The secret to the city is integration. Every city should combine
work, leisure and culture. Separate this functions and parts of
the city die. Furthermore, what can be implement to the city is
a public open space, park, or plaza which located in between
building or formed by surrounding buildings and can exist in any
kind of culture.
Hypothesis
Explore the value of the cultural, natural elements and waters as
an opportunity to address issues in public space, while hybridizing
its features to the spaces at the site in the emerging of an oasis.
Embodying its organic character and showcasing its new
sustainable identity. The possibilities of the future development
to create a lively oasis interface embodying local character and

First and foremost, to highlight the effects of overwork,
working environment is one of them. Environmental
issues in the workplace are a growing concern for
companies, especially around employee health and
safety. Employees spend almost a quarter of their lives
at work, which means workplace environments are a
very important for physical safety, mental well-being
and work productivity. Unhealthy environment can
lead to severe conditions and effects to employees.
The idea and concept of this project is inspired by
the biophilic design where the principles of it requires
a sustained engagement with nature. Biophilic
promotes postive interactions between people and
nature that encourage a sense relationship and
responsibility by the human and natural communities.
Furthermore, biophilic encourages mutual reinforcing,
interconnected and solutions to architectural issues
and problems and focusing on human adaptations to
the natural world that time have advanced people’s
health, fitness and well-being.

A New Epitome Office: Vertical Oasis Perspective View
Finding Serenity for Oneself
Work is the most reproving activity we encounter in our life. This is how we sustain ourselves, interact
with one another, contribute to society, and develop self-esteem. However, our society has always
had mixed feelings about it. Getting a career, on the other hand, comes at a price. It consumes a
significant amount of your time. This time may be spent with friends, relatives, hobbies, or a range of
other leisure activities. This isn’t exactly groundbreaking. However, when you consider your work and
home life in terms of the money you earn and the time you spend doing it, a fascinating phenomenon
emerges.
Moreover, a healthy workplace environment also involves the physical environment of the office and
the occupational health and safety of the employees. Therefore, solutions needed to minimize or
lessen the severe conditions affected by the employees which is through therapeutic approach
where it can help to increase well-being and healing, most importantly a person can function better.
