KATA PENGANTAR

because I can be creative in designing new styles of dresses. I draw the design myself. I even
choose the fabrics, patterns, and colors for the clothing. My boss likes my work. Someday I
hope to have my own boutique.

just graduated from the Faculty of Law. And my two youngest sisters, Dita and Dinda, are still
in senior high school.
Although we all live together, we don’t see much of each other, because we all have
different schedules. My father usually has business out of town and my mom is very active in
local women’s organizations. Anto doesn’t get home until eight in the evening, and Icok is
often out looking for job. Dita is busy studying for final exam. She takes extra lessons three
times a week and occasionally goes over to her friend’s house to study. Dinda, who is a
freshman, spends most of her afternoons on her hobbies. I spend a lot of time on campus
these days, taking part in group discussions and doing research for my thesis. We are all very

Subject: Introducing myself
Hello, Herta! Let me introduce myself here as a new student in a school. My name is Febri Dwi
Cahya. I was born in Tegal, February 9, 1994. My hobbies are writing and reading. I am very
grateful because now I managed to get a chance to attend a Favorite School.
Furthermore, I have a mission to make this School to be more known and have a lot achievement
through my writing hobby. If there is a competition, I will try to take a part as long as it relates to
the world of authorship. It was my first step to achieve my goal of becoming a famous writer.
The reason why I want to go to this school from the first time is because this school has enough
achievement and spawned a lot of students who can continue their study in state universities.
Hopefully I can follow them too.
Yep, that’s all that I can tell you a little about myself. I'm looking forward to your reply. I want to
know about your story.

Text 2
Assalamua’alaikum Febri,
It was very interesting to read your letter about yourself and your school. Allow me to
make an introduction of mayself. My name is Hertami. I am the first of three children. I was
born in bekasi, 14 juli 1990. Currently, my family and I live in Jalan Kebon Waru number 33,
Tangerang, South Jakarta.
Speaking of hobby, I have a musical hobby. I can play guitar since 4th grade and now I
have created 4 songs. Because of my love of music, I have a dream to make a band and will
share stage with Coldplay. Hopefully my dream can come true.
I have 2 siblings who are still in elementary school. My sisters’ name is Nini and Nina.
They’re twins. As a first child, I have to guide my siblings to grow well. My father works for a
prominent contractor that made him too busy, and my mother works in the hospital that also
made her busy enough to take care of us. So, as the eldest brother, I have to keep them well.
I guess that’s all I can say about this introduction. It’s my pleasure to know you.
Wassalam.
Sincerely yours
Herta
