The idea & Concept : The notion and concept of modular designs
were developed in response to the difficulties experienced by muslims
communities that may grow with muslim population over time.
Mosque that grows : This concept is known as a growing mosque which
allows mosque to extend in order to accomodate that mosque’s future
expansion and increasing number of worshippers,
Prefabrication with ease : Another benefit of employing the modular
mosque design that is shortens building time by allowing for off-site
prefabrication of the mosque and surau.

The academic trip was taken place in Hanoi, Vietnam
where the study and research conducted on the
urban elements and also culture study in the streets
of Hanoi. Furthermore, another important aspect was
to study the traditional traders in Hanoi streets.
Traditional traders or vendors have always been at
the center of Hanoi’s cultural existence. The economy
of the city has developed upon a distribution of a
market network which was established between
ancient Hanoi and the neighboring areas where
these traditional traders has been playing they part
since the beginning.
