, innovation and competitive spirit in the field of Science and Engineering. Around 20 students were selected from over 350 students as board members of the Society and exceptional 5 students were selected as office bearers. The selected office bearer includes Mr. Partho Ghoshal as President, Ms. Khushi Atara as VicePresident, Mr. Atharva Kumare as Secretary, Mr. Guruvesh Wankhede as Vice-Secretary and Ms. Ashlesha Kolhe as Treasurer. The event was a success under the coordination of Prof. Shruti Gomkale and Prof. Rashmi Murwatkar. RASAYANTANTRA Rasayantantra an intercollegiate competition was organized on 14th June 2023 by Chemical Scociety, YCCE. The event was inaugurated in the presence of esteemed guests, including Dr. U.P. Waghe (Principle), Dr. P.U. Waghe , Dr. Hemlata Ganvir, Dr. Malabika Adak and Prof. Shruti Gomkale. The main purpose of the event was to captivate the participants and showcase the wonders of chemistry, aiming to foster scientific curiosity, promote hand-on learning, and enhance understanding of various chemical phenomena through Model Making and Live Experiments. The event was carried out with brief Inauguration followed by the showcasing of scientific models/experiments by the students. There were over 100 participants and the models were evaluated by faculty members. The winners of RASAYANTANTRA are as follows: Mr. Aman Pawade, Ms. Khushi Latey and Ms. Arya Bedekar. 26 "This section consists of various activities and achievements from the Institutional Clubs" 24th JUNE 2023- Department of Applied Mathematics & Humanities organized "GYAN SABHA" an inter-college competition for B.Tech. First Year students. The event featured four engaging competitions: Debate, Poster Presentation, Science Exhibition, and Quiz. With approximately 350 participants from various engineering colleges in Nagpur, the program provided a platform for students to display their creativity, innovation, and intellectual prowess. The event kicked off with an inauguration ceremony held at CCC Auditorium. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Honorable Dr. U.P. Waghe, Principal of YCCE, Dr. Malabika Adak, HOD (Applied Mathematics), Dr. Manjusha P. Gandhi, FY coordinator, Dr. A.V. Patil, Dean Academic Matters, Dr. A.P. Munshi, Dean Student Activities. The debate competition saw passionate young orators engage in thought-provoking discussions on contemporary social, political, and technological issues. The poster presentation and science exhibition displayed the creative and innovative abilities of the students. Participants presented their eyecatching posters. From cutting-edge scientific innovations to solutions for local community challenges, the exhibition was a testament to the ingenuity of the young minds. The quiz competition added an element of excitement and competitiveness to the event. The event was a resounding success, thanks to the guidance of Dr. Malabika Adak, Dr. Manjusha P. Gandhi and coordinators Dr. Nitin Wange, Prof. D. P. Bawane, Dr. Monali G. Dhote and the hard work of student volunteers and faculty members. 69 TEDxYCCE SECONDCEDAITMIONPUS EXPRESS III Edition 2023 The organizing team vowed to continue the legacy of TEDXYCCE in the years that followed. The TEDXYCCE videos are available on the TEDx You Tube channel under the playlist TEDXYCCE. This grand event could be successful due to the combined efforts of the organizing team and the Management of YCCE. Dr. Aniket Munshi was the professor in charge of the event. Mr. Yash Netke was the Organizer (Licensee) of the event. The Core Team put in toiling efforts to make this event a grand success. The Members, Ms. Vedanti Awaghade, Ms . Aachal Gadpayle, Mr. Kinshuk Karmarkar, Mr. Nikhil Rathod, Mr. Amey Tinkhede, Ms. Hariyali Manasata, and others, under the guidance of Mr. Parimal Bhakre, played a pioneering role in the swift organization of the event. On April 30, 2022, YCCE organized its second edition of TEDxYCCE, an independently organized TED event under the motto 'Ideas Worth Spreading’. The event marked the exchange of ideas across various domains, ranging from Journalism, Psychology, self-help , and many more. TEDXYCCE was marked by experienced speakers: Mrs. RenukaBadhe, Mr. Mithilesh Vazalwar, Ms. Drishti Sharma, Mr. Joy Agrawal, Ms. Prachi Tehlan, Mr. Sarvjeet Soni, Mrs. Shilpa Agrawal, Mr. Rohit Raut, and performers: Mr. Gaurav Tanksale and Mrs. Shreya Tanksale. All the speakers enlightened the audience with their insights, experiences, and brainstorming ideas under the vivid theme of the event "VOICES ON THE VERGE". The performances by Mr. Jay Bhore and Mr. Pratik Wankhede (Singing) and Mr. Amey Dongre on mouth organ gave a relaxing and refreshing experience to all the guests and audiences. The audience, in turn, turned out to be a wonderful and responsive one, thus motivating the speakers and the organizing team. "This section consists of The grand annual fest of YCCE, ‘YASH’ " CAMPUS EXPRESS III Edition 2023 YASH22.0 - TheGrand Annual Fest of YCCE 27 YASH 22.0, a techno cultural extravaganza, took place at Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering in Nagpur from March 20th to 27th, 2022. The event attracted nearly 2000 students from various engineering institutions, with technical events like LAN Gaming, Smackdown, Autocad, Town Planning, Lathe Backon, Need For Speed, T-Tycoon, and Make in India. Cultural events included Fashionista, Freshers, Symphonica, Razzmataaz, Body-Building, Marathi Drama, and Bhairavi, a mega event featuring live performances by Bollywood star Avdhoot Gupte. YASH23.0 - TheGrand Annual Fest of YCCE YASH 23.0 was the annual fest of Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, held from 16th to 22nd April 2023. Yash 23.0 featured an incredible array of Technical, Cultural, and Sports activities that brought together students from all over Nagpur. The fest's inauguration was an auspicious occasion with the presence of the Chief Guest, Dr. P. K. Gupta, Head of Atomic Institute, along with the esteemed Principal of YCCE, Dr. U. P. Waghe, and the Registrar, Dr. S. V. Prayagi. Bhairavi - The grandest talent show of YASH, graced by the esteemed presence of the Founder of Nagar Yuvak Shikshan Sanstha, Hon'ble Shri Dattaji Meghe, and the renowned celebrity, Mr. Ankush Bharadwaj. The winners of various competitions held in YASH events were commemorated and felicitated in vocal talents of our students. Raaz Mataaz - An enthralling dance competition that captivated the audience with breathtaking performances. Fashionista - A Fashion Show that set the stage on fire with style and creativity. Traditional Day - The campus was awash with colors .A vibrant celebration of our rich cultural heritage and diversity. Freshers' Party - A warm welcome to the new students, filled with fun and excitement. The fest included an impressive lineup of events: Symphonica - A mesmerizing singing competition that showcased the appreciation.
