MATERIALITYIn 2025, we conducted our firstmateriality assessment in alignment withGRI standards to better understandwhich ESG topics matter most to ourbusiness and our people. In 2025 PM Hotel Group partnered with EV+ toinstall eighteen (18) Level 2 EV chargers across five(5) properties. Our mission is to exponentially growour portfolio EV footprint to support sustainabletravel. EV charging stations help promote thereduction in internal combustion engine cars on theroad, ultimately reducing greenhouse gasemissions produced by vehicle travel. On-site EVcharging stations offer guests driving electricvehicles convenience and peace of mind that theywill be able to plug-in while staying at one of the EVenabled hotels within the PM Hotel Group portfolio.ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGINGUTILITY REBATE PROGRAMSIn 2025 PM Hotel Group partnered withCommercial Green Solutions to identify over$300,000 in net-zero cost energy project workfunded by utility and state rebate programs. Hotels are among the most energyintensive building types, operating around theclock to deliver comfort, safety, and service.Reducing energy use by 10% is the financialequivalent to a $0.62 Average Daily Rate (ADR)increase for limited-service hotels and a $1.35ADR increase for full-service hotels.
