In 2079 Aarav Jaygopal Grade 4 B It is the year of 2079, we are on our way to planet Ooze 70, far, far away from Earth. Our spaceship, Poko locks, has been flying for months past planets and stars to reach Ooze 70. The landing is not easy with huge rocks everywhere. While landing, we saw a strange pink alien behind a rock. Our Robo-Captain gets down and starts walking towards the alien. Robo-Captain is actually a very intelligent robot. She is our leader and oversees the Poko locks. The alien says something we can hear but cannot understand. But Robo-Captain speaks to the alien in its language. Then, she runs to the alien, picks it up and rushes back to the spaceship, she jumps in and bangs the door shut. Right then, we see many dangerous looking green aliens screaming and running towards Poko locks. Robo- Captain orders us to take off and we fly up and away from Ooze 70. The pink alien is saved. Robo-Captain says we will go back to Ooze 70 another time. The End

Oh, the nightmare! By Aanya Batra PYP 4C There was a girl named Jessica. She was 10 years old and had beautiful blue eyes, long ginger hair and two fuzzy adorable cats. She lived on the outskirts of a city and was not a very social person. One night, as she was getting ready for bed, she started hearing some strange noises… First, it was the creaking of a door and then, growling of what sounded to her like a monster. She got scared and was quivering with fear as she tucked herself into bed quickly. She reminded herself multiple times that it’s just her imagination! She called her two cats to have some snuggle-some company and help her sleep. As she began drifting into sleep, she heard some tip-toeing sounds, and these kept getting loud…louder…BOO!!! Jessica burst into a screech and tears of fright. Then, she saw a weird little creature that was noisy and was black-furry-SCARRRRRRYYYYYYY. Jessica, while she was crying and scared, wondered if she should explore what exactly is going on?? She crawled out and went in search of that furry creature that was quick to disappear. Jessica was really scared and kept thinking that it was a bad idea to chase this weird looking creature. She gathered all her courage and walked hushhhhh-ly into the hallway. The noises continued – some squeals and tiptoeing, as if someone or something is in pain. Finally, Jessica spoke up – gathering all her powers and strength. She said, “Hello!!” … pause …. gulp … “Is anyone there?” She heard this screaming voice in reply, “HELP ME!!! Please, help. Anyone…” Immediately after hearing that, she heard a really loud shriek. It sounded like a shriek of pain and also terror. Then, she eventually found the black-furry creature! But … it wasn’t alone. It looked like a monster, and she saw what was next to it. A green figure with sharp teeth and blood drooling from its mouth. She knew exactly who it was! Huggy-Wuggy. “Of course, it is HuggyWuggy!” She saw a girl in a white dress. Her hair was black and covering her face with tiny tears in her dress. She could feel her body being shaken up. She heard a loud sound “Jessica, Jessica, wake up. Wake up right this second!” With a smile and a huge sigh of relief she said, “Be right there, Mom!” She knew in that instant it was a crazy-scary dream. She said, “Woah, what a nightmare! Boy, do I love being surrounded by my cats and no mystery creatures! To a happy day … off we go!” And she set out for another day of new adventures. THE END
THE FAMOUS THREE By Abraham Kurian George PYP 4C Chapter 1- summer holidays “It's finally summer break’’, David said (who was the youngest). "I can't wait to get home!! “Yeah! After a long year of school, I deserve to sleep, play video games and just be lazy’’, said Daniel (who was in the middle). You know there’s still a holiday project, right? Said Mathew (the oldest), Mathew don't joke with me right now!! I’m not joking you can check your email. I will check, Daniel said about to take his iPad out of his bag, hold your horses dude said David wait till were in the train will ya, we need to get of here first.” Oh yeah that's probably a good idea, “said Daniel. “Yikes I can't imagine what you would do without me big brother, mm… let’s see I could pos- that wasn't a question “, David said interrupting his brother.” Bro you are so unbelievably dumb that I am pretty sure you didn't pass the term assessment”, said Mathew. Actually I'm 77.6% sure that I failed the exam too. “Oh my god”, said Mathew and David at the same time slapping their foreheads. Hey, look it’s the train! Someone yelled. There was mummering and sighs of finality. There was excitement in the air everyone was happy, they were going home to see their families, or go travel. Chapter 2- A new place, A new friend, a new mystery When David, Daniel, and Mathew reached the station they were surprised to see a taxi driver waiting for them. “My name is Max. Your parents told me to take you to central park. CENTRAL PARK!!! That's so far away!! I gave your parents a 50% discount, no more questions okay” now got into the car. Sheesh! okay-okay. In the middle of nowhere the taxi driver stopped the car and told them to get them out Mathew was confused and asked him why his answer was the same as before but this time in a more commanding voice Mathew was angry Daniel was confused and David was scared, but they still got out and immediately got shot by something it was a sleeping dart!!!! After who knows how much time David, Daniel and Mathew woke up in a dusty cellar feeling very sleepy and confused they got up to their feet ,then they realized what happened they had been kid-napped!!!we need to get out of here said David, oh really captain obvious we didn't realize that until now said Daniel, guys be quite I know you're scared, but don't be ,because being scared and crying like a baby will not help us right now Look for the door, it's most probably in that section, Mathew said pointing to the north… after some time Daniel found the door but it was locked from the outside!! Just then somebody opens the door and said “my name is Mary; I am here to rescue you now. Let’s go before that thug wakes up”, and with that she ran away the boys had no choice to believe her and run after her after a while they finally caught up she was waiting at the door she opened it and all they ran out and went to the nearest village to find a telephone booth when Mary fell down and sprained her foot OW!! She yelled Daniel picked her up and kept running Mary was astounded and asked him why he had helped her he answered saying no one is left behind, but you barely know me. I wanted to help you so stop asking questions he said between huffs. Finally, they saw a telephone booth they called the police as fast as they could. Now the thug was awake and was very angry that his prisoners were not over there anymore. So, he was rushing towards the nearest village. And let's just say he got the shock of a lifetime when he saw five police cars following him and
telling him to pullover and when he got out of his car he was arrested for kid-napping the police then reunited the trio with their parents and sent Mary to an orphanage a lived happily ever after.
The Time Machine By Ankit Achan PYP 4C Once upon a time there was a boy who wanted to create a time machine. He wanted to create a very special time machine, so that he could see the future as well as the past, for fun. He started off by making a base model, then he started using it to see if it really works. He started his time machine, it said choose a timeline of your choice, he chose “2100”, it immediately teleported him to a completely different world; he saw robots, flying cars, and many other things that were futuristic. While he was admiring the new world around him, he saw something even more amazing, a very futuristic rocket! This rocket was unlike any other, it had a TV, autopilot option and a bedroom. The rocket was so big… it was almost like a house, he then decided to take the rocket to outer space, he was soon in space and had a ride in outer space, he then decided to return to earth. In a matter of minutes, the auto pilot option helped him land and he was back. He went back to his time machine and was back to 2023. The end.
The Brave Dogs By Aryaman Ramaiah PYP 4C Once there were 2 dogs who were very good friends and lived in one part of the forest. On the edge of the forest there also lived a fox who was mean and intolerant of other animals. One day it was raining heavily, and the dogs were taking shelter in the trunk of a huge tree that had fallen down. While they were trying to stay safe and dry, they heard continuous whining and whimpering. It sounded like that of a baby animal. So, they started looking around to check where the noise was coming from. They saw a puppy. The fox also saw the puppy from a distance. He started rushing towards the pup to attack him. The dogs saw this and ran to save the puppy. They were brave enough to grab the puppy and shoo the fox away. He ran and swore revenge. As the days passed, the dogs cared for the puppy, and he grew. But the fox kept on trying to attack the puppy unsuccessfully. So, the dogs went to the king of the monkeys and asked for help in the matter. Since the monkeys were also upset with the fox and his ways, they agreed to help. Meanwhile the fox was planning a big attack on the dogs at nighttime when they were sleeping. He actually tried this one night, picked up the puppy and ran away. The dogs heard the puppy's cries and ran behind the fox, calling the monkeys along. They all attacked and hurt the fox badly and chased him far away. The monkeys and dogs lived in peace thereafter. Moral: Never be scared of bullies. Be brave and stand up to them to protect yourself. Where there is a Will, there is a Way. By Ashmita Avni PYP 4C Last month I found out that I needed to attend a gymnastics competition in Mumbai. Then I realized that I couldn't do most of the steps, so I asked my coach if I could change my routines. But he said, “NO, you're going to learn the steps and do it”. So, for one month I practiced very hard, and I learned my steps. The day before the gymnastics competition I was very nervous, and I got a fever, and I couldn't eat any food. The next day I made up my mind to do my best to perform all my routines. I went to the competition not only did I remember all my routines, but I also won three medals. The lesson that I learnt from this experience is that if I set my mind to do something, and practice hard, then anything is possible. THE END
The Boy and the Porcupine By Dhruva Garlapati PYP 4C I had asked my dad for a vacation plan. My dad asked me if it is ok to visit his native during the summer holidays, we all said yes, and I was excited and asked my dad to explain about the village. My dad explained “The village is far away from the city, surrounded by hills in two directions, East and West. Towards the North, there is a river flowing, and there is a bridge constructed over the river allowing vehicles to commute. In the south, there are small hills that have rich deposits of Calcium. The village has a lot of farmlands where they majorly cultivate rice fields, banana plantations, and beautiful flowers. There are a lot of houses built on the hill and few on the flat terrain. They play lot of sports majorly cricket, kabaddi, kho-kho, and badminton in the Village.” Listening to my dad I got excited and started to think more about the visit to the village. I thought of playing kho-kho. As I didn’t know about this game, I understood the rules by watching a few YouTube videos. Finally, the day has come, and we all set off to the village. My grandparents were waiting for us. They welcomed us to the village. After some time, I went into the kitchen as I could smell good food. Grandma told me that she is making my favorite dishes, she had asked my dad earlier about it. She showed me Dal, Rotis, Rasam, Sweet, Color Rice, and Pappads. We all sat down together in the hall and my grandfather arranged banana leaves for all of us. I was surprised to see the leaves and asked grandpa about them. He mentioned that eating in banana leaves is healthy and improves our immune system. My grandfather served me all the dishes and they were so yummy, I almost ate till my tummy couldn’t take anymore. Thanked my grandpa and grandma for the wonderful dishes. Later my grandpa took me out for a short walk, I hardly could walk as I ate so much. We wandered around the green fields. After seeing so many tomato plants, I asked my grandpa how they watered the plants. He explained drip irrigation systems and sprinkler systems and showed how they are using them in the fields. I played around in the field for some time with water and later returned home. Later in the night I was tired and wanted to sleep. My grandpa and Dad had arranged the beds on the terrace. When I went up to the terrace, I saw the beautiful village glowing up and moonlight falling on the river was a beautiful scenic view. As I lay down on the bed after watching the village, I could see the moon and stars in the sky right above us. It’s an amazing view and my dad explained to me about the Moon and Stars. The cold breeze was so good, and listening to the folk songs at some distance, without knowing I fell asleep. The next day we woke up, it was a fantastic view with sunrise, birds chirping at some distance, and hills covered with fog at far off distance.
While we were having breakfast, my grandpa mentioned some sports competition going on in the village as it was festival time. As I was very much interested in kho-kho, I asked my mom if I could play the game. My Mom agreed, we went to the game arena, and I joined the team of my age group. My parents cheered with joy I did my best and I ran as fast I can and was able to apply the rules, I learned earlier. Also, I heard my grandpa talking about catching an animal competition, which no one had won recently, as it’s rare to find a porcupine in the village. I asked my dad about it, and he mentioned about the rules of the game. Kids should always be accompanied by Parents and it’s sometimes scary to play this game. My grandpa mentioned that he used to take my dad when he was a child. So, I insisted my dad to enroll in this game. During the night I watched few videos about Porcupines before going to bed. The next day along with many other teams, My Dad and I set out to a hill in the West in search of a Porcupine. My Dad had prepared a box cage to catch the Porcupine and he asked me to carry it. As we were trekking on the hill, we started hearing some sounds and my dad mentioned it could be a Porcupine. He quickly moved to find it out, and he ran a bit far away. I was not able to catch up to his speed and slowed down. I was thirsty and drank some water and sat down near a tree. Later I could listen to same sound very near to me and looked to my right to find a porcupine. Upon seeing me the porcupine opened its sharp squills. I was scared and bit stayed a bit away from it. It started running away from me and I looked for my day. He was far away and couldn’t hear me. For a moment I thought to follow it and keep some distance. It started running a little faster and I also sped up a bit. After some time, the Porcupine stopped, and I was right behind but was hiding behind the tall rock. The Porcupine might have sensed me and opened up the sharp quills again. For a moment I thought that the Porcupine could attack me. Remembering that my grandpa mentioned it needs lot of courage to get closer to the Porcupine and hard to catch it, I filled in courage a little and started to think about catching it. As I learned from videos, Porcupine eats nuts, berries, bark, roots so while coming from home I asked my mom for some carrots and nuts and packed them in my backpack. I took out my backpack and the box cage which I was carrying. Placed the box cage in front of me and filled it with nuts and carrots. Stepped away from that place and started watching from a little distance. The Porcupine slowly started to move closer to the box cage as it could have been hungry may be. It entered the box cage and got trapped. I was watching from far and my dad called me from behind. My Dad was surprised looking at the box cage and the Porcupine. We took it along with us to the village. Everyone saw the Porcupine and started praising me for my courage. I felt very happy. Later I asked my grandpa if I could carry it with me to the city. He mentioned that we shouldn’t harm the animals and that it’s just a game that allows the villagers to watch and understand the animal closely and it’s a tradition coming from some generations in the Village. Usually, they feed the animal very well that day and set it off the next day at the same place where it was found. The next day, my grandpa accompanied me, and we both set off to go to the same place as we found it. I was a bit emotional as I was almost with the Porcupine the whole day and loved feeding it. My grandpa consoled me and brought me back home.
It’s time to return to my home in the city. I thanked Grandpa and Grandma for the wonderful time we had in the village and also, I had some good friends there. I promised them to visit again as I had a lot more to do in the village. It was a wonderful time to cherish the moments for a long time and my dad gifted me the selfie I took with the Porcupine, which I pasted it in my room. THE END
Sara and the Robot By Elina Bontha PYP 4C Ones upon a time there lived a girl named Sara. she loves robots one day she made one robot, and that robot would listen to what ever Sara says but one day the robot went crazy, and Sara did not like that, so she got very angry and sold the robot to another girl. The next day she was sad because she does not have any robot, so she made another robot and nice thing about the new robot is that Sara made is that robot can fly the next day another girl shifted nearby Sara’s home and her name is Zoe. she loved cats a lot, but Sara is scared of cats, so Sara carefully and gently knocked the door, Zoe opened door then Sara told can you help me get my robot back, she told okay! Then she told she is scared of cats, and she told not to get cats near me, Zoe told okay with a sad face. Later Sara and Zoe reached to place where Sara sold the robot, Sara knocks the door Sanya opens the door she asks can I have my robot back she told okay you can have your robot back Sara was so happy to see her robot and her new and old robot became friends then Sara first time lifted Zoe’s cat , Zoe was so happy for her and Sara was thinking cats are not that scary and both of the robots are very happy.

Chapter 1: Enchanted Forest! Once upon a time, lived two sisters in an enchanted forest where there were beautiful trees and a pleasant ocean view! The two sisters, Seria and Gothel worked hard to help the forest grow! In the forest all the trees are in many different colours like, pink, red, yellow, and sometimes, even rainbow coloured! And the mushrooms are really huge! One night while Gothel was asleep, Seria went on a walk deeper into the enchanted forest where Gothel would not let her go! After a while Seria got lost in deeper woods and started to get afraid. She heard a noise in the bushes and screamed as loud as possible. And right behind her was an evil witch. The witch trudged toward Seria and set a spell that made her doze on the ground. The moment she dozed off the witch casted another spell that would make her evil forever, and only the Kindness Blindness cure can heal her! When she returned to the cottage that morning, she saw Gothel come out of the cottage. Gothel came out and said, “Good Morning” To Seria! Since Seria was very mean, she ignored her and made her stumble and drop down on the ground! Gothel got up and dusted her skirt, wondering what had happened to Seria and why she was being meaner than before. The day had dawned, and Seria went to bed early. But what she didn’t know was that Gothel was exploring what had happened to her. And one of her clues were that she went into the deeper woods in the enchanted forest! It was past midnight and Gothel was still roaming around the room. “Hmmm” She thought to herself. “What if she went into the enchanted forest and was cursed to be evil?” She asked herself. Although, Gothel did not know that what she was thinking had actually happened the night that Seria actually went into the forest. Gothel lay down on her bed and kept her hand under the pillow. Immediately when she kept her hand under the pillow, she felt a paper she took it, and read it! When she read it, she knew what she had to do to save Seria. Written on the paper was “Seria: You can Save her with the Kindness blindness cure. Places to find the potions: -Ms. Meria, Ms. Seraphina, Ms. Lary, and Ms. Cherry. Who all has what potion: Ms. Meria- Golden potion. Ms. Seraphina- Silver potion. Ms. LaryPink potion. Ms. Cherry-Purple potion.” Gothel didn’t know who wrote this letter and why, but she did know that she had to go and find the cure. So, she packed her bag and left in the middle of the night. Chapter 2: The Quest! That’s where the journey began for Gothel! Since she didn’t know the way, she used her GPS tracker on her phone to go to the first place, Ms. Meria’s. It was morning and Gothel reached Ms. Meria’s cottage. She knocked on the door and waited for a while. A kindhearted witch appeared in front of the door. The witch introduced came here and what she needed. “I can help you make the potion, but only if you get me a few ingredients”, said Meria. “Sure”, replied Gothel. Meria wrote all the ingredients she needed on a piece of paper: Dragon flower dust, Kindness gem, Heart plant, and Pixie sparkles. Meria told Gothel that they were really rare and had that they were in a garden a few lands away. Gothel agreed and went off. It was night and she reached half the way, she could see the magical and the sparkling garden in the distance. By the time she reached it was already the next day! She roamed around the beautiful garden wondering where the ingredients could be. But suddenly there was a change of weather. It was sunny just a moment ago, but then it started to get cold, and it started to snow as well!!
Chapter 3: The Huge Blizzard Gothel found the Dragon flower but no dust. Even though she still picked the flower and put it in her bag. It started to snow heavily as she moved further and soon, she found herself in a huge blizzard. Her next stop was to find some Pixie Sparkles. Since she was stuck in an enormous blizzard, she did not know where to go. After a while she started picking up the snow, wondering what to do? But the moment she picked it up, it turned into Pixie Sparkles and that was exactly what she needed. She quickly grabbed some snow and kept it in her bag. Instead of Gothel moving forward. Her GPS tracker was pointing her in the opposite direction, so instead of moving ahead, she turned around and started walking in the opposite direction. She came to another garden where there were flowers with centre parts were all filled up with gems. She started roaming around and, in her paper, said that the kindness gem is of blue colour, and the flower is of pink. She started her search for the same flower. There were multiple pink flowers, but none of them blue gems, she started to scratch her head and wonder where it would be? She walked forward and saw a really bright flower in the middle of the garden. The flower was pink and when she looked inside, she saw a blue gem! She gently took the gem out and kept it kindly in a wrapped paper! “3 Down! 1 more to go”, said Gothel. She had to find the Heart plant and give it to Meria and quick! She had no idea where it would be or how it would look, so she searched online! It looked very simple! There was a flower and a heart inside of it! She started searching about the flower and there was a quick point she had to remember! “The Heart plant stands out all alone” was written on the internet. She started her journey at night so that she could rest for the evening. She saw a dash of sparkly light nearby her. She reached the garden by morning and escaped he heavy blizzard. She saw the flower, but there was no bloom. Luckily Gothel was a witch and used her powers to make it bloom! In no time it had bloomed and Gothel kept it in her bag. She reached the forest by 6:00 in the evening she knocked Meria’s door and entered, when she entered, Meria was on the floor and there was a was a bottle of poison next to her! Gothel tried all of her potions but none of them worked. Suddenly she had an idea! She took all the ingredients out of her bag and kept it in Meria’s cauldron. Once she kept it, she took some boiling water and put it. After that she took a few match sticks and light up the fire below the cauldron. The potion was ready! Gothel put some potion into a bowl and gave it to Meria, and she drank some of it. Her eyes suddenly opened, and Gothel helped her up to her feet. “You saved me! Thank you” said Meria in a low voice. “Welcome” replied Gothel.” I made the Golden potion! Is there anything else I can do to help you?” Asked Gothel. Meria replied no and told that she should go and save her sister Seria. Gothel agreed and went off to the next house, Ms. Seraphina’s house. Chapter 4: The Next house!
She kept on going further and further to Ms. Seraphina’s house. This time she had to go to a village, instead of the forest. Back at her cottage Seria didn’t even know or care that Gothel had gone away, she was actually happy that she was not there to disturb her from ruining the forest and stopping her from doing mean or evil things and polluting the ocean! While things for Gothel were very easy. She reached the village entrance and the village number she had to go to, was 60, the last house in the whole village. She reached and knocked on Ms. Seraphina’s door. Gothel waited for a while, then opened the door herself. She saw a witch and asked whether she could come in or not, the witch turned around and welcomed her kindly into her house. Gothel explained everything to Seraphina like she did to Meria and Seraphina told she needed a few things from this village. Seraphina wrote all the things she needed on a paper: The Golden petal-Queen’s peacock, The Miracle Dimond-Diamond Maze, The Special Green Grass at the end of the Queen’s Garden, and The Kind flower – Pink Colour: Queen’s Garden. Gothel Took the paper and went off. Roaming in the village she saw a huge castle. She realized it was the Queen’s palace and snuck in to get the ingredients. She jumped over a wall and ended up in the garden behind the castle. Since that was where she had to go, she started by finding The Special Green Grass at the end of the garden. Gothel had come across many beautiful flowers and reached the end of the garden where a some of the grass was shining, she touched it and realized that this was one of the ingredients and kept it in her bag gently. She went to find the Kind flower of pink colour, but there was no flower in that colour. Suddenly, there was a sparkly pathway that lined to the second garden that Gothel did not know about! She searched the second garden as she found a pink flower floating in the air. Gothel grabbed it and kept it in her bag. After that, she went into the castle where she had to get the Golden petal from the peacock. First things first, Gothel went into the CCTV camera room to see where the peacock might be. She saw that the queen’s bedroom floor was filled up with golden petal and a window nearby that she could jump and land safely in the garden, she had a huge scheme that she was about to succeed in! She was about to get out but one of the guards came and checked if everything was all right, so she quickly hid under the desk. The guard sat on the chair and slept as he was working. Gothel got out quickly while the guard was asleep and snuck into one of the corners next to the queen’s bedroom. She opened the door and quickly took a few of the golden petals and jumped out of the window leaving the door of the bedroom open. She reached the garden and jumped over the wall and went out of the castle. “3Down! 1 More to go” said Gothel. THE END Chapter 5: The Diamond Maze! She was on her way to find the diamond maze. As she walked by, she saw a huge maze made out of diamonds and entered it! She went left, straight, then right, and straight and right, and then left and left. She reached the middle and saw the Miracle diamond. She picked it up and held it in
her hand carefully. Suddenly, the maze started closing out. Gothel walked back and started running outside. With the help of her magic, she teleported outside the maze just in time before it closed and disappeared. She went back to the village number 60. The moment she entered some one behind the window was pulling Seraphina away from Gothel. Gothel froze whoever was in the house including the witch and made the other person who was kidnapping Seraphina, disappear into thin air! Gothel unfroze everything and gave the ingredients to Seraphina to make the silver potion. Seraphina made the silver potion and told Gothel to go and save Seria! Gothel nodded and went off to the next house, Ms. Lary’s house! This time she had to go on a hill. She reached by midnight halfway and rested from 3:00 -7:00 in the morning. Gothel reached Ms. Lary’s house by 12:00pm and knocked on Lary’s door and immediately, a witch opened the door and the witch welcomed Gothel into her house and asked what had happened and why she came here. Gothel explained everything to Lary why she had come, what she needed, and what happened to her sister! Lary understood. She told Gothel that, she had all the ingredients, but her place was floating mad and everything including Lary and Gothel were floating in the air. So both of them spent half a day trying to catch the flying ingredients, but they were really fast fliers, so it was really difficult to catch them! It was night and both of the witches slept and the ingredient were still flying around, MAD! Gothel and Lary woke up in the morning and Gothel remembered something. She told Lary “We’re witches, and we can use our magic to stop it!!” “Good idea!” said Lary. They tried hitting the ingredients with their spells separately. Soon the girls realized their power was not strong enough, so they combined their power and set the madness place into a peaceful place! Lary made the pink potion as fast as possible and gave it to Gothel to go and save Seria. Chapter 6: The Last Stop! Gothel went off and had to go one last house, Ms. Cherry’s house. Her house dose not stay in one place for so long and keeps moving to different places, so Gothel ran to the place where Ms. Cherry’s house was right now! She reached just in time before the house disappeared and entered quickly and closed the door. Ms. Cherry asked what had happened to Gothel. Gothel told how her sister Seria is cursed and the cure that could heal her! Ms. Cherry agreed to help make a potion and told Gothel that she needed a few ingredients and wrote them on a piece of paper:
Birds Singing, Honeybees And A Few Ivies- A lovely garden. Cherry Teleported Gothel to the Lovely Garden without saying anything! Gothel Saw a huge tree with many birds singing, and a Swarm of bees on another. She took a jar and put it next to the bird’s mouth as it was singing, so that the birds singing could enter. She had a lot of singing in that jar, so she took it away and closed the jar as she went to the Swarm of bees. She took another jar and got a few bees and closed the jar. Now all she had to do was find a few Ivies and go back to Cherry! She roamed the whole garden but didn’t look at one of the trees properly because there was some kind of weird plant. Little did Gothel know that the weird plant were Ivies. Before she was about to leave, she looked at weird plant carefully and touched it. The moment she touched it, the Ives started pulling pack to tie her on the tree with no escape! But Gothel managed to escape with the powers and take some Ivies with her. Instead of running back to Cherry’s house, she just teleported of over there and gave the ingredients to her for making the purple potion. Cherry finished the potion by midnight, and they were in the enchanted forest now because her house dose not stay in one place so long! Gothel thanked Cherry and went to her Cottage! Chapter 7: The Cure Gothel had all the potions and reached cottage by 3:00 in the morning. She got there and kept all the potions on the table with an empty bottle. She mixed all the potions in the bottle and kept it in Seria’s drinking water so that when she wakes up in the morning, she could drink the potion! And everything happened as Gothel planned, Seria woke and drank the potion. Gothel helped Seria on her feet. “What have I done?” questioned Seria when she came outside the cottage to see the Forest! Gothel told Seria that ‘everything is going to be fine now that she was okay. From that day onwards Seria never trusted to go into deeper woods! Both of them worked harder than before to help the forest grow brighter and, shinier! And both of the sisters lived happily ever after. THE END

Hello, my name is Keya Musaddi A.K.A Keya Today I will be telling you about my trip to Maldives. Let’s start!!! Chapter 2 – The beginning of my excitement We reached the Maldives airport, and I was super pumped. I really loved the amazing view and saw many oceans and beaches on the way. While we were exiting the airport, we had a person to assist us until we reach the hotel, we’re staying in. We went in a bus since we were going to the hotel in a special type of transportation! Suddenly we got some bad news, the timings for the bus got delayed! The attendant showed us the way to the lounge. We went in the VIP lounge! It was very luxurious, there were a lot of yummy snacks, fresh juices, massagers, and the seats were big and very comfy! We all felt bored, so we played a game while we were eating. It was called Atlas. Finally, the bus arrived, and it didn’t take long for us to reach that special transportation. The transportation was …. A SEAPLANE!!! Some people would be wondering what about what are seaplanes. A seaplane is a boat that runs on water for the first few minutes and then takes off in the air! After that ride we finally reached our hotel Chapter 3 – Day 1 When we reached our hotel we did a room tour, right when we entered there were two small beds, a tv near it, next there was a sliding door to the next room. There was a huge king size bed, and a balcony. There was a netted bed, an infinity pool, a small table, and a small space to snorkel in the shallow sea. Next to the bed there was another sliding door connected to the bathroom. There was a bathtub, 2 sinks, a toilet, and a shower. Since we were all exhausted, we stayed in the hotel for the day and avoided to go out.
Chapter 4 – Day 2 We woke up on the 2nd day and my father told me and my brother that,” if you don’t get up early tomorrow, I will throw you in the pool”. Anyway, then we ate our breakfast and headed towards the other island to do water sports. We went swimming and did snorkeling. While snorkeling water kept coming in my glasses since they were a little big for me! It irritated me a lot, but I couldn’t do anything since they didn’t have goggles smaller than that. After some time, we went for a sunset cruise and wanted to see dolphins. But we couldn’t see any, so we went to the roof for a better view. Then finally we found so many dolphins and many of them were even flipping. One even did a whole 360-degree flip! After that we had something to drink and headed back for dinner. We ate dinner and went back to our hotel room. We remembered what father are said so we slept in our swimming costume. Chapter 5 – Day 3 My father dumped my brother in the pool, so I quickly grabbed my goggles, and he dumped me too! and it was so fun, we started to rush since we were getting late for breakfast. We luckily got there in time and had a wonderful breakfast. My brother and I went inside the pool in our hotel room for about 30 – 45 minutes. After some time, my family and I went to play some water sports. We went on a water rollercoaster called Fun tube, it was really fun, and the funniest part is that I was singing but like a grandma! After that we went back in our room, we had some quality time with each other and then went to eat dinner. Chapter 6 – Day 4 We had to leave the water villa and shift in the beach villa, so we had floating breakfast! They put all the food in the floating tray, and we all had breakfast in the pool! After some time, I went scuba diving! My brother and father went for the deeper diving, and I went for the smaller one. I went 3m deep. It was scary and hard at first but then I got used to it and saw so many beautiful fish and other sea animals. We did more water sports like kayaking, jet ski, and more. We had dinner again and then went to sleep since it was our last day! Chapter 7 – Bye-Bye Maldives We all rushed and quickly got ready to leave. After we all were ready, we went to this shop to get something so we can remember this trip. We got this snow globe; it had dolphins in it and on the bottom, there was this lounge just like in the hotel. We all loved this trip, and all remember it till today. THE END

My parents were famous actors and were busy whenever I try to find time with them. They are always on some sort of phone call or signing autographs, the list never ends. Whenever I tried to make them play with me, they always have some work to hustle and make a plan. They would never have time for me. But thank God I didn't lose my sanity because I had my aunt Enid. Aunt Enid was a teenager, who wore heavy makeup and was obsessed with social media. One morning I woke up and I smelt smoke all over my room. I followed from where the smoke was coming - only to find my parents sitting in the living room waiting for me. My mom said “Honey, we know how hard this may be to you, but Aunt Enid moved out”. I felt my heart melting down. The other day when I was at school, I got called out by the principle- “Rose Smith, please come to the principal’s office”. I stuttered on my way to the office and found police and my aunt there. “Rose your parents were in a shoot at the Sahara Desert and now are missing”. I was dying inside, just then my aunt came to me and said “Oh Rose dear, don’t worry! I will take care of you until we find your parents”. I felt a bit better. And that week, my aunt spoiled me with buffet breakfast in bed, extreme movie marathons and much more. But suddenly one day, I woke up and found my aunt wearing my mom’s cloths. Later in the evening, I saw my aunt shredding my mom and dad’s pictures! I ran towards the police station as I didn’t feel safe anymore with my aunt. I told the police officer everything and she said she’ll get a place for me to sleep. When I woke up, I found my aunt and she said she was worried sick all night. She pulled me to go home with her, but I refused later and stayed in the police station all night hoping my parents would come back and at dawn they actually did come back. I hugged them for a good long while and behind them was my aunt. She came up to me and apologized for going crazy. And it all ended with us being a great big family together. THE END

Though it had a lot of similarities with our planet like McDonalds (it’s called smart McDonalds), there’s Bangalore (it’s called smart Bangalore. It can get charged when it eats a mix of vanilla ice cream and pickle. Our story starts when the smartest scientist in smart Oakridge did an experiment by adding smart diet coke then smart pop rocks finally, she added smart mentos. this is what happened…... The experiment was so smart it ended up being so dumb. All the pieces of the planet scattered into the universe. Probably the most devastating problem was in our own galaxy that small piece (which is zogo-lamarin) ended up in Piqua hospitals Piqua, Ohio. it landed in the room which was full of teachers who were sent to the hospital because they went crazy. in all of them there was a sport teacher who always acts like a toddler. and we all know that toddlers usually put things in their mouth, that is exactly what happened in the Piqua hospital. the sports teacher put the zogo-lamarin in his mouth. the cells in his brain were reconstructing every second. the doctor asked are you okay? he replied that I am exceptionally impeccable! all the other teachers were surprised because Mr. Meaner (who is the sports teacher) never said a word bigger than two syllables! I have wasted too much time in this hospital. The doctor said” oh no you’re not! The nurse said “we have got a runner. The nurse and the doctor blocked the exit. Mr. MEANER laughed and told this is too easy and laughed again. ‘I am going to give some advice’ said MR MEANER. The doctor said Well we are not going to take your advice. Oh, is that so then I advise you not to listen to my advice. The nurse and doctor thought about it and got so confused they did not see Mr. meaner, and others walk out the door. When they are out MR. MEANER said all my friends, I have a plan. I will be going to make a spray that will turn children into obedient servants. Everybody laughed evilly. In the next few days all the children in every elementary school in Ohio were turned into servants without anybody knowing! But MR. meaner with his incredible mind unfortunately did not see captain underpants watching him the whole time! The next day MR meaner was naming his invention the super spray 2000. Then he was walking on the roadside and then captain underpants dashed into the area and started fighting with Mr. meaner. Mr. meaner went to an ice cream shop to hide. Though that ice cream shop had pickle in vanilla ice cream. Mr. meaner smiled with satisfaction. He broke the glass
window of ice cream store and took vanilla pickle ice cream and ate it in one bite. Then he turned into a big blob and sucked everything comes up in his way. MR. meaner started saying that where are you captain under pants? then captain underpants came swooping with a light pole and hit Mr. meaner face! But then the power of Mr. meaner wore off who knew the zogo-lamarin would wear off! Now the city was rebuilt Mr. meaner was back to normal. Luna was really happy as her summer holidays just started, she ran out the door and ran all the way to her house. “Mom and dad I’m home “she said, but no one responded so she looked for them in the kitchen and there she found a map with a note saying… follow the map to get to your parents. Please don’t be late. She was confused for a while. The note did say to follow the map and don’t be late. She rented a boat from her friend near the beach and set sail, she studied the map for a bit and figured out where she was going, she was headed for Atlanta rock… it was known to hold the deepest secrets and most valuable treasures. Luna tried to call her parents but there was no signal and their phones were switched off, so she just made her way to the island. Luna tied her boat to shore and followed the map deep into the island and then suddenly out of nowhere jumped out a man with a frightening look on his face and a hat with what seemed like real human bones! She fought him the best she could and she finally knocked him out she rushed into the cave the map led to and there she untied her parents from ropes and she asked them how they got here they said “we were just in the house having lunch when suddenly this man barges in and ties us up he made us unconscious too I guess, that is probably how we ended up here but anyways we are so glad you are safe and thank you. OH, wait now, that I recall he also mentioned something about you being the key to some treasure I think it was themilis or um themily. oh, wait err it was themitantis, yeah that was it the name of the treasure”, said her dad. “Well what matters now is that we are safe and together now”, Luna said. I’m the first ever detective to go on a fantasy adventure by the way I’m from SPAIN, and today 3rd of October, suddenly the blood moon came in Japan. the Japanese people got scared because they knew the moon goddess was upset, they prayed for a long time because when that happens the moon goddess could attack earth. I saw the news and heard my boss calling me, he told to come down I came down and he told me to go on a mission and find out why the blood moon came only in Japan. He told me that I have to go to Japan and take a rocket to go to attack the asteroid “oh woozy”! I said come on I thought today was Lazy day, but I guess not! any way my trip to Japan was tomorrow so I started packing my bag I put my shampoo conditioner my detective things some clothes etc. I wore my pajamas and went to sleep the next day I woke up from my annoying alarm from my dream then I realized I had to go to Japan. I took a nice hot bath changed my dress and was ready to go I called a taxi, and it was a 1-hour ride over there to the airport I had two more hours left so I went in to the checking place in the airport kept my luggage and went to a Restaurant they had burgers, pizza, shrimps, pasta and many more. Then came on the news that an asteroid was on its way to Japan which would destroy the whole country. I boarded the flight and reached Japan. I took a taxi to Tokyo city and checked into my hotel. Realizing my rocket is only after 5 days, I decided to take a walk in the park, and I stepped on a dog’s poop while lost in my thoughts! oops! While thinking about how to save Japan and destroy the asteroid and save Japan, I got an alert on my mobile that the asteroid was big enough to destroy the whole earth and I have to make plans to leave tomorrow. My Boss had already reached Japan and we had a quick meeting to go over our plan. The plan was to use a specialized drill bomb. For this it meant perfect timing. We did some training and got some rest as tomorrow was a big day and the worlds fate rested in our hands. It was tough to fall asleep and next day with little energy we boarded the rocket. The journey was for 5 hours where we went over our plan again and again. When we finally saw the asteroid, we took our time and took aim and fired the drill bomb and alas we missed. We took a quick U turn and in full speed went back and took a second shot and yeah, we hit it. We had saved the world! THE END

One day both of them wanted to do a race from Bangalore to Hyderabad so they did it. When they had the race Air Asia landed to Hyderabad 15 minutes earlier to Air India, so Air Asia won the race, then Air India said, “let’s do a race back to Bangalore” and Air Asia agreed so they did it again. This time Air India won as it reached 10 minutes earlier then Air Asia. Air India said, “we both got 1 point so this will be the final one”, so they had to do it again but this time they both were too very close in the air, and they almost crashed. When they reached Hyderabad, they were relieved. Air Asia said “we almost crashed so we will never do this, we have to fly safely otherwise we will hurt ourselves and passengers inside us as well”, and air India totally agreed with this and after that day they flied safely and never did the race again. As soon as he reached, he was taken to a 7-star hotel and the staff said that the match is at 7:30p.m. and ends at 11:30p.m.The staff asked, “Are you sure you can stay up that night John”? He told yes, the staff said,” the training is at morning 8:00 am and breakfast will be served at 7:20a.m. and your trainer you to sleep as soon as possible”. John went to sleep. Next day john quickly went down, and he ate and went and did all types of skills like hattrick. The match has begun and Ohno the opponent is coming and it’s a goal for Psg man!!!!!!!! Al Nasser must catch up. John is going for the goal and it's a goal! Okay the time is 10:30p.m. 1 hour left. Psg is going and goal come on Al Nasser. John is again going for the goal and goal!!!!!! Yes, time has come and it’s time for penalties. Psg is taking the first one and it’s a miss and the score is 2- 2. If John scores, he wins the champions league. John is going and it’s a goal!!!!!! Lilly’s allergic reaction By Rifa Fatima PYP 4C Once there was a girl called Lilly and she lived in India. One day on Sunday evening she went downstairs to play with her friends Emma and Catharine they were playing tag, hide and seek and they were jumping on the trampoline Lilly got hungry, so she went home. She ate a banana, and then she saw her new sofa and started to bounce and jump on the sofa. Suddenly rashes and red dots started to appear on Lilly’s body AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH she screamed and shouted for help, but no one was home HELP! HELP! She was lying on the ground itching her skin so hardly POP! POP! POP! The rashes started to pop, and blood was coming out. A few minutes later her mom came home MOMMM! Lilly shouted, THERE ARE RASHES ALL OVER MY BODY AND IT ITCHES SO BAD her mom tried to put some Nivea cream, but the rashes remained. Her mom decided to call a doctor. The doctor said to come visit the hospital on Friday afternoon. The next day Lilly was so irritated she kept on scratching and itching the rashes, but she could do nothing, she had to wait till Friday to see the doctor. On Friday Lilly was at the hospital with her mom. They met the doctor and the doctor said Lilly’s allergy is very rare because not so many people in the world have an allergic reaction to leather and cotton. The doctor mentioned some important things about Lilly’s allergy like if she itches it, they will start to pop and a lot of blood will come out of your body and that is not good, so the doctor said to put Aloe vera gel every day in the morning, night and afternoon So, she did what the doctor. Every morning, night and afternoon Lilly applied the gel and soon a few weeks later Lilly’s allergy got better and soon she was able to go to school. All her rashes are going away day by day and Lilly is now able to play with her friends and do other activities .Lilly lived happily ever after. The End

They were having their dinner and bickering about which dish is better, chicken soup or chicken mac and cheese. As they were about to end the bickering, their mother came running out kitchen door and said, “You two are a pain to me to take care of and I wanted to see if there was something wrong with the stars or at this point anything, thus. I want you two to meet an astrologer who specializes in this area. And BTW you must wake up at 6:00 am to go there.” At first, the two sisters were annoyed because they did not believe in astrology, but one thing that made them curious was that their mother, who believed astrology would normally tell them everything about who they were going to meet. And when Emily and Hannah digged deeper they realized that their mom usually introduced astrologers from this app called ASTROLOGIC, so they searched if any astrologer who specializes in this area existed, and to their surprise there were none. Now Emily and Hannah said, “You know what since we love surprises let this also stay a surprise.” This time both agreed and went to bed. Suddenly Hannah woke up for water in midnight, as she is gulping water, she realizes something unusual about the room thus she turns the light on just to realize that it was a completely different room she was in and woke up Emily, then Emily said, “Jesus why did you turn lights on and wake me up !!!!!!!!” Hannah said, “Emily you dummy I woke you up to show you this room.” Now they heard a strange sound coming closer and closer every moment, and then suddenly the door opens, and they see a very icy looking woman come through, at first, they both are scared and have no idea of what is happening, and slowly another woman comes, and this leaves the two sisters speechless as they see mom in a tiara and a gown. Finally, the icy looking lady said,” hello kids, I am the first evil twin named Kaycee. "And then their mom spoke, “Kids as you may know, your father was a rich man and while he was alive, he signed to give you two all his money, and that made my blood ⯴⯵⯶ boil because he told me that he would pass it on to me and then I could just abandon you after killing him , thus I plan to cage you till you die if you do not sign this contract to pass me the money.” Emily said,” Why mom? Why would you betray us like this?” Their mom said,” You shut your mouth! I do what I want, and I do it when I want.” Then Hannah who did not speak till now said,” Mom, first why do you want to do this I thought you loved us dearly. "And within few days of being caged they made a huge escape plan that had to be done at midnight but there was one problem they could fail this plan and die miserably.
But they did it anyway, while they were trying to escape from the high wall the second twin saw them and reported the queen ҩҪҫҬҭҮүҰ and she got up defenses to catch them, but it was too late they had run for their lives. The robot and the taco went to war and by war, I mean throwing tomatoes! The gear was 7 trackers, 5 cages and 100 tomatoes per person. The left the house for war and they fought for an hour and then they got distracted by dinosaurs on unicycles. They got hit by a car and became unconscious - the driver took them to the hospital, but he had an important meeting, so he left in a rush. The driver and taco woke up and realized that their tracker was on, and gear was nearby. They told the doctor to remove the tracker and left from the hospital. On the way from the hospital, they meet Rick Ashley singing Rick Roll and suddenly they found the goat! But alas! It was an ordinary goat and not the goat that could speak! But behind the goat and Rick Ashley there was the real smart goat - so they threw all their tomatoes, took the goat, and ran!!! The end…

The moon gifted her moon pearls, and her brother really loves her to be the moon princess. So, she decided to invite all the 4 kingdoms to her place who ever treated her good she would ask the moon for more moon pearls. The first kingdom was the Sunny kingdom the prince’s name was Daniel he was rude to her, so she decided she won’t marry him. The second kingdom was the fairy kingdom the prince’s name was Bowser, he treated her like a maid, and she refused to marry him. The third kingdom was the sky kingdom the prince’s name Zane he treated the same way what the two kingdoms did, so she refused again. The final kingdom was the flower kingdom the prince’s name was Adrien he was friendly to her and gifted her a white unicorn and a black lion. They both lived happily ever after. THE END
Bumble’s adventure By Zoe Akira Rodrigues PYP 4C It was an unusual night in the city of Sorrows. I say unusual, because as the name sounds, it was a city where everyone was grumpy and nothing new ever happened. Every day was exactly the same as the previous day. On this night though, a little dog called Bumble was whining at the moon. He was so confused. His human had suddenly got sucked into the sky and vanished. POOF! Bumble needed to go and find his human, but in the City of Sorrows the gates were heavily guarded. And he was just a tiny dog. He wondered, “could Human have finally found a way to escape this city? “He knew she always wanted to explore outside the city walls. Now he had to figure out how to go and search for her. Every year there is a Blood Moon festival where all the people inside the city turn into zombies. This is why no one from the City of Sorrows is allowed to leave the place. The festival will be the only time he can try his escape as everyone will be distracted. So, Bumble waited for a few weeks as he planned his escape to rescue Human. In that time, he traveled to the great wall to check for any holes or openings. He came across a white cat who seemed to have the same plan. Snowy the white cat was very chatty, and they realized the same thing happened to her human too. So, they decided to search for them together. The day of the Blood Moon dawned finally. They had camped beside the wall and as night fell, the guards went for the festival and the gates were left unguarded. Suddenly, they heard a slow and steady THUD! THUD! Coming from the other side of the gate. Bumble and Snowy’ s eyes became wide. They looked at each other in horror because they were the only ones left there near the gate. They thought to themselves, “who is behind the gate? Why are they locked out? “ Snowy wanted to open the gate and see, but Bumble was more cautious. What if they were dangerous? Bumble mustered some courage and called out in a loud voice, “Who is it? And what do you want?” There was silence.
Then from the other side of the big wooden gate, he heard the most beautiful voice he ever heard in his life. “Bumble, is that you? “It was the voice of his Human! She called his name and was so excited that he was ok. Snowy opened the lock and together they pushed the gate open a little. Snowy’ s eyes widened… because, right there next to Bumble’s human was her human too! This was the best day ever! The humans hugged their animal friends and were so happy to be reunited. “How could we leave without you? “they said. The humans then told them how they suddenly felt strange the day they vanished, then they appeared outside the city wall. While walking around they met each other and became friends. But they couldn’t bear to leave without their best friends, so they came back to get them out too. Quietly the four of them crept out of the gate, leaving behind the City of Sorrows, and starting a happy new adventure together. THE END

The Tiny but huge By Aannya J PYP 4 D Have you ever felt that you don’t make much difference to the world? Well, this ant felt the same. Parry is a tiny ant, and he lives in a cottage close to a forest. His parents Mr. and Mrs. Duncan never allowed him to go outside their colony. Whenever Parry asked his parents, they would reply “Forest is dangerous. Stay home and be safe here till you are six months old.” He was the youngest ant in the colony, and they feared he would get lost in the deep and dense forest. As Parry grew older, so did his curiosity to explore the outside world. One morning Parry woke up to Mrs. Duncan’s whisper “Happy Birthday my dear boy”. Parry jumped out of the bed in excitement. He had just turned six months. After all, he was looking forward to this day. He was making plans to venture into the forest with his friends. His mother was arranging the party games and food. Parry asked, “Mom, Can I go outside the colony with my friends’ tomorrow?”. Mrs. Duncan replied, “Yes dear, you can go but only if your friends join you”. The birthday party was grand and fun. All the friends and families from his colony attended it. Everyone enjoyed the music, dance, games, and food. Parry received lots of gifts too. At the party, Parry told his friends about the plan to venture into the forest. But none of them were interested. Some were scared and some were lazy. Parry was disappointed. The next morning Mr. and Mrs. Duncan were still sleeping. They were tired after the busy previous day. Parry found this as an opportunity to sneak out. Parry left a note for his parents. He slowly tip-toed to the door and made his way out. He walked and walked into the deep woods all alone. He watched the morning sunshine and smelt the fragrance of fresh air. He saw all types of insects, birds, and animals on the way. Some were big and some very big. He was amazed when he saw squirrels running fast, monkeys jumping trees, nightingales singing songs, parrots flying, and lots more. He said to himself “oh, the world is so wonderful. Every other creature is so blessed. They are big and are able to do so many things. I am so small and tiny. I cannot do anything big. I can only dig and hide in the soil”. He sat under a large tree feeling sad. Suddenly he saw an army of ants. They were all busy carrying tiny bits of fruit from the top of a tall tree to the ground. One old ant noticed Parry and yelled “Hey young boy, what are you doing there alone?”. Parry was nervous and he could not speak. The old ant came to him and said, “My name is Trafford everyone calls me ‘Old Trafford’. I am the old and wise one. Don’t be afraid. Tell me how I can help you?” Parry felt comfortable and told his story to Old Trafford. “I see, so the brave Parry is exploring the world,” said Old Trafford with a smile. Parry asked him “Why are we ants so tiny and cannot do anything big?”.
Old Trafford sat down along with Parry. He said to him “Do you know how this tall tree gets the food?”. Parry nodded in ignorance. Trafford continued, “The trees get water and nutrition from the soil. We, the ants dig and loosen the soil to nourish them with air and water”. Parry’s eyes opened wide as Old Trafford continued “when these trees die, we tear them into tiny pieces and help decompose so that the soil can remain fertile. We keep the earth clean. The beautiful world you see cannot exist without us - The Ants”. Parry was thrilled and felt motivated. He felt proud to be an ant. “I am going back home. I will tell this to my parents and friends” Parry said in excitement. He thanked Old Trafford with a hug and left. He struggled to find his way back home. There was heavy rain and flooding. But his newfound enthusiasm kept him going with a smile. Finally, he reached his home. His parents cried in happiness when they saw him back. He told them the whole story. They patted him for his braveness. “We are proud of you son,” said his mother. Parry screamed in joy pumping his fists “I am grown up now. I am free. I feel strong and big. I will climb to the top of tall trees. I will taste the sweet fruits. I will see the world from high above. I know that I make an impact on the world!”
Ryan and his magical arrows By Aditya Sundaravadanan PYP 4 D Once upon a time, there lived a boy named Ryan. He lived in a forest named the blue bolt. The forest was so scary nobody could live in it. Ryan was a boy of average height with a strong body. He had long black hair and a dusky complexion. He was the one who kept the forest’s name blue bolt since it was always stormy and rainy there. Ryan’s parents died from a plague named Spanish flu, so Ryan lived alone in an already-built treehouse in the forest. Ryan had learned that there was a sport called archery and it became his favorite sport when he was 7. Now he is 11. Even though he was alone, he practiced archery daily, but his aim was not getting better. One day, he got so angry that he broke one of his arrows. But when he turned and saw it again, he couldn’t believe his eyes. It got fixed again as some Magic happened, so Ryan thought of the arrow for a while. Then he made it his lucky arrow and set on a journey to show his magic arrows to the world. He showed his tricks in 3 countries, Spain, France, and Ukraine. People, there were seriously shocked. When he went to Mexico, people were amazed by his performance. Near Mexico City, there was a ghost named Daraaku in the forest Boom shoo. Because of Daraaku, nobody dared to go near the forest. The Mexican people thought that Ryan could defeat the ghost Daraaku, but Daraaku was too strong to be defeated. So, they discussed with Ryan if he could fight the ghost Daraaku. Some people thought that he should get training from the Kalari masters in India. Ryan also thought so. Ryan started his journey to India. While traveling, Ryan got shot by a gun on the train near Germany, so they took him to Germany straight away. After 1 Year he recovered. But for another 6 months, he could not learn Kalari so he was very sad. But once he could go to Kalari class he was happy and excited for his 1st class. Ryan learned Kalari for 12 years and now he became a Kalari champion. Then Ryan went back to Mexico, but he couldn’t get closer to the ghost Daraaku. Ryan understood that he blocked Ryan’s vision. Ryan remembered his training and he could get out of Daraaku’s Magic. Ryan came out of control of the ghost’s magic and defeated him. Everyone in Mexico gave him 1000 dollars and Ryan became very rich. But he remembered to use the money wisely. Later he went to India and started a job and even gave poor people enough money so that the poor families could look after each other.
The Golden Mic By Advithi Kishore PYP 4 D A very long time ago, lived a little princess named Elsa who loved to sing. She sings in the shower, breakfast, lunch, dinner, school, and even in bed, she just loves to sing. One day she wrote a beautiful song and sang it to her parents, her parents loved it and gave Elsa a real golden Mic! Elsa was so happy, and then she started to go to singing competitions and she won all the competitions, then people used to call her “The singing Queen”. As Elsa came to old age, she gave her Mic to her daughter Ana, and Ana gave it to her daughter Alisha and so on. Everyone in Elsa’s family had a baby girl but one day, a woman gave birth to a boy! Up in heaven, Elsa was so worried, and she thought how could this be possible, everyone only gave birth to girls in the family, then Elsa thought nothing worse is going to happen, right? Years passed, the boy’s name was Kevin, and he was also awesome at singing. One day he told his mother that he is having a singing competition at school, and he need a lot of help. His mother helped him a lot and he was prepared for his competition. It was the day of the singing competition; Kevin’s mother gave him the golden Mic and wished him good luck. Kevin was excited but also nervous, he knew he could do it, next was Kevin's turn, he sang as well as he could, and at the end of the song there was cheering and applause. At the end of the show, the judge announced the winner of the show who was Kevin! His mother was so proud of him and even his ancestors, especially Elsa.
The Two Mischievous Wizard Brothers By Anshul Balaramamahanti PYP 4 D Once upon a time, there lived Philip, William, mom, and dad. All of the sudden, everything went bad in their house. Philip and William are mischievous wizard brothers, they’re doing bad magic in the house, making loud and giant explosions in the house other bad magic, So Their parents came and took their wands away and put them in the cupboard in their room and locked it so that they wouldn’t get it back and said: “Don’t ever get your wands to yourselves again!”. By nighttime, Philip and William sneaked to their parent’s bedroom, and they are searching for the key, they kept on searching, but William found the key in their dad’s hand and opened their cupboard and got the wands again, “yess! We got the wands again, team wizards!” they said to each other and slept in their room with their wands. The next morning, Philip and William went outside and did bad magic again. this time, they made purple spots in the sky, turned the sun blue, and made trees move, when their parents woke up, they heard blasting sounds outside, “what’s going on?” they said to each other. They opened the door and saw purple spots in the sky, the blue sun, and trees moving, they saw Philip and William outside, now they are outraged, but suddenly, Philip’s magic hit them and cursed them by turning them upside down, then William’s magic came and turned them into frogs and suddenly, William’s magic broke, and they went outside and held Philip and William and dragged them into their rooms and removed their bunk beds and locked them in their rooms and put the wands in a high place, now Philip and William learned their lesson and changed to be good wizards and now they are using magic for the good stuff, and their parents are happy with them, and they lived happily ever after.
The dragon and the knight By Aryan Shivam PYP 4 D Once upon a time, there was a young knight named Callum and his father was the king of a large kingdom. A few days back, his village got attacked by a raging dragon it destroyed half of the village. So, his father sent him to kill the dragon while he was traveling, he met a wise old man Callum asked him “do you know where the dragon’s den is?” The old man said, “no but I can give you a clue. When fighting the dragon be where of the head”. The knight moved on and thought about the thing the wise old man said. Finally, he reached the den. When he was there, he prepared his sword. When an army of soldiers approached him, and said, “we are here to help you kill the dragon”. But it got dark, so they decided to set up camp behind the den. The next morning, they searched for food. And finally, it was time… when they entered the den the huge, enormous dragon was waiting, then the whole army charged at the dragon but then Callum remembered something. “The clue”, he said, “stop don’t hit the head”. The battle was fierce, but Callum prevailed and returned home safely and proud and lived happily ever after.
Adventures of Windo (1 chapter) By Ishan Mahapatra PYP 4 D Today was sunny day I was just born. Suddenly, I heard sounds coming from outside. I was shocked and scared. I saw another dragon who seemed to be older than me. He was a spark dragon. (I did not know that). So, I went over to him and asked what is happening. He said to go and hide for some reason, so we went into a small tunnel he said again this was a tunnel made by a drill dragon. of course, I did not know that but then I saw people with purple glowing enchanted swords. I still did not know that, but I could still feel the magic radiating from it. I suddenly felt sleepy. I fell asleep for some reason. Then I woke up they were gone but spark dragon was still there I went out of the tunnel but all I saw was blood and more blood. I was scared I could not move but I said what is this spark dragon replied I think this might be our parents. Wait I said what is going on why our parents and how old are he said I am seven and my name or my fake name is sparky ooh so your way older than me but why our parents I said sparky said, why do you think we were born so close to each other. And then I started looked around this looked like a house I started wandering around I stumbled a room I don’t how explain it was radiating aura just like the sword but It felt different I tried to hold it but it wouldn’t budge but then it started floating and flew into a backpack so I tried to go down the steps but of course I stumbled, I was only one so I finally reached the last step that is not important. Therefore, I tried to put the backpack on, but it actually got on my back and just then sparky came into the room and said, “what’s in the backpack “and I told him about the sword. HE TOLD I WAS A WIND DRAGON AN D I WAS SPECIAL because that is a wind sword only wind dragons can hold it. After all that was over, I was very tired, so I sat down on a bed and read a book (I do not know how) and slept.
Oscar, the talking dog By Isaac Abraham PYP 4 D Hey! My name is Isaac woof Oscar! Where were you I was looking all over the moon to find you! Oscar said Sigh as if you did search all over the moon Isaac said all. Right let’s move on to the real story. Papa, can we get a dog papa said for the hundredth time. Starts with a n and ends with a o guess Isaac said no? ho wait .my mother also wanted a dog my brother also to it was just a 3 vs. 1 but it’s my father he has the control of the hole buying list so I tried hiding the word dog in it (the list) Fruits vegedog stashiondog breadog tapedog Yes, I know too obvious on Christmas my father finally got us a dog!! Well not just any dog a magical one, the owner warned us that he was dangerous but don’t be scared because he can protect you with his powers, I thought he was lying but it was true I did not care of what he said because well the dog right I front of me!! That night when I was going to sleep, I heard a boom! I went and I saw gust of purple wind? Beside me I saw in the middle of the purple wind Oscar plus he’s floating!? And he said he- hello in a baby voice and right there at that moment I Got shot back with a purple ray and then I heard “you are handling one of the most power full.Living thing in the universe and you are his master! And you must take care of him! Well First let him choose” I-I say nnn-yes “what! You don- “I find immense power in this being.“Oh well good luck being hmhm hahahahaha” oh well now you are my master. My Vacation By Keith Sikhar Chitturu PYP 4 D To start with, Christmas vacation is the most awaited time of the year for me. Not only for me, but for I my parents and my younger brother, it gave us an opportunity to take a break from our daily routine, relax and enjoy our time with family and friends. By using this platform, I would like to mention the essence of Christmas and new year vacation in my life and the experiences that I share after enjoying a wonderful vacation. To start with, Christmas vacation is the most awaited time of the year for me. Not only for me, but for my parents and my younger brother, it gave us an opportunity to take a break from our daily routine, relax and enjoy our time with family and friends. By using this platform, I would like to mention the essence of Christmas and new year vacation in my life and the experiences that I share after enjoying a wonderful vacation. I visited Hyderabad along with my parents and little brother. I cherish those memories and time spent with my family till date. I visited and saw many beautiful places. I visited a lake known as 'Duragam Cheruvu' & magnificent Durgam Cheruvu Hanging Bridge across Durgam Cheruvu lake in Hitech City, the information technology hub. Durgam Cheruvu cable bridge billed as the world's longest span concrete deck extradosed cable stayed bridge - It was thrown open for the public amid dazzling fireworks which lit up the skies. Along with my cousins, we had lunch in an Italian restaurant - Olive where food was amazing. The food is also different in the city and the nature of the people, which is very humble and sweet. We also visited India's most famous palace - Falaknama palace. This palace is Perched 2,000 feet above the city of Hyderabad and is Taj Falaknuma Palace, a jewel amongst the clouds. Built in 1894, it is the former palace of the Nizam, rumored to be the richest man in the world at one time. The five-star luxury hotel, spread over 32 acres, allows you to journey to the gilded ages, where opulence and excess is celebrated and savored in equal measure. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Celeste & Gol Bungalow, and we had a palace trip. Also, I visited Hyderabad - Oakridge school at Gachibowli and felt quite excited by seeing this school. From my parents I understood the history of Hyderabad like - The city of Hyderabad was built by the Qutab Shahi Sultans of Golkonda. The city is called Pearls and is considered the 4th most populous place in our country. Ramoji film city, the country's second largest film studio after Mumbai's Bollywood world. It is said that the cuisine of Hyderabad is famous all over the world like Hyderabad paradise Biryani and Haleem are extremely popular and favorite dishes here. I always cherish this visit to Hyderabad and wish to visit once again in my lifetime.
The Magical Unicorn By Kaira Jawa PYP 4 D One day a Unicorn was sitting alone in her house because her best friend and her had a fight. As her mother had very strong magical powers, when her mother gets in anger, she has no other choice but to do something with the powers. That same thing could happen to her and that might happen when she is 9 or 10 years old. She is already nine when her mother came home from the supermarket she got scared because she got warned by the unicorn goddess named Unigold. But why did she get warned? The reason is because she is one of the Queen of the royal family and her daughter is a Princess. But what if she does something wrong with the powers that happened, she froze the bed. By the way it was a very small point of fighting her elder sister came with her mother to the room they came inside, she was crying loudly her mother told her not to do anything dangerous in anger and asked her what the point is why are you so irritated, so she explained everything which she was just fell down and her friend did not help her. Sister said what such a useless thing and you are crying for that you should not do that she said i promise i will never do such a thing like that. The moral of the story is never get angry on small things because anger destroys everything.
The Dragon Egg By Maaya PYP 4 D Once upon a time, there were four children whose names were Angel, Dick, Gem and Mary. They were playing football. When the ball was passed to Dick, he kicked it so hard that the ball went in the bushes. They were not scared, so they went in the bushes to search for it. When they went into the bushes, they could not find the ball, but they found a golden ball. They said, “It’s so beautiful, let us take it home!” So, they took it home. It was already dark when they reached home, so they went to sleep. The next morning, they were astonished to see a baby dragon right in front of them. They then understood that the golden ball was a dragon egg! They were really worried about what they had done. Then Angel said, “We will take care of the dragon till the mother dragon comes.” They trained the baby dragon and played with him. One day the mother dragon came and saw that the baby dragon was there. She was so angry at them, but they said, “Fly baby dragon, fly!” Then the baby dragon started to fly, and the mother dragon knew that they were treating the baby dragon well. After that, the mother dragon would drop the baby dragon to play with them and come back in the night to take him back to the cave. One day the baby dragon was flying, and the children were very excited to see the baby dragon, but then a plane came and dashed into the baby dragon and took the baby dragon away. They were really scared so they packed food, a lot of water, toys, and took their detective suit and their bag and set off to find the baby dragon. Angel said that detectives need animals to help them scent the baby dragon, so they begged their moms to give them money to buy a pet. Then they bought pets and started to walk to the airport. When they reached the airport, they saw the baby dragon on the plane going to Las Vegas, so they asked someone to tell were the flight to Las Vegas, so they could find the baby dragon. They said where your parents are. We said that our parents said we are old enough to go on our own. So, they told who are you? We are the famous kids from peter rabbit’s owner’s kids they lied. They were very surprised and said you will get a special seat for all of you, and you will have anything you want, so they went to the special seats and got anything they wanted. They got Pepperoni pizza, cute coloring pages, cute toys, real babies to keep forever, and anything the wanted then they set of in the woods caring all the things they got in the plane. After a few horses they found the baby dragon all because of the animals they bought and what they got in the plane and went back home.
A witch and the four Ice- cream girls. By Meghashwini PYP 4 D Once upon a time there lived four ice creams in a bakery. All four were red in color but with different flavors – strawberry, watermelon, raspberry, and cherry. One day a witch came to the bakery to buy ice- creams that is when she saw these red-colored ones. As she has a flair for red color, bought all four of them but did not eat them. Hence, she decided to change them to a beautiful doll. After some time, she thought of giving life to them as they looked more beautiful. All four of them were always under the control of a witch in her castle by not being exposed to sunlight. One fine day all these girls decided to leave the castle to see the outer world as they have never experienced staying away from the witch. Hence, they started observing the witches’ movement to get out of the castle. During one of those nights, the witch decided to go on hunting on a cartwheel. All four of them tried hiding in the same as there was a pouch under the cartwheel. By the time, the witch reached the entrance of a forest it was morning and sunlight was bright. After a while, the witch started observing a red-colored liquid spilling in between the imprints of the cartwheel. She got the shock of her life and tried to find the reason for the same. She then closely observed the cartwheel while it was moving and found that to be pouring down from the pouch. When She tried looking into the pouch, she found all four ice creams were in their half- melted stage. She then, threw them out and washed the pouch. From then, she decided not to carry her magical wand and lived a normal life.
The Throne of the Dragon Queen By Meher Arora PYP 4 D Once upon a time, there lived a kind and beautiful. Dragon queen who had 3 daughters. One stormy day, the Queen suddenly got sick with dranoninia. No doctors or healer could cure her, with any herb or soup. Soon, the queen took her last breath. Her subjects were depressed and sad. Dragon tradition states when a queen dies, her daughters must fight to decide who will be the next queen. One of her daughters was an Icewing named Icicle and one was a Firewing named T imbersmoke and the youngest daughter was all of the types mixed. Her name was Sunlight. Sunlight was ignored by Icicle and Timbersmoke and was thought to be a runt. She was fed leftovers and was given used clothes. She remembered what her mom told her before her death. ,” When I die you and your sisters will fight for the throne, you are a mixed power dragon, so you will easily win, my child.” The throne GAMES. Finally, it was time! Sunlight thought as she daydreamed. The arena was being prepared, and all 3 dragons were getting ready. Suddenly the roar sounded. “Fight!” said the umpire. Timber smoke scratched Icicle, “Aaahhhh!!!!!!!” Icicle screamed and then pounced on Timbersmoke! “You were my favourite sister but not now!!”, she shrieked. Sunlight felt herself grow, like a swamp dragon! She stomped on the ground and both dragons fell. Sunlight blew fire from her mouth and her sisters were scorched. Then she sprayed them with poison. Soon, she said, “That’s karma for you!” “Put them in prison.” she said. “This is what happens when you are mistreated for years, you become determined and defeat anything in your path!” She shouted, “Am I right?!” “YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” the crowd screamed. The throning ceremony Sunlight was ready for her ceremony! She was dressed in a deep red and blue silk robe sparkling and shining with rubies and dragonette and her scales were made beautifully with dynamite polish. India also has great food like naan and chicken tandoori, Everyone who eats this food says, “This is so yummy!” Then comes Canada, with the Niagara fall, The splashing of water sounds like a lion's call. You can’t believe how cold Canada can be, Even in summer it feels like -19 degree. Here comes Paris with the Eiffel tower, It is very majestic and symbolises France’s power. Another reason to visit Paris is the art collection, They are so beautiful and are drawn to perfection.
