*T he Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a United States Federal regulation focusing on accessibility in public places. There are several sections of this act that directly affect retail
establishments. OPTO International, Inc. makes every effort to be in compliance with the ADA; however, it is possible to design a counter that is not in compliance. Please be sure to check
with your retail contractor or visit ada.gov for more information. In addition to the ADA, your state or local government may impose additional (and more strict) accessibility requirements for
retail counters. Check with your local government to make sure your OPTO counter configuration is in compliance.

6. Determine Ledge size, quantity, and location for each Module

Based on the desired counter configuration, ledges may be specified. Ledges add an additional 7” of height, providing a writing
surface, and create appropriate separation between the sales associate and shopper. Multiple ledges can be specified for larger
counters, creating multiple point of sale areas.

7. Select Specialty Accessories Counter Components for each Module

Classic Collection Counters accept 24"W and 48"W Options Collection® Accessories. Choose from Specialty Cashwrap

Introduction to
Classic Collection Post Wall System

1. Select Height

7'1"H 8'8"H Post heights are non-adjustable, but custom heights are available. Cost REVEAL
and lead time for custom-height posts vary based on requirement.

2. Select Mounting Style

Standard Most common for all applications. Each post mounts Wall-to-Floor Typically manufactured to height. Used in conjunction with
directly to the wall with (2) flanges (included), and has a Wall-to-Wall Front-Mount or Center-Mount Accessories. Also ideal for

6. Select Accessories

This wall system is compatible with all Options Collection® Accessories. Select from Front-Mount (p.156),
Rail (p.160), Post (p.161), and Center-Mount Accessories (p.159). Add signage to finish telling your story
(p.166). Use Front-Mount and Angle-Mount Sign Holders when using Back Panels. Center-Mount Sign
Holders can be used when Back Panels are not specified.

7. Add Some Interest

Create interest and break up long runs of wall with Classic Collection Wall-Mounted Focal Panels, and
Showcases (p.35).

HELPFUL APPLICATION TIPS:

Classic Collection Post Wall Systems are great for straight or curved walls, floor-to-ceiling, and
window display applications. Create long runs by determining how many modules will fit in your given
space. Use single Classic Collection Posts to break up a long run of wall or fit in small areas where
full modules won't work. To create the look of a finished corner on two intersecting walls, allow a
distance of 18" from either side of the corner. The depth of the accessories will complete the corner.

INSTALLATION NOTES:

Fully detailed installation instructions are included for your specific Post Wall configuration when
your order ships. Posts mount to most wall substrates including drywall, brick, and concrete. Proper
anchoring hardware is required (not included). Each flange requires (3) anchors. Consult your general
contractor to recommend appropriate hardware based on the application and wall substrate. For
24"W Modules, mount Posts 25" O.C. For 48"W Modules, mount Posts 50" O.C.

PRO TIPS:

48"W Front-Mount Accessories can span across (2) 24"W modules for a continuous look and ultimate
flexibility. Create stunning merchandising stories using Center-Mount Post Accessories (p.159) with

HELPFUL APPLICATION TIPS:

Classic Collection Freestanding Wall Panels are great for straight or curved walls, department
divisions, and window displays. Freestanding Walls must be against straight or curved
structural walls. When being used for departmental division and window display, secondary
support fins are required. An OPTO designer will help determine fin support requirements
based on your application.

INSTALLATION NOTES:

Classic Collection Freestanding Panels come fully assembled. Use Parallel Connectors
(required and included with your order) to link panels together. Then, using Parallel Connectors,
attach Support Fins per the drawing provided by the OPTO design team. Use the adjustable
footing to level the assembled fixture to the floor. Classic Collection Freestanding Wall is
intended for single-sided merchandising, but can be specified for double-sided merchandising
with proper fin support. Only place merchandise on the panel side supported by fins.
