Ceam Amadeo Spa nasce nel 1962 grazie all’intraprendente curiosità di Cele-
steantonio Amadeo che, sfrattando la mucca dalla stalla di famiglia, vi pone
il primo macchinario per la produzione di manufatti metallici, dando vita ad
un anello fondamentale della catena che forma il noto distretto artigianale del
mobile della Lombardia.
Seguendo le tendenze del mercato, dapprima italiano, poi europeo ed oggi
mondiale, Ceam è cresciuta anno dopo anno specializzandosi nella produzio-
ne di cerniere invisibili per mobili, tavoli, e serramenti, oltre ad altri compo-
nenti metallici per la costruzione di arredi.
Giunti oggi alla seconda generazione, sono l’entusiasmo di Marina e l’equilibrio
di Davide che spingono l’azienda nel suo naturale percorso di crescita.
Attento alle novità pur mantenendo vive le tradizioni, il management è in co-
stante relazione con i clienti per i quali Ceam è un affidabile ed innovativo

Fiore all’occhiello della produzione è la serie di cerniere regolabili S.T.A.R.S.

Ceam Amadeo Spa was born in 1962, thanks to the pushing curiosity of Celesteantonio Amadeo who, throwing out the cow from
the family stable, placed the first machine for metallic manufactures, creating a vital link in the chain that forms the classy furni-
ture industrial district of Lombardy.
Following market trends, first Italian, then European and later worldwide, Ceam has grown year after year specializing in the
production of concealed hinges for cabinets, tables, doors, besides other metallic components for furniture making.
Today the second generation, the enthusiasm of Marina and the balance of Davide, drive the business in a natural growth path.
They take care to the news keeping the traditions alive in constant relationship with customers that consider Ceam a reliable and
innovative reference point. Flagship is the adjustable hinges series called S.T.A.R.S. (sistema a tre assi regolabili singolarmente)
which, in the early 2000s, took an important aesthetic and technological innovation in the door industry.

año tras año, especializándose en la producción de bisagras ocultas para mesas, puertas y ventanas, así como otros componentes
metálicos para la construcción de muebles.
Llegando la segunda generación, son el entusiasmo de Marina y el equilibrio de Davide que impulsan la empresa la vía de creci-
miento natural. Atentos a las novedades, manteniendo vivas las tradiciones, están en relación constante con los clientes para los
que Ceam es un punto de referencia fiable e innovador.
Emblema de la producción es la serie de bisagras ajustables S.T.A.R.S. (Sistema con tres ejes ajustables individualmente), que
conduce a principios de 2000 unas importantes innovaciones estéticas y tecnológicas en el mundo de la puerta.

La cerniera deve essere meccanicamente affidabile e
conforme per permettere il movimento sicuro della
porta durante tutta la sua funzione. La funzionalità
deve essere garantita nel lunghissimo periodo e ben
oltre le garanzie standard.
A questo scopo è all’interno della pianta industriale di
Cermenate, Como, che vengono espletate tutte le fasi
del processo produttivo di Ceam: dalla progettazione,
alla messa a punto degli attrezzisti, passando per lo
stampaggio, la tranciatura e le torniture dei migliori
materiali, per finire con il montaggio automatizzato e
la logistica.

ctionality must be guaranteed in the long term, well beyond the normal warranty standard. For this purpose, it’s all inside the in-
dustrial plant Cermenate, Como, where are carried out all stages of Ceam’s production process: from design, tool making, through
moulding, cuttings and turnings of the best materials, ending with the automatic assembly and logistic department.
La bisagra debe ser mecánicamente fiable y adapta para permitir el movimiento seguro de la puerta durante la totalidad de su fun-
ción. La funcionalidad se debe garantizar en el largo plazo, mucho más allá de las normales leyes de garantía. Para este propósito,
es adentro de la planta industrial de Cermenate, Como, que se lleva a cabo todas las etapas del proceso de producción de Ceam:
desde el diseño, al desarrollo de las matrices, a través de moldeos, cortes y torneados de los mejores materiales, para terminar
con el montaje automático y el departamento logístico.

Le fibre di vetro sono utilizzate per la produzione di materiali compositi, ovvero materiali strutturali avanzati in cui diversi com-
ponenti sono integrati tra loro per produrre un materiale di caratteristiche meccaniche e fisiche sorprendenti.
L’esperienza comune insegna che il vetro è un materiale fragile. Se esso viene invece filato a diametri d’ordine inferiore al decimo
di millimetro perde la sua caratteristica fragilità per divenire un materiale ad elevata resistenza meccanica.
A partire dagli anni cinquanta la vetroresina è stata utilizzata per la costruzione di oggetti dagli utilizzi più svariati: da automobili
e imbarcazioni, transpallet, oggetti di design, coperture di splendidi edifici. Per le eccellenti doti di leggerezza, solidità, resistenza
alla fatica la vetroresina viene anche usata nel settore aeronautico, veicoli da competizione, nella costruzione delle pale eoliche,
nella produzione di attrezzi sportivi.
Per la sua resistenza alla corrosione in ambienti basici come l’acqua marina la vetroresina viene utilizzata per produrre tubazioni,
vasche, silos.

The glass fibers are used for the production of composite materials: advanced structural materials in which different components
are merged to produce surprising physical and mechanical characteristics.
Common experience teaches glass is a fragile material. If it is spun at a less than a tenth of a millimeter diameters it loses its wea-
kness to become a highly mechanical strength material.
Since the fifties, fiberglass was used for the construction of various objects: from motorvehicles and boats, transpallets, design
objects, covers of beautiful buildings. For the excellent qualities of lightness, strength, resistance fiberglass is also used in the air-
craft industry, competition vehicles, the construction of wind turbines, in the production of sports equipment. For its resistance
to corrosion in basic environments such as seawater the fiberglass is used to produce pipes, tanks, silos.
Las fibras de vidrio se utilizan para la producción de materiales compuestos: materiales estructurales avanzados en los que diferen-
tes componentes se unen para producir unas sorprendente características físicas y mecánicas.
La experiencia común enseña que el vidrio es un material frágil. Si se trata con hilos de menos de un décimo de milímetro de
