Timmy was small for his age and had a stutter, which made him an easy target for the school bullies. He would come home from school every day with tear-stained cheeks and a broken spirit. One day, Timmy discovered a love for music. He would spend hours listening to his favorite songs and singing along. He found solace in the music, and it made him feel like he had a special gift. As he grew older, Timmy’s passion for music only grew stronger. He started taking guitar lessons and soon became quite skilled. He would often perform in front of
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s his family and friends, who were always amazed by his talent. One day, Timmy’s music teacher suggested following audition for a local talent show. Timmy was nervous, but he agreed to audition. When he took the stage and started singing, the audience was captivated. He sang with such passion and conviction that he brought the entire room to its feet in applause. From that moment on, Timmy was no longer the bullied kid at school. He was a rising star, and his classmates were in awe of his talent. The bullies who once teased him were now his biggest fans. Timmy found confidence and a sense of self-worth that he never knew he had.

| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s PAT AND MAURICE IN OHIO (1) By: Putu Nararya Parama Satya Class: 9.1 Ohio 2013. People were mysteriously disappeariang from their homes with no traces. The only thing found in the scenes are a piece of paper with an “X” logo. Detective Pat and his buddy Maurice were currently investigating the incidents. “The X incidents “seem to be getting worse,” said Pat. “Hey,” I found something in the X pappers!” replied Maurice, the paper left by the killer have an X, but the X was from a mix of bloof and ink, showing how twisted X was. After furtner investigation , turns out the blood was from the victims of killer X. Hoping to catch him, pat and Maurice set up a decoy dummy at night and hide in a bush. Pat and Maurice hid in a bush for 3 hours. Finally ,
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s a black figure appeared. Pat saw him. He had a black cloak and a faceless mask with an X. Pat knew that he was killer X. Pat and Maurice jumped out to catch him, freeze X!, shouted Pat at X. Killer X simply ran away on a motorcycle. Pat and Maurice chased him throghout the city, but X was very fast. As Pat and Maurice chased killer X, Maurice saw that his bike was floating. X also looked too futuristic compared to their previous cases. When Pat and Maurice car finally hit X’s bike, the duo stepped out to arrest killer X only to find 2 antennas on his head. Pat said, “what the?!” X proceeded to call someone. Suddently, a large flying disc appeared in the sky before it abducts X and flied away into space.
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s Pat shouted, “X in an alien?! Well that explains why he’s kidnapping people. The blood is to preserve the victims for their families, not flying the abduction.” Pat said, “Of course there’s an alien abduction. This is Ohio. Last week there was a time glitch that brought dinosaurs to the present.” “Should we save the people from the aliens?, asked Maurice. “No, its already too late. Besides, we dont have a spaceship,” replied Pat.
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s PAT AND MAURICE IN OHIO (2) Pat and Maurice found an old house. “This looks a bit haunted,” said Maurice. Pat said, “Dont worry, ghost aren’t real.” As the 2 entered the house, the door suddently shut behind them. Oh dear, said Maurice. Pat and Maurice explored the house as odd things start happening, glasses start breaking, things moving on their own and a strange voice saying “Get out.” Maurice said, “should we leave?” “The ghost want us out.” Pat said, “Now that you said it, I heard them too. Something appeared behind the duo.” Pat and Maurice went back only to find a ghost. He sceamed at Pat and Maurice, causing them to panic and ran away. Pat and Maurice are chased by the ghost, but the house has become a maze. Just as the ghost prepared to kill them, Pat and Maurice escaped trough a window.
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s Maurice sighed in relief. “Good thing we escaped, huh?” he said. Pat replied, “Yeah, but I definitely don’t want to enter old houses in a long time. Moral Value: If you want to solve the problem, try a better solution
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s KINDNESS By: Fabrisio Rota Danendra Class: 9.2 One sunny day, there was a fried rice seller. On that day, he didn’t get many food orders, in fact for 1 month he didn’t sell that many fried rices that almost made him closed the place. He saw a child that is asking food at other places but no one helped the hungry child even a little bit. He immediately called the hungry child to wait as he was making fried rice for the child. Later when the fried rice was done, he gave the hungry child the fried rice, some money, and gave him a motivation. The child was so grateful and thankful to the seller. Several years passed, the fried rice seller have already forgotten about the occurrence
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s with the child, he got a ton of orders that day, it was from an office that were going to have lunch together. A boss ordered 20 portions of fried rice, after the lunch was done the boss asked the fried rice seller “Do you remember me sir?” the fried rice seller immediately remembered, the boss was the hungry child that the fried rice seller helped several years ago. They hugged, the boss was so thankful by the help of the fried rice seller, he asks “Do you need any help, sir?, I’ll pay you back for your kindness.” The fried rice seller insisted on not needing help, he said “Just be kind to everyone!” Moral Value: Peoples life could change by a small help by us. If we become more kind to other people in this world, It would become a better world to live in.
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s TRUE SELF By: Siska Layla N. Class: 9.2 Every person has made their own life unique so there’s no need to be the same as others. This story is about a journey of a young girl named Danielle. Danielle came from a very strict family who barely let her do things she loved until of course the 9th grade, when she started to get the freedom, she’s been dreaming of. The true problem she had was that she couldn’t seems to find her true self or even loving herself. It’s true that trying to do those things wasn’t as simple, or as easy task to do. She has always been afraid of herself because she knew how imperfect she actually was. Many times, she has made many people who had high expectation, disappointed in her. While she knew she didn’t want to let people into her world or be close to her.
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s Little did anyone knew she started to erase herself from her friend’s life. Fear its what she felt if she was introduced to a new person. The fear of them not liking the way she was and the constant overthinking about which side of her did she had to show to impress all of them. Until she met 4 amazing girls named Mackenzie, Hazel, Haven, and Grace. They taught her that being herself wasn’t a crime nor a bad thing, and that we didn’t need to think about the negative opinions from people. Every person was different in their own ways and not all things that we wanted to feel about ourselves could just come in a second. It needed prosses and she must know that it started from her even if she failed in the middle of the way, never ever blame yourself for it. Not all people
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s were capable and be strong as Danielle in going through a rough life. Danielle still got a long way to go, where she was given a chance to be the better version of ourselves, the true and honest version with the support of her 4 friends. She wanted herself to stop being scared and to face herself even if it got hard or hurt. As the time goes you would understand on how to accept and truly love yourself and be the person you wanted to be. Moral Value: With the support of friends and family members we can learn how to love ourselves and to accept the Imperfect parts that we have.
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s JUMP THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING By: Kyra Neva Elyana Class:9.3 Once upon a time, there was a grasshopper inside of little box. It turned out, that the grasshopper has been in the box for a long time. One day, the grasshopper made it out from that little box. The grasshopper expressed his happiness by jumping. He was so happy, because he could jump as much as he wanted. He kept jumping until he fell and his legs got injured. He sat on a leaf to take some rest until his legs get better. When his legs got better, he jumped again, but this time he jumped carefully. While he was jumping, he met another grasshopper named Robby. Robby jumped very high and futher than him. He was so curious, because he wanted it. So, he asked Robby, “How can you do that?
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s Can you teach me how to do it?” And Robby said, “Is this a normal thing that a grasshopper does? Where have you been all this time?”After hearing that, the grasshopper was very disappointed and got jealous, because he could not jump like that other grasshopper did. Since that incident happened, he always practiced, so he can jump like other grasshoppers. He didn’t want to take it seriously. Even though Robby said something bad, but he got motivated by that. After a long day, the grasshopper finally could jump as he wanted Moral Value : We have to believe ourself that we can get through everything. Don’t take other people comments seriously, because it never change anything to our lives.
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s MOUSE TRAP By: Malyatus Sa’adah Class: 9.3 Once upon a time at the farmer’s house. there lived a mouse that considered as pets by the farmer. At one moment, when the mouse peeped through the cracks in the wall, the mouse saw the farmer trapping a mouse. He was so panic that he went straight to his friend the chicken and exclaimed: "Mr. Farmer bought his rat set. It's terrible, it's a disaster".But the chicken said, “That’s none of my business, I don’t care just go away!” The mouse didn’t get sympathy from the chicken. So he went to Mr. Pig, “Dear Mr.Pig, Mr.Farmer bought his rat trap. it’s a terrible news. I don’t have idea if Ican sleep peacefully tonight. I’m in a great danger!”
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s Mr. Pig said, “There’s nothing to do with me, that’s your business. Mouse trap can’t catch my big body. Go away!” The mouse was so upset with Mr. Pig, so he went to his other bestfriend, Madam Cow. “Dear Madam Cow! Please help me. The farmer has set a mousetrap for me. You know that every mouse never watch it’s step. I’m so paranoid now!” Madam Cow said. “Well…Well that’s must because of your past lifes. But unfortunately, there’s nothing to do with me.” The mouse didn’t get sympathy from any of his best friends. Pathetically, he returned to his burrow. At that night, there’s a snake sneak into Mr.Farmer’s house, and its tail fell on the mouse trap. When Mr.Farmer’s wife came to check if the trap had caught the mouse, the snake was pecking off the farmer’s wife. The result was the farmer’s wife was
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s suffering from pain. Because of his wife had suffering so much, Mr.Farmer thought that chicken soup could cure his wife. Without a second thought, Mr. Farmer made a chicken soup from the mouse best friend, so that would be the chicken. The chicken lost its life. Mr. Farmer’s wife didn’t recover yet, he decided to slaughter Mr.Pig. The fate couldn’t change, his wife passed away. Funerals needed cost a lot, the farmer had to slaughter the cow and sold the meat to pay the cost of the funeral ceremony. And at the end, the chicken’s dead, Mr.Pig lost his life, and Madam Cow’s butchered. This was all only because the mouse trap. So, it’s not the mouse’s problem, but it was the whole farm problem.
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s Moral Value We have to help each other, don't think it won't be fatal to us. Solve the problem together because we are in it together. Whether it worked or not, at least we did it together.
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s NOT A FAILURE By: Raina Lathifah A.R.D Class: 9.3 “No.” Was all the agent had said before leaving Umar dejected in his seat, “This was the 7th audition already…” He felt like crying. The world was against him, wasn’t it? Sighing, he got up from the rickety steel chair and walked over to his guitar case and quickly packed up his things. The way home was long, and the pouring rain didn’t make it better. The buzzing neon signed and the incessant chatter of passersby couldn’t help Umar’s deflated heart. “Ma! I’m home!” Umar quickly took his shoes off and entered the kitchen, where a fragrant waft was emanating from his mother’s crock pot. “Oh! There you are, Umar!” His mother greeted him, he got beside her to smell the achieving dreams of wonderful aroma. He grabbed a spoon on the counter and directed it towards the
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s pot; Oh! It was his favourite! Chilli soup! “Could I have a bite—” “No- no- no! You have to wait till this dish is finished, mister!” She slapped Umar’s prying spoon away from the pot. Umar pouted at the rejection but he obediently sat at the dinner table, waiting for the time when the soup would be fully cooked. After several agonising minutes, his mother came to the table with a steaming pot of chilli soup, “–Finally! I was starving!” Umar immediately dug in. “Slow down there, dear!” The smile on his mother’s face says a different statement, though. Moral Value: With your family’s encouragement you can keep working towards your dreams.
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s DECISSION By: Celline Vienna Class: 9.4 It’s 3 P.M and school was over. Rina was walking down the road from school when she saw a blue azure bag from a store. She’s stunned with the bag and decided to enter the store. “Hello, how can I help you?” A young man voice was heard. “Oh yes! How much does this bag cost?” Rina pointed the bag that was displayed. “That’s 300$. Would you like to buy it? That’s an old product and only one left here.” “Is it possible to book it?” “Yes, but only for a month” “Great! I’ll book it, thanks sir!” Rina said as she walked out of the store
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s It’s night time and Rina was waiting for Keigo, her dad. She’s watching the TV until she heard a familiar car sound. She helped Keigo with his things. They’re having dinner together. It was dead silence until Rina broke the silence. “Um... dad...” “Yea?” Keigo replied immediately without looking at her “I was walking from school when I passed the store, and I saw a cool blue bag but it cost 300$ and I was hoping... could you buy me that..?” “Hm... I can, but at one condition. Since its almost exam week, I want you to get at least one perfect score and the others is above 90. Can you do it?” Rina’s eyes were filled with determined. “Yes, of course! Thanks dad!”
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s Weeks later, and the score was announced. When Rina saw her score, her face showed so much happiness. She did it. She met the criteria to buy the bag. She called Keigo and he kept his promise to buy it. He transfered the money into her bank account. School was over and Rina was walking, or running, to the store. But on the way, she saw a group of hungry and abandon childrens in a dark alley. She wanted to give them foods, but the only money she had right now was the 300$ on her bank account to buy the bag Dilemma was the only emotion she’s feeling right now. All the happiness and excited she felt before vanished into thin air. An idea popped inside her head, giving her a little hope. But no avail, her plan was to call Keigo and transfered more money. It ended as a vain because Keigo’s phone was not available.
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s “What should I do what should I do....” Rina kept mumbling for about 3 minutes. “I can buy them foods but I won’t have enough money for the bag... If I buy the bag, they’ll be hungry.... Today is the last day for my booking... What if someone will buy it tomorrow?” Finally, she gave in. She entered a supermarket, bought foods and drinks, and came back to the alley to give them to the hungry children “Hey kiddo. I know this isn’t much but I hope you’ll like it” Rina said as she gave the foods to them The childrens looked at her in awe and grateful, until the oldest looking child came to her. “Thank you so much! I hope God will repay your kindness someday. Come one everyone, say thank you to her, thank you so much!” All the kids said in unison. Unknown to her, a smile was formed on her face.
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s Continue her walk, she passed by the store. There it was. The bag she wanted. She felt a pang in her heart, but suddenly the happy face every childrens back there made her smile. “The deadline is today... but oh well, lets just rely on luck the bag is still there tomorrow” It’s night time, and like usual, Rina was waiting for Keigo. When he came back, he asked where the bag was. Rina told him all the story, and Keigo couldn’t help. He felt proud of his daughter. “Good to hear that. I’m sorry for not answering your call. I had a meeting and stuff. Let’s go to the store again tomorrow yea? Plus, it’s Saturday so I don’t have work.” Keigo suggested. “Actually, I don’t think I want the bag anymore. Can I buy other bag?” Next day came, and the bag wasn’t there anymore. When Rina asked about it, the employee said someone
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s just bought it around a hour ago. In the end, Rina bought other bag, two bags even. Keigo only smiled and let a small chuckle at his daughter’s bubbly behaviour. He didn’t mind at all about the price for two bags. All he felt right now was proud and happy for his daughter. “Hey Elena... am I doing it right?” He asked in a low voice and smiled even though he knew no one would answer it. Moral Value: People will have to choose a hard decision. You can't have everything, and sacrifice is also needed.
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s CANCER SURVIVOR By: Hizkia Naratyaga Suwanto Class: 9.4 I won't forget the incident that happened to my old friend since we were in elementary school. I was preparing myself to go outside for awhile, but before that I checked on my laptop to see any response from him as he has never been online on that month. I checked on the messages and found out that he had responded to me, but with a heartbreaking news. He got cancer, stayed in a hospital, and had to do chemotherapy every weekend. It made me stunned, such incident had strucked me in a sense of hopelessness. "Are you alright?" I typed in with my keyboard, patiently waiting for his response. "Don't worry, I still have my hair." he said optimistically, not knowing for how many phases he would have to go through. Before the incident, I remembered that his mother was also a cancer survivor. She still worked hard for the family, even if time wasn't long enough for her to live. She passed away in September, as I with my other friends visited his home. His
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s father is nowhere to be seen, just him and his mother in the coffin, before the burial ceremony. I tried to encouraging him to still do for the better, as well as entertaining him. That thought reminded me about favorite things about my old friend. His skills at literacy was something I'll never forgot, I could imagine him as a famous writer for a novel or a series. He enjoyed geography, imagining what would it be like if the world was built differently according to his knowledge. Though at school, he's rather shy, only having 2 or 3 friends. He never got any appreciation in his school, as his talents were hidden away for him only. It's sad to know that he lived in an ever changing enviroment, only leading him to be taken care in the hospital. Even if chances were slim to begin with, I still prayed that he would get what he always wanted for : a peaceful life of his family and friends.
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s Moral Value : No matter what situation you are in, your hope will not be disappointed. (Based on a true story, my old friend "L")
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s ACHIEVING DREAMS By: Kenya Kirana Class: 9.4 Ash WAs the eldest son of the sully's family. He haD 3 younger siblings, Langit, Kinan, and Tiana. One thing he liked to do was painting. He has loved it since kindergarten, he loved playing with color and painted style, when he was extracting his imagination into a piece of paper. Becoming a painter has always been his dream. Unfortunately, he came from a family of lawyers, his parents wanted him to be a lawyer or a judge just like them. Ash was always being the golden child, he obeyed all his parents expectations even though he hated it. All because he was the first child, he felt the need to fulfill his parents expectation. Up until highschool, he started to speak up to his parents about his interest, he told them that
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s he wanted to go to an art institute, but as he expected his parents were against it and said that he was gonna disappoint them if he did that. Yet, Ash has already made his decision, he was gonna work hard to find a scholarship and pursued his dream. Finally, after all his dedication he finally got a scholarship for his art institution. He was filled with joy, his childhood dream eventually came true. Now, he could get his parents permission for the art institution, at first his parents still disagreed with his choice but when he showd his scholarship his parents slowly accepted it and gave him an allowance to attend the art school. Nothing was impossible, people around you might not be the best supporter but as the time goes by you are gonna realize that the one who is gonna determine whether or not you gonna achieve your dream is you, you
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s are the writer of your own life, all the decisions are in your hand. Hard work is the key, discipline, as long as your dream is positive chase it. Moral Value: Don’t give up to reach your dreams
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN US By: Aulia Salim Class: 9.5 My name is Jully, I'm someone who prefers doing my hobby other than academic stuff. Somehow it always makes me happy and it is inspired by playing guitar, football, listening to music, and everything more that I’m into. I study and read only for temporary necessities like at my school. But I have a close friend that does the opposite of me. Her name is Junne. She always cares and gets busy with her academic’s stuff. It would feel like there's no
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s other person that can be surprised if she gets high score or awards from winning academic competitions. We always hang out and talk 24/7, talk about our different activities. It’s like she’s a black cat that doesn’t want her body gets tired and I’m a golden retriever that doesn’t want to use my brain but my body. One day when we’re together for hanging out, she focused at her book and I was just playing guitar while waiting for her to finish her books session. Suddenly she looked at me and asked me “Why don’t you spend ur time for studying? Or reading like me instead of playing a guitar. It's good for us, for your grades and also you can be inspired by learning and reading”. I laughed a bit and looked back at her while putting my guitar down, “Not everyone can enjoy ur things Junne, yeah maybe, it’s not going to impact my grades but it
| J H S 2 2 6 ’ s S t u d e n t s S t o r i e s makes me inspired too, and it can make me happy. I can focus studying while I listened to music. So, for me… it is also important and worth to spend”. She nods, signifies that she understands. “I wonder if everyone has a difference about the things that can inspire them too, like us.” She asked me once again while slurping her tea, “Of course, everything can be used as inspiration when you like it or adore it.” We continued the conversation about the differences between us and start learning about something new. Although everyone have a differences in terms of learning, we began to understand that all of that have the same goal and positive activities can always educate and inspire us. even a small thing. Moral Value Every different positive things can be used as inspiration or passion for each people to be learnt

Maybe something or someone wasn’t worth to know, he ran quickly to his house while was still processing what was actually going on and what he should do in this time. If he told the truth to the police he would probably never see tommorow daylight but if he didn’t tell the truth it scared him to know that this crime he just saw will still be going around.
