temperatures exceed 30º C or are below 5º C.
Read the Data Sheets for each of the Cement
based Tile Adhesives before using them.
• HUMIDITY
The surface must be dry. It should not have a
surface shine due to water, nor be damp due to
capillary absorption. The moisture in the surface
must be less than 3%.
• ADHESION
The base coating must be securely attached to the
surface. Using a rubber mallet, check for hollow
sections in the old render or the old tiles. Remove
poorly adhered or poorly laid materials and replace
with equivalent material.
2. Mixture
• Gradually add the water to each bag.
• Using an electric mixer, mix to a smooth, workable
stiff paste.
• Leave the mixture to stand for 2-5 minutes.
3. Execution
• Lay the product over the surface using a suitable
notched trowel, always on small sections (not more
than 2 m ).
2
• Lay the tiles in the required position and press
until the grooves of the adhesive disappear.
• Leave joints for grouting (at least 2 mm, if
indoors, and 6 mm if outdoors). Wait at least 24 to
48 hours before grouting.
4. Cleaning
• Remove surplus product with water before
hardening.

Application of Tile Grout
1. Preparation of the surface
• Ensure that the joints to be filled are clean, free
of dirt, and dust. Use a brush, detergents and/or a
spatula to ensure proper cleaning.
• Ensure that the joints are dry.
• Apply the Tile Grout at least 24 hours after the
coating has bonded on walls, or 48 hours for floors.
2. Mixture
• Mix the product with the appropriate amount.
• Mixing must be performed manually or preferably
using a low-speed electric mixer until a consistent
and uniform, not liquid, mixture is obtained.
• Leave the mixture to stand for 5 minutes and mix
again.

prevent staining.
3. Execution
• Spread the product diagonally onto the surface
using a rubber float or gun until the joints are
completely filled. Remove surplus product with the
same float.
• Wait for the joint to harden to the touch (when
the grout’s shine disappears).
• Clean the surface by scrubbing with a sponge or
slightly damp mop.
• Do not use excess water to prevent blooming.
• Final cleaning should be performed after complete
hardening of the mortar, using a damp cloth or
rinsing with clean water.
• Wait at least 24 hours before starting to use the
