PM LEADERSHIP CONFERENCEIn 2025, we hosted our annual Leadership Conference, aimed at acknowledging andcelebrating the outstanding contributions of our associates across the portfolio.Taking place at our very own Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel, the conferenceprovided associates with team-building and professional development opportunities.Attendees engaged in insightful discussions led by key industry experts andsustainably focused speakers, delving into pivotal topics shaping the hospitalitylandscape. Ourefforts are focused across four priorities: nutrition access, youth opportunity andempowerment, health + wellbeing, and environmental stewardship—ensuringconsistent, measurable impact across our portfolio.CYCLE FOR SURVIVALSince 2013, PM Hotel Group’s lifestyle division, Modus, has raised over $430,000 forCycle for Survival, supporting rare cancer research. In 2026, #teamPM will expandparticipation alongside Modus to benefit Memorial Sloan Kettering.PANCREATIC CANCER ACTION NETWORKPM Hotel Group supports the fight against pancreatic cancer through fundraising andparticipation in the DC PanCAN 5K. Our efforts are inspired by VP of Finance AnneShimabukuro, a pancreatic cancer survivor.FEED THE FRIDGEIn 2025, PM Hotel Group partnered with Feed the Fridge to provide meals to foodinsecure individuals across the DMV, while supporting local businesses. In addition tofinancial contributions, the PM team assembled 763 Thanksgiving meals through handson volunteer efforts.COMMUNITY$430,000+RAISED SINCE 2013SUPPORTING GROUND-BREAKINGCANCER RESEARCH INITIATIVES.


In 2025, we continued our annual PM Day ofGiving initiative in recognition of International Dayof Charity. On September 5th, associates acrossour portfolio and Support Center volunteered anddonated in support of more than 20 organizationsaligned with our community giving priorities,demonstrating our shared commitment tostrengthening the communities we serve.To celebrate Earth Week, propertiesacross the portfolio plannedsustainability projects - taking theopportunity to get inspired and createchange. Together, PM Hotel Groupmade a positive impact across energy,water, waste, responsible sourcing, and our communities.
