ALUMINUM ROUND POLES

DIMENSIONS RPN – POLE SHAFT - The pole shaft is extruded from seamless alloy aluminum. On tenon mount
N = 2-3/8" (60mm) poles, tenon is of high-strength pipe. Tenon N option is 2-3/8” O.D. x 4” tall. Tenon 4N
O.D. x 4" (102mm) option is 4” O.D. x 5” tall. Aluminum round poles are 4” and 5” in diameter.

Tall Tenon HAND HOLE - Covered and gasketed 2” x 4” non-reinforced hand-hole is located 12” above
bottom of pole base. For pole with greater EPA rating, reinforced hand hole is available
8'-20' 4N = 4" (102mm) as an option; consult factory. Optional festoon for GFI receptacle (with or without GFI Kit
(2.4m - 6.1m) O.D. x 5" (127mm) supplied) is available. Minimum height for location of festoon is 18” above standard hand
hole.
Tall Tenon
BASE - Pole base is cast from 356 alloy aluminum. Completed assembly is heat-treated to a
RPB3, RPB5 - T6 temper. Aluminum nut covers are included with anchor base.
Bolt-On Mount,
BASE COVERS - Aluminum nut covers are included with anchor base. Optional two-piece
2-Bolt Pattern decorative die-cast aluminum (GBC) base covers or optional one-piece spun aluminum
collars are available. Must be ordered separately.
Nut Covers
(Standard) ANCHOR BOLTS - Set of four anchor bolts conform to ASTM F1554 Grade 55. Each bolt is
provided with two hex nuts and two flat washers. Bolts have an “L” bend on one end and

ENERGY SAVING CONTROL OPTIONS – DIM – 0-10 volt dimming enabled with controls by
others. BLS – Bi-level switching responds to a 120-277V signal from separate controller or
sensor (by others), with low light level decreased to 30% maximum drive current.

OCCUPANCY SENSOR (IMS) - Optional internal passive infrared motion sensor activates
switching of luminaire light levels. High level light is activated and increased to full bright
in 1-2 seconds upon detection of motion. Low light level (30% maximum drive current)
is activated when target zone is absent of motion activity for ~ 2 minutes and ramps down

LSI LED BULLETS SMALL FLOOD (SBAS)

SHIELD – Fixture features a built-in visor to better control beam pattern and minimize spill
of light into adjacent properties.

EXPECTED LIFE - Minimum 50,000 hours depending upon the ambient temperature of the
installation location.

LEDS - Features an array of select LED chips; CW - 4700K color temperature, with a CRI of
75 (nominal).

OPTICS / DISTRIBUTION - Multiple LED modules and lenses are strategically mounted
to the optical panel / heat sink, to distribute light in a tightly controlled beam pattern that
puts light where it is needed, in the most efficient way possible. It delivers a 3H x 3V
distribution.

HOUSING - Precision designed die-cast aluminum housing with stainless steel hardware,
tempered glass lens and silicon gaskets.

ACCENT & FLOOD DIMENSIONS MOUNTING - ½” NPSM mounting arm is standard. Mounting arm may be threaded into
hubs in tree or surface mounts, spikes, junction boxes, or CFH style ballast enclosures.
Adjustable mounting arm provides angle markings, for accurate and easy aiming.

ELECTRICAL - Universal voltage power supply, 120-277 VAC, 50/60 HZ input. Powered by
a constant current, high efficiency Class 2 LED driver, with active power factor correction,
an IP66 rating and all around protection against over-voltage, over-temperature and short
circuit conditions as well as lightning protection. Driver has a Class A EMI rating and
complies with UL8750 safety regulations and with ANSI/IEEE C62.41 Class A operation.

DRIVERS - Available in Super Saver (SS) drive current, to provide the most energy efficient
approach.

OPERATING TEMPERATURE - -30°C to +40°C (-22°F to +104°F).

FINISH - Standard colors are Black, Bronze or Verde Green in a UV resistant, thermoset
polyester powder coat finish, which provides durable protection from environmental
conditions, corrosion and the elements.

WARRANTY - Limited 5-year warranty.
