Informazioni tecniche

I seguenti parametri devono sempre essere tenuti in considerazione nella scelta delle cerniere per evitare danni conseguenti:
- Luogo d’impiego e frequenza di apertura
- Dimensioni porta
- Peso dell’anta
- Disposizione e montaggio delle cerniere
- Chiudiporta
- Rivestimento o zoccolino
- Azionamento di apertura automatica o semiautomatica
In modo particolare in edifici pubblici, nei quali compaiono carichi particolari a causa delle elevate frequenze di apertura non sempre calcolabili e della
sollecitazione, si dovrebbero impiegare cerniere di dimensioni sufficienti, anche se il peso della porta non lo richiederebbe.
Tutte le Cerniere Ceam seguono la normativa di riferimento e superano i test di stress, resistenza alla corrosione, resistenza al fuoco, di portata e di durabilità.
Ceam testa le proprie cerniere su porte da 2100x850 mm o 2100x1000 mm.
Si consiglia di lubrificare la cerniera una volta ogni 2 anni, o più a seconda della frequenza di apertura.

QUARTA CERNIERA
In alcuni casi, l’impiego di una quarta cerniera può essere determinante per la portata, collocandola a supporto della cerniera superiore, sulla quale agiscono
le forze di trazione principali.
Quando si hanno porte di grandi larghezze (>900 mm) o altezze (>2100 mm) sulle quali si producono forze ulteriori per l’effetto leva e il baricentro si sposta,
la quarta cerniera deve essere applicata nella parte superiore, perché solo in questo modo può incidere positivamente sul valore di portata.
Ceam consiglia quindi, l’installazione a 250 mm di distanza dalla cerniera posta in alto.
Se si utilizzano dei chiudiporta, Ceam consiglia di montare una quarta cerniera nella parte superiore della porta, in quanto questi meccanismi modificano
le forze di trazione, aumentano il carico e possono alterare la portata delle cerniere.
Più in particolare:
Per i chiudiporta senza freno all’apertura si consiglia di considerare che la massa effettiva della porta sia maggiore del 20% della massa reale.
Per i chiudiporta con freno all’apertura l’effetto è decisamente maggiore; si calcola che la massa effettiva dell’anta sia maggiore del 75% della massa reale.
In caso di utilizzi specifici vogliate contattare preventivamente il nostro ufficio tecnico.

NOTE
Le informazioni qui riportate sono da ritenersi delle linee guida indicative. Nella pratica, le variabili che incidono sul corretto funzionamento della cerniera
sono molte: a seconda della natura della porta, del transito e del luogo di impiego, può senz’altro essere sensato considerare singolarmente ogni applicazione.

REGOLAZIONE IN 3 DIMENSIONI
Tutte le regolazioni della porta richiedono un’adeguata attenzione. Il range di regolazione indicato va assolutamente rispettato.
Uno sforzo eccessivo alla regolazione porta di norma ad un mal funzionamento che potrebbe causare la rottura del sistema.

POSIZIONE ZERO
Tutte le cerniere Ceam sono consegnate con tutte le regolazioni centrate.
Dopo l’installazione e dopo ogni regolazione tutti i componenti vanno serrati in modo deciso.

REGOLAZIONE SUI TRE ASSI INDIPENDENTI ad esclusione di 1430

Orizzontale da -1,5 mm a + 3,5 mm (vedi singola scheda tecnica)
Verticale da -3,0 mm a + 3,0 mm (vedi singola scheda tecnica)
Profondità +/– 1,0 mm

REGOLAZIONE ORIZZONTALE
Allentare leggermente i dadi di blocco.
Aiutandosi con la chiave a brugola, agire sull’apposita fessura per trovare la posizione preferita.
Riavvitare tutti i dadi di fermo in precedenza allentati.

REGOLAZIONE VERTICALE
Allentare leggermente i dadi di blocco.
Agendo sull’anta della porta, alzarla al livello richiesto.
Riavvitare tutti i dadi di fermo in precedenza allentati.

REGOLAZIONE DELLA PROFONDITÀ
Allentare leggermente i dadi di blocco.
Agire con la chiave esagonale sulla brugola scelta per effettuare la regolazione.
Riavviatare le viti di fermo in precedenza allentate.
Tutte le regolazioni sono effettuate con chiave esagonale mm.8 e con chiave a brugola da 2,5 mm
(per art.1131s da effettuare con chiave esagonale da 10 mm e brugola da 3 mm).

The following parameters must be considered during the choice of the hinges, in order to prevent damage:

- Automatic or semi-automatic opening systems
In particular in public buildings, where, due to the high opening frequencies not always calculable and special stress, should be used an adequate number
of hinges, even if the weight of the door does not require.
All Ceam hinges follow the standard regulations and passes all the necessary tests of stress, corrosion resistance, fire resistance, flow and durability.
Ceam tests its hinges on doors to 2100x850 mm or 2100x1000 mm.
It is advisable to lubricate the hinge once every two years, or more, depending on the frequency of opening.

FOURTH HINGE
In some cases, the use of a fourth hinge may be decisive for the capacity, placing it in support of the upper hinge, on which act the main traction forces.
In case of big widths (>900 mm) or heights (>2100 mm) when different forces are produced by leverage effect and centre of gravity moves, the fourth hinge
must be installed on the top, because only in this position can positively affect the weight capacity. Ceam therefore advised to install 250 mm away from the
hinge at the top.
When using the door closer, Ceam suggest mounting a fourth hinge in the upper part of the door, as these mechanisms modify the opening forces,
increase the load and may alter the capacity of the hinges.
In particular:
For closers without opening force Ceam suggest considering 20% more of the real door weight.
For closers with opening force the effect it is much greater; it is estimated that the leaf effective mass is 75% bigger of the real one.

ZERO POSITION
All Ceam hinges are delivered with all the adjustments centred.
After installation and after each adjustment all components must be tightened firmly.

ADJUSTMENT ON THE THREE INDEPENDENT AXES escluding 1430

Horizontal from -1.5 mm to + 3.5 mm (see individual specifications)
Vertical from -3.0 mm to + 3.0 mm (see individual specifications)
Depth +/- 1.0 mm

HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT
Slightly loosen the locking nuts.
With the aid of the Allen key, move the internal cage to find the preferred position.
Tighten all lock nuts.

VERTICAL ADJUSTMENT
Slightly loosen the locking nuts.
By acting on the door leaf, raise it to the required level.
Tighten all lock nuts.

DEPTH ADJUSTMENT
Slightly loosen the locking nuts.
Act with hexagonal Allen key to make the adjustment.
Tighten all lock nuts.
All adjustments are carried out with 8 mm hex wrench and Allen key 2.5 mm
(for art.1131s to be made with a hexagonal 10 mm and 3 mm Allen key).

En particular en los edificios públicos, donde se presentan cargas especiales debidas a las altas frecuencias de apertura no siempre calculables, se deben
utilizar bisagras de tamaño suficiente, incluso si el peso de la puerta no requiere.
Todas las bisagras Ceam siguen los reglamentos pertinentes y superan las pruebas de esfuerzo, resistencia a la corrosión, resistencia al fuego, y de
durabilidad. Ceam prueba sus bisagras en puertas de 2100x850 mm u 2100x1000 mm.
Se aconseja lubricar la bisagra una vez cada dos años, o más, dependiendo de la frecuencia de apertura.

CUARTA BISAGRA
En algunos casos, el uso de una cuarta bisagra puede ser determinante para la capacidad de carga, colocándola en apoyo de la bisagra superior, en la
que actúan las principales fuerzas de tracción.
Cuando se tienen puertas de grandes anchos (>900 mm) o alturas (>2100 mm) que están produciendo fuerzas diferentes y el centro de gravedad se
desplaza, la cuarta bisagra debe ser instalada en la parte superior, ya que solamente de esta manera puede afectar positivamente la capacidad de carga.
Por lo tanto, Ceam recomienda instalarla a 250 mm de la bisagra puesta en la parte superior.
Cuando se utiliza el cierrapuertas, Ceam aconseja montar una cuarta bisagra en la parte superior de la puerta, ya que estos mecanismos modifican las
fuerzas de tracción, aumentan la carga y pueden alterar la capacidad de carga de las bisagras.
Más en particular:
Para cierrapuertas sin freno en abertura se puede considerar que el peso de la puerta es mayor de un 20% del peso real.
Para cierrapuertas con freno en abertura el efecto es mucho mayor; se estima que la masa de la hoja es mayor de un 75% de la masa real.
