“Global peace and prosperity” INDONESIA 11th frsis full y residentIal schools international s ymposium 202 3 TEACHER ADVISOR MOH. RODLI /RAHMAD BASUKI IMPLEMENTATION OF P5 IN FORMING CHARACTER OF GOTONG ROYONG AT MAN 2 MOJOKERTO ARIF RAHMAN HAKIM, AHMAD NIZAR SYAHPUTRA, MIHAILA AMA SYAUQILLAH DZAKIYYAH, BADIROTUL MINNAH ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the inculcation of the gotong royong values among students of MAN 2 Mojokerto. The key elements of gotong-royong are collaboration, caring and sharing (Mulyana, 2022). Mutual cooperation must be instilled early on among adolescents with various concrete actions both in school and outside of school. For this reason, the teacher plays a strategic role in cultivating the character of mutual cooperation in students to : (1) Be Aware (growing awareness) (2) Understand (growing understanding) (3) Join (moving students to take action) and (4) Do (invites to do with real action). This study used a case study method and utilized a questionnaire as a data collection technique. The research subjects were 1398 students of MAN 2 Mojokerto. Sources of data were from teachers, data, and documents. The application of P5 in shaping the character of Gotong Royong at MAN 2 Mojokerto is carried out through various activities, namely open donations for disaster relief, mass community service and compensation for students who have been hit by a disaster. The results of this study were that 98.7% of students were active in various mutual cooperation activities, 96.4% carried out mutual cooperation actions with selfawareness and 99.2% were committed to continuing mutual cooperation activities outside of school. The conclusion of this study is that students have a high commitment to helping other people who are stricken by disasters and are able to collaborate with others regardless of ethnic, cultural and religious differences. “Global peace and prosperity” INDONESIA 11th frsis full y residentIal schools international s ymposium 202 3 TEACHER ADVISOR YULIA PRATITIS YUSUF CULTIVATING VEGETABLE HYDROPONIC AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO FOOD SECURITY WITH HIGH NUTRITION DELLA HANDISA RAHMA MELINDA, KEYSHA NUR MAULIDYA ZARQA SHAFFIQ, NAURA SYAFA RABBANI, RAYHAN FAWWAZ JAVIER ABSTRACT In Indonesia, there is a decrease in the area of agricultural land converted into settlements because of the high population growth every year (Moeldoko, 2020). Moreover, the agricultural land is decreasing by 120 thousand hectares every year, resulting in decreased crop yields and many people experiencing malnutrition. The purpose of this research is to find an alternative to food security through hydroponic vegetable cultivation. The plant developed in this research is mustard greens. Mustard plants were chosen because they have complete nutrition and have a high content of iron. This study used an experimental method, by directly examining the growth of mustard greens every 3 days by including the results of observations in the form of percentages and comparisons between mustard greens and rice plants. The results of the study stated that mustard greens harvest faster than rice. The nutritional content in mustard greens is not inferior to rice. In 100 grams of mustard greens contains 4.0 g Carbohydrates, 2.3 g Protein, 220 mg Calcium, 38.0 mg Phosphorus, 2.9 mg Iron, 0.7 g Fiber, 92.2 g Water, 20.0 mg Sodium , 0.4 g Fat, 1940.0 mg Vitamin A, 0.09 mg Vitamin B, 102 mg Vitamin C (RI Department of Health, 2012 and Sinta, 2015). Recommendations for the wider community are cultivating independent hydroponic plants as an alternative to household food security. So that the main goal of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely zero hunger, can be overcome. “Global peace and prosperity” INDONESIA 11th frsis full y residentIal schools international s ymposium 202 3 TEACHER ADVISOR DUROTUN NISA' GENDER EQUALITY’S IMPLEMENTATION IN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AT MAN 2 MOJOKERTO ZAKIA FAJARWANGI, ALYA DZIKRINA FAIRUZIA, FIRDAUS HILMI AMAR, CHERYL MAYLAFFAYZA EARLY MAULIDY ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of gender equality among MAN 2 Mojokerto’s students. Gender issues have come into focus in many countries over the years. Not only in the economic field, but also in the world of education. Gender equality is not merely a matter of gender differences, which is the nature of God, but the discrimination in the context of a society created by humans. There is an assumption that men are superior to women, so there are many restrictions for women reflected in various ways. This study is based on descriptive research with a questionnaire as the instrument of a data collection and the research location was at MAN 2 Mojokerto. As a form of implementing gender equality, MAN 2 Mojokerto does not limit female students from choosing the extracurricular activities that they are interested in. There is no difference in providing treatment to either male or female students. All do the same exercises at the same time, place and use the same facilities. Masculine extra-curricular stereotypes such as futsal, football, scouts, paskibra, karate, Pencak Silat and wushu at this school are apparently allowed for women to participate in, as well. In fact, the results of the questionnaire showed that 54.8% of masculine extracurricular members were women and 14% had gained success in the various competitions they had participated in. This shows that MAN 2 Mojokerto has succeeded in implementing "perfect gender equality" and providing opportunities for women to receive equal treatment with men in the world of education. “Global peace and prosperity” INDONESIA 11th frsis full y residentIal schools international s ymposium 202 3 TEACHER ADVISOR DESTI ARYA KUNTARI SOCIAL ACCEPTANCE OF STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS : A PEER PERSPECTIVE PHANUDZUL SHAHIRA MARTHIAS, ANANDA KAYLA AZ-ZAHRA, SHAFIRA RAISA RAMADANI, SYARIFAH AZZAHRO ABSTRACT Inclusivity has been an interesting issue for years since we live in a very diverse world. Inclusive schools have started to help the community accommodate special needs students not only to get the same rights to education but also to develop their social skills in school, which would be beneficial for their future. Thus, the school environment is expected to be supportive;especially by their peers. However, the majority of regular students tend to keep a distance from most special needs students. It seems that special needs students have fewer friends and are not preferred by their friends to study with or play together. Therefore, this research aims to see the percentage of regular peers who socially accept students with special needs in certain aspects a nd which social aspect has the highest and the lowest percentage of acceptance. The method used is quantitative research using a polling survey and a Likert scale to score the responses. The data analysis used is a descriptive analysis based on the data pe rcentage collected. The survey was conducted among 149 participants (72 female and 77 male students). Interestingly, 83.4% of the respondents are aware that their friends with special needs enrich the class atmosphere. However, 56.7% of the respondents do not think that their special needs friends would be successful in the future. In spite of the fact that 72.2% of respondents are willing to chat with special needs friends during break time, 69.8% of the respondents prefer to play with other regular frien ds over their special needs ones. Despite the facts that have been mentioned above, it is found that 85.7% praise their achievements, and 71.5 % protect them when they are humiliated. It indicates that regular students socially accept their special needs f riends in those two categories. Our recommendation for the next research is to elaborate on the reasons why the respondents give their certain opinions. In addition, the finding of the research is considerably beneficial to our school to take some actions to raise social acceptance of special needs students among their peers. “Global peace and prosperity” INDONESIA 11th frsis full y residentIal schools international s ymposium 202 3 TEACHER ADVISOR SIH MAHANANI INDEPENDENT AGRICULTURE, AN ACTION TO ENHANCE FOOD QUANTITY VANESA ANNASTASSYA, AQILA FATHATULAYYA,KALILAFIRZA ALAM, LYDHIA GIFA FIESTA. ABSTRACT Food is one of the basic needs. However, it faces a serious crisis today. This phenomenon needs recovery to avoid the negative global impacts on health, economy and many other social matters. The objectives of this study are to identify the causes and the impacts and to provide possible solutions for this problem. The research methodology utilized in this study is qualitative mixed with quantitative methods. The data are obtained from the articles, established websites, and journals. The data are analyzed through the comparison and meta-analysis of the previous studies and analysis. The study found that the food crisis is caused by the geographic, political and social aspects. The crisis can be caused by factors like the lack of farming lands, conflicts, trade rules, fast population growth, natural disaster, wastage of food, and the market dominance. According to the analysis it was found that during the last 5 years from 2018 to 2023 there is a significant increase of the number of the countries and the numbers of the people with food crisis. The root of the problem is basically the food crisis among the families. If each family has a strong food supply, the global community will be free from such a crisis. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the negative impacts of the food crisis. This crisis can be reduced by positive actions through strong individual integrated farming. It is an integration of independent raising cattle and agriculture. This can be a solution for reducing the food crisis. “Global peace and prosperity” INDONESIA 11th frsis full y residentIal schools international s ymposium 202 3 TEACHER ADVISOR RENI SUSIANA DEWI CULTURAL DIVERSITY: STRENGTHEN OR THREATEN? AISHA AZKIYA SAHL, NADIA PRAMESTI PUTRI,ALYA KINNARAHMA MAHARANI, GABRIELLA SHARLENE WIJAYA. ABSTRACT Indonesia. A country with 38 provinces, 1331 tribes, 718 traditional languages, and 1239 cultural heritages defining a multicultural country. The existence of this diversity can strengthen or even threaten society. Indeed, there are various cultures in Indonesia. Still, cultural knowledge and preservation tend to be regional in scope, not national or international, but more centered on the areas of Bali and Java. The objective of this research is to minimize perceptions of cultural differences between Indonesian people, which can be implemented by other countries. To collect data, we used qualitative methods with reliable data sourced from the internet, such as government sites, journals, and official articles. The study reveals that the popularity of some cultures is the standard mindset for many people throughout the various cultures that exist. Besides, this is not necessarily a reality in society. Because each culture has its own characteristics and uniqueness. As the next generation of the nation, we should have a good mindset towards inclusivity. To foster this inclusivity, we initiate cultural camps as well as conferences adapted from MUN (Model United Nations) activities and held in different areas each year. This solution can be implemented in multicultural countries. These ideas can be our best efforts to create a future that upholds equality in diversity. “Global peace and prosperity” INDONESIA 11th frsis full y residentIal schools international s ymposium 202 3 TEACHER ADVISOR AHMAD FAIZIN IMPLICATIONS AND REGULATIONS EMPLOYABILITY OF ONLINE DRIVERS AMMAR KHAIRY MUYASSAR, AURELLA VIOLNEY LUCRETIA, DIAN KALILA SUMBOGO, HILMIY AZKA BILQIS. ABSTRACT The world's labor system has undergone many developments. One that has taken shape recently is The Gig Economy. Flexibility, exploration and new experiences are what the Gig Economy offers. One of the jobs included in the Gig Economy is an online driver. Onlinedriving is one of the sectors that is predicted to be one of the most advanced sectors because of the high public interest in technology that facilitates human work. However, the work system that exists in the Gig Economy has not been bound by official rules by the government. This causes deviations from standard requirements and workers' rights, that are inversely proportional to the proportion of workers who are bound by labor law. The purpose of this research is to fulfill the rights of gig economy workers, especially online drivers. The rights in question are the right to wages or salary that is appropriate and a non-excessive working time. The research methodology uses descriptive qualitative methodology with meta-analysis through journals, theses, and articles. Companies often get the view that they carry out neoliberal exploitation practices because online drivers require a longer time to reach targets and bonuses due to the instability of the amount of income. The role of the government as well as critical and communitycaring organizations is to fill in existing labor laws with gig economy rules and establish a more conditional metered standard price. This will help to reduce irregularities in the Gig Economy. “Global peace and prosperity” INDONESIA 11th frsis full y residentIal schools international s ymposium 202 3 TEACHER ADVISOR ARWINA SETYANINGSIH, S.Pd.Si HOW TO BECOME FRIENDS WITH AI HAIDAR ZAKI PUTRA PRABOWO, GHEVIA TERRA IBRAHIM, KEENANSYA RAIHANA HAYYU GHASANI, SOFIA SYIFA KHOIRUNNISA ABSTRACT AI is an artificial intelligence technology that simplifies human works, exemplified as completing a student's assignment instantly. The student will be dependent on AI if it is not balanced with the Indonesian literacy potential. However, AI technology cannot be taken for granted. The objective of this research is to identify the value and impact of AI, the extent to which negative impacts can affect Indonesian education, and solutions in adapting to AI. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative. These data are obtained from articles and journals from previous research. To strengthen the data, interviews and questionnaires were carried out by the students. This research obtains data from 2021 to 2022 of digital literacy and AI users which increased by 1.03% or around 204.7 million users per year. From another data, the level of Indonesian literacy is classified as low. The emergence of AI causes a decrease in literacy levels due to easy access to everything. Entering the era of society 5.0, we must accept AI by balancing the potential for literacy and the use of this technology. To balance and adapt with AI is creating a program with Chat Bot, which is accessed through the WhatsApp application. Chat Bot can assist students by completing assignments and providing access to journals leading to needed references which can increase the literacy potential of Indonesian students.
