Price, James Nulf and Matt Price. Collectively, they have decades

Matthew C. Price Matt is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, with a major in Economics and a
minor in Real Estate and Urban Development. After graduating in 2003, Matt relocated
CEO to Southwest Florida and started his career as an assistant project manager in the tower
division for WCI Communities, where he was responsible for the construction and
management of four luxury condominium towers in the Naples and Marco Island area.

In January 2005, Matt joined a commercial development firm as a leasing specialist,
eventually earning the position of Vice President – Leasing & Property Management.
In 2012, He created SW Management & Realty, a leasing and property management
company. He and his team managed, leased and asset-managed over 2,000,000 square
feet of commercial space in Southwest Florida. He currently holds a Florida Real Estate
Brokers license in Florida and is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors. Since its
formation, SW Management & Realty has been involved in some of the largest real estate
transactions in Southwest Florida, valued at $100 million. His clients include Gartner,
Comcast, Cintas, Neogenomics, Florida Cancer Specialists, Lee Health, Staples, Home
Depot, Walgreens, Sony, Red Bull, Robb & Stucky, Alorica, Nestle, and ADP.

As CEO of Seagate Development Group, Matt sets the vision and goals of the company.
His focus is on growing Seagate’s real estate portfolio, managing assets, cementing investor
relationships, overseeing the commercial construction and development division, and
overseeing the property management division. Additionally, Matt manages the real estate
brokerage company, where he is responsible for maintaining relationships with brokers
and tenants—the lifeblood of the commercial real estate business. His decisiveness and
strong leadership skills are paramount to keeping the company on course.
