- 5 - 1. สารจากผู้บริหารคามิลเลียน โซเชียล เซนเตอร์ ระยอง ก้าวสู่ปี ที่ 27 ของ คามิลเลียน โซเชียล เซนเตอร์ ระยอง นับตั้งแต่ได้เริ่มด าเนินงานอย่างเป็ นทางการ เมื่อวันที่ 29 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2539 วิสัยทัศน์ของศูนย์ฯ ยังคงยึดมั่นในการเป็ น “องค์กรศาสนาต้นแบบที่ ท างานเชิงรุกแบบองค์รวมเพื่อยุติปัญหาเอดส์” ควบคู่ไปกับการร่วมรณรงค์กับภาคีเครือข่ายในการท าให้ผู้ใช้ ชีวิตร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวี/เอดส์มีความ เท่าเทียม (Equalize) ตามค าขวัญวันเอดส์โลกของโครงการเอดส์แห่ง สหประชาชาติ หรือ UNAIDS ประจ าปี พ.ศ. 2565 เพื่อส่งเสริมให้เกิดความเข้าใจ ยุติการตีตรา และการเลือก ปฏิบัติต่อผู้ติดเชื้ อทุกรูปแบบ ภายใต้ 8 แผนงานหลักที่ส าคัญ คือ สถานสงเคราะห์เด็กเอกชน ซึ่งประกอบไป ด้วย 1) โครงการดูแลเด็กก าพร้าที่ติดเชื้ อเอชไอวีและเด็กที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์และ 2) โครงการส่งเสริม การด ารงชีวิตโดยอิสระของเยาวชน ศูนย์ช่วยเหลือคนอนาถา ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย 3) โครงการดูแลผู้ป่ วยเอดส์ แบบประคับประคอง 4) โครงการฟื้ นฟูสุขภาพและอาชีพผู้อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวี ณ สวนเอเดน 5) งานป้องกัน การติดเชื้ อเอชไอวี/เอดส์ในกลุ่มประชาชน โดยท างานประสานความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคี เครือข่าย 6) งานสวัสดิการและสังคมสงเคราะห์ประกอบไปด้วยการเยี่ยมผู้ป่ วยในชุมชน การติดตาม การส่งต่อ เคส การดูแลสุขภาพจิต และการส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตของผู้รับการสงเคราะห์7) โครงการทุนการศึกษาส าหรับเด็ก และเยาวชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์ในชุมชน และ 8) งานอภิบาล เพื่อการดูแลและให้ค าปรึกษาทางด้าน จิตวิญญาณแบบองค์รวม รายงานผลการด าเนินการปี พ.ศ. 2565/ค.ศ. 2022 ฉบับนี้ จึงมิใช่เป็ นเพียงผลงานของใครคนใดคน หนึ่งเท่านั้น หากแต่เป็ นการเรียนรู้จากบทเรียนและประสบการณ์การท างานทั้งเชิงรับ เชิงรุก และเชิงลึกกับ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ชีวิตร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวีและผู้ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์ทั้งที่อาศัยอยู่ในศูนย์และในชุมชน ร่วมกับหน่วยงานรัฐและเอกชน ภาคีเครือค่ายท างาน และบรรดาผู้มีจิตศรัทธาที่ช่วยสนับสนุนช่วยเหลือ นับเป็ น ความส าเร็จที่น่าภาคภูมิใจ พร้อมไปกับการรับมืออุปสรรคปัญหาต่างๆ ที่ท้าทายจากการท างานต่อไปในอนาคต โดยหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะเป็ นประโยชน์ต่อทุกท่านที่ได้รับและสนใจที่จะขับเคลื่อนสังคมไทยภายใต้แนวคิด Equalize: ท าให้เท่าเทียมน้ี ในนามของเด็ก เยาวชน ผู้ป่ วย อาสาสมัคร และสมาชิกของศูนย์คามิลเลียน โซเชียล เซนเตอร์ ระยอง ขอขอบพระคุณทุกท่าน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเจ้าหน้าที่บุคลากรผู้ร่วมงาน ภาคีเครือข่าย และที่ขาดไม่ได้เลยคือ บรรดาผู้มีพระคุณทุกท่านที่ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการช่วยสนับสนุนงานด้านเอชไอวี/เอดส์ของศูนย์คามิลเลียน โซเชียล เซนเตอร์ ระยอง ให้สามารถด าเนินการจนส าเร็จลุล่วงไปด้วยดีในปีพ.ศ.2565/ค.ศ. 2022 ที่ผ่านมา และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะได้รับการสนับสนุนจากทุกท่านเสมอในโอกาสหน้าสืบต่อไป ด้วยความกตัญญูรู้คุณ และหวังเป็ นอย่างยิ่งที่จะท าให้สังคมไทยเป็ นสังคมแห่งความรักและความเท่า เทียม “Equalize all to One World, One Hope 1 ” บาทหลวงศุภกร ขันธรักษา ผู้อ านวยการ 1 ค าขวัญวันเอดส์โลกประจ าปี พ.ศ. 2539 (ปีที่เปิดศูนย์คามิลเลียน โซเชียล เซนเตอร์ ระยอง อย่างเป็นทางการ) และปี พ.ศ. 2565 (ปัจจุบัน)

- 6 - 2. รู้จักคามิลเลียน โซเชียล เซนเตอร์ ระยอง ก) จุดเริ่มต้น ปีพ.ศ.2527 ประเทศไทยพบผู้ป่ วยเอดส์รายแรก ผ่านไป 10 ปีให้หลัง สถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดของ เชื้ อไวรัสเอชไอวีพุ่งสูงขึ้ นเรื่อยๆ มีผู้ป่ วยเอดส์ที่เสียชีวิตเป็ นจ านวนมาก มีเด็กก าพร้าและผู้ป่ วยที่ไม่มีญาติดูแล มูลนิธิคณะนักบุญคามิลโลแห่งประเทศไทย (องค์กรนิติบุคคลจดทะเบียนวันที่ 9 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2516 กับ กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เป็ นองค์กรสาธารณะประโยชน์ไม่แสวงผลก าไร ด าเนินงานด้านการดูแลรับใช้ผู้ป่ วยโดย คณะนักบวชคามิลเลียน) ได้เข้ามาด าเนินงานให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวีและผู้ป่ วยเอดส์มี สถานที่ด าเนินการอยู่ที่จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยใช้ชื่อว่า ศูนย์บรรเทาใจ แต่ในขณะนั้น ความไม่เข้าใจและการไม่มี ข้อมูลเรื่องเอดส์ของคนในชุมชน ท าให้เกิดเหตุการณ์ขับไล่ให้ออกนอกพื้ นที่ มูลนิธิคณะนักบุญคามิลโลแห่งประเทศไทย จึงได้ย้ายศูนย์บรรเทาใจมาที่จังหวัดระยอง และใช้ชื่อใหม่ว่า คามิลเลียน โซเชียล เซนเตอร์ ระยอง เปิ ดอย่างเป็ นทางการ เมื่อวันที่ 29 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2539 ให้การ ดูแลช่วยเหลือผู้ป่ วยเอดส์ สร้างความเข้าใจเรื่องเอดส์และการป้องกันแก่คนในชุมชน ต่อมาในปี พ.ศ. 2551 ศูนย์คามิลเลียน โซเชียล เซนเตอร์ ระยอง ได้รับใบอนุญาตจากผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดระยองให้ด าเนินกิจการสถาน สงเคราะห์เด็กเอกชน รับอุปการะเด็กที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์ตั้งแต่แรกเกิดจนถึงอายุ 18 ปี หลักการในการท างาน คามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง มองเห็นว่า เอดส์เข้ามาเกี่ยวข้องกับชีวิตมนุษย์หลากหลายมิติ มิใช่เฉพาะ เรื่องการเจ็บป่วยเท่าน้ัน ดังนั้นการด าเนินงานด้านเอดส์ จึงต้องค านึงถึงความเกี่ยวข้องในทุกด้าน โดยเฉพาะ ประเด็นที่สัมพันธ์กับการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของมนุษย์ด้วย บทบาทหลัก คามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง ให้การสงเคราะห์ช่วยเหลือดูแลผู้อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวีและผู้ป่ วยเอดส์ทั้งเด็กและ ผู้ใหญ่ ที่ประสบปัญหาด้านสังคม สุขภาพและเศรษฐกิจ อันเนื่องมาจากการติดเชื้ อเอชไอวี รวมทั้งให้การ สงเคราะห์คุ้มครองสวัสดิภาพเด็กก าพร้าที่ติดเชื้ อเอชไอวีและได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์ การคุ้มครองสิทธิของ ผู้ป่ วย และส่งเสริมด้านการป้องกัน เผยแพร่ข้อมูลความรู้ที่ถูกต้องให้แก่ประชาชน เชื่อมร้อยการท างานเข้ากับ ทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้เกิดพลังในการจัดการสถานการณ์เอดส์ในพื้ นที่จังหวัดระยอง ที่มาของงบประมาณ งบประมาณส าหรับการด าเนินงานช่วยเหลือ ฟื้ นฟูสุขภาพกายใจสังคม และสร้างเสริมศักยภาพแก่ผู้อยู่ ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวีผู้ป่ วยเอดส์ทั้งเด็กและผู้ใหญ่ รวมถึงการท างานเชิงรุกในชุมชนเพื่อให้ความรู้และป้องกันการ ติดเชื้ อรายใหม่ของคามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง มาจากเงินบริจาคของประชาชนและองค์กรหรือหน่วยงานภาคเอกชน ภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศเป็ นส่วนใหญ่ และได้รับงบประมาณส่วนหนึ่งจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐในพื้ นที่และ ส่วนกลางผ่านการเสนอของบประมาณโครงการ

- 7 - ข) นโยบายขององค์กรฯ จิตตารมณ์ “รักและรับใช้ผู้ป่ วย ดุจมารดาดูแลบุตรชายคนเดียวที่ก าลังป่ วยหนัก” วิสัยทัศน์ “องค์กรศาสนาต้นแบบที่ท างานเชิงรุกแบบองค์รวมเพื่อยุติปัญหาเอดส์” พันธกิจ 1. ให้การดูแล อุปการะ ช่วยเหลือ และพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตเด็กก าพร้าที่ติดเชื้ อเอชไอวีและเด็กที่ได้รับ ผลกระทบจากเอดส์ 2. อภิบาล ดูแล สนับสนุน และช่วยเหลือคนอนาถา โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งผู้อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวีและผู้ป่ วยเอดส์ 3. พัฒนาเพื่อเสริมสร้างกระบวนการ ทักษะ และเครื่องมือ ส าหรับให้ความช่วยเหลือดูแล อภิบาล ฟื้ นฟู สุขภาพ และพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตแบบองค์รวมแก่ผู้อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวีและผู้ป่ วยเอดส์ 4. ให้การศึกษาอบรมแก่สาธารณชนเกี่ยวกับเอชไอวี/เอดส์ และพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารในการป้องกันและ ดูแลสนับสนุนค ้าจุนผู้ป่ วยเอดส์ 5. ให้ค าปรึกษา ประสานความร่วมมือและการรับ-ส่งต่อกับองค์กรภาครัฐ เอกชน เครือข่ายศาสนา เครือข่ายผู้อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวี/เอดส์ภาคตะวันออก เพื่อป้องกันแก้ไขปัญหาเอดส์ในมิติต่างๆ แผนงานหลัก 1. ดูแลเด็กก าพร้าที่ติดเชื้ อเอชไอวีและเด็กที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์(สถานสงเคราะห์เด็กเอกชน) 2. ส่งเสริมการด ารงชีวิตโดยอิสระของเยาวชน (บ้านเยาวชน) 3. ดูแลผู้ป่ วยเอดส์แบบประคับประคอง (ศูนย์ช่วยเหลือคนอนาถา) 4. ฟื้ นฟูสุขภาพและอาชีพผู้อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวี(สวนเอเดน) 5. ป้องกันการติดเชื้ อเอชไอวี/เอดส์ในกลุ่มประชาชน (โครงการป้องกัน) 6. สวัสดิการและสังคมสงเคราะห์ 7. สนับสนุนทุนการศึกษาส าหรับเด็กและเยาวชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์ในชุมชน 8. การอภิบาล กลุ่มเป้าหมาย 1. เด็กก าพร้าที่ติดเชื้ อเอชไอวีและเด็กที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์ 2. ผู้อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวีและผู้ป่ วยเอดส์ที่มีฐานะยากจน ไม่มีที่พักอาศัย ถูกปฏิเสธจากครอบครัว และสังคม 3. ผู้ประสบปัญหาอันเนื่องมาจากเอชไอวี/เอดส์ 4. ประชาชน โดยเฉพาะเด็ก เยาวชน และสตรีที่มีความเสี่ยงจากเอชไอวี/เอดส์ พ้ืนที่ทา งาน จังหวัดระยองและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง

- 10 - 5. ภาพรวมผลงานส าคัญ การสงเคราะห์และการจัดสวัสดิการให้แก่ผู้ที่ใช้ชีวิตร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวีและผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์ ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2539 – พ.ศ. 2565 มีผู้ได้รับบริการจ านวนรวมทั้งหมด 2,268 ราย ก) จ านวนผู้รับการสงเคราะห์ จ าแนกประเภทและการเข้า-ออก ประจ าปี พ.ศ. 2565 ประเภทผู้รับบริการ รับใหม่ เสียชีวิต กลับสู่สังคม คงเหลือ (ยอด ปี 64+65) เด็กที่อยู่ร่วมเชื้ อเอชไอวี 5 0 0 15 เด็กได้รับผลกระทบ 2 0 1 10 เยาวชนอยู่ร่วมกับเอชไอวี 0 0 1 11 เยาวชนได้รับผลกระทบ 0 0 0 9 ผู้ใหญ่อยู่ร่วมเอชไอวี 8 2 9 66 ผลรวม 15 2 11 111* พิการ *47 แหล่งที่มา: งานสวัสดิการและสังคมสงเคราะห์คามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง ข) ปี พ.ศ. 2565 ประชาชนไดร้บับริการป้องกนัการติดเช้ือเอชไอวีจ านวนกว่า 2,290 คน ค) ภาพรวมผลงาน • เด็กและเยาวชนก าพร้าที่มีเช้ือเอชไอวีและไดร้ับผลกระทบจากเอดส์ที่ประสบปัญหาสุขภาพและ สังคมไดเ้ขา้ถึงบริการข้นัพ้ืนฐาน คามิลเลียนฯ ระยองร่วมกับหน่วยงานสุขภาพ การศึกษาและสังคม มอบโอกาสในการเข้าถึงบริการ ขั้นพื้ นฐานทางการแพทย์เด็กและเยาวชนที่มีเชื้ อเอชไอวีทุกคนได้รับยาต้านไวรัสควบคุมเชื้ อเอชไอวีและ สามารถกินยาอย่างดีครบถ้วนต่อเนื่องท าให้สามารถกดเชื้ อเอชไอวีได้ต ่ากว่า 20 copy/ml ด้านการศึกษา เด็กและเยาวชน 42 คน ได้รับการศึกษาตามเกณฑ์อายุและศักยภาพตั้งแต่ระดับประถมถึงอุดมศึกษา มีผล การเรียนดีขึ้ น ในเดือนมีนาคม 2565 มีเยาวชนจบการศึกษา 4 คน เด็กและเยาวชนทุกคนได้รับการ ส่งเสริมคุณค่าในตนเองด้วยกระบวนการทางสังคม จิตวิทยา และการอภิบาล • ผู้ป่ วยเอดส์ มีสุขภาพที่แข็งแรง สามารถกลับไปใช้ชีวิตในสังคมได้ ผู้ป่ วยเอดส์ที่ขาดผู้ดูแล มีปัญหาสุขภาพ เข้าไม่ถึงสิทธิต่างๆ ได้รับการดูแลส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต ขจัดการเสียชีวิตจากเอดส์ ลดการตีตราตนเอง ด้วยกระบวนการดูแลแบบองค์รวม ทางกายมีการส่งต่อ หน่วยบริการเพื่อรับการดูแลรักษาทางการแพทย์ตามมาตรฐานกระทรวงสาธารณสุขประเทศไทย ท าให้ ผู้ป่ วย 50 คน สามารถควบคุมเชื้ อไวรัสเอชไอวีได้ต ่ากว่า 20 copy/ml และได้รับวัคซีนป้องกันโรคระบาด ได้แก่โควิด-19 ได้รับวัคซีนไข้หวัดใหญ่ ผู้ป่ วยแข็งแรงขึ้ นพ้นภาวะภูมิบกพร่องซึ่งเรียกว่าผู้อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อ เอชไอวีทางจิตใจและสังคมได้เสริมสร้างความรู้ ค าแนะน าปรึกษาและการวางแผนชีวิต ท าให้มีความเข้าใจ เรื่องการรักษาและการใช้ชีวิตอยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวี สามารถกลับไปใช้ชีวิตดูแลตนเองในสังคมได้ตามปกติ จ านวน 9 คน ผู้ที่มีความพิการร่วมจ านวน 36 คน มีบัตรผู้พิการท าให้สามารถเข้าถึงสิทธิขั้นพื้ นฐานได้

- 11 - ส่วนทางด้านความเชื่อหรือศรัทธาได้มีการสนับสนุนให้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางศาสนาอย่างสม ่าเสมอ เพื่อมี แนวทางในการมาปรับใช้ลดการตีตราตนเองและสามารถด าเนินชีวิตที่อยู่ร่วมกับเอชไอวีอย่างปกติสุข • ฟ้ืนฟูสุขภาพและฝึ กทักษะอาชีพผูอ้ยูร่ ่วมกับเช้ือเอชไอวีอย่างต่อเนื่อง (สวนเอเดน) ผู้อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวีที่สุขภาพแข็งแรง 38 คน ที่ยังไม่สามารถกลับไปใช้ชีวิตด้วยตนเองได้เนื่องจากไม่มี อาชีพ ไม่มีที่อยู่อาศัย มีภาวะพึ่งพิงจากความพิการ คามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง และภาคีเครือข่ายที่เข้มแข็งจาก ภาคเอกชนและชุมชนท้องถิ่น ได้มอบโอกาสทางอาชีพ โดยการสร้างความรู้ มีสถานที่ให้ลงมือปฏิบัติและมี กระบวนการพัฒนาต่อยอด ท าให้ผู้ติดเชื้ อฯอย่างน้อย 13 คน มีอาชีพ มีรายได้ของตนเองอย่างสม ่าเสมอ อีกทั้งได้รับความเข้าใจและยอมรับในการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกนัจากสงัคม คืนความมีคุณค่าศกัด์ิศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ ให้แก่ตนเอง มีความมั่นใจในการกลับสู่สังคมได้ต่อไป • ด าเนินงานเชิงรุกต่อเนื่อง ให้เกิดการป้องกนัการติดเช้ือเอชไอวี/เอดสใ์นกล่มุประชาชน เชื้ อไวรัสเอชไอวีแพร่ระบาดมาอย่างยาวนานในประเทศไทยนับตั้งแต่ ปี พ.ศ. 2564 จนกระทั่งถึงวันนี้ ยังคง มีผู้ติดเชื้ อรายใหม่เกิดขึ้ น คามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง ร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานกว่า 54 แห่ง สร้างการรับรู้และความ ตระหนักต่อความเสี่ยงการติดเชื้ อเอชไอวีแก่ประชาชนจ านวน 1,915 คนโดยเฉพาะเด็ก เยาวชนและสตรีที่ มีอ านาจในการปกป้องตนเองน้อย ผลักดันให้มีการป้องกันและปกป้องตนเอง เรียนรู้และเข้าถึงอุปกรณ์ให้ ง่ายขึ้ นโดยการเพิ่มจุดบริการในชุมชนได้ 27 แห่ง และจัดบริการเชิงรุกในชุมชนตรวจคัดกรองเอชไอวีและ ซิฟิลิสร่วมกับภาคีเครือข่ายได้กว่า 23 ครั้ง มีผู้สมัครใจรับบริการ 375 คน กระบวนการเหล่านี้ เป็ นการส่ง คนเข้าระบบป้องกันเพื่อช่วยลดการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้ อเอชไอวีได้ต่อไป ในขณะเดียวกันยังเป็ นการส่งเสริม การมีส่วนร่วมของภาคส่วนต่างๆ ให้มีการด าเนินงานยุติปัญหาเอดส์ประเทศไทยภายใน พ.ศ.2573 นี้

- 13 - 7. การจัดกิจกรรม/โครงการเพื่อด าเนินการตามวัตถุประสงค์ ๑) โครงการดูแลเด็กกา พรา้ที่ติดเช้ือเอชไอวีและเด็กที่ไดร้บัผลกระทบจากเอดส์ สถานการณ์เด็กก าพร้าที่ใช้ชีวิตอยู่ร่วมกับเอชไอวีและเด็กที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์ ที่ได้รับการ ดูแลจากคามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง มีอายุตั้งแต่ 2-17 ปี จา นวนท้ังหมด 26 คน แบ่งเป็นผู้ชาย 13 คน ผู้หญิง 13 คน เป็ นเด็กที่อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อตั้งแต่แรกเกิด 15 คน เด็กทั้งหมดก าพร้าพ่อหรือแม่ หรือทั้งพ่อและแม่ ในปี 2565 รับดูแลเด็กใหม่ 7 คน เป็ นเด็กจากครอบครัวแรงงานชาวพม่า 2 คน เด็กสัญชาติไทย 4 คนที่ส่งต่อมา จากหน่วยงานมูลนิธิสองแห่งที่ดูแลเด็กทางภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย ซึ่งหน่วยงานหนึ่งต้องปิ ดท าการลงเนื่องจาก ได้รับผลกระทบจากการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 และเด็กหญิง 1 คนจากภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของประเทศ ไทย เด็กบางคนมาพร้อมกับปัญหาสุขภาพ บางคนไร้สถานะและสิทธิการรักษา และยังมีความแตกต่างทาง สิ่งแวดล้อม วัฒนธรรม ภาษา อาหารและผู้คน สถานการณ์เช่นนี้ คามิลเลียนฯต้องท างานอย่างรอบคอบเพื่อจะ สามารถดูแลเด็กทุกคนให้สามารถด ารงชีวิตต่อไปจนเติบโตได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ ทางด้านสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาด โควิด-19 เด็กและผู้ดูแลสัมผัสและติดเชื้ อ 2 ครั้ง ซึ่งคามิลเลียนฯได้มีการด าเนินการตามมาตรการของ ส านักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดระยอง กัก/แยกตัว รักษา ซึ่งทุกคนปลอดภัยกลับมาด าเนินชีวิตตามปกติ คามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง มีเป้าประสงค์(Goal) ในการดูแลเด็กก าพร้าที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์ให้มี คุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีโดยได้ด าเนินการสิ่งส าคัญ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) สนับสนุนให้เด็กได้เข้าถึงกระบวนการรักษา 2) ส่งเสริมเด็กได้รับการศึกษา 3) พัฒนาทักษะชีวิตในด้านต่างๆ ผลที่เกิดข้ึน • เด็กกา พรา้ที่ประสบปัญหาทางสงัคม ท้งัหมด 26 คน มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีข้ึน ได้รับการดูแลสุขภาพ รับการศึกษา รับความ รักและเอาใจใส่แบบครอบครัว ปลูกฝังคุณธรรมและจิตส านึกที่ดี • เด็ก 15 คนที่อยูร่ ่วมกบัเช้ือเอชไอวีต้งัแต่แรกเกิด มีสุขภาพแข็งแรงขึ้ น สามารถทานยาต้านไวรัสได้ตรงเวลา ท าให้ควบคุม ปริมาณเชื้ อไวรัสเอชไอวีในกระแสเลือด (Viral Load) ต ่ากว่า 20 copy/ml และมีภูมิคุ้มกัน (CD4) ที่สูงขึ้ น • เด็ก 22 คนซึ่งรวมถึงเด็กเมียนมาได้เข้าเรียนในสถานศึกษา ตั้งแต่ระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น • มีพัฒนาการด้านอ่านเขียนภาษาไทยและบวกลบเลขได้ดีขึ้ น มีผลการเรียนที่ดีขึ้ นจากรายงานผลการเรียนของโรงเรียน กิจกรรมที่ได้ด าเนินการ 1. กิจกรรมด้านสุขภาพ ทุกวันเสาร์มีเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลให้การฝึกเด็กที่อยู่ร่วมกับเอชไอวีจัดยาต้านไวรัสและรู้จักยาของตัวเอง 2. กิจกรรมด้านการศึกษา จัดการเรียนการสอนพิเศษเพิ่มเติมในวิชาพื้นฐานได้แก่ ภาษาไทยคณิตศาสตร์สอนโดยจิตอาสา คนไทย 1 คน ให้การสอนแบบตัวต่อตัวกับเด็กคนละ 2 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์โดยจัดหลักสูตรและวิธีการสอนให้เหมาะสมกับเด็ก แต่ละคน และการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษกับอาสาสมัครต่างชาติ1 คน จัดการเรียนเป็น กลุ่มเด็กเล็กและกลุ่มเด็กโต สอนทุก วันจันทร์-ศุกร์ตอนเย็นหลังเลิกเรียน 3. กิจกรรมดนตรีและสันทนาการ จัดกิจกรรมเสริมทักษะด้านดนตรีและการร้องเพลงทุกวันเวลาเย็นหลังเลิกเรียน โดยมีจิต อาสาชาวต่างชาติและนักศึกษาฝึกงานมาช่วยสอน และสนับสนุนให้เด็กได้แสดงความสามารถในงานโอกาสพิเศษ เช่น เทศกาลคริสต์มาส ปีใหม่ เป็นต้น 4. กิจกรรมพัฒนาทักษะชีวิต จัดค่ายพัฒนาทักษะชีวิตร่วมกับฝ่ ายสวัสดิการและสังคม ส่งเด็กเข้าร่วมอบรมผู้น าเครือข่าย เยาวชนกับภาคีภายนอก และส่งเด็กเข้ารับการอบรมการคัดแยกขยะกับฝ่ ายทรัพยากรบุคคล 5. กิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จัดให้เด็กโตจ านวน 5 คน เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมค่ายสัมผัสชีวิตกับคณะรักกางเขนจันทบุรี ซึ่งเป็ น กิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมให้เด็กได้รู้จักตนเอง ได้มีประสบการณ์และพัฒนาทักษะการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกับผู้อื่นในสังคม 6. กิจกรรมพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ดูแล ส่งเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลเด็กเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมในหัวข้อต่างๆ ดังนี้ ยาต้านไวรัสสูตรใหม่ พรบ. คุ้มครองเด็ก การคัดแยกขยะ การดับเพลิง และรับการประเมินสุขภาพจิต ความเครียดและความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ และ ประเมินภาวะหมดไฟจากการท างานจากนักจิตวิทยาประจ าศูนย์

- 14 - ๒) โครงการส่งเสริมการด ารงชีวิตโดยอิสระของเยาวชน สถานการณ์เยาวชนก าพร้าที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์ที่อยู่ในความดูแลของคามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง ตั้งแต่เด็กจนเข้าสู่วัยรุ่น มีทั้งหมด 20 คน แบ่งเป็ น เยาวชนชาย 12 คน เยาวชนหญิง 8 คน ในจ านวนนี้ เป็ น เยาวชนที่อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวีตั้งแต่แรกเกิด 11 คน ในการดูแลเยาวชนที่มีพัฒนาการทางเพศที่เปลี่ยนแปลง ส่งผลต่อการด าเนินชีวิต การแสดงอัตลักษณ์และการเป็ นตัวตนที่หลากหลาย เยาวชนบางรายยังไม่พบ ความสามารถ ความถนัดของตนเอง เหล่านี้ เป็ นความท้าทายของคามิลเลียนฯ ระยองที่ต้องช่วยสนับสนุนให้ เยาวชนเติบโตอย่างเข้าใจและสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันชีวิตของตนเอง เป้าประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการด ารงชีวิตและเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับเยาวชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบ จากเอดส์สามารถใช้ชีวิตในสังคมด้วยตนเอง โดยใช้แนวทาง 1.) ให้เยาวชนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการดูแล สุขภาพของตนเอง 2.) ให้เยาวชนเห็นถึงคุณค่าและศักยภาพของตนเองเพื่อลดการตีตราภายในตนเอง 3.) ให้เยาวชนมีทักษะต่างๆ ที่สามารถน าไปใช้เมื่อออกไปใช้ชีวิตในสังคมได้ ผลที่เกิดข้ึน • เยาวชนก าพร้าที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์ท้งัหมด 20 คน ที่ขาดโอกาส ได้มีโอกาสด ารงชีวิตอยู่อย่างมีคุณภาพ • 11 คนที่อยู่ร่วมกับเช้ือเอชไอวีมีสุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรง ได้รับการดูแลรักษาอย่างเหมาะสมและต่อเนื่อง ท าให้สามารถ ควบคุมเชื้ อเอชไอวีในกระแสเลือด (Viral Load) ได้ต ่ากว่า 1,000 Copy/ml ดังนั้นจึงไม่มีเยาวชนที่เสียชีวิตด้วยเอดส์ • 20 คน ได้รับการศึกษา จบการศึกษาระดับปวช. ปวส. และม.6 ในเดือนมีนาคม 2565 จ านวนรวม 4 คน และมีเยาวชน 16 คน ก าลังศึกษาในระดับมัธยม 7 คน ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ 3 คน อุดมศึกษา 1 คน และกศน. 3 คน • 1 คน ได้กลับสู่สังคม/ครอบครัว เยาวชนชายได้กลับภูมิล าเนาเดิมอย่างภูมิใจ สานความสัมพันธ์กับครอบครัวช่วยงานและ น าทักษะที่เรียนรู้กลับไปใช้ ปรับเปลี่ยนความคิดและทัศนคติของคนในครอบครัว เรื่องสุขภาพ และการด าเนินชีวิตในอนาคต กิจกรรมที่ได้ด าเนินการ 1. กิจกรรมทางกาย คัดกรองสุขภาพประจ าเดือน และคัดกรองโควิด-19 ด้วยชุดตรวจ ATK ติดตามการพบแพทย์ตามนัดเพื่อ ติดตามผลการรักษาและผลสุขภาพของเยาวชนที่อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวีประสานงานโรงพยาบาลเรื่องการรับวัคซีนป้องกัน โควิด-19 และวัคซีนป้องกันไข้หวัดใหญ่ รวมถึงจัดช่วงเวลาให้เยาวชนได้ออกก าลังกายและเล่นกีฬาในช่วงเย็นของทุกวัน 2. กิจกรรมทางจิตใจ ประเมินสุขภาวะทางจิตใจและอารมณ์ โดยนักจิตวิทยาของคามิลเลียนฯ ทุก 6 เดือน 3. กิจกรรมสัมพันธ์จัดกิจกรรมกลุ่มและนันทนาการให้กับเยาวชน ได้แก่ Family Day และวันเกิด เพื่อเปิดพื้ นที่ให้เยาวชนได้ พูดคุยกันเองและพูดคุยกับผู้ดูแลสร้างความเข้าใจซึ่งกันและกัน ในบรรยากาศทั้งภายในบ้านเยาวชนและนอกสถานที่ 4. กิจกรรมพัฒนาศักยภาพ 1) ฝึ กประสบการณ์(เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมภายนอก) ได้แก่ ค่ายกางเขนแดง และค่ายรักกางเขน เป็นค่ายสัมผัสชีวิตนักบวช และเป็นค่ายทางเลือกส าหรับเยาวชนชายและหญิงที่สนใจจะเข้ารับการอบรมเป็นบาทหลวง และ ซิสเตอร์ในอนาคต และฝึกการท างานกับแผนกประชาสัมพันธ์และระดมทุนของคามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง 2) กิจกรรมสร้างแกนน า ลิตเต้ิลเบิร์ด (เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมภายนอก) ค่ายแกนน ากลุ่มเยาวชนที่อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวี เพื่อ สร้างกลุ่มแกนน าเยาวชนในแต่ละภูมิภาค ช่วยเหลือและติดตามเยาวชนที่อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อให้ที่ยังไม่เข้าระบบการรักษา และทานยา ได้เข้าระบบและมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ยั่งยืน 5. กิจกรรมทักษะชีวิต 1) กิจกรรมส่งเสริมอาชีพ (ร้านกาแฟ งานสวน เบเกอรี่) โดยร่วมมือกับเยาวชนเปิดร้านกาแฟและเบเกอรี่เคลื่อนที่ และ น าผลผลิตทางการเกษตรออกจ าหน่ายตามงานและเทศกาลต่างๆ และสนับสนุนให้เยาวชนท างานกับหน่วยงาน ภายนอกตามความสนใจในช่วงระหว่างรอตัดสินใจเรื่องการศึกษาต่อ ซึ่งช่วยค้นหาตัวตนและแนวทางในการเลือก ศึกษาต่อตามความต้องการของตัวเอง 2) กิจกรรมสวนผักประหยัดทุนปลอดสารพิษ ให้เยาวชนเลือกปลูกผักตามฤดูกาลและสามารถน ามาประกอบอาหารใน ชีวิตประจ าวันและลดต้นทุนค่าใช้จ่ายในครัวเรือน

- 15 - 3) กิจกรรมมหาเศรษฐีเป็นกิจกรรมที่ให้เยาวชนได้ใช้ธนบัตรจ าลองมาใช้ในชีวิตประจ าวัน โดยใช้ชื้ อของใช้ส่วนตัว จ่าย ค่าอาหารในแต่ละมื้ อที่ทาน ซึ่งที่มาของเงินมาจากการท างาน (เป็นผู้ประกอบอาหาร กลุ่มอาชีพต่างๆ หรือการรับจ้าง ท างานที่นอกหน้าจากหน้าที่รับผิดชอบ (เช่น ล้างจาน ล้างอุปกรณ์ในห้องท าขนม อาบน ้าสุนัข) 4) กิจกรรมเมนูของฉันและของเพื่อน โดยให้เยาวชนจับคู่เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบอาหารในแต่ละวัน ซึ่งจะเปลี่ยนคู่ทุกๆ เดือน โดยเยาวชนจะเป็ นผู้คิดเมนูอาหาร ไปซื้ อวัตถุดิบในการประกอบอาชีพกับผู้ดูแล ท าอาหารและท าความสะอาด เครื่องครัวด้วยตนเอง 6. กิจกรรมชุมชน/สังคม 1) น าพาเยาวชนร่วมกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของคามิลเลียนฯ ได้แก่ งานวิ่งด้วยใจให้ด้วยรัก งานวันแม่ วันพ่อ งานในวันส าคัญ ทางศาสนา และงานพัฒนาพื้ นที่ท าความสะอาดสวนเอเดน 2) ส่งเสริมให้เยาวชนกลับไปเยี่ยมภูมิล าเนาในช่วงปิดภาคการศึกษาในช่วงระยะเวลาสั้นๆ เพื่อสานสัมพันธ์กับสมาชิกคน ในครอบครัวและถิ่นที่อยู่เดิม ๓) โครงการดูแลผู้ป่ วยเอดส์แบบประคับประคอง สถานการณ์ผู้ป่ วยเอดส์ปี 2565 ในความดูแลของคามิลเลียนฯ เกิดการระบาดของโควิด-19 มีการ ติดเชื้ อฯ ภายในคามิลเลียนฯ 2 ครั้ง (ประเมินสาเหตุน่าจะมาจากเจ้าหน้าที่หรือผู้ป่ วยรับเชื้ อจากภายนอก) ต้องมีการแยกอาคารที่พักรักษาและการกักตัว บุคคลภายนอกเข้าไม่ได้ ผู้ป่ วยออกไปท ากิจกรรมด้านนอกไม่ได้ ผู้ดูแลต้องท างานอย่างหนักเพราะต้องแบ่งคนตามกลุ่มผู้ป่วยที่แยกการดูแลและต้องคอยให้ก าลังใจซึ่งกันและกัน ด้านการรับวัคซีนป้องกันโควิด-19 ได้รับการอนุเคราะห์จากหน่วยวัคซีนของโรงพยาบาลเฉลิมพระเกียรติ สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ เข้ามาให้บริการฉีดเข็ม1-3 แก่ผู้ป่ วยทุกคน รวมทั้งวัคซีนป้องกันไข้หวัดใหญ่ การ รักษาและควบคุมเชื้ อเอชไอวีและโรคอื่นๆสามารถท าได้ดีด้วยคามิลเลียนฯจัดให้มีเจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงาน โรงพยาบาลติดตามและน าพาผู้ป่ วยพร้อมข้อมูลสุขภาพเข้าพบแพทย์ตามนัดอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีทีมเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแล การกินยาต่อเนื่องครบถ้วนถูกต้อง มีการคัดกรองภาวะเจ็บป่ วยและน าส่งเข้ารับการรักษาโรคร่วมอื่นๆ เช่น โรคมะเร็ง ภาวะจิตเวช เป็นต้น คามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง มีเป้าหมายการดูแลผู้ป่ วยเอดส์ ให้มีสุขภาพที่แข็งแรง สามารถกลับไปใช้ ชีวิตในสังคมได้ โครงการได้ก าหนดแนวทางปฏิบัติงานดังนี้ 1) ให้ความรู้ในการทานยาต้านไวรัสเพื่อไม่ให้เกิด โรคฉวยโอกาส 2) สนับสนุนให้สามารถใช้ชีวิตอยู่ร่วมกับครอบครัวและสังคมได้ 3) ให้มีทักษะอาชีพที่จะน าไป สร้างรายได้ ส าหรับกระบวนการท างานมี 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ติดตามการทานยาต้านไวรัส การฟื้ นฟูสุขภาพกายและ ใจ และการเพิ่มทักษะ ผลที่เกิดข้ึน • ผูอ้ยูร่ ่วมกบัเช้ือเอชไอวีและผู้ป่ วยเอดส์ที่ยากไร้ จ านวน 29 คน ได้รับการดูแลช่วยเหลือท าให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้ น • ผู้ป่ วยเอดส์จ านวน 25 ราย แบ่งเป็นหญิง 11 ราย ชาย 14 ราย ได้การรักษาด้วยยาต้านไวรัสสามารถควบคุม • ปริมาณเชื้ อไวรัส (Viral Load) ต ่ากว่า 20 Copy/ml พ้นภาวะภูมิคุ้มกันบกพร่อง สุขภาพแข็งแรงขึ้ น • ผู้ป่ วยที่มีภาวะจิตเวชร่วมด้วย ควบคุมความเจ็บป่ วย สามารถใช้ชีวิตได้อย่างปกติ • ผู้อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวีที่พ้นภาวะภูมิคุ้มกันบกพร่อง จ านวน 9 ราย กลับไปใช้ชีวิตในสังคม ด้วยตนเองได้ กิจกรรมที่ได้ด าเนินการ 1. กิจกรรมให้ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ จัดอบรมความรู้เรื่องยาต้านไวรัสสูตรใหม่ 1 ครั้ง โดยเชิญวิทยากรอาจารย์แพทย์หญิง จุรีรัตน์บวรวัฒนุวงศ์ แพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการรักษาผู้อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวี/ผู้ป่ วยเอดส์และเป็นนายกสมาคมโรคเอดส์ แห่งประเทศไทย ซึ่งได้รับความอนุเคราะห์ให้ความรู้ ตอบข้อซักถาม และตรวจสุขภาพพร้อมให้ค าปรึกษาแก่ผู้ป่ วยและ ผู้ดูแลเป็นรายคน

- 16 - 2. กิจกรรมฟ้ืนฟูสุขภาพกายและใจ 1) จัดโปรแกรมและควบคุมการท ากายภาพ(ปั่นจักรยานไฟฟ้า เดินราว นวดกายภาพ ประคบร้อน) ส าหรับผู้ป่ วยที่มี ปัญหาด้านการเคลื่อนไหว ทุกวันเวลา 7.30 น. โดยอาสาสมัครที่ผ่านการอบรมการท ากายภาพคอยดูแลช่วยเหลือ การฝึก 2) กิจกรรมบ าบัดจิตใจ ด าเนินการโดยเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลร่วมกับนักจิตวิทยาของคามิลเลียนฯ ได้แก่ วาดภาพระบายสี ตอบ ค าถาม และการจัดกลุ่มสนทนาพูดคุยเพื่อประเมินสภาวะอารมณ์และจิตใจ มีการส่งต่อข้อมูลให้กับทีมเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลที่ เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น จนท.ประสานงานโรงพยาบาลเพื่อส่งต่อข้อมูลให้แพทย์ผู้รักษาต่อไป 3) จัดกิจกรรมนันทนาการ ทุกเสาร์ต้นเดือนมีการจักกิจกรรมวันครอบครัว ท าอาหาร ทานข้าว ร่วมกิจกรรมด้วยกันและ อวยพรวันเกิดส าหรับผู้ที่เกิดในเดือนนั้นๆ และมีการจัดกิจกรรมตามวันประเพณีเช่น วันพระ/วันส าคัญทางศาสนา วันสงกรานต์ ปีใหม่ และพาสมาชิกไปเที่ยวสวนเอเดนเพื่อการพักผ่อน 3. กิจกรรมเพิ่มทักษะส่งเสริมอาชีพ จัดตั้งกลุ่มท าอาหาร งานฝีมือดอกไม้ไยบัว ร้อยลูกปัด เพาะช าต้นไม้ประดับและพืชผัก เลี้ ยงปลา โดยจัดหาอุปกรณ์/วัตถุดิบให้พร้อมกับช่วยจัดหาตลาดเพื่อการจ าหน่าย 4. กิจกรรมดูแลผู้ป่ วยระยะสุดท้าย (Palliative Care) ส่งเพื่อนคร้ังสุดทา้ย สนับสนุนให้ผู้ป่ วย 6 คนท าสมุดเบาใจ เพื่อวาง แผนการดูแลสุขภาพการรักษาพยาบาลของตนเองและความต้องการสุดท้าย การดูแลผู้ป่ วยที่เข้าสู่ระยะสุดท้าย โดยดูแลอยู่ข้าง เตียงผู้ป่ วย ท าในสิ่งที่ผู้ป่ วยต้องการครั้งสุดท้าย หลังจากผู้ป่ วยเสียชีวิตมีการรวมตัวกันของสมาชิกเพื่อสวดภาวนาส่งดวงวิญญาณ ให้กับเพื่อนผู้ล่วงลับตามแบบความเชื่อของศาสนาคริสต์ เจ้าหน้าที่และสมาชิกช่วยกันจัดสถานที่ประกอบพิธีและน าร่าง ผู้เสียชีวิตไปประกอบพิธีกรรมทางศาสนาที่เขานับถืออยา่งมีคุณค่าและศกัด์ิศรี 5. พัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ดูแล ส่งเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลและอาสาสมัครรับการอบรมจ านวน 3 ครั้ง ได้แก่ ความรู้เรื่องเอชไอวี/เอดส์ ยาต้านไวรัสสูตรใหม่ และ พรบ. คุ้มครองสิทธิเด็ก ๔) โครงการฟ้ืนฟูสุขภาพและอาชีพผูอ้ยูร่ ่วมกับเช้ือเอชไอวี(สวนเอเดน) ช่วงเดือนเมษายนและธันวาคม 2565 เกิดการระบาดของโควิค-19 ท าให้สมาชิกของสวนเอเดน 14 คนติดเชื้ อ จากจ านวนผู้อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวีที่ได้รับการสงเคราะห์ทั้งหมด 38 คน เป็ นชาย 20 คน หญิง 18 คน ในจ านวนนี้ เป็ นคนพิการซ ้าซ้อน 22 คน ผู้สูงอายุ 6 คน ได้มีการจัดการตามขั้นตอนแนวทางการรักษา คือ กักตัวตัวผู้มีความเสี่ยงสูง พ่นยาฆ่าเชื้ อ เว้นระยะห่างกันและตรวจ ATK ทุก 3 วัน หลังจากนั้นจะซุ่มตรวจเดือน ละครั้งหรือตรวจผู้มีภาวะเสี่ยงจากการออกไปติดต่องานนอกสถานที่ เป้าประสงค์ (Goal) เพื่อใหผู้ท้ี่อยู่ร่วมกับเช้ือเอชไอวีมีสุขภาพที่แข็งแรง สามารถกลับไปใชช้ีวิต ในสังคมได้โดยโครงการสวนเอเดนให้การดูแลผู้อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวีต่อจากโครงการดูแลผู้ป่ วยเอดส์แบบ ประคับประคอง เป็นผู้ที่สุขภาพแข็งแรงขึ้ นแต่ยังไม่สามารถกลับสู่สังคมได้เนื่องจากข้อจ ากัดต่างๆ ได้แก่ มีความ พิการ เป็ นผู้สูงอายุ ไม่มีที่อยู่อาศัย ไม่มีอาชีพ ดังนั้นโครงการสวนเอเดนจึงท างานเพื่อสนับสนุนผู้อยู่ร่วมเชื้ อฯ ให้ด ารงชีวิตอยู่ได้ด้วยตนเอง ผลที่เกิดข้ึน • ผูอ้ยูร่ ่วมกบัเช้ือเอชไอวี38 คน ไดร้บัโอกาสฟ้ืนฟูสุขภาพและอาชีพ มี 25 คน ผลการรักษาด้วยยาต้านไวรัสดี มีปริมาณ ไวรัสในกระแสเลือด(Viral Load)ต ่ากว่า 20 Copy/ml ผู้ป่ วยวัณโรครักษาครบ ทุกคนสุขภาพแข็งแรงสามารถดูแลตนเองและ ท างานได้และทั้ง 38 คนได้รับวัคซีนป้องกันโควิด-19 จ านวน 3 เข็ม • ได้รับโอกาสในการมีอาชีพ สามารถสร้างรายได้อย่างต่อเนื่องให้กับตนเองและพึ่งพาตนเองได้ และ คนพิการ 3 คนได้ ท างาน กับบริษัทที่อยูในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมดับบิวเอชเอ 4 โดยท าสัญญาว่าจ้างระยะเวลาทุก 1 ปี และได้รับสิทธิประกันสังคม มาตรา 33 • ผูอ้ยู่ร่วมกับเช้ือฯ เป็ นวิทยากรถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้การท าไม้กวาด แก่สมาคมคนตาบอดจังหวัดระยอง ใน “โครงการ ส่งเสริมอาชีพสร้างอาชีพใหม่ให้แก่คนตาบอดท าไม้กวาดดอกหญ้า” จ านวน 2 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 12 คน

- 17 - • ชุมชนให้การยอมรับ การช่วยเหลือ อุดหนุนสินค้าทั้งงานเกษตรและงานหัตถกรรม • 13 คนที่มีรายได้สามารถเก็บเงินออม และได้สมัครเป็นสมาชิกกองทุนวันละ1บาท ซึ่งเป็นกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชน • ต.หนองบัว อ.บ้านค่าย จ.ระยอง กองทุนนี้ จะช่วยผู้ป่ วยในเรื่องจ่ายเงินทดแทนเมื่อป่ วยต้องไปนอนโรงพยาบาล • ผูอ้ยูร่ ่วมกบัเช้ือเอชไอวี2 คน ได้กลับสู่สังคม สามารถด ารงชีวิตได้ด้วยตนเองโดยมีครอบครัวสนับสนุน กิจกรรมที่ได้ด าเนินงาน 1. กิจกรรมด้านสุขภาพกาย เจ้าหน้าที่ 2 คน และจิตอาสา 2 คน ประสานงานโรงพยาบาล น าส่งและดูแลสมาชิกจ านวน 38 คน เรื่องการกินยาต้านไวรัส ยารักษาวัณโรค ยาจิตเวชอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน และน าสมาชิกทุกคนเข้ารับการฉีดวัคซีน ป้องกันโควิค-19 ครบ 3 เข็ม และวัคซีนไข้หวัดใหญ่ สมาชิก 3 คนที่ป่ วยเป็นวัณโรค 1 คนรักษาหายแล้ว ส่วนอีก 2 คนอยู่ ในระหว่างการรักษาและกินยาต่อไปเป็นระยะเวลาอีก 1.5 ปี 2. เสริมสร้างทักษะการประกอบอาชีพ ด้านเกษตรกรรม หัตถกรรม ตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงแก่ผู้อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อ เอชไอวี 1) งานเกษตรกรรมและเล้ียงสตัว์จัดพื้ นที่และปัจจัยการผลิตส าหรับสมาชิกได้ปลูกผักสวนครัว มะนาว พริก พริกไทย สด หน่อไม้ มะเขือพวง มะเขือเปราะ ผักบุ้ง กระเพรา โหรพา ผักชีใบเลื่อย ผลไม้ มะม่วง เลม่อน มะพร้าว ขนุน กระท้อน มะพร้าว มะละกอ น้อยหน่า ฯลฯ เลี้ ยงสัตว์ เลี้ ยงปลา เช่น ปลาสวาย ปลาดุก ปลานิล ปลายี่สก เลี้ ยงกบ เลี้ ยงหอย กระต่าย วัว เป็ด ห่าน ไก่บ้าน ไก่ไข่ ไก่ด า ไก่สายพันธุ์ต่างๆ เช่น ไก่ต๊อก ไก่ไข่ไลท์ซัคเซคจากออสเตรเลีย 2) งานหัตถกรรม จัดหาวัสดุในการผลิตไม้กวาดดอกหญ้า พรมเอนกประสงค์ ซึ่งเป็ นที่ต้องการของประชาชนทั่วไป หน่วยงานทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน ท าให้สมาชิก 4 คนมีรายได้จากการท าไม้กวาดดอกหญ้า 2,500 – 3,500บาท/ เดือน สมาชิก 4 คน มีรายได้จากการท าพรมเอนกประสงค์ 700–1,000 บาท/2เดือน ซึ่งงานหัตถกรรมนี้ เป็นงานที่ สร้างรายได้อย่างต่อเนื่องให้กับสมาชิกด้วย 3) การตลาด คามิลเลียนฯ สร้างช่องทางจ าหน่ายผลิตผลทางการเกษตรและผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมทั้ง 1.ภายในโครงการ สวนเอเดนให้กับผู้ที่เข้ามาเยี่ยมชมงาน 2.ออกร้านจ าหน่ายตามสถานที่จัดงานต่างๆของชุมชนใน จ.ระยอง และ ใกล้เคียง เช่น ตลาดไผ่ล้อม 100 ปี อ.บ้านค่าย ทุกเดือน เดือนละ 3 วัน และ 3.ประชาสัมพันธ์รูปแบบ Offline กับ สถานประกอบการต่างๆ และ Online (Page Facebook) 4) แรงงานคนพิการ ประสานงานกับสมาคมคนตาบอดจังหวัดระยองและสถานประกอบการที่ต้องการคนพิการไป ท างาน ท าให้สามารถส่งสมาชิกที่พิการทางสายตา พิการทางหูและทางการเคลื่อนไหว จ านวน 3 คนเข้าท างานกับ บริษัทที่อยูในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมดับบิวเอชเอ 4 และอีก 1 บริษัทที่จะรับคนพิการทางสายตาที่มีใบรับรองในการนวด แผนไทย 3. กิจกรรมเพิ่มศักยภาพและทักษะ 1) ส่งสมาชิก 2 คน เข้ารับการอบรมการซ่อมเครื่องยนต์เล็ก หลักสูตร 30 ชั่วโมง จัดโดย อบต.หนองบัวและชุมชนหนองกรับ 2) สมาชิก 4 คน เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแบ่งปันความรู้สู่ชุมชน หลักสูตรการตลาดและพาณิชย์ดิจิทัล (Digital Marketing & e-commerce) เพื่อน าไปใช้ในการท าประชาสัมพันธ์งานของสวนเอเดนและขายผลิตภัณฑ์งานเกษตรงานหัตถกรรม 3) สมาชิกและเจ้าหน้าที่เข้ารับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับ พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองเด็กฯ โดยทีมวิทยากรหัวหน้าบ้านพักเด็กและครอบครัว จังหวัดระยอง ซึ่งจัดโดยฝ่ ายงานสวัสดิการสังคมคามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง 4. กิจกรรมประชาสัมพันธ์และระดมทุน มีกลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็ นสถานประกอบการในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดระยองและ ชลบุรี ซึ่งมี13 หน่วยงานให้การตอบรับสนับสนุนทรัพย์มูลค่ารวมกว่า 1 ล้านบาท ดังนี้ บริษัท Act Now Children’s Consulting Co., Ltd. บริษัท ไทยเปเปอร์มิลล์ จ ากัด บริษัทเรย์โคล แอสฟัลท์ จ ากัด บริษัทไทยแท้งค์เทอร์มินัล จ ากัด บริษัทบริดจสโตน เมตัลฟา จ ากัด บริษัท แมกน่า ออโตโมทีฟ เทคโนโลยี(ประเทศไทย)จ ากัด จากบริษัทเอ็ชเอ็มซี โปลี- เมอส์ จ ากัด กลุ่ม SCG Dow Group Company บจก. ซูมิริโก๊ะ รับเบอร์ และ บจก. แอโรเฟลกซ์ จ ากัด บริษัทไทยเคียววะ เทคโนโลยี บริษัท อัลไลแอนซ์ ลอนดรี้ ซิสเต็มส์ (ประเทศไทย) ห้างหุ้นส่วนจ ากัด เคจี ไบค์ ช็อป และมีกรมชลประทานให้ การช่วยเหลือจัดการน ้าท่วมอย่างสม ่าเสมอ ซึ่งคามิลเลียนฯ ได้มีการจัดกิจรรมและโครงการประชาสัมพันธ์และระดมทุน เพื่อน าเงินมาใช้ในการส่งเสริมอาชีพให้กับสมาชิก ดังนี้

- 18 - 1) ประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมผ่านสื่อออนไลน์Google Ads., SMS, Official Facebook: www.facebook.com/eden.rayong น าเสนองานด้านการเกษตร งานหัตถกรรม การขอรับสิ่งของบริจาครายเดือนและโครงการเลี้ ยงอาหารประจ าเดือน มี ผู้เข้าถึงเพจ 57,630 คน เข้าชมเพจ 1,882 คน กดถูกใจ 997 คน ส่วนใหญ่ผู้ที่เข้ามาชม ช่วงอายุ 25-44 ปี เป็ น ผู้หญิง 72.9% ผู้ชาย 27.1% 2) จัดท าโครงการพิเศษ 10 โครงการ ดังนี้ โครงการส่งเสริมอาชีพคนพิการเลี้ ยงไก่ไข่และการท าไม้กวาดดอกหญ้า โครงการโรงเรือนเพาะช า โครงการโรงเรือนเลี้ ยงเป็ดไก่ โครงการโรงเรือนเลี้ ยงวัว โครงการติดตั้งสายล่อฟ้า โครงการ เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์มือ2 โครงการซ่อมแซมหลังคาโรงครัว โครงการซ่อมห้องน ้า โครงการเครื่องซักผ้าและอบผ้า โครงการเครื่องสูบน ้าระบบโซล่าเซลล์และโครงการสร้างศาลาพักผ่อน และขอรับบริจาคอุปกรณ์และพันธุ์พืช พันธุ์สัตว์ เพื่อใช้ในงานเกษตร ได้แก่ เครื่องตัดหญ้า 2 เครื่อง พันธุ์ปลา 1,000 ตัว และพันธุ์ไก่ไข่สายพันธุ์ไลท์ซัคเซค 12 ตัว 3) วางกล่องขอรับบริจาค ตามสถานที่ต่างๆ รวม 49 แห่ง ได้แก่ บริษัท ร้านอาหาร ร้านกาแฟ ร้านเวชภัณฑ์ยา โรงแรม บริษัท เป็นสถานที่เดิม 26 แห่ง สถานที่ใหม่ 23 แห่ง ๕) โครงการป้องกนัการติดเช้ือเอชไอวี/เอดส์ ปัญหาและความท้าทาย ในจังหวัดระยอง ยังคงพบผู้ติดเชื้ อเอชไอวีรายใหม่เพิ่มขึ้ น ผู้ที่ติดเชื้ อฯ ยังไม่ เข้าสู่การรักษา สถานการณ์เช่นนี้ น าไปสู่ปัญหาสุขภาพ คือการเจ็บป่ วยด้วยเอดส์สะท้อนจากผู้เข้ารับการ สงเคราะห์ของคามิลเลียนฯ ระยองส่วนใหญ่มาด้วยอาการเจ็บป่ วยด้วยเอดส์ในขณะเดียวกันพบว่าผู้ติดเชื้ อ โรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์โดยเฉพาะโรคหนองในและซิฟิ ลิสมีแนวโน้มสูงขึ้ นในกลุ่มอายุ 10-25 ปี ตั้งแต่ปี 2561-2565 สถานการณ์ดังกล่าวมีความน่าเป็ นห่วงนักเรียน นักศึกษา เยาวชน พนักงานโรงงานและแรงงาน ต่างด้าว เฉพาะ 6 เดือนแรกของปี 2565 พบผู้ป่ วยจ านวน 312 ราย ซึ่งเป็นครึ่งหนึ่งของปี 2564 (602 ราย) (ข้อมูลส านักงานสาธารณสุขจ.ระยอง/23 มิ.ย. 65) งานการป้องกันฯ ของคามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง ได้มุ่งเน้นส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งด้านสุขภาวะของประชาชน โดยเฉพาะเด็ก เยาวชนและสตรี โดยได้ให้ 1. ความรู้เอชไอวี/เอดส์โรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์และเพศศึกษา ลดความเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้ อฯ 2. จัดบริการเชิงรุกในชุมชนคัดกรองผู้ที่มีความเสี่ยงให้เข้าถึงการตรวจ การรักษา และรับอุปกรณ์ ให้มีการป้องกันสม ่าเสมอ 3. ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของหน่วยงานและบุคคลในการเผยแพร่ รณรงค์ลดการติดเชื้ อรายใหม่ ในปี2565 คามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง ได้รับใบรับรอง ผ่านการประเมินมาตรฐานการจัดบริการเอชไอวี และโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ในชุมชนของกรมควบคุมโรค ณ วันที่ 31 มีนาคม พ.ศ.2565 ซึ่งเป็ น เครื่องมือส าคัญที่คามิลเลียนฯ ระยองใช้ในการร่วมจัดบริการเชิงรุกในชุมชนกับหน่วยงานสาธารณสุข และมีการ จัดท าโครงการย่อยระยะสั้น 4 โครงการ เพื่อให้การด าเนินงานมีประสิทธิภาพ ประชาชนได้รับประโยชน์มาก ที่สุด ดังนี้ โครงการรู้เท่ารู้ทัน ร่วมป้องกัน รักษาเอชไอวี/เอดส์และโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ในยุค New Normal “โครงการบริการป้องกันเอชไอวี/เอดส์” “โครงการจัดกิจกรรมรณรงค์โรคเอดส์” และ “โครงการ ส่งเสริมสุขภาพทางเพศในกลุ่มเยาวชน” มีหน่วยงาน สคร.6 สปสช. อบจ.ระยอง และ พมจ.ระยอง ให้การ สนับสนุนงบประมาณ ผลที่เกิดข้ึน • เด็ก เยาวชน และสตรี ที่ขาดข้อมูลและมีความเสี่ยงต่อเอชไอวีโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ • 1,915 คน ได้รับความรู้ที่ถูกต้องและข้อมูลที่เป็นปัจจุบันเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันและการดูแลรักษา • 375 คน ได้รับการตรวจคัดกรองเอชไอวีและซิฟิ ลิสโดยสมัครใจรู้ผลภายในวันเดียว ตามมาตรฐานโดยผู้ให้บริการ สาธารณสุข ส่งผลท าให้ผู้ที่มีความเสี่ยงได้เข้าถึงการดูแลรักษาอย่างรวดเร็ว

- 19 - • 54 หน่วยงานในจังหวัดระยองมีการจัดกิจกรรมด้านการป้องกันเอชไอวี/เอดส์ และโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์และเพศ โดย แบ่งออกเป็น 16 สถานศึกษา 9 ชุมชน/องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น 25 สถานบันเทิง 4 สถานประกอบการและหน่วยงานรัฐ • 19 ภาคีเครือข่ายทั้งรัฐ เอกชน กลุ่มประชาชนให้ความร่วมมือกับคามิลเลียนฯ ในการด าเนินงานตามวัตถุประสงค์ • เกิดบันทึกข้อตกลงร่วมกัน 3 ฝ่ ายในการป้องกันและแก้ไขสถานการณ์เรื่องเพศ เอชไอวี/เอดส์และโรคติดต่อทาง เพศสัมพันธ์ในสถานศึกษาระหว่างศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอ าเภอแกลง คามิลเลียน โซเชียล เซนเตอร์ ระยอง และโรงพยาบาลแกลง • มีจุ ด บ ริ ก า ร ข้อ มู ล แ ล ะ อุ ป ก ร ณ์ป้ อ ง กัน ใ น ชุ ม ช น เพิ่มข้ึน ร ว ม ทั้ ง ห ม ด 2 7 แ ห่ ง ใ น พื้ น ที่ อ . แ ก ล ง อ.บ้านค่าย อ.ปลวกแดง อ.บ้านฉาง และ อ.เมือง ด าเนินงานโดยแกนน าของสถานศึกษา ชุมชน สถานบันเทิง และสถาน ประกอบการ ช่วยกระจายถุงยางฟรีให้ถึงมือประชาชน ได้จ านวนรวม 56,000 ชิ้ น เจลหล่อลื่น 5,430 ชิ้ น • เครือข่ายป้องกันเอชไอวี/เอดส์จ.ระยองเข้มแข็งร่วมมือกันจัดกิจกรรมรณรงค์ป้องกันในชุมชนจังหวัดระยอง กิจกรรมที่ได้ด าเนินการ 1. ประชุมจัดท านโยบายและแผนปฏิบัติการด้านเอชไอวี/เอดส์จ านวน 8 คร้ัง กับผู้บริหาร และเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบ งานของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอ าเภอแกลง อ าเภอปลวกแดง อ าเภอบ้านฉาง อ าเภอบ้าน ค่ายและอ าเภอเมืองระยอง วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีระยองบริหารธุรกิจ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคมาบตาพุด วิทยาลัยเทคนิคนิคม อุตสาหกรรมระยอง สนามกอล์ฟดิเอมเมอรัล ระยอง สถานพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชน จ.ระยอง ศูนย์ฝึกและอบรม เด็กและเยาวชนจังหวัดระยอง และสถานบันเทิงพาราไดซ์ 2. อบรมให้ความรู้เอชไอวี/เอดส์ โรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์และเพศศึกษา จ านวนท้ังหมด 53 คร้ัง แก่นักเรียน นักศึกษา เยาวชน และสตรีในสถานสถานบันเทิง สนามกอล์ฟในจังหวัดระยองและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง โดยใช้กระบวนการ เรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาด โอกาสเสี่ยง สิทธิการตรวจ การรักษา ทางเลือกการป้องกันและฝึกทักษะ การใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกัน 3. จัดบริการเอชไอวีและโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์เชิงรุกในชุมชน จา นวน 23 คร้งั 1) มีบริการให้ค าปรึกษาก่อนและหลังการตรวจคัดกรองเอชไอวีและซิฟิลิส แก่กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่มีความเสี่ยงและสมัครใจ เข้ารับบริการ โดยร่วมมือกับทีมบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ ของ รพ.ระยอง รพ.เฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระเทพฯ อ าเภอ มาบตาพุด รพ.บ้านค่าย รพ.บ้านฉาง รพ.แกลง และ รพ.ปลวกแดง 2) ติดตามสนับสนุนผู้มีผลเลือดบวกสนับสนุนให้เข้าสู่ระบบการรักษาและกินยาอย่างต่อเนื่อง 3) สนับสนุนอุปกรณ์การป้องกันและประสานงาน/ส่งต่อการรับบริการอย่างเหมาะสม 4) เผยแพร่รณรงค์การป้องกันผ่านช่องทางเพจเฟสบุค cscaidsprevention มีผู้ติดตามทั้งหมด 590 คน ให้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร ด้านเอดส์ โรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ และเรื่องเพศที่เป็นปัจจุบัน เช่น สิทธิประโยชน์การรักษา การป้องกัน สถานที่ ให้บริการ รวมถึงสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาด โอกาสและปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่างๆ บริการส่งถุงยางอนามัยทางพัสดุถึงผู้ที่ขอรับการ สนับสนุนที่อยู่ต่างจังหวัด และบริการปรึกษาทางโทรศัพท์และข้อความเฟสบุค 4. ติดตามและสนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมรณรงค์ป้องกันเอชไอวีโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ และโควิด-19 แก่แกนน า และเครือข่ายป้องกันเอดส์จา นวน 41 คร้ัง ลงพื้ นที่พบกลุ่มแกนน าครู เยาวชน แกนน าชุมชน องค์กรปกครองส่วน ท้องถิ่น และสถานบันเทิง สนับสนุนแผนปฏิบัติการของแกนน า ได้แก่ อุปกรณ์ป้องกันและสื่อข้อมูลผ่านจุดบริการในชุมชน วิทยากรการอบรม และสื่อกลางประสานความร่วมมือจากภาคีร่วมให้บริการ เช่น การตรวจคัดกรองโควิด-19 (ATK) แก่ พนักงานบริการ และส่งต่อผู้ป่ วยเข้ารับการรักษา 5. จัดกิจกรรมรณรงค์ป้องกันในชุมชน จ านวน 3 ครั้ง 1) รณรงค์ป้องกันวันวาเลนไทน์ป้องกันเอชไอวีและโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์จา นวน 1 คร้ัง ในวันที่ 12-14 กุมภาพันธ์ 2565 ในชุมชนตลาด100 ปีวัดไผ่ล้อม อ.บ้านค่าย จ.ระยอง มีแกนน า กศน. อ.บ้านค่าย กับแกนน าชุมชน ต.บ้านค่าย ร่วมออกบูทให้ข้อมูลและแจกอุปกรณ์ป้องกันให้นักท่องเที่ยวที่มางานตลาด 100 ปี 2) รณรงค์ป้องกันวันเอดส์โลก ประจ าปีพ.ศ. 2565 จา นวน 2 คร้งั ในวันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2565 โดยจัดในชุมชนพื้ นที่ ต.ปากน ้าประแส อ.แกลง และวันที่ 4 ธันวาคม 2565 ที่ชุมชน ต.บ้านค่าย อ.บ้านค่าย จังหวัดระยอง ภายใต้หัวข้อ

- 20 - หลัก HIV รักษา = ป้องกัน U ติด U กินครบ U ไม่พบ U ไม่แพร่ มีกิจกรรมเดินขบวนในชุมชนให้ข้อมูล เล่นเกมส์ ถามตอบ และแจกอุปกรณ์ป้องกันแก่ประชาชนในชุมชนทั้งเด็ก เยาวชน สตรีและผู้ชายกว่า 600 คน ซึ่งมีทั้งคนไทย และแรงงานข้ามชาติ (เมียนมา กัมพูชา และลาว) และมีภาคีเครือข่าย 12 หน่วยงาน 273 คนร่วมด าเนินการ 6. การพัฒนาเครือข่ายงานป้องกัน สร้างความเข้มแข็งและโอกาสการพัฒนางานให้เข้าใกล้เป้าหมายมากยิ่งขึ้ น ผู้รับผิดชอบ งานโครงการป้องกันฯ เข้าร่วม ประชุมกับภาคีเครือข่าย 16 คร้งั ดังนี้ ประชุมคณะท างานกลไกประสานงานเอดส์และ วัณโรคจังหวัดระยอง (PCM) จ านวน 5 ครั้ง กับส านักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดระยอง” “ประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการร่วมกับ เครือข่ายครอบครัวเพื่อจัดท าแผนและการดูแลของเด็กและเยาวชนที่อยู่ในสถานควบคุมและภายหลังปล่อย และประชุมเชิง ปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาหน่วยงานตามมาตรฐานการบริการสุขภาพที่เป็นมิตรส าหรับเด็กและเยาวชนสถานควบคุม โดยสถาน พินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชน จ.ระยอง” “ประชุมสมัชชาสวัสดิการสังคมจ.ระยองประจ าปี 2565 และประชุมกลุ่มย่อย ท าแผน/ยุทธศาสตร์งานภาคีเครือข่าย โดยส านักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดระยอง” “ประชุม พัฒนาศักยภาพเครือข่ายสรุปบทเรียนการท างาน STI &HIV ในกลุ่มเยาวชน โดยกองโรคเอดส์ฯ” “ประชุมติดตามจังหวัด น าร่องการสร้างเครือข่ายการขับเคลื่อนยุติปัญหาเอดส์ระดับจังหวัด 2 ครั้ง โดยกองโรคเอดส์ฯร่วมกับ สสจ. ระยอง” “ประชุมแนวทางการพิจารณาจัดสรรงบอุดหนุน NGO ปี 2566 โดยส านักงานป้องกันควบคุมโรคที่ 6 ชลบุรี” “ประชุมรับ ฟังชี้ แจงการจัดสรรงบประมาณ RRTTPR ของส านักงานหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติเขต 6” “ประชุมหารือเครือข่ายแกนน า เยาวชนเลิฟแคร์ชวนเพื่อนคุยกัน 1,000 โรงเรียน โดยมูลนิธิแพธทูเฮลท์ประเทศไทย”และ “ประชุมจัดท าแผนสุขภาพปี 2566 โดยเทศบาลเมืองมาบตาพุด” ๖) งานสวัสดิการและสังคมสงเคราะห์ ด้วยปัญหาอุปสรรคในเรื่องระบบส่งต่อผู้ป่ วยระหว่างหน่วยงาน ทั้งเรื่องข้อมูลผู้รับการสงเคราะห์ จากญาติหรือผู้ดูแล หรือหน่วยงานน าส่งไม่ครบถ้วน บางรายไม่สามารถให้ข้อมูลได้เนื่องจากผู้รับการสงเคราะห์ ใช้ชีวิตคนเดียว ท าให้มีผลต่อการดูแลและการพัฒนาศักยภาพต่อ คามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง ได้พัฒนาการจัดเก็บ ข้อมูลผู้รับการสงเคราะห์ในการช่วยเหลือ การพัฒนาศักยภาพ การติดตาม เรื่องครอบครัว สุขภาพกาย-ใจ และ สิทธิต่างๆ เพื่อเป็นฐานข้อมูลให้ผู้รับการสงเคราะห์ในการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนกลับสู่สังคม และความท้าทาย ด้านพฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึ่งประสงค์ ปัญหาสุขภาพจิตของผู้รับการสงเคราะห์ทั้งเด็ก เยาวชน ผู้ใหญ่ ที่เกิดขึ้ น เช่น การใช้ความรุนแรงด้านการสื่อสาร การกระท า ซึ่งส่งผลต่อการด ารงชีวิตทั้งปัจเจกบุคคลและส่วนรวม งานสวัสดิการและสังคมสงเคราะห์ มุ่งเป้าส่งเสริมสนับสนุนผู้ที่อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวีสามารถกลับสู่ สังคม ครอบครัวได้ และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี โดยใช้แนวทางการท างาน ดังนี้ 1) ให้ผู้ที่อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้ อเอชไอวีมี ความรู้ในเรื่องการดูแลสุขภาพของตนเอง สิทธิการรักษา และการเข้าถึงสิทธิสวัสดิการต่างๆ 2) ให้ผู้เข้ารับการ สงเคราะห์ ร้อยละ 20 จากสมาชิกทั้งหมดสามารถออกไปใช้ชีวิตอยู่ร่วมกับครอบครัวและสังคม 3) ให้ผู้รับการ สงเคราะห์มีทักษะ มีศักยภาพและความพร้อมในการออกสู่สังคม ผลที่เกิดข้ึน • 111 คน ได้รับการสงเคราะห์มีผู้รับการสงเคราะห์รายใหม่ในปี 2565 จ านวน 15 ราย • 11 คน กลับไปใช้ชีวิตด้วยตนเองในสังคม แบ่งเป็นผู้ใหญ่ 9 ราย เด็กและเยาวชน 2 ราย • 40 คน ที่ได้รับสิทธิและเข้าถึงสวัสดิการของรัฐ ผู้รับการสงเคราะห์4 คนได้บัตรประจ าตัวประชาชนของตนเอง • และผู้ที่มีภาวะพิการร่วมด้วย 36 คนมีบัตรคนพิการ และคนพิการ 13 คน ได้รับการจ้างงานจากสถานประกอบการ • เยาวชนที่มีพฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์1 คน ได้รับโอกาสทางการศึกษาและสอบผ่านได้รับรองความสามารถและการศึกษา ระดับมัธยมต้น • ผู้รับการสงเคราะห์มีสุขภาพจิตดีข้ึน พฤติกรรมเปลี่ยนแปลง ทั้งเด็ก เยาวชนและผู้ใหญ่ มีการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมที่ดี ขึ้ นหลังจากได้รับการประเมินสุขภาพจิตพร้อมรับค าปรึกษาจากนักจิตวิทยาอย่างต่อเนื่อง

- 21 - กิจกรรมที่ได้ด าเนินการ 1. งานประเมินก่อนรับการสงเคราะห์และแรกรับ นักสังคมสงเคราะห์ นักจิตวิทยา และทีมดูแลลงเยี่ยมบ้านผู้ประสงค์เข้า รับการสงเคราะห์เพื่อประเมินความเดือดร้อนและช่วยเหลือเบื้ องต้น จ านวน 5 ราย และประชุมทีมพิจารณาข้อมูลและวาง แผนการรับสงเคราะห์ 2 ครั้ง 2. งานปรับแก้พฤติกรรมและพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้รับการสงเคราะห์ 1) จัดระบบการศึกษาแก่เยาวชน 1 คน ที่ไม่สามารถไปเรียนในสถานศึกษาได้เนื่องจากมีพฤติกรรมไม่พึ่งประสงค์ และ มีข้อจ ากัดด้านการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้หลักสูตรการเรียนของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ของศูนย์การเรียนเซนต์ ยอห์นบอสโก ปทุมธานี มีการจัดตารางสอนหนังสือส าหรับระดับชั้นมัธยมในทุกวันอังคารและวันอาทิตย์ และให้เยาวชนจัดท าโครงการ มีการ รายงานผลการเรียนต่อศูนย์การเรียนรู้เซนต์ยอห์นฯ เพื่อขอรับการประเมินผลการศึกษาและรับใบรองการศึกษาต่อไป 2) จัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาศักยภาพ ผู้รับการสงเคราะห์ทั้งเด็ก เยาวชน ผู้ใหญ่ จ านวนทั้งหมด 9 ครั้ง ดังนี้กิจกรรมวันเด็ก กิจกรรมแคมป์ ปิ้ งกลิ้ งเล่น ซีซั่น 2 กิจกรรมส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ในสถานสงเคราะห์ (Family Day Family Night) 3. งานประสานสิทธิ สวัสดิการ พาผู้รับการสงเคราะห์ไปท าบัตรประจ าตัวประชาชน จ านวน 4 ราย ย้ายทะเบียนบ้าน จ านวน 9 ราย ย้ายสิทธิการรักษา จ านวน 1 ราย คัดทะเบียนราษฎร จ านวน 1 ครั้ง จัดอบรมสร้างเสริมความรู้ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับ สิทธิเด็กและพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองเด็ก พ.ศ. 2546 ให้กับผู้บริหาร เจ้าหน้าที่ อาสาสมัคร จ านวน 2 รุ่น/ครั้ง รุ่นละ 15 คน 4. งานประเมินและเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนกลับสู่สังคม ประสานกับสถานประกอบการในการจ้างงานคนพิการ จ านวน 6 คน ลงเยี่ยมบ้านประเมินความพร้อมของครอบครัวก่อนกลับสู่ครอบครัว/สังคม จ านวน 3 ราย ประชุมวางแผนการดูแล รักษาต่อเนื่องที่บ้านกับผู้รับการสงเคราะห์ ญาติและเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ ายพีซียู จ านวน 1 ราย เตรียมความพร้อมเยาวชน จ านวน 5 ราย ในการกลับสู่สังคมและการใช้ชีวิตในหอพักระหว่างเรียนมหาวิทยาลัย โดยการพูดคุยวางแผน ติดตามการดูแล ช่วยเหลือตนเอง 5. งานติดตามและเยี่ยมบ้าน ติดตามสุขภาพ ช่วยเหลือสนับสนุน ผู้รับการสงเคราะห์พูดคุยกับครอบครัวของเด็กผ่าน Video Call จ านวน 4 ครั้ง ประสานติดตามญาติผู้รับการสงเคราะห์จ านวน 2 ครั้งและประสานกับหน่วยงานน าส่งเพื่อสอบถามและติดตาม บิดาของเด็กที่อยู่ในความดูแล รวมทั้งพูดคุยถึงสถานภาพความเป็นอยู่ของบิดาและความพร้อมในการรับเด็กกลับไปดูแล 6. งานจิตวิทยาและพัฒนาการ 1) จัดกิจกรรมทางจิตวิทยาให้ผู้รับการสงเคราะห์โดยแยกกลุ่ม ดังนี้ - ผู้ป่ วยแบบประคับประคอง สัปดาห์ละ 2 ครั้ง จ านวนรวม 50 ครั้ง - ผู้รับการสงเคราะห์ศูนย์ฟื้ นฟูสุขภาพฯ (เอเดน)เดือนละ 1 ครั้ง จ านวน 5 ครั้ง - เด็กก าพร้าฯ เดือนละ 2 ครั้ง จ านวน 17 ครั้ง โดยน าแบบทดสอบทางจิตวิทยามาใช้ประเมินเด็กในด้านต่างๆ เพื่อจัดกิจกรรมให้เหมาะสมกับเด็กแต่ละคน - เยาวชนก าพร้าฯ เดือนละ 1 ครั้ง จ านวน 3 ครั้ง 2) การประเมินพัฒนาการเด็กเบื้ องต้น จ านวน 19 ราย ประเมินความสามารถทางเชาว์ปัญญาเด็กที่มีอายุ 2 – 15 ปี จ านวน 10 ราย ประเมินสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวส าหรับเด็ก จ านวน 20 ราย จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมพัฒนาการให้กับ เด็ก 3 ราย จ านวน 18 ครั้ง 3) งานให้ค าปรึกษา ให้ค าปรึกษาเยาวชนหญิงที่กลับสู่สังคม จ านวน 1 ราย ผู้รับการสงเคราะห์ผู้ใหญ่ จ านวน 3 ราย ผู้โทรศัพท์มาปรึกษา จ านวน 2 ราย 7. การพัฒนาการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ปฏิบัติงานฝ่ ายงานสวัสดิการสังคม นักสังคมสงเคราะห์และนักจิตวิทยาเข้ารับการ “อบรมเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านเด็กปฐมวัยของสถานรับเลี้ ยงเด็กเอกชน ส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค” “อบรม สร้างเสริมความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสิทธิเด็กและพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองเด็ก พ.ศ. 2546” “อบรมในหลักสูตร คิดส์ (KIDS) จะคิด คิดสร้างสรรค์ในเด็กปฐมวัย จัดโดยสถาบันแห่งชาติเพื่อการพัฒนาเด็กและครอบครัว มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล” “ประชุมวิชาการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ประเด็นเด็กปฐมวัยครั้งที่ 4/2565 การล่วงละเมิดทางเพศต่อเด็กเล็ก: ผู้ใหญ่ต้อง ปกป้อง เด็กต้องเรียนรู้” “ประชุมวิชาการสังคมสงเคราะห์ โรงพยาบาลราชวิถี ประจ าปี 2565 เรื่อง บทบาทของนักสังคม สงเคราะห์ในการดูแลผู้ป่ วยระยะสุดท้ายและครอบครัว” “ประชุมวิชาการประเด็นเด็กปฐมวัย ครั้งที่ 7/2565 เรื่อง โภชนาการกับสุขภาวะ และการเจริญเติบโต ของเด็กปฐมวัย” “อบรมการใช้เครื่องมือประเมินความสามารถทางเชาวน์ ปัญญาเด็กอายุ 2 – 15 ปี ฉบับ พ.ศ. 2563 ณ โรงพยาบาลศรีธัญญา จังหวัดนนทบุรี”

- 22 - ๗) โครงการสนับสนุนทุนการศึกษาส าหรับเด็กและเยาวชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์ในชุมชน นอกเหนือจากการดูแลผู้รับการสงเคราะห์ภายในศูนย์ คามิลเลียนฯ ยังให้การสนับสนุน ทุนการศึกษาส าหรับเด็กและเยาวชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์ในชุมชน เพื่อเป็ นการส่งเสริมโอกาส ทางการศึกษาให้แก่เด็กและเยาวชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอชไอวี/เอดส์ซึ่งพักอาศัยกับครอบครัวหรือญาติพี่ น้องในชุมชนที่มีฐานะยากจน ทั้งยังเป็ นการเปิ ดโอกาสและช่วยเหลือพวกเขาตามนโยบายที่ส าคัญของ ยุทธศาสตร์แห่งชาติในการยุติปัญหาเอดส์ในประเทศไทยคือ การให้ผู้ที่ใช้ชีวิตร่วมกับเอชไอวีสามารถใช้ชีวิตใน สังคมเหมือนคนอื่นๆ โดยไม่มีการแบ่งแยกหรือตีตรา ผลที่เกิดข้ึน • เด็กและเยาวชนจ านวน 185 คน ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอชไอวี/เอดส์ได้รับโอกาสทางการศึกษา ด้วยการสนับสนุน ทุนการศึกษาบางส่วนจากคามิลเลียน โซเชียล เซนเตอร์ ระยอง เด็กและเยาวชนเหล่านี้พักอาศัยกับครอบครัวหรือญาติพี่น้อง ที่มีฐานะยากจน โดยแบ่งออกเป็ น ระดับชั้นปฐมวัยจ านวน 14 คน ระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาจ านวน 85 คน ระดับชั้น มัธยมศึกษาจ านวน 67 คน ระดับอุดมศึกษาจ านวน 12 คน และการศึกษาทางเลือกจ านวน 7 คน • การมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชนและภาคีเครือข่าย ในการออกเยี่ยมครอบครัวและชุมชนที่มีเด็กและเยาวชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบจาก เอชไอวี/เอดส์ที่มีความยากล าบากในการศึกษา มีการพบปะ เยี่ยมเยียนทั้งในรูปแบบปกติและออนไลน์ เพื่อให้ค าแนะน า และสนับสนุนทั้งในด้านเครื่องยังชีพและทุนการศึกษา กิจกรรมที่ได้ด าเนินการ 1. สนับสนุนทุนการศึกษาส าหรับเด็กและเยาวชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์ในชุมชน จ านวน 185 ราย โดยแบ่งออก เป็นมารับทุนการศึกษาด้วยตนเอง 52 ราย และรับทุนการศึกษาผ่านการโอนเงินหรือธนาณัติจ านวน 133 ราย 2. งานเยี่ยมบ้านเพื่อประเมินความต้องการ โดยมีนักสังคมสงเคราะห์ นักจิตวิทยา และทีมดูแลลงเยี่ยมบ้านของเด็กและ เยาวชนที่มีความประสงค์รับทุนการศึกษา เพื่อประเมินความเดือดร้อน การช่วยเหลือเบื้ องต้น และการช่วยเหลือที่เร่งด่วน จ านวน 44 ราย ๘) งานอภิบาล คามิลเลียนฯ มีเป้าประสงค์พัฒนาความเป็ นมนุษย์ทุกมิติของชีวิตในบริบทสถานสงเคราะห์ เพื่อชีวิต ที่สมบูรณ์ โดยเน้นถึงความสัมพันธ์ 3 มิติของชีวิต คือ มนุษย์กับพระเจ้า มนุษย์กับมนุษย์ และมนุษย์กับ ธรรมชาติ 1. กระตุ้นให้เด็ก ผู้ป่ วย และบุคลากร มีส่วนร่วมในงานอภิบาล เพื่อเรียนรู้ชีวิตกลุ่ม เห็นคุณค่าซึ่งกัน และกันโดยมีพระเยซูเจ้าเป็นแบบอย่าง 2. บุคลากรเห็นความส าคัญของการท าหน้าที่ในการอภิบาลผู้ป่ วย ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้วยความซื่อสัตย์ มีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ในการปฏิบัติงานในการดูแลผู้ป่ วยและเด็ก โดยยึดผู้ป่ วย และเด็ก เป็นศูนย์กลางในการท างาน 3. เด็ก ผู้ป่ วย และบุคลากร ได้เกิดความตระหนัก รู้บทบาทหน้าที่ของตน มุ่งสู่การพัฒนาทั้งทางร่างกาย อารมณ์ สติปัญญา และและจิตวิญญาณ เพื่อให้รู้จักรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองและสังคม 4. เด็ก ผู้ป่ วย และบุคลากร เห็นคุณค่าและความส าคัญของชีวิตฝ่ ายจิต โดยการมีส่วนร่วมในงาน อภิบาล ในทุกมิติ ทั้งระดับองค์กร ระดับพระศาสนจักรท้องถิ่น และระดับภาคีเครือข่าย 5. เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการฝ่ ายจิตวิญญาณของเด็ก ผู้ป่ วย และบุคลากร กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ ผู้ป่ วย เด็ก ผู้ป่ วย บุคลกรทั้งหมดของคามิลเลียน โซเชียล เซนเตอร์ ระยอง ชุมชน และภาคีเครือข่าย

- 23 - ผลที่เกิดข้ึน • เด็กมีความสนใจและพัฒนาตนเอง มีส่วนท าหน้าที่งานอภิบาล เช่น การอ่านบทภาวนาเพื่อมวลชน การอ่านบทอ่าน การ ช่วยพิธีกรรม การเล่นดนตรีในพิธีกรรม การน าสวดภาวนา การขับร้องเพลงในพิธีกรรม รวมไปถึงเป็นผู้ช่วยในการจัดเตรียม พิธีกรรมทางศาสนาในวันส าคัญต่าง ๆ เป็นผู้ช่วยท าหน้าที่กิจกรรมและงานด้านการอภิบาลด้วยการเป็นจิตอาสา หรือเป็น ตัวแทนในการรับผิดชอบหน้าที่ในวันส าคัญทางศาสนา • เด็ก ผู้ป่ วย บุคลากร มีศาสนสัมพันธ์ทั้งพิธีกรรมทางศาสนาคริสต์ พิธีกรรมทางศาสนาพุทธ โดยการเข้าร่วมพิธีกรรม อย่างเต็มใจ และเป็นการเรียนรู้ความเชื่อ การปฏิบัติตนของศาสนาของกันและกัน เช่นวันคริสต์มาส และวันท าบุญตักบาตร โอกาสวันเข้าพรรษา • เกิดความร่วมมือกับภาคีเครือข่าย ให้ด าเนินกิจกรรมรวมกลุ่มพบปะระหว่างภาคีเครือข่าย เช่น การจัดกิจกรรมคริสต์มาส เป็นเวลาแห่งความรัก ร่วมกับ ชมรมเกาะแก้ว จ.ระยอง การเข้าร่วมสมัชชาเพื่อแผนงานอภิบาลสังฆมณฑลจันทบุรี ณ ศูนย์ สังฆมณฑล จ.ชลบุรี กิจกรรมที่ได้ด าเนินการ 1. พิธีกรรมทางศาสนา 1) พิธีบูชาขอบพระคุณทางศาสนาคริสต์ - วันแม่แห่งชาติ วันที่ 12 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2565 มีการแบ่งปันสุนทรพจน์ในฐานะลูก และสุนทรพจน์ในฐานะแม่ เพื่อ ส่งเสริมความกตัญญูรู้คุณต่อผู้มีพระคุณ - โอกาสมิสซาแรกของบาทหลวงชาวเวียดนามสมาชิกคณะนักบุญคามิลโล ในวันที่ 15 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2565 - พิธีเปิ ด-ปิ ดเดือนแม่พระสายประค า ในพิธีเปิ ดเดือนแม่พระ วันที่ 2 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2565 ได้รับเกียรติจาก บาทหลวงเปโตร ณัฐพล เอี่ยมเศรษฐี รองอธิการบ้านเณรเล็กยอแซฟ กรุงเทพฯ เป็นประธานในพิธี โดยตลอดทั้งเดือน มีการน าเด็ก ผู้ป่ วย บุคลากร ร่วมสวดสายประค าตลอดทั้งเดือน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเป็นหนึ่งเดียวกัน และวิงวอนขอ พรจากแม่พระ โดยในวันปิดเดือนแม่พระแห่งสายประค า ได้มีการจัดขบวนแห่บุษบกแม่พระและเดินสวดสายประค า รอบศูนย์ และจบลงด้วยพิธีบูชาขอบพระคุณปิดเดือนแม่พระแห่งสายประค าอย่างสง่างาม - วันเอดส์โลก 1 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2565 และมีการเข้าเงียบพระสงฆ์คณะคามิลเลียนในพื้ นที่ภาคตะวันออก โดยมี บาทหลวงวีรชน นพคุณทอง เจ้าอาวาสวัดแม่พระนิจจานุเคราะห์ระยอง เป็นประธานในพิธี - จัดกิจกรรมโอกาสฉลองวันคริสต์มาส 25 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2565 โดยมีพระสังฆราช ซิลวีโอ สิริพงษ์ จรัสศรี มุขนายก สังฆมณฑลจันทบุรี เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วยบรรดาพระสงฆ์ นักบวช คริสตชนในพื้ นที่ใกล้ และสัตบุรุษจาก ภายนอกเข้าร่วมพิธีและกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ ด้วย และจัดกิจกรรมคริสต์มาสเป็ นเวลาแห่งความรักร่วมกับชมรมผู้ติด เชื้ อฯจ.ระยอง (ชมรมเกาะแก้ว) ณ หาดแม่ร าพึง จ.ระยอง 2) จัดพิธีกรรมทางศาสนาพุทธในโอกาสวันส าคัญ ได้แก่ วันอาสาฬหบูชาและวันเข้าพรรษา 2. อบรมส่งเสริมเด็ก ผู้ป่ วย บุคลากร ให้มีบทบาทหน้าที่ให้มีส่วนร่วมในพิธีกรรม เช่น น าสวดภาวนา อ่านพระคัมภีร์ ขับร้อง บทเพลง เล่นดนตรีหรือช่วยพิธีกรรม ท าความสะอาดวัดน้อย จัดดอกไม้และเตรียมพิธีกรรมส าหรับวันอาทิตย์ในทุกวันศุกร์ หรือเสาร์ โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนดอกไม้จากร้านบุญชู กิ๊ฟช็อป (มาบตาพุด) ทุกสัปดาห์ตลอดปี การมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชน ทางความเชื่อภายนอก ได้แก่ เข้าร่วมพิธีกรรมกับชุมชนวัดแม่พระนิจจานุเคราะห์ จ.ระยอง และชุมชนวัดนักบุญเปาโลกลับ ใจ จ.ระยอง จัดการแสดงละครศักด์ิสิทธ์ิเรื่องราวการบงัเกิดของพระเยซูเจ้าในคืนฉลองคริสต์มาส ณ วัดแม่พระ นิจจานุ เคราะห์ทุกๆปี ได้รับค าชื่นชมจากคุณพ่อเจ้าอาวาส ซิสเตอร์ นักบวช และสัตบุรุษที่ได้รับชมการแสดงและผู้มาร่วมพิธีกรรม กิจกรรมร้องเพลงอวยพรวันคริสต์มาสและปีใหม่แด่ พระสงฆ์ นักบวช สัตบุรุษ และผู้มีพระคุณต่อศูนย์คามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง ทุกวันอาทิตย์มีการแบ่งปันพระวาจา แบ่งปันประสบการณ์ ร้องเพลงสรรเสริญพระเจ้า บทเพลงต่าง ๆ และนันทนาการเพื่อ อภิบาล เยียวยา ทางด้านจิตวิญญาณ ให้ผู้ป่ วยได้มีการผ่อนคลาย และเห็นคุณค่าของการมีชีวิตอยู่ 3. ร่วมสวดภาวนาส าหรับผู้ป่ วยที่เสียชีวิต ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้ป่ วยไร้ญาติ ก่อนการเสียชีวิตได้สวดภาวนาท าให้ผู้ป่ วยเห็นคุณค่า ของชีวิตและคุณค่าของการอยู่ร่วมกันดุจญาติพี่น้อง เป็นการส่งเสริมความเชื่อและการเตรียมตัวการรับมือในอนาคตส าหรับการ

- 24 - เสียชีวิตที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้ นอย่างคาดไม่ถึงของทุกคน เสาร์ต้นเดือนพฤศจิกายน จัดพิธีระลึกถึงผู้ล่วงลับ โดยมีพิธีบูชาขอบพระคุณ ณ ลานโกศเก็บกระดูกผู้ป่ วยที่เสียชีวิตภายในคามิลเลียน มีเด็ก ผู้ป่ วย บุคลากรของศูนย์เข้าร่วมพิธีบูชาขอบพระคุณ 4. จัดงานวันผู้ป่ วยสากล วันที่ 11 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2565 มีพิธีกรรมทางศาสนาคริสต์ คือการร่วมพิธีบูชาขอบพระคุณ โปรดศีลเจิมผู้ป่ วย ฟังสาสน์พระสันตะปาปาฟรังซิสวันผู้ป่ วยสากล 2023 และประเพณีบายศรีสู่ขวัญผู้ป่ วย 5. จัดท าโครงการ Covid Emergency Support วันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2565 โดยหมู่คณะนักบวชและตัวแทนของเด็กและ เจ้าหน้าที่ร่วมมอบถุงยังชีพให้แก่แรงงานประมงในพื้ นที่เขตจังหวัดระยอง ณ ที่ท าการสมาคมประมง จ.ระยอง 6. กิจกรรมระลึกถึงนักบุญคามิลโล จัดมิสซาวันคล้ายวันเกิด 25 พฤษภาคม และพิธีบูชาขอบพระคุณในวันมรณกรรม 14 กรกฎาคม วันที่ 9 กันยายน ให้ความรู้ประวัติและจิตตารมณ์นักบุญคามิลโลและน าเสนองานคามิลเลียนฯที่ค่ายจิตตารมณ์ มหาพรตของเด็กนักเรียนในเครือโรงเรียนคาทอลิกสังกัดสังฆมณฑลจันทบุรี (รสจ.) ณ ศูนย์สังฆมณฑลจันทบุรี จ.ชลบุรี ๙) ฝ่ ายประชาสัมพันธ์และระดมทุน ในการประชาสัมพันธ์งานของคามิลเลียนฯ ระยองให้สังคมได้รับรู้ เข้าใจและมีส่วนสนับสนุนเด็กและ ผู้ป่ วย คามิลเลียนฯ ได้อาศัยช่องทางออนไลน์บนแพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ ให้เป็ นประโยชน์ สะดวกและมีความ น่าเชื่อถือ ท าให้การท างานประชาสัมพันธ์และระดมทุนได้รับการช่วยเหลือทรัพยากรที่จ าเป็ นต่างๆ ช่วยให้ คุณภาพชีวิตเด็กและผู้ป่ วยได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างเหมาะสมในช่วงสถานการณ์วิกฤตจากโรคระบาดโควิด-19 แต่อย่างไรก็ดีการประชาสัมพันธ์และการใช้สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ต่างๆ ยังมีข้อจ ากัดการยิงแอดโฆษณาใน แพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ เงินบริจาคที่ได้รับมีจ านวนน้อยลง เนื่องมาจากปัญหาด้านเศรษฐกิจปัจจุบันของประเทศและ ทั่วโลก ส่งผลให้เงินบริจาคที่ได้รับไม่เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ ซึ่งคามิลเลียนฯ ได้พยายามจัดหาแพลตฟอร์ม ช่องทางการประชาสัมพันธ์เพิ่มขึ้ น เพื่อให้เข้าถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้จ านวนมากขึ้ น และออกแบบกิจกรรมในการ ระดมทุนให้มากขึ้ น และหลากหลายเพื่อตอบสนองต่อความสนใจของผู้คนและสอดคล้องกับเศรษฐกิจในปัจจุบัน ผลที่เกิดข้ึน • มีประชาชนในประเทศไทย จ านวน 18,281 คน ติดตามผลงาน ของคามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดีย ดังนี้ “Facebook จ านวน 12,267 คน/ร้อยละ 67.10” “Website จ านวน 4,237 คน/ร้อยละ 23.18” “Line Official จ านวน 1,394 คน/ร้อยละ 7.63” “Tik Tok จ านวน 244 คน/ร้อยละ 1.33” “Instagram จ านวน 139 คน/ร้อยละ 0.76” • มีจา นวนพ่อแม่อุปถมัภเ์ด็กเพิ่มข้ึน 14 คน รวมมีพ่อแม่อุปถัมภ์เด็กและเยาวชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเอดส์ตั้งแต่ปี 2549- 2565 จา นวนท้งัหมด 471 คน ซึ่งพ่อแม่อุปถัมภ์ได้ส่งทุนการศึกษาและค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนตัวให้แก่เด็ก 37 คน เป็นประจ าทุก เดือนอย่างต่อเนื่อง • เกิดกิจกรรมจิตอาสาของกลุ่มคนและหน่วยงานรวมทั้งหมด 57 แห่ง จ านวน 13 ครั้ง ท าการบูรณะซ่อมแซมอาคาร สถานที่ ปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ความสะอาดของที่พักอาศัยและสถานที่ท ากิจกรรมของเด็กและผู้ป่ วย กิจกรรมที่ได้ด าเนินการ 1.งานประชาสัมพันธ์ (INFORMATION) 1) ล ง ข่ า ว กิ จ ก ร ร ม ข อ ง ค า มิ ล เ ลี ย น ฯ ร ะ ย อ ง ป ร ะ ช า สัม พัน ธ์ ใ น เ ว็ บ ไ ซ ด์ www.camillianrayong.org, www.facebook.com/cscrayong, https://lin.ee/KiEbYj9, www.tiktok.com/@camillian.rayong, www.instagram.com/camilliansocialcenterrayong, [email protected] 2) ฝากข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์กับสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ระดับท้องถิ่น สถานีวิทยุ ติดป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์ จ านวน 2 ป้าย เป็ นป้าย ประชาสัมพันธ์ขอรับบริจาคสิ่งของอุปโภค-บริโภค บริเวณประตูด้านข้างติดถนนซอยคีรีและป้ายขอรับบริจาคสิ่งของ เร่งด่วนบริเวณประตูหน้าติดกับถนนสุขุมวิท 3) จัดส่งการ์ดอวยพร วันเกิดให้กับผู้มีอุปการะที่มีวันคล้ายวันเกิดในเดือนต่างๆ จ านวน 2,417 คน จากจ านวนผู้บริจาค ทั้งหมด 11,484 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 21.04

- 26 - 3. งานด้านการขอรับบริจาค จากต่างประเทศ (DONATION ABROAD) 1) ด าเนินการประชาสัมพันธ์หาพ่อแม่อุปถัมภ์2 โครงการ ดังนี้ “โครงการพ่อแม่อุปถัมภ์ (Sponsorships)” ซึ่งท างาน ร่วมมือกับองค์กรการกุศลประเทศฝรั่งเศสและประเทศอังกฤษ และมี“โครงการเติมฝันปันสุข”ที่คามิลเลียนฯพัฒนาขึ้ น เพื่อเข้าถึงพ่อแม่อุปถัมภ์ทั่วโลกโดยตรง ทั้งนี้ เพื่อเติมเต็มด้านการศึกษาและคุณภาพชีวิตของเด็กและเยาวชนก าพร้าฯให้ มีความต่อเนื่อง 2) พัฒนาโครงการระยะส้นั ส าหรับความจ าเป็ นเร่งด่วน จ านวน 16 โครงการ ได้แก่ “โครงการอ่างล้างจานบ้านเด็ก” “โครงการบ่อเกรอะสวนเอเดน” “โครงการเครื่องปรับอากาศห้องยาพีซียู” “โครงการตู้เย็นห้องครัวศูนย์ เครื่องที่ 1” “ โครงการเครื่องกดน ้าบ้านเด็ก” “โครงการผ้าปูที่นอนผู้ป่ วยที่พีซียูศูนย์ใหญ่และสวนเอเดน” “โครงการติดตั้งพัดลมใหม่ ทั้งศูนย์” “โครงการโน็ตบุ๊คคอมพิวเตอร์” “โครงการชุดนักเรียน” “โครงการตู้ยาห้องยาพีซียู” “โครงการอุปกรณ์เพื่อ พัฒนาศักยภาพเด็ก” “โครงการปลูกต้นไม้พีซียู” “โครงการซ่อมแซมบ้านเยาวชน” “โครงการตู้เย็นห้องครัวศูนย์ เครื่องที่ 2” “โครงการค่ารักษาพยาบาลเยาวชนหญิงป่ วยวิกฤต (ICU)” “โครงการสนับสนุนวันคริสต์มาส” 4. กิจกรรมเพื่อการระดมทุน (FUNDRASING ACTIVITIES) คามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง ได้จัดกิจกรรมวิ่งการกุศล “Run for kids วิ่งด้วยใจ ใหด้ว้ยรกัคร้งัที่7 ในวันที่ 27 พฤศจิกายน 2565 ณ คามิลเลียนฯ ระยอง เพื่อระดมทุนน ารายได้มาสมทบค่าใช้จ่ายในการด าเนินกิจการของศูนย์ฯ และส่งเสริม ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคามิลเลียนฯและภาคีเครือข่าย มีนักวิ่งเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 1,279 ท่าน และมี 98 หน่วยงาน/บุคคล ให้ การสนับสนุนการจัดงาน จ านวนเงินที่ได้รับ 1,602,422.99 บาท ๑๐) ฝ่ ายทรัพยากรบุคคล เป้าหมายประสงค์รับผิดชอบและพัฒนางานเพื่อให้บุคลากรมีความรู้ ความสามารถในการท างานมาก ขึ้ น ส่งเสริมและสร้างความสัมพันธภาพระหว่างองค์กร ผู้บริหารและบุคลากร สถานการณ์คนท างาน อัตราการเข้า-ออกบุคลากร พนักงานเข้าท างานใหม่ จ านวน 9 คน พนักงานลาออก จ านวน 10 คน สรุปจ านวนเจ้าหน้าที่ทั้งหมด 42 คน อาสาสมัคร 13 คน รวมผูป้ฏิบตัิงานท้งัหมด 58 คน ปัญหาอุปสรรคด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลของคามิลเลียนฯ ที่ส าคัญคือ จ านวนบุคลากรไม่เพียงพอต่อการ ปฏิบัติงานท าให้แบกรับภาระงานในหน้าที่เพิ่ม บุคลากรขาดทักษะเฉพาะหน้าที่ ขาดการวางแผนงานร่วมกัน ระหว่างฝ่ ายท าให้เกิดความซ ้าซ้อนและไม่ชัดเจน คามิลเลียนฯ ได้คิดหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหา โดยจัดหา นักศึกษาฝึกงานและเด็กเยาวชนที่มีความสามารถเข้ามาช่วยงานในช่วงระยะเวลาหนึ่งระหว่างการด าเนินการ จัดหาบุคลากรใหม่ รวมทั้งขอความช่วยเหลือบุคคลากรต่างฝ่ ายมาช่วยเหลืองานเป็ นบางครั้งคราว ให้การ ส่งเสริมและจัดการอบรมความรู้และทักษะเพิ่มเติมให้บุคลากร จัดประชุมเพื่อวางแผนงานให้ชัดเจนมากยิ่งขึ้ น กิจกรรมที่ได้ด าเนินการ 1. จัดประชุมหัวหน้าแผนกเพื่อพิจารณากฎระเบียบพนักงานฉบับใหม่ 2. จัดอบรมการดับเพลิงและหนีไฟเบื้ องต้นประจ าปี 2565 ให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่และอาสาสมัคร เด็กและผู้ป่ วย 3. จัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ ในวันส าคัญตามประเพณี 4. จัดประชุมเจ้าหน้าที่ประจ าเดือน 12 เดือนในรอบปีปฏิทิน 5. ตรวจคัดกรองโควิด-19 ด้วยชุด ATK ส าหรับเจ้าหน้าที่และอาสาสมัครรวมถึงเด็กและผู้ป่ วย 6. จัดอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่และอาสาสมัคร ร่วมกับฝ่ ายดูแลผู้ป่ วยแบบประคับประคอง เรื่อง ยาต้านสูตรใหม่ โดยเชิญวิทยากร รศ.พญ.จุรีรัตน์ บวรวัฒนุวงศ์ นายกสมาคมโรคเอดส์แห่งประเทศไทย 7. จัดกิจกรรมรณรงค์วันเอดส์โลกประจ าปี 2565 โดยร่วมกับฝ่ ายงานดูแลผู้ป่ วยแบบประคับประคอง (PCU)

- 33 - 1) MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR OF CAMILLIAN SOCIAL CENTER RAYONG Camillian Social Center (CSC) Rayong is in its 27th year since it has officially been started operations on January 29th, 1996. CSC Rayong's vision still holds on to being "Model Religious Organisation proactively work holistically to end AIDS", along with joining campaign with its network partners to support people living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV) to gain "equality" responding to the slogan for World AIDS Day 2022 of UNAIDS to promote understanding, end all forms of stigma and discrimination against PLHIV. This mission has been translated into seven key programmes namely: private children's homes, which comprises of: 1) A project on care for orphans living with HIV and children affected by AIDS; 2) A project on Independent Living Home of youth living or affected by HIV/AIDS (IDP); 3) Palliative Care Unit (PCU); 4) Health and occupational rehabilitation project for PLHIV (the Garden of Eden); 5) HIV/AIDS Prevention among the people by working in close collaboration with relevant state agencies and network partners; 6) Welfare and social work through visiting patients in local communities, follow-up, case referral, mental health care and life skills promotion and scholarship programmes for children and youth affected by AIDS in local communities; 7) Scholarship for children living with HIV/AIDS; and 8) holistic pastoral care and counseling. This report on the results of its operations in the year 2022 is, therefore, not just the work of any one person. Rather, it is learning from lessons drawn and experiences in reactive, proactive and deeply engagement with its target populations who are living with HIV and those affected by AIDS, both those living in the centers and in the communities, through collaboration with state agencies, private sector, network partners and people of good will who gave their kind support and assistance. It is an accomplishment to be proud of, while also dealing with obstacles and problems that challenge its operation in the future. It is hoped that its operation will benefit everyone who are interested in driving Thai society under the concept of "Equalise: to make it equal". - 34 - 2) ABOUT CAMILLIAN SOCIAL CENTER RAYONG A) THE STARTING POINT Thailand found the first AIDS patient in 1984. Ten years later, the situation of HIV epidemic soared higher with a large number of AIDS related deaths. There are many orphans and patients with no relatives to take care of. ”In 1992 Saint Camillus Foundation of Thailand” (a legal entity registered on January 9, 1973 with the Ministry of Education. It is a non-profit public organisation operating in care of patients by Camillian priests) has come in to provide temporary shelter and counselling services to people living with HIV and AIDS patients which was located at Soi Rewadee, Nonthaburi Province under the name "Soon Banthao Jai" (Consolation Center). Some time later, due to lack of understanding and accurate information on AIDS, there were protests by the community to drive out the center from the area. Saint Camillus Foundation of Thailand, therefore, has moved the "Soon Banthao Jai" to Rayong Province, and changed to the new name to "Camillian Social Center Rayong" (CSC Rayong), which has officially been opened on January 29, 1996, to provide care and assistance to AIDS patients, promote understanding on AIDS and prevention among people in local communities. Later in 2008, CSC Rayong has got a license from the Governor of Rayong Province to operate a private children home to take care of children affected by AIDS from birth to 15 years old. Working Principles CSC Rayong sees that AIDS is related to many aspects of human life, not just about illness. Therefore, AIDS operations need to take into account all related aspects, particularly issues related to the development of human quality of life. Key Roles CSC Rayong provides assistance and care for people living with HIV and AIDS, both children and adults, who experience social, health and economic difficulties resulted from HIV infection. It also provides assistance, protection and welfare for orphans living with HIV and affected by AIDS, protecting the rights of patients, and promotes protection by disseminating accurate information to the public, as well as linking its work with all relevant sectors to empower response and management of AIDS situation in Rayong. Financial Resoures Financial resources of CSC Rayong for its operations in renewing physical and mental health and fostering social integration of PLHIV and AIDS patients, both children and adults, as well as proactive work in the preventioin in local communities, mainly come from donations from individuals and organisations or private sectors in the country and from abroad. It also gets part of its budget from local and central government agencies through project budget proposals. B) SPIRITUALITY, VISION, OBJECTIVES Spirit “Love and Serve the Sick like a Mother Caring for Her Only Son Who is Seriously Ill” following the example of St. Camillo de Lellis, the founder of the Camillian Order. And in 2022, CSC Rayong has recruited additional qualified personnel, namely Ms. Patchanee Kriangthong, a social worker who is joining the social welfare department, making a total of 3 certified personnel who are still on duty. This is to strengthen and enable CSC Rayong to participate in in the work on proactive prevention of HIV and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) in local communities in collaboration with public health agencies with greater quality and reach enough target populations to achieve the target of ending AIDS by the target duration. 5) OVERVIEW OF KEY ACHIEVEMENTS Assistance and welfare provision for people living with HIV and those affected by AIDS from 1996-2022, have benefited the total number of 2,268 cases.

C) OVERVIEW OF 1 YEAR ACHIEVEMENTS - Orphaned children and youth living with HIV and affected by AIDS and had health and social problems have got access to basic services. CSC Rayong in close collaboration with health, education and social agencies, provided access to basic medical services to all children and youth living with HIV and have got ARV therapy with ongoing adherence. As a result, they could suppress their viral load down to lower than 20 copies/ml. In addition, 42 of these children and youth got education as per their ages and potential from primary to higher education, from which they have got better grades. In March 2022, 4 youths have graduated. All children andyouth wereencouraged to develop self-esteem through social, psychological and pastoral processes. - AIDS patients are healthy and are able to be reintegrated to live in society. AIDS patients who were without caregivers, had health problems and could not have access to various rights, have got care, support and development of quality of life, avoiding death because of AIDS, reduced self-stigma through a holistic care process. Physically, they have been referred to service units for medical care according to the standards of Public Health Ministry of Thailand. As a result, 50 patients could suppress their viral load down below 20 copies/ml and vaccine shots against COVID-19 and influenza. These patients are healthy and cured from the status of immunodefficiency. Psychologically and socially they have gained knowledge and got advice on planning for a living, which helped them to understand the therapy and could live together with other people who are living with HIV. Nine people living with HIV could take care of their life and reintegrate well with society. There are also 36 people living with HIV and disabilities have got cards for people living with disabilities, enabling them to have access to basic rights. Regarding faith or belief, CSC Rayong supported these people to regularly take part in religious activities so that they could have direction to apply for reducing self-stigma and could happily live with HIV. - Ongoing health rehabilitation and vocational skills training was provided for people living with HIV (The Garden of Eden) 38 healthy people living with HIV who are unable to lead their own lives due to lack of employment, are homeless, dependent due to their disabilities and are elderly persons got assistance and support. CSC Rayong and its strong network of partners from private sector and local communities have provided occupational opportunities by providing knowledge and space for practice with a process for further development. As a result, at least 13 PLHIV/AIDS have jobs and earn their own income regularly. In addition, they have also gained understanding and acceptance from society in living together with other people. This has helped them regain the value of human dignity and confidence to continue reintegrating with society. - Continued proactive operations were undertaken for HIV/AIDS prevention among the population HIV has been spreading for a long time. Until today, there are still new cases of infection. CSC Rayong cooperates with more than 54 agencies in Rayong and outside, to raise awareness on the risk of HIV infection for 1,915 people, especially children, young people and women who have little power to protect themselves, and equip them with capacity and skill in protecting themselves, learning and having access to protective supplies easier by adding 37 outlets in local communities. It has also provided proactive services in community screening for HIV and syphilis with results known in one day. This was done together with its network partners for more than 23 times with 375 people volunteering to get the service. These processes are sending people into the prevention system to help reduce the spread of HIV. At the same time, it also promotes participation of various sectors in working to end AIDS in Thailand by the year 2030.

- 39 - 7) PROJECT PERFORMANCE (PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION TO ACHIEVE THE OBJECTIVES) I) THE PROJECT ON CARING FOR ORPHANS INFECTED WITH HIV AND CHILDREN AFFECTED BY AIDS. Regarding orphans living with HIV and children affected by AIDS, CSC Rayong has taken care of 26 children and youth at the ages of 3- 17 years, who are 13 girls and 13 boys. Fifteen of them were born with HIV. All of them are orphans without father or mother, or both. In 2022, CSC Rayong has admitted 7 new children who are 2 Burmese and 4 Thai and were referred from 2 foundations which take care of children in the South of Thailand. One foundation had closed down, as it was impacted by COVID-19 pandemic. Another girl was from the Northeast of Thailand. Some children came with health problems. Some children did not have legal status and rights to medical care. There are also differences in environment, culture, language, food and people. In this situation, CSC Rayong has to work carefully in order to be able to take care of all the children so that they can continue to live and grow up with quality. Regarding the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, the children and their caregivers were exposed and infected 2 times. In this situation, CSC Rayong has followed measures of Rayong Provincial Public Health Office with quarantine/isolation and treatment. All of them were safe and could return to their normal life. CSC Rayong has a goal to take care of orphans affected by AIDS so that they would have good quality of life. It has undertaken the following three key programmes: 1) supporting children to have access to the treatment process; 2) promoting children to get education; and 3) developing life skills in various aspects. RESULTS • 26 orphans who faced social problems have a better quality of life. They have got healthcare, education, love and care like a family. CSC Rayong cultivated good morals and conscience in them. • 15 children born with HIV were healthier and are able to take antiviral medicines on time to control viral load below 20 copies/ml with higher immune (CD4 counts). • 22 children, including Myanmar children, are enrolled in public schools from elementary to junior high school levels. They have improved reading and writing skills in Thai and could do better in addition and subtraction and have obtained better grades indicated in their study reports from their schools. ACTIVITIES THAT HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT 1. Healthcare activities: On every Saturday, the careworkers trained children living with HIV to know and arrange ARVmedicines by themselves. 2. Educational activities: It provided special tution on basic subjects, including Thai language, Mathematics, which were provided by a Thai volunteer on a one-by-one basis twice a week. The tuition and instruction method were designed to suit each child. As for English language, it was given by a foreign volunteer by organising two groups of younger and elder children on Monday to Friday in the evening after school. 3. Music and recreational activities: CSC Rayong organised activities to enhance skills in music and singing every evening after school, which was given by foreign volunteers and interns who helped teach and encourage the children to show their talents on special occasions, such as Christmas and New Year festivals, etc. 4. Life skills development activities: CSC Rayong organised one life skills development camp with the Social Welfare Department by sending them to take part in a leaders training of youth network with outside partner. It has also sent children to training on waste separation conducted by its Human Resources Department. 5. Moral promotion activities: CSC Rayong has sent 5 elder children to participate in an exposure camp with Sisters of the Lovers of the Cross of Chanthaburi. This is an activity that encourages children to know themselves, have experience and develop skills for living with others in society. 6. Caregiver capacity building activities: CSC Rayong sent its caretaker staff to get training on different topics, such as new antiretroviral therapy (ART) regimen, the Act on Child Protection, garbage separation, fire extinguishing and mental health, stress and EQ assessment, including burn-out from work, which was given by the psychologist of CSC Rayong.

- 40 - II) YOUTH INDEPENDENT LIVING PROMOTION PROJECT Concerning situation of orphaned youth affected by AIDS under the care of CSC Rayong from childhood to teenagers, it takes care of 20 youth who are 8 young girls and 12 young boys, among whom 11 are young people who have been living with HIV since birth. In taking care of these young people with sexual development changes affecting their lives, and expression with diverse idtntities, CSC Rayong has found that some of them have not realised their capacity and skills. This is the challenge for CSC Rayong to support them to grow up with proper understanding and develop immune for their own life. The objective of this activity is to promote livelihood and prepare youth who are affected by AIDS so that they can live in society on their own. To achieve this objective, CSC Rayong is using the following guidelines: 1) provide youth with knowledge and understanding on how to take care of their own health; 2) educate youth to realise their own value and potential in order to reduce self-stigma; and 3) provide youth with various skills that can be used when going out to live in society. RESULTS • All 20 orphaned youth affected by AIDS who lacked opportunity to have a chance to live with quality life, have got assistance. • 11 people living with HIV have good health and received proper and continuous care, which help them to have viral load below 20 Copies/ml. As a result, no young people died of AIDS. • 20 youth got education. 4 of them have graduated with vocational certificate, vocational diploma or grade 6 of secondary education in March 2022, 16 youths are studying in secondary education, 7 of them are studying in vocational education, 1 in undergraduate education and 3 in Non-formal education. • 1 youth has reintegrated with society/family. A young man has proudly returned to his hometown and renewed relationships with his family by helping in the work of his family and applied the knowledge and skills that he has learned in his daily life to change mentality and attitudes of his family members on health and a living in the future. ACTIVITIES THAT HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED 1. Physical activity: monthly health screening and screening for COVID-19 with the ATK test kit; following up on doctor appointments to monitor treatment results and health conditions of all young people living with HIV. CSC Rayong has coordinated with hospital on vaccination against COVID-19 and influenza. It organised evening time daily for the young people to do physical exercise and play sports. 2. Mental activity: Assessment of mental and emotional health by Camillian psychologist every 6 months. 3. Relationship activities: Organisedgroup and recreational activities for the youth, such as on Family Day and birthdays, to provide space for the young people to talk with one another and with the caregivers to foster mutual understanding in the atmosphere both inside IDP home and outside. 4. Capacity building activities: 1) Learning experience (participated in outside activities), including the Red Cross Camp, and the Lovers of the Cross Camp. These are the camps to gain experience in the life of religious and alternative camps for young boys and girls interested to get priestly and women religious formation in the future. They are also camps to get internship with the public relations and fundraising department of CSC Rayong. 2) Leadership activities (Little Bird) (participated in outside activities): Leadership camp for youth living with HIV to develop youth leaders in each region, helped and followed up youth living with HIV who have not yet entered healthcare system and ARV therapy so that they would join the healthcare system and have sustainable quality of life. 5. Life skills activities: 1) Occupational promotion activities (coffee shop, gardening, bakery), by working with youth to open a mobile coffee and bakery shop and take agricultural products for sale at various events and festivals. It also encouraged the young people to work with outside agencies based on their interests while deciding on further education, which helped them to discover their identity and a way to choose their further education according to their own needs.

- 41 - 2) Non-chemical, cost-saving vegetable gardening activities: Encouraged the young people to grow seasonal vegetables that they can use the produce for their daily food and reduce household expenses. 3) Billionaire activity: This is an activity that supports the young people to use replica banknotes in their daily lives by using it to buy personal items and daily meals, which is the source of money from their work (as a cook, various occupational groups or being employed outside of their regular responsibilities (e.g. washing dishes, cleaning equipment in a baking room, bathing dogs). 4) ‘My and my friends' menu activity: This activity supports the youth to pair among them to be responsible for preparing menu for meal each day, which they would change their mate every month. The young people would plan menus, go buy raw materials for cooking with the caretakers and cleaning kitchen utensils by themselves. 6. Community/Social Activities: 1) CSC Rayong accompanied the youth to participate in various activities it organised, such as Running with Love, Mother's Day, Father's Day, religious festivals and development of space with cleaning at the Garden of Eden. 2) Encouraged the young people to return to visit their hometowns during school break for a short period of time to build relationships with their family members and their hometowns. III) PALLIATIVE CARE FOR AIDS PATIENTS Regarding the situation that had impacts on AIDS patients in 2022 under the care of CSC Rayong, there was an outbreak of COVID-19 with two waves of infection inside CSC Rayong. There was isolation in the shelter with quarantine that no outsiders were allowed to visit and ban on taking the patients for outside activities. Caregivers had to work hard because they had to divide among themselves for different groups of the patients with separate care and had to encourage each other. Regarding vaccination against COVID-19, CSC Rayong had got support from the vaccine unit of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Hospital, which came in to administer the 1st to the 3rd dose to all patients, as well as providing them vaccines against influenza. The treatment and control of HIV and other diseases could be done for which CSC Rayong has assigned its staff to contact hospitals to follow-up on adherence of its patients with ongoing and proper dosage. There was screening for illnesses and sending them to get treatment for other coinfections, such as cancer, psychiatric conditions, etc. CSC Rayong has the goal to take care of AIDS patients for their good health so that they would be able to reintegrate with society. To achieve this goal, it has set guidelines as follows: 1) provide knowledge on how to take ARV drugs to prevent opportunistic diseases; 2) encourage them to be able to live with their family and society; and 3) provide occupational skills that can be used to generate income by using processes of the work in 3 steps, namely following up on ARV adherence, physical and mental rehabilitation and skill development. RESULTS • 29 poor people living with HIV and AIDS have been taken care of and got the help to have a better quality of life. • 25 AIDS patients who are 11 women and 14 men, have got ARV therapy, enabling them to control viral load below 20 copies/ml and were safe from immunodeficiency with improved health. • Patients with psychiatric conditions could control their illness and are able to live a normal life. • 9 PLHIVs were safe from immunodeficiency and are able to reintegrate to live in society on their own. ACTIVITIES THAT HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT 1. Health education activities: CSC Rayong organised one training session on new ARV regimens by inviting Dr. Jureerat Bovornwattanuwong, a specialist and the president of AIDS Association of Thailand, to be a resource person on treatment of PLHIV/AIDS. She has shared knowledge and answered questions, as well as providing medical check-up and advice for the patients and caregivers on an individual basis. 2. Activities on physical and mental health rehabilitation: 1) Programs and supervision on physical activity (electric bike, walking, physical massage, hot herbal compress): for patients with mobility problems every day at 7:30 a.m. facilitated by volunteers who have got physical therapy training to supervise and help the training.

- 42 - 2) Spiritaul Therapy: the caretakers in collaboration with CSC Rayong’s psychologist, organised activities such as painting, answering questions and group discussion to assess emotional and mental conditions. There was sharing of information to the team of involved caretakers, such as coordination with hospital to forward information to the treating physician. 3) Recreational activities: every first Saturday of the month, there is a family day activity with cooking, eating, joining activities together and wishing happy birthday for those born in that month. It also organised activities on traditional days, such as Buddhist holy days/important religious festivals, Songkran Day, New Year's Day, and taking members to visit the Garden of Eden for relaxation. 3. Occupational skills enhancement activities: set up and support groups for cooking, lotus flower handicraft, beads threading, ornamental plant propagation, vegetable growing, and fish raising by providing equipment/inputs and coordinating with the public relations department to identify markets to raise funds. 4. Palliative Care activity: "Bidding friend for the last time". CSC Rayong encouraged 6 patients to prepare a book of consolation to plan for their final healthcare and treatment. In taking care of terminal patients, caretakers stayed at bedside to help them feel at peace and do what they want for the last time. After a patient died, there was a gathering of CSC Rayong’s members to pray for the soul of their deceased friend according to the belief of Roman Catholic Christianity. The staff and the members helped organise funeral ceremony and take the body for religious rites that the deceased believed, with dignity and value. 5. Capacity building of caretakers: CSC Rayong sent its caretakers and volunteers for 3 trainings, such as knowledge on HIV/AIDS, new ARV regimens and the Child Rights Protection Act. IV) HEALTH AND OCCUPATIONAL REHABILITATION PROJECT FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV(THE GARDEN OF EDEN) From April to December 2022, there was an outbreak of Covid-19, under which 14 members from the total of 38 members who are 18 women and 20 men, of the Garden of Eden were infected. Among them, 22 are living with disabilities, and 6 elderly. CSC Rayong has organised steps of healthcare by quarantining members with high risk, spraying disinfectant, keeping distancing and providing ATK rapid test every 3 days. After that, there was random blood check once a month or checking up members with risk from going out of the Garden of Eden for their work. The Garden of Eden project provides care for PLHIV after being taken care of by the palliative care unit (PCU) for AIDS patients and have gained improved health. Although they have gained better health, they are still unable to reintegrate with society due to various limitations, such as living with disabilities, being the elderly, has no place to live or no job. So, the Garden of Eden Project works to support these PLHIVs to live on their own with the goal of helping them to be healthy and able to reintegrate with and live in society. RESULTS • Thirty-eight PLHIVs got opportunity to recover their health and jobs. Twenty-five of them got good results from ARV treatment with lower viral load below 20 Copies/ml. PLHIVs with tuberculosis have got complete treatment and everyone are healthy, be able to take care of themselves and work, and all 38 of them have got 3 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. • They have got job opportunity that they are able to continuously generate income for themselves and be selfreliant. Three PLHIVs living with disabilities got jobs in companies located in the WHA Industrial Estate 4 with employment contract for a period of 1 year and gain the right to social security under article 33. • PLHIVs were resource persons sharing knowledge to the Association of the blind of Rayong Province in the project to promote broomstick making as new occupation for the blind, 2 times, each for 12 people. • Local communities accepted and helped buy both agricultural products and handicrafts. • 13 people gained income and are able to save money and applied for membership in the 1 TH Baht per day Fund, which is a community welfare fund of Nong Bua Sub-District, Baan Khai District, Rayong Province. This fund helps patients by paying subsidy for hospital admission when getting sick. • Two PLHIVs are reintegrated with society and are able to live on their own with family support.

- 43 - ACTIVITIES THAT HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT 1. Physical health activities: CSC Rayong’s staff and volunteers coordinated with hospitals to send its 38 PLHIV members for ARV therapy, TB and psychiatric medication and advice on proper adherence. They also arranged for all of them to get 3 doses of Covid-19 and Influenza vaccines. Three members infected with TB are cured and 2 others are in the process of treatment and medication for 1.5 years more. 2. Support on development of occupational skills: This includes agricultural and handicrafts skills following the sufficiency economy philosophy for PLHIVs. 1) Agriculture and animal husbandry: CSC Rayong allocated space and provided production inputs for the members to grow backyard garden vegetables, such as lime, chilli, pepper, bamboo shoot, Turkey berry, brinjal, morning glory, hot basil, basil, coriander; fruits: mango, lemon, coconut, jackfruit, santol, papaya, custard apple, etc.; animal husbandry and fish culture: such as pangasius catfish, Nile tilapia, giant catfish, frogs, shellfish, rabbits, cows, ducks, geese, domestic chickens, chicken layers, black hens, and various breeds of chicken such as guinea fowls, light Sussex chicken. 2) Handicrafts: Acquired and supplied materials for production of grass brooms and multi-purpose carpets which are demanded by general public, public and private agencies. As a result, 4 members earned 2,500–3,500 baht/month from broom making and 4 more members earned income of 700–1,000 Baht/2 months from making multi-purpose carpets. These handicraft activities generated continuous income for the members. 3) Marketing: CSC Rayong has developed marketing channels for agricultural produce and handicraft products by: 1. within the Garden of Eden for its visitors; 2. set up booths for sale at various community events in Rayong and nearby areas, such as the 100-year Phai Lom Market in Baan Khai District for 3 days every month; and 3. off-line public relations with various enterprises and online at www.facebook.com/eden.rayong (The Garden of Eden - Health Rehabilitation Center for Patients and Persons with Disabilities The Garden of Eden ) 4) Works with people living with disabilities: CSC Rayong coordinated with the Association of the Blind in Rayong Province and enterprises which need to employ people with disabilities to work. This makes it possible for CSC Rayong to send 3 members who are visually and hearing impaired and physically handicapped to work with companies in the WHA 4 Industrial Estate and another company that will accept visually impaired persons with certificate in Thai Massage. 3. Capacity and skill enhancement activities: 1) CSC Rayong sent 2 members to join a small engine repair training course for 30 hours, which was organised by Nong Bua Sub-District Administration Organisation and Nong Grub Community of Baan Khai District, Rayong Province. 2) 4 members participated in knowledge sharing to community activity under a course on marketing and digital commerce (Digital Marketing & E-Commerce) to be used in publicising the work of the Garden of Eden and selling agricultural products and handicrafts. 3) The members and staff attended training on Child Protection Act organised by the Social Welfare Department of CSC Rayong. 4. Public relations and fundraising activities: The target groups are enterprises in industrial estates in Rayong and Chonburi provinces, with 13 enterprises donating more than 1 million Thai Baht as follows: Act Now Children's Consulting Co., Ltd., Thai Paper Mill Co., Ltd., Raycol Asphalt Co., Ltd., Thai Tank Terminal Co., Ltd., Bridgestone Metalpha Co., Ltd., Magna Automotive Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd., HMC Polymers Co., Ltd., SCG Dow Group Company, Sumiriko Eastern Rubber (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Aeroflex Co., Ltd., Thai Kyowa Technology, Alliance Laundry Systems (Thailand), KG Bike Shop Limited Partnership, and the Royal Irrigation Department regularly helped drain flood in the Garden of Eden. CSC Rayong has organised activities/public relations projects and fundraising to bring the proceeds to support occupational promotion of its members as follows: 1) Promoteactivities throughthe following online media: www.facebook.com/eden.rayong, Google Ads., SMS, presenting agricultural and handicrafts activities, requesting monthly donation and monthly meals projects. There were 57,630 people who have accessed the pages, 1,882 viewed the pages, and 997 liked the pages. Most of those who visited the pages are at 25-44 years old, 72.9% are women, and 27.1% are men.

- 44 - 2) Organised the following 10 special projects: occupational promotion for people living with disabilities to raise chicken layers and grass broom making, plant nursery, chicken and duck pen, cow barn, lightning conductor rod installation, seconnd hand computer, kitchen roof repair, bathroom repair, washing and dryer machines, solar cell water pump, and building pavilion for rest. CSC Rayong has also asked for donations of equipment, seeds and animal stock for use in agriculture, such as 2 lawnmowers, 1,000 fish fries and 12 Light Sussex hens. 3) CSC Rayong placed donation boxes at 49 different locations, including enterprises, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmaceutical stores, hotels, which are 26 old locations and 23 new locations. V) HIV/AIDS PREVENTION PROGRAM Problems and Challenges: Rayong Province continues to find new HIV infections. People who are infected have not yet got medical treatment. This situation leads to health problem of sickness caused by AIDS, which was reflected by most patients who came with AIDS symptoms and were seeking welfare from CSC Rayong. At the same time, it was found that the number of people infected with HIV through sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), especially gonorrhea and syphilis, tend to increase amongst the age group of 10-25 from 2018-2022. Such situation leads to concern on students, youth, factory workers and migrants. In 2022, 775 patients were found (602 were found in 2021). (Data from the Public Health Office, Rayong Province/1 November 2022). The work on prevention of CSC Rayong has focused on promoting and empowering people's health, especially in children, youth and women by providing the following services. 1. Knowledge on HIV/AIDS, STDs and sex education to reduce the risk of infection. 2. Provide proactive services in local communities to screen those at risk for regular access to testing, treatment, and receipt of protective supplies. 3. Encourage participation of agencies and individuals in disseminating information and campaign to reduce new infections. In 2022, CSC Rayong got a certificate after passing assessment on HIV and STD service standards in local communities from the Department of Disease Control on March 31, 2022, which is an important instrument that CSC Rayong uses in co-organising proactive services in local communities with public health agencies. It has developed 4 short-term small-projects to ensure efficient operation for the best benefits of the people as follows: “Knowing and being cautious, and joining HIV/AIDS and STDs prevention and treatment in the new normal era”; "HIV/AIDS Prevention Service Project"; "AIDS Campaign"; and " Sexual Health Promotion among Youth". These activities were organised with support from Disease Control Region 6 Office, National Health Security Office (NHSO), Rayong Provincial Administration Organisation and Rayong Provincial Office of Social Development and Human Security (SDHS). RESULTS Children, youth and women who lacked information and had risk to HIVand STDs infection were target of the prevention programme. • 1,915 people have gained accurate knowledge and up-to-date information on prevention and treatment. • 375 people got voluntary HIV and syphilis standard testing with results in one day from public health providers. As a result, those at risk have quick access to care. • 70 People became leaders joining in driving prevention and surveillance of risk behaviors. • 54 entities in Rayong organised HIV/AIDS/STDs prevention activities: 16 educational institutions, 9 local communities/government organisations, 25 entertainment venues, and 4 enterprises and government agencies. • 19 network partners, including governments, private sectors and popular groups cooperated with CSC Rayong in providing proactive services on sex issues, HIV, and sexual transmiting infections (STIs) in local communities. • A memorandum of agreement was signed between 3 parties in preventing and responding to the situation on sex issues, HIV and STIs in educational institutions between the Center for Non-Formal and Informal Education in Klaeng District, Klaeng Hospital and CSC Rayong.

- 45 - • There are more information service points and protective supplies in local communities, in total 27 locations in Klaeng District, Baan Khai, Pluak Daeng, Baan Chang and Muang Districts, which are operated by leaders of educational institutions, communities, entertainment venues and enterprieses who helped distribute free condoms to the public with the total of 56,000 pieces and 5,430 pieces of lubricant gel. The target group was satisfied and returned to ask for the service again. • Strong HIV/AIDS Prevention Network in Rayong Province collaborated to organise a prevention campaign in the communities in Rayong province. ACTIVITIES THAT HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT 1. Held 8 meetings to develop policy and action plan on HIV/AIDS with the management and officials responsible for the centers for non-formal and informal education in Klaeng, Pluak Daeng, Baan Chang, Baan Khai and Muang Districts, Rayong Business Administration Technological College at Map Ta Phut, Technical College at Rayong Industrial Estate, Rayong Emerald Golf Course, Rayong Juvenile Observationand Protection Center for Children and Youth, Rayong Provincial Training Center for Children and Youth, and Paradise entertainment venue. 2. Provided 53 training sessions on HIV/AIDS,STDs and sex education for students, youth and women in entertainment venues and golf course in Rayong and nearby provinces by using a participatory learning process on epidemic situation, risk opportunities, rights to testing, treatment, prevention options, and training on use of protective supplies. 3. Provided proactive HIV and STD services in local communities, in total 23 times. 1) Provided counseling service before and after screening and testing for HIV and syphilis to target groups at risk and voluntarily asking for the service. This was done in collaboration with medical teams of Rayong, HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, Baan Khai, Baan Chang, Klaeng and Pluak Daeng Hospitals. 2) Followed up to support those tested with positive blood results, and encouraged them to get medical treatment with adherence to the regimen. 3) Provided protective supplies and supported appropriate coordination/referral for medical services. 4) Disseminated knowledge and prevention campaigns on HIV/AIDS and STDs via ‘cscaidsprevention’ Facebook page. There are 590 followers in total. It provided information on AIDS, STDs and current sexual issues, such as benefits to treatment, protection, service stations, as well as epidemic situation, risk factors, and service on sending condoms via parcel to people in other provinces requesting the support, as well as providing counselling services on phone and via Facebook messages. 4. CSC Rayong followed up and supported 41 campaigns on HIV, STDs, Covid-19 and AIDS prevention organised by prevention leaders and networks by visiting groups, teachers, youth and community leaders, local administration organisations and entertainment venues. It also supported action plan of the leaders by providing protective supplies and information through service points in local communities, resource persons for training and acted as intermediary in coordinating collaboraation from partners in providing services, such as COVID-19 screening (ATK) for service workers and referring patients for treatment. 5. CSC Rayong organised prevention campaigns in local communities 3 times. 1) Prevention campaign on Valentine's Day against HIV and STDs 1 time on February 12-14, 2022, in the 100-year market community of Wat Phai Lom, Baan Khai District, Rayong Province. In this campaign, there were leaders of Baan Khai Non-Formal Education and Baan Khai Sub-District community participated in organising information booths and distributing protective supplies to tourists who visited the 100-year market fair. 2) It organised 2 prevention campaigns on 2022 World AIDS Day on December 1, 2022 in the community of Pak Naam Prasae Sub-District, Klaeng District, and on December 4, 2022 at Baan Khai Sub-District Community, Baan Khai District, Rayong Province under the main theme "HIV Treatment = Prevention", “U are infected, U adhere to ARV therapy, U will not get HIV, U will not spread HIV”. There was a rally in the communities to provide information, play Q&A game and distribute protective supplies to people in the communities, including children, youth, women and men, in total more than 600 people who are Thais and migrant workers (Myanmar, Cambodian and Lao). There were 273 people in 12 network partners participating in the campaign.

- 46 - 6. Prevention network development: Provided empowerment and opportunities for development of prevention work to get closer to the goal. Prevention responsible person attended 16 meetings with partner organisations with the following details. It attended 5 meetings with “Rayong Provincial AIDS and Tuberculosis Coordinating Mechanism (PCM) headed by Rayong Provincial Public Health Office”. It attended “workshop with the network of families to develop action plan and care of children and youth in observation and protection center and after their release”, and a workshop to develop the organisation following standards of health services friendly for children and youth in observation and protection facility of Rayong”. It attended an “annual general assembly of “Social Welfare Office of Rayong Province for the year 2022”. It also attended “workshops to digest plan/strategies of the network partners” organised by the Office of Social Development and Human Security, Rayong Province. Furthermore, it attended a "meeting to build capacity of the network and draw lessons learned from action on STIs & HIV in youth by AIDS Division”. It also attended 2 “meetings to follow up pilot province in building network to drive response to end AIDS at provincial level” by AIDS Division with Rayong Office of Public Health”. It attended a meeting on “direction for considering allocation of budget to support NGOs in 2023 by Disease Control Office Region 6, Chonburi”. It attended a meeting for hearing on allocation of budget for RRTTPR of the National Office of Health Security, Region 6”. It attended a “meeting and discussion on network of youth leaders who love and care to invite friends for talk in 1,000 schools by Pat 2 Health Foundation Thailand. Finally, it attended “a meeting to develop a health plan for the year 2023 by Map Ta Phut Municipality”. VI) WELFARE AND SOCIAL WORK Given problems and obstacles in referral system of patients between agencies, as well as inadequate informatin on welfare recipient from their relatives or caretakers or referring organisation, while some cases could not provide inforamtion as they live alone, care and capacity building is affected. In addition, information from follow-up of families, physical and mental health and all rights was not sufficient to provide database to prepare welfare recipent for reintegrating with society. Furthermore, there was also challenge on undesirable behaviours and mental health problem of welfare recipients who are children, youth and adults, such as violent communication and action, affected the living of individuals and the community. The social welfare department aims to promote, support and enabling PLHIVs reintegrate with society and family, and have a good quality of life. This department employed the following work guidelines: 1) educate PLHIVs to gain knowledge on caring for their own health, right to treatment and access to various welfare rights; 2) provide assistance to 20 percent of all members to be able to live with their family and society; and 3) welfare recipients have capacity and are ready to reintegrate with society. RESULTS • In 2022, 111 people received welfare and there were 15 new welfare recipients. • 11 have reintegrated with soiciety living by themselves. They were 9 adults and 2 chidlren and youth. • 40 people have the rights and have access to state welfare. Four of them have got their own ID cards and 36 people also living with disabilities have got disability cards, while the other 13 people with disabilities are employed by local enterprises. • One youth with undesirable behavior has got an opportunity to study and passed examination certifying his ability and education at junior high school level. • The welfare recipients have improved mental health with behavioral change, both children, youth and adults. Behavioral change was improved after receiving mental health assessment and counseling from a psychologist on an ongoing basis. ACTIVITIES THAT HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT 1. Assessment was conducted before admitting: Social worker, psychologist and the care team visited homes of 5 cases who requested for welfare assistance to assess their difficulties and provided initial assistance. The team met 2 times to consider information and plan welfare assistance.

Behavioral correction and capacity building of the recipients of assistance 1) Organised an educational system for one youth who could not go to school due to undesirable behaviors, and have learning limitations. In so doing, CSC Rayong used curriculum of St. John Bosco Learning Center inPathum Thani Province. There is teaching schedule for the secondary educational level on every Tuesday and Sunday. The youth was asked to prepare a project with study report sent to St. John's Learning Center to obtain an educational assessment and consequently a certificate for further education. 2) Organised capacity building activities: welfare recipients, both children, youth, adults, in total 9 times, as follows: activities on Children's Day, camping rolling activities season 2, Family Night Day (activities to promote relationships in the center). 3. Coordination on rights and welfare: CSC Rayong accompanied 4 recipients to obtain ID cards, house registration transfer of 9 members, 1 case transferred treatment rights, and application for copy of house registration for 1 member. It provided 2 training, each for 15 executive, staff and volunteers. 4. Assessment and preparation before reintegrating with society: CSC Rayong coordinated with business enterprises in hiring 6 people with disabilities. It made home visit to assess family readiness before returning to family/society for 3 people. It held meetings to plan continual care at home with a recipient, his relatives and one PCU staff. It also prepared 5 youths for their return to society and living in a dormitory during their university studies by discussing and planing follow up on self care. 5. Follow-up and home visits: health follow-up and support to recipients, and talk to children's families via video call 4 times. Coordinated with relatives of the welfare recipient 2 times, and coordinated with referring organisation to enquire and follow up father of a child in the care of CSC Rayong, including discussing on the father's living conditions and his readiness to take the child back for care. 6. Psychology Work and Development 1) Organise psychological activities: The recipients of assistance are divided into groups as follows: • Palliative patients, 2 times a week, total 50 times. • Recipients of health rehabilitation (The Garden of Eden) once a month, in total 5 times. • With orphans twice a month, in total 17 times, using psychological tests to assess children in various aspects so as to organise activities suitable for each child. • Youth orphans once a month, in total 3 times. 2) Conducted initial developmental assessment of 19 children, intellectual ability assessment of 10 children aged 2- 15 years, assessment of 20 children on relationship in their families, and organised development promotion activities for 3 children, in total 18 times. 3) Counselling work: provided counselling for a young woman reintegrated with society, 3 adult welfare recipients, and counselling on phone to 2 callers. 7. Capacity building of social welfare staff CSC Rayong’s social workers and psychologist attended “Training to build capacity for personnel engaged in care of preschool children of private nursery at national and regional level”, “Training to promote knowledge and understanding on children's rights and the Child Protection Act of 2003” and “Training on the course ‘KIDS to think, be creative in preschool children” organised by National Institute for Child and Family Development of Mahidol University. The staff also attended meetings on "Preschool children 4/2022 on the issue “sexual abuse of young children: adults must protect children and must learn”, "Academic Conference on Social Work of Rajavithi Hospital 2022 on the role of social workers in caring for terminally ill patients and their families” and “an academic conference on nutrition and health and growth of preschool children”. Lastly, the staff also attended “Training on the use of intellectual ability assessment tools for children aged 2-15 years, edition 2020 at Sri Thanya Hospital in Nonthaburi Province.

- 48 - VII) SCHOLARSHIP FOR CHILDREN LIVING WITH HIV/AIDS IN LOCAL COMMUNITIES CSC Rayong aims at supporting scholarship for poor children living with HIV/AIDS in local communities, which is the final goal of Thailand's National Strategy to End AIDS. To let any boy or girl living within his/her local community with dignity and equality. RESULTS • 185 Children and teenagers living with HIV/AIDS were supporting scholarship, who are 14 from kindergartens, 85 from primary schools, 67 from secondary schools, 12 from universities, and 7 from additional education centers. • Collaboration with local communities and networks; through home visits both in person and online, giving advices and supporting the most necessary needs in each family. ACTIVITIES THAT HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT 1. Supporting scholarship for 185 poor children living with HIV/AIDS in local communities, which were 52 in persons and 133 by tranferrings the scholarship through bank or postal order. 2. Home Visiting before supporting: Social worker, psychologist and the care team visited homes of 44 cases who requested for scholarship assistance. VIII) PASTORAL WORK CSC Rayong aims at developing humanity in every aspect of life in the context of welfare center for fuller life by emphasising the three-dimensional relationship of life, namely human being and God, human being and human beings, and human being and the nature. 1. It encouraged children, patients and its staff to participate in pastoral care to learn community life, and appreciate each other with Jesus as the role model. 2. Its personnel recognised the importance of performing their duties in caring for patients and children with honesty, morality and ethics, focusing the patients and children as the center of the work. 3. The children, patients and personnel become aware of their role aiming at physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual development so that they would be responsible for themselves and society. 4. Children, patients and personnel realise the value and importance of spiritual life by participating in pastoral work in all dimensions at organisational, local church and network levels. 5. To meet the spiritual needs of children, patients and personnel. Target population: Patients, children, all personnel of CSC Rayong, local communities and network partners. RESULTS • Children are interested and developed themselves, for example, reading the prayer of the faithful, reading the Bible, assisting in the liturgy, playing music in the liturgy, as well as helping in the preparation of religious ceremonies on important days. They also volunteered to help in activities on pastoral care, and were representatives in charge of duties on important religious days. • The children, patients and personnel were involved in inter-religious relations, both Christian rituals and Buddhist religious ceremonies by willingly participating in the ritual and learn about religious practices of each other's religions like Christmas and food offering on the occasion of the beginning of Buddhist Lent. • There was collaboration with network partners to organise activities for meeting of network partners, such as organising Christmas activities as a time of love with Koh Kaew HIV association of Rayong Province, participating in Chanthaburi Diocesan Pastoral Planning Assembly at the Diocesan Center in Chonburi Province.

- 49 - ACTIVITIES THAT HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT 1. Religious ceremonies 1) Thanksgiving ceremonies a) On National Mother's Day, August 12, there was sharing speeches as children and mother to promote the sense of gratitude. b) On the occasion of the first mass of a Vietnamese priest who is a member of the Order of St. Camillus, on September 15. c) The start and end of the month of Our Lady of Holy Rosary. At the ceremony opening the month of Our Lady, CSC Rayong was honoured by Father Peter Natthaphon Iamsetthi, deputy rector of St. Joseph Minior Seminary of Bangkok, to preside over the ceremony. Throughout the month, the children, patients, and personnel gathered together to pray the Rosary to deepen unity and pray for blessings from Our Lady. On the closing day of the month of Our Lady of Holy Rosary, there was a graceful procession with a movable throne carrying the stutue of Our Lady and prayer of the Holy Rosary around the center. This ceremony ended with the Holy Mass to close the month of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary. d) On World AIDS Day, 1 st of December, there was a retreat of Camillian priests in the Eastern Region, which was led by Fr. Veerachon Nopphakhunthong, the parish priest of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish in Rayong. e) CSC Rayong organised activities for Christmas celebration on December 25th , with Bishop Silvio Siripong Charasri of Chanthaburi Diocese presiding over the ceremony along with priests and Catholics from neighbouring areas and faraway taking part. Its co-organised activities as Christmas are the season of love with Koh Kaew association of PLHIV in Rayong at Haad Mae Rampung Beach, Rayong Province. f) It organised Buddhist religious ceremonies on important days, such as Asalha Pucha Day and Buddhist Lent Day. 2. Training to encourage the children, patients and personnel to play roles and take part in rituals, such as leading prayers, reading the Scriptures, singing hymns, playing music or help in rituals, cleaning chapel, arranging flowers and preparing Sunday liturgy on every Friday or Saturday with support on flower from Boonchu Gift Shop (Map Ta Phut) every week throughout the year. They also took part with outside communities of the faithful. For example, they participated in liturgies at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish and the Conversion of St. Paul Parish in Rayong. It organised holy performance depicting the birth of Infant Jesus on Christmas Eve at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish every year, which was appreciated by the parish priest, religious sisters and Catholics who have seen the performance. They have also sung songs for Christmas and New Year greetings for priests, religious, Catholics and benefactors visiting CSC Rayong. On every Sunday, there was sharing on the Word of God, experience, and singing hymns to praise God and other recreational songs for pastoral care, spiritual healing for the patients to relax and realise the value of living. 3. Praying for the deceased patients who most of them did not have relatives. Before their death, there were prayers for the patients to see the value of life and the value of living together like relatives. It promotes belief and prepares for the future in the event of unforeseen death for all. On the first Saturday of November, there was a ritual in memory of the deceased with Holy Mass in front of urns of the deceased in CSC Rayong with the children, patients and staff taking part in the Thanks Giving Holy Mass. 4. It organised activity to commemorate World Day of the Sick on February 11 with Catholic ritual of Thanksgiving Holy Mass, administration of the Sacrament of Annointing the Sick, listening to message of Pope Francis for the World Day of the Sick 2022 and followed by Bai Sri Su Kwan tradition (blessing by tying wrist with rope) for patients. 5. It organised Covid Emergency Support project on May 16. The community of priests and prepresentatives of children and the staff shared in-kind packages to fishery workers in Rayong at the office of Fishery Association of Rayong Province. 6. Saint Camillus Memorial Events were organised to commemorate the birth and death of Saint Camillus on May 25 and July 14 respectively with Thanksgiving Holy Masses. On September 9, it shared information on background and spirituality of St. Camillus, and presented the work of the Camillians at Lenten Spirit Camp for students from Catholic Schools in Chanthaburi Diocese at Chanthaburi Diocesan Center in Conburi Province.
