from professionals or with people we know or
trust.

illness in general helps us become more
emphatic with other people who maybe
troubled by concerns such as depression,
anxiety or social anxiety.
3.It too can also help us learn what is being
offered through our workplace, community,
province and nation.

know that we were not alone and there are
many resources out there.
