Advantage Care Cottages are private residences that house three nursing-home eligible seniors who wish to age in
place in the community, rather than in nursing homes or other facilities. Support will be provided by a staff of trained
caregivers from Advantage Home Care working in each home 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Skilled nursing services,
therapy, or hospice care ordered by a physician is provided in the home by Berks Visiting Nurse Association. For
