Rahul, my family and I always eat homemade food.
My mother prepares rice, dal, bread, and vegetables for
our morning and evening meals. They are fresh, clean and
properly cooked. These foods give us energy and vitamins.
Our body needs energy and vitamins to work, to grow and
to be strong.
My father always brings fruits from the market. He says
we must eat fruits to be healthy. We should eat fruits and
fruit juice when we are sick. Fruits are easy to digest. My
grandmother makes delicious curd (dahi). I like curd very
much. She also gives me milk to drink in the morning and
evening.
I take bread, cooked vegetables, rice pudding, beaten
