Know Before You Go
ABOUT ARUBA
Aruba is a huge favorite of travelers who love sun, surf, and fun. The oblong island is only about 20 miles long by six miles wide. That means, wherever you are on Aruba, you are never more than three miles from the beach. The island’s finest beaches – sun- bleached strands of glistening white sand on Aruba’s west coast – are among the best in the world and where you’ll find most
of the world-class hotels and resorts. There are plenty of fun things to do on Aruba. Enjoy snorkeling, great windsurfing, and other watersports that you would expect at an outstanding sun- and-sea destination. You can also hike, or drive an all-terrain vehicle into the island’s wild-and-woolly countryside. Away from the beaches, Aruba’s interior is an amazing desert full of cacti, iguanas, goats, donkeys, strange boulder formations, and even the remains of a Spanish gold mine.
Awash with Dutch colonial architecture painted in pastel colors, Aruba’s capital city of Oranjestad is a wonderful place to explore on foot, along its palm-fringed streets to boutiques, the harbor, waterfront market, and Main Street shopping area. Just as important, the overwhelming majority of Arubans are genuinely friendly and welcoming. As their license plates say, Aruba is “One Happy Island.”
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO | 4

LOCATION
The island of Aruba is located in the southern Caribbean Sea, about 15 miles north of the coast of South America. It is about 2.5 hours by air from Miami, and about 5 hours from New York and Philadelphia.
CLIMATE
Daytime temperatures average about 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Beach resorts are cooled by the pleasant trade winds. There is little, if any, rain.
TIME ZONE
Aruba operates on Atlantic Standard Time year-round. During your visit, the time difference will be as follows: When it is
10 a.m. in Aruba, it is 10 a.m. in New York and Atlanta; 9:00 a.m. in Chicago; 8:00 a.m. in Denver; and 7:00 a.m. along the U.S. West Coast.
LANGUAGE
The official languages are Dutch and Papiamento (the island’s native language). Many residents also speak English and Spanish.

WHAT TO BRING/SUGGESTED ATTIRE
TRAVEL ATTIRE
Wear comfortable, casual, loose-fitting clothing for walking through the airport, sitting on the plane, and transferring from the airport to the hotel in comfort.
Special Tip: Pack a change of clothes in your carry-on bag in the unlikely event that your luggage is delayed.
The activities you select will determine what type of clothing you should bring. The sun’s intensity can be quite strong in Aruba. So remember a hat, visor, sunglasses, and sunscreen. When packing, consider the following suggestions:
• Touring/Shopping – Cotton slacks, khakis, casual skirts, walking shorts or jeans, T-shirts, polo shirts, sports shirts, and casual dresses are well suited for sightseeing and shopping. Be sure to also pack comfortable and sturdy walking or athletic shoes.
• Pool/Beach/Watersports – Pack a swimsuit with cover-up, beach footwear, sandals or athletic/tennis shoes, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
Note: Wear swimwear only to the pool and beach; it is not appropriate attire in town or in public areas of the resort.
• Fitness Center – Comfortable T-shirts, shorts or casual pants, and athletic shoes are ideal when utilizing the resort’s fitness facility.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO | 6

WELCOME RECEPTION ATTIRE
For gentlemen, recommended attire would include a polo or button-down shirt, neat shorts, jeans or khakis. For ladies, sundresses, pants/capris/shorts/skirts or jeans would be appropriate. Because the event is on the beach, high heels are not recommended, but it’s a good idea to bring a wrap, as it is cooler at night.
CASUAL EVENING ATTIRE
In Aruba and at The Ritz-Carlton or Marriott, casual wear is the norm even during evening hours. Women should pack casual dresses, skirts, pants or dress shorts with coordinated lightweight fabric tops. Men will find casual slacks, such as chinos or Dockers, with sports shirts appropriate for most evening functions. You may also want to pack a light sweater or jacket for those cooler evenings.
AWARDS CEREMONY ATTIRE
For gentlemen, recommended attire would include a dress shirt, short-sleeved summer button-down shirt, or a neat polo with slacks. Jackets are not required. No jeans, shorts, or flip-flops. For ladies, a summer dress, pants suit or skirt and blouse are recommended. No jeans, shorts, or flip flops.

POLICIES
2016 PRESIDENT’S CLUB TRAVEL POLICY
The 2016 ADP® President’s Club Inside Sales Travel Policy
is posted on the President’s Club website at www.adppclub.com. To read the policy, click on “POLICY” on the top nav bar of the website. The policy can also be found on the Aruba 2016 Club app. Please follow the policy directions as you make your plans for Club.
ADP CODE OF CONDUCT
President’s Club is ADP’s most prestigious performance recognition program that rewards the extraordinary performance of Club-eligible sales and service associates. To leverage its full motivational value, President’s Club is meant to be celebrated at an attractive, high-visibility venue.
This summer, when you board your airplane for President’s Club, you will be more than just a casual traveler. You will also be an ADP ambassador, representing our Company and reaffirming our image as an industry leader.
ADP expects all program participants, qualifiers/hosts, and guests to act appropriately at all times, behaving as they would in the presence of clients or in similar business-related situations. Any other type of behavior is unacceptable. Each ADP qualifier
is responsible for the behavior and actions of his or her spouse, significant other, or approved guest.
ADP’s message is simple – always act responsibly.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO | 8

MINIMUM EXPECTATIONS OF APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR FOR ADP ASSOCIATES AND THEIR GUESTS:
• If you choose to consume alcohol, do so moderately and always be in control of your behavior.
• Dress professionally at all ADP-hosted functions, including, but not limited to, the Awards Banquet, Welcome Night Party, and other hosted activities.
• Be respectful and courteous in all your interactions with other ADP associates and their guests, ADP Corporate Security, ADP Corporate Events personnel, hotel/resort personnel, and other hotel guests.
• Use the Corporate Card for legitimate travel and company- sanctioned expenses only – bar tabs are strictly prohibited.
For those who behave inappropriately or violate the rules of ADP’s Code of Conduct Policy, there will be consequences. These may include – but are not limited to – both qualifier and guest being sent home, or other disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Significant incidents that result in intervention by the hotel and/or ADP Corporate Security will result in immediate termination of employment.
Any additional costs, fines, or damages incurred as a result of inappropriate conduct of a qualifier or guest will be the sole responsibility of the qualifier.
9 | KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

EXAMPLES OF UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR THAT WILL RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY ACTION; UP TO TERMINATION:
• Use of illegal drugs, abuse of legal drugs, or overconsumption of alcohol by you or your guest.
• Belligerent behavior or refusal to comply with requests from ADP Corporate Security, ADP Corporate Events, and/or hotel/ resort personnel.
• Violation or ignorance of any aspects of this Travel Policy.
ADP Corporate HR and Corporate Security will be present at President’s Club to enforce the Code of Conduct as outlined above. President’s Club is a wonderful recognition event and
a special occasion to celebrate success with your peers. Each year, associates and/or guests are sent home or terminated for significant violations of the Travel Policy. Don’t let this be you.
USE OF WIRELESS DEVICES:
ADP recognizes that some associates in attendance may need
to conduct ADP business during President’s Club using wireless devices. Your wireless plan, however, may incur additional charges or fees for required service while at Club. In addition, depending on your location, your wireless devices may be subject to heightened security concerns, such as data theft and viruses. Please adhere to the protocols below to minimize your exposure to high communications charges, as well as data security issues.
KEEP YOUR PHONE IN “SHUT OFF” MODE WHEN YOU ARE NOT ACTIVELY MAKING A PHONE CALL:
Wireless devices without international access and data plans operate in constant “roaming” mode, which will result in huge international charges. Be sure to only power on your phone when you are making a phone call. Should you not turn off your phone and incur a large bill, you will be responsible for the charges.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO | 10

AIR CARD USAGE:
If your air card does not have international access, you will
be in “roaming” mode and in danger of incurring a very large expense. If you plan to use an air card internationally, only connect through it when you are downloading emails, and then disconnect and work off-line.
BLUETOOTH USE:
Disconnect Bluetooth devices after you make a call or transaction. Enable your “discoverable” mode only when required.
REPORTING LOST OR STOLEN DEVICES:
If your wireless device gets lost or stolen, contact a member of the ADP staff or your manager – IMMEDIATELY.
ANY WIRELESS/AIR CARD/PLAN CHARGES:
NONE may be expensed to President’s Club.
Please Note: For more information about the use of electronic devices in Aruba, look in the “Travel Tips” section for the heading, “Mobile (Cell) Phones & iPads” on page 27.

Each President’s Club attendee is personally responsible for obtaining his or her passport and any required visas.

• To EXPEDITE passport processing, contact CIBT at 800-929-2428 or visit www.us.cibt.com.
Note: CIBT charges a fee to assist you in expediting your passport. This is a personal expense.
• Make several photocopies of your passport. Leave copies at home with family members and carry copies in your purse and/ or carry-on luggage, in the event your passport is lost or stolen. This will make the reissuance of your passport much easier.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO | 12

Canadian Citizens:
• You are required to carry a valid Canadian passport to enter Aruba. (Canadian passports are valid for five years.)
• Your passport must be valid AT LEAST three months beyond your travel dates. If your passport will expire within three months of your travel dates, you must renew your passport prior to your trip. Passport processing can take up to four weeks, so do not delay in applying for or renewing your passport.
• Canadian citizens traveling abroad should also refer to the Foreign Affairs and International Trade Web site: www.voyage.gc.ca.
• Canadian Landed Immigrants or Permanent Residents are also required to have a permanent residence card for traveling outside of Canada. This card – valid for five years – replaces the “Record of Landing Document” that used to be affixed to your passport. If you have not already done so, please process your application form for this identification immediately as the turnaround time is up to 12 weeks. For more information or to download the application, visit the Citizenship and Immigration Canada Web site: www.cic.gc.ca. You will not be allowed back into Canada without this identification.
• In addition, once you have received your air travel itinerary, YOU MUST CHECK with the consulate of each country listed on your itinerary to make sure you have all the necessary travel documents. For example, a valid passport is required for any flights that connect through the United States.
Citizens of All Other Countries:
• You must have a valid passport for your trip to Aruba.
• You are responsible for securing the required travel documents
for your trip.
13 | KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

• If you are a citizen of a United States Visa Waiver Program (VWP) country, you are required to apply for an Electronic System for Travel Authorization or ESTA at least 72 hours prior to travel for travel to or transit through the United States. For additional information regarding the requirements/fees and to apply, visit the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Web site: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov. Once you have obtained your ESTA travel authorization, it will be valid for two years or for the duration of your passport validity, whichever is shorter. The ESTA requires the same information as the paper I-94W form that VWP travelers formerly filled out en route to the United States. Should you have questions or require assistance, contact your nearest U.S. Embassy.
Note: You will still need to provide your airline or carrier with details of your passport, country of residence, and the address of your first night’s accommodation.
• In addition, check with the consulate of each country listed on your itinerary to make sure you have all the necessary travel documents. You may need country-specific travel documents when connecting through countries other than your final destination.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO | 14

AIRLINE TICKETS & LUGGAGE
Note: The rules listed below for carry-on and checked baggage are intended as general guidelines. Each airline follows its own policies, which can change at any time. Please contact your airline to confirm their policies.
AIRLINE TICKETS & FLIGHT ITINERARIES
Your electronic ticket confirmation will be emailed to you from American Express Global Business Travel – [email protected]. Ensure the name on your airline ticket is exactly the same as
the name on your passport. Please call the ADP Group Travel Department at 877-237-2037 (within the United States or Canada) or +1 973-712-3847 (from all other countries) if you do not receive your email confirmation within 48 hours after receipt of this packet.
AIRPORT SECURITY
Due to enhanced airport-security measures, please be aware of the following airport-screening procedures:
• It is recommended that you check in up to three hours prior
to departure for all international flights. Be sure to allow plenty
of time for flight check-in.
• All travelers must present their required travel documents,
including a passport.
• When checking in, make sure you check your luggage through
to your final destination, Aruba’s Queen Beatrix International Airport, airport code: AUA.
15 | KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

• Travelers may carry through security checkpoints travel-size toiletries (3.4 ounces or less) that fit comfortably in ONE, QUART-SIZE, clear plastic, zip-top bag.
• In addition, larger amounts of prescription liquid medications and diabetic glucose treatments must be declared at the checkpoint for additional screening.
• The following items cannot be included in carry-on bags: any sharp or flammable objects, such as knives (except round- bladed, butter knives and plastic cutlery), scissors with a cutting edge of four inches or more, razors, pocketknives, etc.
CARRY-ON BAGS
Strict rules apply to the type and number of carry-on bags and other items that you can carry onboard a passenger plane.
Canadian & U.S. Passengers
• Two carry-on bags will be allowed per person.
• One bag cannot exceed 45 linear inches (22” x 11” x 12”).
• The other piece of luggage may be a camera case, briefcase,
computer case, small backpack, or purse.
• Total weight of both bags may not exceed 40 pounds.
• Airlines reserve the right to change these guidelines at
any time.
• Contact your airline to confirm their carry-on policy.
CARRY-ON RESTRICTIONS
• Do not bring butane cigarette lighters or sharp objects such as knives, scissors, or corkscrews.
• Liquids and gels in carry-on bags must be in travel-size containers that do not exceed 3.4 ounces. Pack all in a one- quart plastic bag for separate screening by airport personnel.
• Pack liquids such as liquor, water, and soft drinks in your checked baggage.
• Before purchasing any items at a duty-free shop, ask if you can bring the items on the aircraft. This also applies to water and soft drinks purchased after you have cleared security.
• If you have any questions about your airline’s carry-on policy, call your airline directly.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO | 16

CHECKED BAGGAGE
Use the enclosed luggage tags from ADP. Affix a tag to each piece of your checked luggage. You may expense the cost of checking one suitcase per person. Simply submit receipts for luggage charges on your expense report when you return.
Note: All checked bags must conform to the criteria listed below; you will not be permitted to expense the cost of checking noncompliant items. Charges for baggage over these limits are your personal expense. Before departure, check with your airline to confirm their baggage policies.
CANADIAN & U.S. PASSENGERS
• Length + height + width of your two bags may not exceed 102 inches.
• Largest suitcase may not exceed 62 inches.
• Each piece of luggage may not weigh more than 50 pounds.
Locked Luggage: The TSA urges travelers not to lock checked luggage. Please be aware that security officials will perform searches of checked luggage; they are authorized to cut the lock, if necessary, to inspect the bag and will not replace the lock.
Extra Luggage: Charges for extra luggage (over and above airline allowances) are a personal expense. You may want to check with the airline carrier(s) you will be using for the luggage restrictions that apply to your specific flight itinerary.
Luggage Identification: Airlines advise that you include full identification information inside each piece of luggage in case the outer tags are lost in handling.
Electronic Equipment: Security staff at the checkpoints will likely ask you to turn on any cellular phone, laptop, CD or DVD player, or hand-held game device that you are carrying with you. You may want to limit the electronic devices you carry and make sure the batteries work.
Baggage Claim: Be sure to retain your baggage claim check in order to claim your luggage.
17 | KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

DELAYED LUGGAGE
If your luggage does not arrive with you, submit a “lost luggage” report with your airline’s Baggage Claim prior to leaving the airport and inform ADP’s Travel Staff at the airport. They
will work with your airline to get your bags to you as soon as possible.
TAXES
An incentive award such as President’s Club is considered to be “non-business required” and therefore is taxable for associates who pay U.S. income taxes. While the cost of Club for both you and your significant other/spouse will be included in your gross income, you will not be taxed on business-related items at Club, such as gifts and the cost of the Awards Banquet. For more details regarding tax information for the trip, refer to the Inside Sales Travel Policy, which is posted at www.adppclub.com. Go to the top nav bar and click on POLICY. The policy can also be found on the Aruba 2016 Club app.

ADP President’s Club Headquarters strongly recommends reconfirming your flight with the airline.
Information regarding luggage restrictions (number of bags allowed, weight limits, etc.) can be found by clicking on the Web link located at the bottom of your e-ticket confirmation.
Arrange to be at the airport at least three hours before your flight departure or as recommended by your airline.
ADP suggests that you bring a change of clothing in your carry- on bag, in the event your luggage is not immediately available upon your arrival.
AS YOU LEAVE FOR YOUR HOME AIRPORT
Double-check that you have the following in your possession: • Passports with attached visas (if you need a visa)
• E-ticket flight information
• ADP luggage tags on all bags to be checked
• Prescription medicines (pack these in your carry-on luggage) • Cash and credit cards
• Camera, digital flash cards (or film), and batteries
• Chargers for cameras and phones

TRAVEL TIPS | 20

CHECKING IN AT THE AIRPORT
Present your e-ticket confirmation, and passport and applicable visas to the airline desk agent. Check your baggage through
to your destination. The airport code for Queen Beatrix International Airport Aruba is AUA. Before leaving the counter, look at your luggage claim checks to confirm that your checked bags have been tagged correctly.
UPON YOUR ARRIVAL IN ARUBA
After you clear Immigration and Customs, proceed to the Baggage Claim area. Dedicated ADP Porters and Event Staff
will meet you outside the Baggage Claim area to assist you with your luggage. ADP will provide you with transportation from the airport to your hotel in Aruba. The ride is about 35 minutes. If you arrive outside the official dates for your group, transportation to your hotel will be a personal expense.
Note: In the unlikely event your luggage is missing or damaged, please do not leave the airport before notifying the airline and filing a claim, and notifying ADP staff at the airport of the claim.
FLIGHT DELAYS OR CHANGES EN ROUTE
• Please call the ADP Group Travel Department at 877-237-2037 (within the United States or Canada) or +1 973-712-3847 (from all other countries).
• If you are in Aruba, call the ADP Travel Staff at your hotel. Phone numbers are listed in the Hotels section of this booklet.
• If you are unable to reach the ADP Travel Staff and no one is at
the airport to meet you, take a taxi to the hotel. Upon arrival, the ADP Travel Staff will reimburse you for the ride.
DEPARTING ARUBA
On Night 3 of President’s Club, the ADP Travel Staff will reconfirm your return flights and send you a departure notice. Your notice will include instructions for luggage collection, hotel checkout, and transportation to the airport.
21 | TRAVEL TIPS

ADP will provide you with transportation from your hotel to
the airport on the group departure date. If you depart before or after these dates, transportation to the airport will be at your personal expense.
Once at the airport, you will check in at the counter for your airline, clear security, then proceed to your departure gate.
Note: For travelers flying to the United States, you will go through Customs at Queen Beatrix International Airport, prior to your departure and clear security a second time.
RETURN TRIP IMMIGRATION & CUSTOMS INSPECTION
AUA is a pre-clearance airport for most airlines flying to the United States. If you are returning to the United States or connecting to international flights via the United States, you will clear U.S. Customs and Border Protection before leaving Aruba. Non-U.S. citizens must complete Immigration and Customs Declaration forms. Be prepared to show your passport and receipts for purchases made in Aruba to a Customs officer.
TRAVEL TIPS | 22

SAFETY & SECURITY
HEALTH & SAFETY STANDARDS
The water at your hotel, in restaurants, and from public fountains is safe to drink. No special immunizations will be necessary unless you are traveling from an area known for special health problems such as yellow fever or cholera. The ADP Global Security Organization has arranged all President’s Club Security. ADP Security will be present throughout the entire program and will be responsible for access control, response to any security or medical issue, and the investigation of any allegation of associate behavior that violates the ADP Code of Conduct. Any security questions or concerns should be directed to Greg Kohles at 862-250-3523.
EMERGENCY INFORMATION
If there is an emergency at home while you are at President’s Club and your family cannot locate the “While We’re Away” magnet included in this packet, there will be several ways to reach you in addition to a direct call to your mobile phone.
• They should first call your room at your hotel.
• If they cannot reach you in your room between 7:00 a.m. and
7:00 p.m. EDST (Eastern Daylight Saving Time), they should ask
the hotel operator to route the call to the ADP Hospitality Desk.
• If they cannot reach you in your room between 7:00 p.m. and
7:00 a.m. EDST (Eastern Daylight Saving Time), they should ask the operator to forward your call to the hotel manager, who will contact the ADP Security Representative.
23 | TRAVEL TIPS

PRESCRIPTIONS
Bring enough medicine to last the entire trip. Pack prescriptions in original containers in your carry-on luggage. If you have
a condition with special needs, bring a doctor’s note. If you
have a medical problem that restricts your mobility or
involves dietary restrictions, and you did not note this on your President’s Club Registration Form, please advise ADP President’s Club Headquarters before departure by emailing [email protected].
IF YOU BECOME ILL ON THE TRIP
There are modern medical facilities in Aruba. Bring your proof of insurance with you. In some cases, providers may need payment when they render services. For medical emergencies, dial 911 from any open phone.
SECURING VALUABLES
Each President’s Club hotel has safety deposit boxes.
• Keep airline tickets (or e-ticket confirmations) in your safety
deposit box.
• Take a photocopy of the first two pages of your passport and
store the copy in a safe place (if you lose your passport, this
information will help you obtain a replacement).
• Do not leave purses, wallets, cash, cameras, or other valuables
unattended.
TRAVEL TIPS | 24

CURRENCY & PURCHASES
ON-SITE MEAL ALLOWANCE
Upon arrival at your Aruba hotel, you will receive a meal allowance for your stay in the form of a $175 Visa® gift card (one card per person).
EXCHANGING MONEY
The Aruban Florin (AWG) is the official currency in Aruba. However, many markets, street vendors, and taxi drivers throughout the tourist areas accept U.S. Dollars. You may exchange currency at credit card offices, banks, and in some casinos.
AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES
Debit cards and credit cards are accepted by ATMs of Aruba Bank, Banco di Caribe, RBTT Bank, and Caribbean Mercantile Bank. The card must have either a Cirrus or Visa Plus logo. ATM instructions are normally noted in Dutch, English, Spanish, and Papiamento. Cash is usually dispensed in local currency.
Special Tip: For up-to-date currency rates, visit www.oanda.com.
CREDIT CARDS
The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba and the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino accept American Express®, Diners Club Card®, MasterCard®, and Visa® for your personal expenses. Many businesses in Oranjestad, Aruba’s main city and shopping area, also accept a variety of credit cards.
Inform your credit-card company before you travel, otherwise they might put a hold on your card due to unusual activity. Also, apply for a PIN if you plan to use your card for cash advances. Use a credit card rather than a debit card at your hotel so that the hotel does not put a hold on your debit card funds. Whether you present a credit card or a debit card, the amount held at the President’s Club hotel is $100 USD per room, per day.
Note: Traveler’s checks are also widely accepted in Aruba.
25 | TRAVEL TIPS

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
The use of a credit card at the hotel or anywhere else in Aruba may incur a foreign transaction fee. Different cards use different methods for determining this fee. Before traveling, it is a good idea to check with your credit-card company to determine how foreign transactions are billed.
GRATUITIES/TIPPING
ADP will pay the gratuities for President’s Club events and activities. For services outside ADP-sponsored tours and activities, gratuities will be a personal expense. In sit-down restaurants, diners usually leave a 15 or 20 percent tip. It is customary to tip taxi drivers at least 10 percent.
DUTY-FREE PURCHASES*
U.S. residents returning to the United States after 48 hours may bring back $800 USD worth of merchandise, duty-free. This total may include:
• One liter (33.8 ounces) of alcohol (provided you are age 21 years
or over)
• 200 cigarettes or 100 cigars that are not of Cuban origin
If you are visiting Aruba from a country other than the United States, please consult your country’s Customs Service to confirm what you are permitted to bring home from Aruba.
* Family members traveling together may combine their personal exemptions.
TRAVEL TIPS | 26

ELECTRIC/PHONE/INTERNET
ELECTRIC OUTLETS
Electrical service in Aruba is 110 volts and 60 Hz. Outlets are the same as in the United States. Travelers from other countries should pack an appropriate electrical converter plus an adapter plug.
• Converters and adapter plugs will not be available at the hotel. • If your appliances have a range, such as “110 – 240,” you will not
need a converter, just the adapter plug.
MOBILE (CELL) PHONES & iPADS
If you have a mobile (cell) phone or iPad® from the United States, it should be compatible with the networks in Aruba. If you are from another country, you will need a tri-band or quad-band GSM phone, or 3G phone supporting 1900 MHz to be compatible.
Additional roaming charges may be incurred. Speak to your manager about your need to have such service while you are in Aruba.
Ask your mobile phone service provider for a reasonable calling plan so you can make and receive calls while you are in Aruba. If you have a smartphone, you should disable your data-roaming feature to avoid excessive roaming fees. Use the phone in your hotel room only as a last resort, because all of those calls will be expensive. Charges incurred on ADP devices will be the responsibility of the associate.
27 | TRAVEL TIPS

It is strongly recommended to turn off the Cellular Data
feature on your smartphone and/or iPad® and use the Wi-Fi connection only whenever available, including at President’s Club hotels. We recommend you download the Aruba 2016 Club app prior to departing for President’s Club and while on a Wi-Fi network. Downloading while you are on data roaming abroad may cause some steep roaming charges. After downloading, the app information is still accessible without Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
INTERNET
Complimentary Wi-Fi service is available in guest rooms and in limited locations in the President’s Club hotel. Login details will be provided on-site.
ADP ELECTRONIC POLICY
Because any cyber intrusion is a risk to the ADP network, consider leaving your laptop home unless you specifically need it for ADP business. When using your ADP phone, please turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when you are not using it to communicate.
