Perutusan Pengerusi Chairman Keynotes Laporan Tahunan 2023 01 YH. Dato’ Haji Mas’ut Bin Haji Awang Samah, DIMP., SMP. Pengerusi Pahang Skills Alhamdulillah, marilah kita memanjatkan setinggi kesyukuran ke hadrat Allah S.W.T kerana Pahang Skills masih dapat meneruskan operasi walaupun berdepan pelbagai cabaran. Bismillahirahmanirrahim, Assalamualaikum W.B.T. Pendapatan Kumpulan Pahang Skills adalah RM10,147,763 iaitu meningkat sebanyak 0.3% berbanding RM10,119,181 pada tahun 2022. Perbelanjaan yang direkodkan meningkat sebanyak 7.6% kepada RM10,869,683 berbanding RM10,105,950 pada tahun 2022. Keuntungan Selepas Cukai menurun 143% kepada (RM358,231) berbanding RM829,759 pada tahun 2022. Bagi program-program khas SPU, peruntukan keseluruhan diterima menurun kepada RM1,443,280 berbanding RM2,685,660 pada tahun 2022. Ini adalah penurunan sebanyak RM1,242,380 atau 46%. Perolehan program Kursus Jangka Pendek pada tahun 2023 menunjukkan penurunan iaitu RM1,054,132 berbanding RM2,600,183 pada tahun 2022. Penurunan adalah sebanyak RM 1,546,051 atau 59% Perolehan program Centre of Excellent pada tahun 2023 menunjukkan peningkatan iaitu RM 1,751,666 berbanding RM 1,096,576 pada tahun 2022. Peningkatan adalah sebanyak RM 655,090 atau 60% Hasil sewaan menurun pada tahun 2023 iaitu RM117,346 berbanding RM219,657 pada 2022. Pahang Skills turut memperolehi hasil daripada penjanaan lain-lain pendapatan (other income) berjumlah RM 363,689. Rumusan prestasi kewangan Pahang Skills pada tahun 2023 adalah seperti berikut:

02 Pahang Skills Development Centre Berdasarkan pencapaian tahun 2023 ini, pengurusan Pahang Skills hendaklah meningkatkan lagi usaha-usaha untuk memperbaiki prestasi bagi mencapai sasaran hasil dan keuntungan yang telah ditetapkan. Pahang Skills perlu mengenalpasti dan mengambil langkah-langkah lebih pragmatik untuk terus kekal relevan dalam menghadapi pelbagai cabaran dan persaingan. Selain menawarkan pakej-pakej latihan yang berteraskan teknologi terkini, kerjasama dengan rakan-rakan strategik yang dinamik dan berpotensi tinggi perlu terus dipertingkatkan. Penawaran program-program upskilling dan reskilling dengan tambahan pensijilan professional sebagai elemen value added perlu juga dipelbagaikan untuk terus menjadi institusi latihan TVET pilihan ramai. Saya yakin Pahang Skills berpotensi untuk terus berkembang maju berdasarkan nilai-nilai tadbir urus yang baik serta mampan yang diamalkan. Ini terbukti berdasarkan kejayaan memenangi anugerah di Majlis Penyampaian Anugerah Pahang 1s di mana Pahang Skills meraih Anugerah Platinum bagi Kategori Pentadbiran Cemerlang (Sektor Perkhidmatan). Akhir kata, saya mengucapkan setinggi terima kasih dan penghargaan kepada semua pemegang taruh Pahang Skills iaitu Kerajaan Negeri, Kerajaan Persekutuan dan semua agensi pembiayaan yang sentiasa menyokong perkembangan Pahang Skills dari segi infrastruktur dan penyediaan dana latihan khususnya untuk anak-anak Negeri Pahang. Bismillahirahmanirrahim, Assalamualaikum W.B.T. Laporan Tahunan 2023 03 Alhamdulillah, let us raise our gratitude to Allah S.W.T because Pahang Skills can still continue operations despite facing various challenges. A summary of Pahang Skills' financial performance in 2022 is as follows: Based on the achievements of the year 2023, the management of Pahang Skills should further increase efforts to improve performance in order to achieve the revenue and profit targets that have been set. Pahang Skills needs to identify and take more pragmatic steps to continue to remain relevant in the face of various challenges and competition. In addition to offering training packages based on the latest technology, cooperation with dynamic and high-potential strategic partners needs to be continuously improved. The offering of upskilling and reskilling programs with the addition of professional certification as a value added element also needs to be diversified to continue to be the TVET training institution of choice for many. I am confident that Pahang Skills has the potential to continue to thrive based on the values of good and sustainable governance practiced. This is proven based on the success of winning an award at the Pahang 1st Awards Ceremony where Pahang Skills won the Platinum Award for the Outstanding Administration Category (Service Sector). Finally, I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to all stakeholders of Pahang Skills, namely the State Government, the Federal Government and all funding agencies that have always supported the development of Pahang Skills in terms of infrastructure and the provision of training funds, especially for the youth of Pahang State. Thank you also to all the Management Council Members who are always committed in regulating the development of Pahang Skills towards becoming the best TVET training provider on the East Coast. The decrease was as much as RM 1,546,051 or 59% The revenue of the Center of Excellent program in 2023 shows an increase of RM 1,751,666 compared to RM 1,096,576 in 2022. The increase was as much as RM 655,090 or 60%. Rental income decreased in 2023 which was RM117,346 compared to RM219,657 in 2022. Perutusan Pengarah Eksekutif Executive Director Keynote 04 Pahang Skills Development Centre Alhamdulillah, tahun 2023 menyaksikan Pahang Skills mendapat keyakinan daripada pelbagai pihak untuk melaksanakan pelbagai program peningkatan latihan kemahiran kepada pekerja industri dalam bidang TVET. Encik Mohd Yusri Bin Mohd Nor, SMP., PJK. Pengarah Eksekutif Pahang Skills Bismillahirahmanirrahim, Assalamualaikum W.B.T. Bersyukur kepada hadrat Allah s.w.t. atas izinNya, buku Laporan Tahunan Pahang Skills 2023 ini dapat dihasilkan. Bagi kursus-kursus Jangka Pendek, Pahang Skills telah melatih seramai 1,349 peserta meliputi bidang Teknikal, ICT dan Softskills. Antara organisasi penyumbang tertinggi perolehan kursus jangka pendek bagi tahun 2023 termasuklah MSIA - Malaysia Semiconductor Industry Association– Electrical & Electronic Operation for Maintenance, Lynas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd, Perbadanan Tabung Pembangunan Kemahiran – Geran Dana Perkasa, Bahagian Pendidikan dan Latihan Teknikal Vokasional (BPLTV) dan Tourism Pahang. Perbadanan Setiausaha Kerajaan (PSK) Pahang adalah antara syarikat terbaharu yang menggunakan perkhidmatan latihan daripada Pahang Skills untuk melatih pekerja mereka bagi program MS Excel- Basic dan Remote Pilot Certificate of Competency (RCOC-B). Pahang Skills turut melatih lepasan graduan IPT melalui program peningkatan kemahiran yang dibiayai oleh Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputra (Yayasan Peneraju) dibawah Program Latihan untuk Siswazah (PLUS). Di antara program yang ditawarkan adalah Siemens PLC with IoT Integration, Grid-Connected Photovoltaic (GCPV) System Installation and Maintenance with IoT, Fiber Optic Installation Supervisor with Siemens Industry IoT, Expert Craftsman Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Drone Precision Agriculture dan Python Certification and Application in Data Analytics. Centre of Excellence @ CoE Pahang Skills pula melaksanakan program-program latihan high end dan IR4.0. Di antara program yang telah dilaksanakan adalah program Productivity Step-Up for Logistic dan Productivity Step-Up for Chemical yang ditaja sepenuhnya oleh Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC). Program ini bertujuan memberi pendedahan tentang teknologi untuk bidang Logistik. Seramai 54 orang peserta Logistik telah didedahkan dengan aplikasi teknologi IOT iaitu IOT Tracking System dan IOT Monitoring System. Peserta telah diberi peranti IOT untuk diaplikasikan dalam perniagaan masing-masing. Bagi Productivity Step-Up for Chemical pula adalah bertujuan memberi pendedahan tentang teknologi untuk bidang Chemical. Seramai 14 orang peserta Chemical telah didedahkan dengan aplikasi teknologi iaitu pH Monitoring System dan Data Collection System. Peserta telah diberi peranti IOT dan software untuk diaplikasikan dalam perniagaan masing-masing.

Sepanjang tahun 2023, Pusat Kecemerlangan Tenaga Lestari telah berjaya melaksanakan dua (2) kursus dibawah pensijilan Pihak Berkuasa Pembangunan Tenaga Lestari (SEDA) Malaysia. Kursus-kursus tersebut adalah Kursus Rekabentuk Sistem Fotovolta Tersambung Grid (GCPV) dan Kursus Fotovolta Tersambung Grid (GCPV) Untuk Penjaga Jentera dan Pendawai. Selain itu, Pusat Kecemerlangan Tenaga Lestari turut menawarkan program PV solar yang disesuaikan di Pahang Skills sebagai inisiatif khusus yang direka untuk menggalakkan penggunaan sistem solar fotovolta (PV) dan sistem pintar bangunan di industri. Program ini disesuaikan untuk memenuhi keperluan unik dan keperluan pihak industri. Kursus-kursus yang dilaksanakan adalah Asas Teknologi Solar Fotovolta & Bangunan Pintar, Kursus Asas Sistem Penyaman Udara Industri dan Kursus Rekabentuk dan Pemasangan Sistem Fotovolta Tersambung Grid. Pahang Skills telah berjaya menjadi Pusat Latihan Bertauliah (ATC) Remote Pilot Training Organisation (RPTO) bagi Aerodyne Group dan merupakan pusat latihan pertama di Pantai Timur yang diiktiraf oleh Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) yang berperanan untuk melahirkan lebih ramai juruterbang dron yang kompeten dan diiktiraf oleh CAAM sebagai salah satu syarat untuk mendapatkan permit Approval of Authorization to Fly (ATF) bagi tujuan kerja komersial serta bagi mematuhi Peraturan Penerbangan Awam 2016. Bagi memastikan teknologi dron ini dapat dikongsikan dengan semua, Program Technology Update – Drone telah berjaya dijalankan dimana pameran dron serta perkongsian mengenai teknologi telah dibuat oleh pihak UMP, CAAM dan Aerodyne Group. Program ini juga turut dihadiri oleh YB Dato' Mohamad Nizar bin Dato' Sri Mohamad Najib, DSAP iaitu EXCO Pelaburan, Perindustrian, Sains, Teknologi Dan Inovasi Negeri Pahang. Pahang Skills juga telah memperluaskan dan menambahbaik perkhidmatan teknologi dron bukan hanya tertakluk kepada latihan kemahiran tetapi dalam aspek yang lebih menyeluruh seperti menawarkan perkhidmatan penggunaan perkhidmatan Drone Virtual Reality (VR) untuk kegunaan pelbagai sektor serta menawarkan perkhidmatan lain untuk sektor pertanian, pemetaan 3D, Thermal Analysis dan lain – lain. Suka juga saya melaporkan bahawa Pahang Skills telah menjadi pilihan sebagai penyedia gimik dan perkhidmatan multimedia untuk majlis-majlis utama peringkat Negeri seperti berikut: • Gimik Pelancaran bagi Majlis Karnival Minggu Sains Negara oleh Unit Korporat SUK Negeri Pahang; • Gimik Pelancaran Program MyMudah Peringkat Negeri Pahang oleh MPC; • Gimik Pelancaran Program MyMudah Peringkat Negeri Johor oleh MPC • Gimik Pelancaran Majlis Gebeng Simulation Exercise 2023 oleh Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Pahang (JKNP). Selain daripada itu, COE Creative Content telah menyediakan perkhidmatan videography dan juga photography bagi Pesta Kuantan 188. Program ini diakhiri dengan Konsert Pesta Kuantan 188 yang dihadiri oleh Yang di-Pertuan Agong ke-16, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah dan juga Raja Permaisuri. COE CC juga telah menyediakan perkhidmatan Produksi Virtual Reality bagi Perbadanan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Pahang (PSK) dibawah Pahang Invest untuk Program Selangor International Business Summit (SIBS) bertempat KLCC. Bagi memenuhi keperluan tenaga kerja Projek Laluan Rel Pantai Timur (ECRL), Pahang Skills telah menandatangai memorandum persefahaman bersama Malaysia Rail Link Sdn Bhd (MRL) dan China Communications Construction (ECRL) Sdn Bhd bagi kerjasama dalam pengambilan pelajar, pembangunan silibus tenaga pengajar dan lain-lain. Selain itu, Pahang Skills juga menandatangai memorandum persefahaman bersama Liuzhou Railway Vocational Technical College bagi Railway Maintenance Programme. Deru Karya Makmur Sdn Bhd juga dilantik untuk penyediaan Written Instructional Material (WIM). Akhir kata, saya merakamkan setinggi penghargaan kepada Pengerusi dan semua Ahli Majlis Pengurusan Pahang Skills yang sentiasa memberi panduan dalam memacu perancangan dan halatuju Pahang Skills. Grateful to Allah s.w.t. with His permission, this Pahang Skills Annual Report 2023 can be produced. Alhamdulillah, the year 2023 saw Pahang Skills gain confidence from various parties to implement numerous skills training programs for industrial workers in the field of TVET. For Short Term courses, Pahang Skills has trained a total of 1,349 participants covering the fields of Technical, ICT and Softskills. Among the highest contributing organizations for short-term course acquisition for 2023 include MSIA - Malaysia Semiconductor Industry Association – Electrical & Electronic Operation for Maintenance, Lynas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd, Perbadanan Tabung Pembangunan Kemahiran - Perkasa Fund Grant, Bahagian Pendidikan dan Latihan Teknikal Vokasional (BPLTV) and Tourism Pahang. Perbadanan Setiausaha Kerajaan (PSK) is one of the latest companies to use training services from Pahang Skills to train their employees for MS Excel-Basic and Remote Pilot Certificate of Competency (RCOC-B) programs. Pahang Skills also trains IPT graduates through skills improvement program funded by Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputra (Yayasan Peneraju) under the Graduate Training Program (PLUS). Among the programs offered are Siemens PLC with IoT Integration, Grid-Connected Photovoltaic (GCPV) System Installation and Maintenance with IoT, Fiber Optic Installation Supervisor with Siemens Industry IoT, Expert Craftsman Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Drone Precision Agriculture and Python Certification and Application in Data Analytics. The Center of Excellence @ Pahang Skills CoE also implements high-end and IR4.0 training programs. Among the programs that have been implemented are the Productivity Step-Up for Logistic and Productivity Step-Up for Chemical programs which are fully sponsored by the Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC). This program aims to give exposure to technology for the field of Logistics. A total of 54 Logistics participants were exposed to IOT technology applications, namely IOT Tracking System and IOT Monitoring System. Participants were given IOT devices to be applied in their respective businesses. As for the Productivity Step-Up for Chemical, it aims to give exposure to technology for the Chemical field. A total of 14 Chemical participants were exposed to the application of technology namely pH Monitoring System and Data Collection System. Participants were given IOT devices and software to be applied in their respective businesses. Throughout the year 2023, the Center of Excellence Sustainable Energy has successfully implemented two (2) courses under the certification of the Malaysian Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA). The courses are Grid Connected Photovoltaic System Design Course (GCPV) and Grid Connected Photovoltaic Course (GCPV) For Machinery Keepers and Wiring. In addition, the Center of Excellence Sustainable Energy also offers a customized solar PV program at Pahang Skills as a specific initiative designed to encourage the use of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and smart building systems in the industry. The program is tailored to meet the unique needs and requirements of the industry. The courses implemented are Basic Photovoltaic Solar Technology & Smart Buildings, Industrial Air Conditioning System Basic Course and Grid Connected Photovoltaic System Design and Installation Course. PERUTUSAN PENGARAH EKSEKUTIF Executive Director Keynotes 06 Pahang Skills Development Centre Bismillahirahmanirrahim, Assalamualaikum W.B.T.

Pahang Skills has successfully become a Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO) Certified Training Center (ATC) for Aerodyne Group and first training center on the East Coast recognized by the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) which is responsible for producing more competent drone pilots and recognized by CAAM as one of the conditions to obtain an Approval of Authorization to Fly (ATF) permit for commercial work purposes as well as to comply with the Civil Aviation Regulations 2016. To ensure that this drone technology can be shared with everyone, the Technology Update - Drone Program has been successfully conducted where drone exhibition as well as technology sharing was made by UMP, CAAM and Aerodyne Group. This program was also attended by YB Dato' Mohamad Nizar bin Dato' Sri Mohamad Najib, DSAP which is the EXCO of Pahang State Investment, Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation. Pahang Skills has also expanded and improved drone technology services not only subject to skills training but in a more comprehensive aspect such as offering the use of Drone Virtual Reality (VR) services for use in various sectors as well as offering other services for the agricultural sector, 3D mapping, Thermal Analysis and others. I would also like to report that Pahang Skills has been chosen as a provider of gimmicks and multimedia services for major State-level events as follows: • Launch Gimmick for the National Science Week Carnival by the Pahang State SUK Corporate Unit; • Gimmick for the launch of the Pahang State MyMudah Program by MPC; • Johor State Level MyMudah Program Launch Gimmick by MPC; • Gebeng Simulation Exercise 2023 launch gimmick by the Pahang State Health Department (JKNP). In order to meet the manpower requirements of the East Coast Rail Link Project (ECRL), Pahang Skills has signed a memorandum of understanding with Malaysia Rail Link Sdn Bhd (MRL) and China Communications Construction (ECRL) Sdn Bhd for cooperation in the recruitment of students, development of teaching staff syllabus and others. In addition, Pahang Skills also signed a memorandum of understanding with Liuzhou Railway Vocational Technical College for the Railway Maintenance Programme. Deru Karya Makmur Sdn Bhd was also appointed for the preparation of Written Instructional Material (WIM). 08 Pahang Skills Development Centre Corporate Information Maklumat Korporat Profil Pahang Skills Pahang Skills Profile Pahang Skills Development Centre (Pahang Skills) telah didaftarkan di bawah Akta Pertubuhan 1966 pada 17 Jun 1994 dan memulakan operasi secara aktif pada 01 September 1996 di Taman Perindustrian Semambu, Kuantan, Pahang di kawasan seluas 12 ekar. Pahang Skills adalah institusi latihan dan pendidikan berteraskan kemahiran yang ditubuhkan secara kerjasama antara tiga (3) pihak iaitu Kerajaan Negeri, Kerajaan Persekutuan dan pihak industri utama di Negeri Pahang. Teras aktiviti Pahang Skills adalah sebagai penyedia latihan kemahiran kepada tenaga kerja di sektor perindustrian. Di samping itu, Pahang Skills menyediakan programprogram yang berasaskan kemahiran teknikal dan teknologi di peringkat sijil dan diploma kepada pelajar-pelajar lepasan sekolah melalui penubuhan Kolej PSDC sebagai institusi pendidikan tinggi. Pada masa kini, pelaksanaan program dijalankan secara kerjasama dengan Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) dan Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK), Kementerian Sumber Manusia. Pahang Skills juga melaksanakan Program Khas tajaan sepenuhnya oleh kerajaan di bawah Perbadanan Tabung Pembangunan Kemahiran (PTPK), bagi program-program latihan kepada lepasan graduan dan pelajar lepasan SPM di bawah program Future Workers. Sehingga kini, Pahang Skills telah melatih seramai 57,824 pekerja dan pelajar serta amat komited dalam melahirkan tenaga kerja mahir dan separa mahir bagi memenuhi keperluan industri negara. Logo rasmi Pahang Skills Pahang Skills Development Centre (Pahang Skills) was iregistered under the Societies Act 1966 on 17th June 1994 and commenced active operations on 1st September 1996 in the Industrial Park Semambu, Kuantan, Pahang on an area of 12 acres. Pahang Skills is a skills based training and education institution which was established through cooperation between three (3) parties i.e. the State Government, the Federal Government and the major industries in the state. Pahang Skills core activity is to provide skills training for workers in the industrial sector. In addition, Pahang Skills provide programs based on technical skills and technology at certificate and diploma level for school leavers through the establishment of Kolej PSDC as an institution of higher education. At present, the programs implemented in Pahang Skills is regulated by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), Ministry of Higher Education for the academic programs and the Skills Development Department (JPK), Ministry of Human Resources for skills training programs. For MQA program, its implementation is done through collaboration between Pahang Skills and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Pahang Skills also undertook special program funded by the government under the Perbadanan Tabung Pembangunan Kemahiran (PTPK), for under graduates and SPM leavers under the Future Workers Training Programs. To date, Pahang Skills has trained 57,824 workers and students. Pahang Skills is committed to produce skilled and semi-skilled workers to meet the needs of industry.

Seramai 338 orang responden pelatih bagi semua program tahun 2022 telah dihubungi bagi mendapatkan maklum balas mengenai kajian kebolehpasaran pekerjaan. Dari jumlah ini, 90% pelatih telah berjaya mendapat pekerjaan dalam tempoh 3 hingga 12 bulan selepas berjaya menamatkan latihan industri. A total of 338 respondents from 2022 trainees were managed to be contacted to obtain feedback on the marketability study. From this total, 90% of trainees had successfully found a job within 3 to 6 months after completing the training. Program CSR Pahang Skills ini adalah dengan kerjasama Jabatan Pertanian Negeri Pahang dan Jabatan Perikanan Negeri Pahang di Sekolah Berasrama Penuh Integrasi (SBPI) Temerloh untuk Program ECO-School. Pahang Skills diberi kepercayaan untuk memasang Sistem IOT pada Sistem Akuaponik. Sistem IOT ini berfungsi untuk memantau kualiti air iaitu dengan pemantauan parameter pH, suhu, kandungan garam dalam air, paras air dan aliran air tanaman dari jarak jauh dengan menggunakan telefon pintar. Kaedah pemantauan kualiti air yang berterusan menggunakan Sistem IOT dapat membantu meningkatkan jangka hayat hidupan akuakultur dan dapat memastikan tanaman hidup dengan subur kerana mendapat nutrien secukupnya. Projek ini boleh ditambahbaik dengan membuat sistem ini sepenuhnya secara automatik. Contohnya menambah solar untuk penjimatan tenaga, menambah sensor pada tanaman untuk mengawal aliran air mengikut keperluan tanaman dan cuaca serta menambah sistem pemakanan ikan secara automatik. This is a Pahang Skills CSR Program in collaboration with the Pahang State Agriculture Department and Pahang State Fisheries Department at Temerloh Integrated Boarding School (SBPI) for the ECO-School Program. Pahang Skills was trusted to install the IOT System on the Aquaponics System. This IOT system works to monitor water quality by monitoring parameters such as pH, temperature, salt content in water, water level and plant water flow from a distance using smartphone. Continuous water quality monitoring methods using the IOT System can help increase the life span of aquaculture life and can ensure that plants grow flourishingly because they acquire enough nutrients. This project can be improved by making this system fully automated. For example, adding solar to save energy, adding sensors to the plants to control water flow according to the needs of the plants and the weather, and adding an automatic fish feeding system. Program ini merupakan program tajaan Malaysian Productivity Corporative (MPC) untuk industri kecil dan sederhana (SME) bagi memberi pendedahan tentang teknologi untuk bidang Logistik. Seramai 54 orang peserta Logistik telah didedahkan dengan aplikasi teknologi IOT iaitu IOT Tracking System dan IOT Monitoring System. Peserta telah diberi peranti IOT untuk diaplikasikan dalam perniagaan masing-masing. IOT Tracking System dapat membantu dari segi pemantauan pergerakan kenderaan pejabat manakala IOT Monitoring System dapat membantu dari segi pemantauan suhu dan kelembapan di dalam gudang. Analisa daripada maklumbalas peserta, program ini dapat meningkatkan produktiviti dari segi proses kerja dan dapat menjimatkan masa serta mengurangkan kos. Program yang dijalankan memudahkan peserta untuk membuat pemantauan sama ada untuk kenderaan mahupun gudang. Program boleh ditambahbaik dengan menambah elemen analisa data bagi membolehkan peserta membuat ramalan untuk perniagaan masing-masing. A total of 54 Logistics participants were exposed to IOT technology applications, namely IOT Tracking System and IOT Monitoring System. Participants were given IOT devices to be applied in their respective businesses. IOT Tracking System can help in terms of monitoring the movement of office vehicles while IOT Monitoring System can help in terms of monitoring temperature and humidity in the warehouse. Analysis from the participants' feedback, this program can increase productivity in terms of work processes and can save time and reduce costs. The program made it easier for participants to monitor both vehicles and warehouses. The program can be improved by adding elements of data analysis to enable participants to make predictions for their respective businesses. Seramai 14 orang peserta Kimia telah didedahkan dengan aplikasi teknologi iaitu Sistem Pemantauan pH dan Sistem Pengumpulan Data. Peserta telah diberi peranti IOT dan perisian untuk diaplikasikan dalam perniagaan masing-masing. Sistem Pemantauan pH dapat membantu dari segi pemantauan kualiti air/cecair manakala Sistem Pengumpulan Data dapat membantu dari segi pengumpulan data dengan lebih sistematik. Berdasarkan analisa daripada maklumbalas peserta, program ini dapat meningkatkan produktiviti dari segi proses kerja dan dapat menjimatkan masa serta mengurangkan kos. A total of 14 Chemical participants were exposed to the application of technology namely pH Monitoring System and Data Collection System. Participants were given IOT devices and software to be applied in their respective businesses. PH Monitoring System can help in terms of water/liquid quality monitoring while Data Collection System can help in terms of providing a more systematic data collection. Based on analysis from the participants' feedback, this program can increase productivity in terms of work processes and can save time and reduce costs. The program conducted facilitates participants to monitor and collect data. This program can also be improved by adding elements of data analysis to enable participants to make predictions and produce statistics for the expenditure of costs incurred. Pahang Skills melalui Centre of Excellence (CoE) Drone Technology bertindak sebagai peneraju teknologi dron telah merangka pelbagai latihan untuk meningkatkan kemahiran penggunaan teknologi dron dikalangan agensi kerajaan, pekerja industri, lepasan graduan, pelajar sekolah serta pelbagai lapisan masyarakat bagi memastikan rakyat negeri Pahang mendapat manfaat dan kebaikan melalui transformasi kaedah lama kepada teknologi dron. COE-BDS attended the AI Rainfall Monitoring course which was held for two (2) days at Pahang Skills. This course aims to give exposure to COE-BDS members in preparation to teach participants who are contractors. Among the AI equipment involved are cctv cameras, routers, monitors and new software related to this technology. Through this course, participants were exposed to how to monitor weather conditions in real time every day for contractors, especially at project sites. Peserta yang hadir pada hari tersebut datang dari negeri Terengganu. COE-BDS held a free course in conjunction with HRDCorp's National Training Week which was held between 22 to 28 May 2023. This course was held physically at Pahang Skills and with a half-day duration. It was open to Malaysians who are interested. This sharing was free and there was no charge to the participants. COE-BDS has offered a Power BI course. This National Training Week was created by HRDCorp for promotional purposes by introducing programs under the COE. This course was in high demand online. COE- BDS telah mengadakan kursus Power Bi Workshop untuk peserta luar. Kursus berbayar ini telah diadakan pada selama dua (2) hari iaitu pada 23-24 Oktober 2023 dan mendapat sambutan yang sangat menggalakkan daripada syarikat serta organisasi di sekitar Kuantan dan Terengganu. Seramai 29 orang peserta yang terdiri daripada Maahad Tahfiz Negeri Pahang (MTNP), Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Pahang (PKNP), Pengurusan Air Pahang Pahang (PAIP), Universiti Kolej Yayasan Pahang serta TATIUC telah menyertai kursus ini. Membuat analisa data dengan menggunakan teknologi AI telah menarik minat ramai untuk mendalami dan mempelajari perisian Microsoft Power BI pada masa ini. COE-BDS had been offered a project to conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey on the 1Pahang Net 2023, as well as data analysis regarding the 1Pahang Net Internet line among civil servants in the state of Pahang. This project was awarded by Telekom to Pahang Skills, and COE-BDS took the responsibility to execute the project. A total of 168 respondents participated in answering this survey. Surveys and analytical data reports are completed within a period of four months. The analytical data provided is intended to see how efficient the use of Pahang Net line 1 is for civil servants in the state of Pahang. This report has been prepared using Power BI software because it can display charts and graphs in various forms that are attractive and effective to customers. Laporan Tahunan 2023 41 Enrolmen Pelajar 2023 Students Enrolment 2023 Bahagian Pendidikan bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya dalam menawarkan program –program yang berkualiti untuk pelajar-pelajar lepasan Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM). Terdapat tiga (3) program kemahiran TVET yang ditawarkan oleh Pahang Skills. Pada tahun 2023, enrolmen pelajar diploma berjumlah 265 orang. Pahang Skills telah berjaya melahirkan 43 graduan. The Education Division is fully responsible in offering quality programs for candidates with Malaysian Education Certificate (SPM). There are three (3) TVET skills programs offered by Pahang Skills. In 2023, the number of enrollment for the diploma students is 265. Pahang Skills has produced 43 graduates. Program DKM MM mencatat keputusan 100% lulus, manakala Program DKM IT mencatat sedikit peningkatan sebanyak 0.2%. Program DKM EE pula mencatatkan penurunan sebanyak 1.%. The achievement of full-time program students experienced a slight increase in 2023 compared to the previous year. The DKM MM program recorded a 100% pass rate, while the DKM IT program recorded a slight increase of 0.2%. The DKM EE program also recorded a decrease of 1.1%. Overall, the performance of the three (3) programs can be seen in Table 1 and Figure 1. Purata Nilaian Gred Keseluruhan (PNGK) 3.00 dan ke atas dijadikan kayu pengukur bagi setiap program untuk menunjukkan tahap penguasaan pelajar. Program DKM EE menunjukkan penurunan sebanyak 0.6% manakala Program DKM IT dan DKM MM masing – masing menunjukkan peningkatan sebanyak 8.1% dan 7.1 %. Peratusan penerima Anugerah Ketua Eksekutif bagi tahun 2023 menunjukkan penurunan bagi Program DKM EE iaitu sebanyak 0.5%. Bagaimanapun, Program DKM IT dan DKM MM meningkat kepada 36.1% dan 38.2% berbanding tahun sebelumnya. The cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.00 and above was used as a measuring stick for each program to indicate the level of learner mastery. The DKM EE program showed a decrease of 0.6% while the DKM IT and DKM MM programs showed an increase of 8.1% and 7.1% respectively. The DKM EE Programme has a 0.5% decline in the percentage of recipients of the Executive Chief Award for 2023. In contrast to the prior year, the IT DKM and DKM MM Programmes have grown to 36.1% and 38.2%, respectively. Laporan Tahunan 2023 45 Program Latihan Kemahiran Skills Training Program Kajian Pengesanan Graduan dilaksanakan enam (6) bulan setelah pelajar tamat pengajian. Jumlah pelajar menamatkan pengajian bagi sesi Julai 2022 adalah seramai 16 orang dan bagi sesi Januari 2023 adalah seramai 17 orang daripada progam Diploma Kamahiran Malaysia – Elektrik (DKM-EE) dan Multimedia (DKM-MM). Jumlah keseluruhan pelajar yang menamatkan pengajian adalah seramai 33 orang. Maklum balas daripada kajian ini mendapati 91% graduan yang tamat telah mendapat pekerjaan. This Graduate Tracking Study was conducted on students after they had graduated for six (6) months. The number of students who have graduated for the July 2022 session is 16 and for the January 2023 session is 17 from the program Malaysian Skills Diploma – Electric (DKM-EE) and Multimedia (DKM-MM). The total number of graduates completed their studies is 33. The responds from this study shown that 91% of the graduates had obtained employment. Kajian Kebolehpekerjaan 2022 2022 Employability Study Seramai 338 orang responden pelatih bagi semua program tahun 2022 telah dihubungi bagi mendapatkan maklum balas mengenai kajian kebolehpasaran pekerjaan. Dari jumlah ini, 90% pelatih telah berjaya mendapat pekerjaan dalam tempoh tiga (3) hingga 12 bulan selepas berjaya menamatkan latihan industri. Statistik Bilangan Pelatih Yang Telah Berjaya Mendapat Pekerjaan Setelah Tamat Kursus Dalam Tempoh 3 – 12 Bulan. A total of 338 respondents from 2022 trainees were managed to be contacted to obtain feedback on the marketability study. From this total, 90% of trainees had successfully found a job within three (3) to 12 months after completing the training..
