ADP invites every BOD member and guest to each choose one (1) of the following during BOD – compliments of ADP – on August 1st.
SELECT AN ADP-HOSTED ACTIVITY:
UTV ADVENTURE
Get down and dirty, as you take the ultimate off-road, open-air Aruba adventure – in a utility vehicle! Zoom into the backcountry, through rocky gorges, and across awesome stretches of beach. After the safety briefing, put on your goggles, tighten your seatbelt, and start exploring with the help of a knowledgeable and insightful guide. You’ll stop along the way at some of the prettiest vantage points on the island to take pictures of the spectacular panoramas.
NOTE: THIS IS A DOUBLE-RIDER ACTIVITY. If you select this activity but your guest does not, you will be paired-up with another activity participant.

CATAMARAN SNORKEL/SAIL
Board a sleek 70-foot-long catamaran for an unforgettable
tour of Aruba’s coastline. Stop to snorkel in gorgeous Catalina Bay. Explore the site of the shipwrecked World War II German Freighter Antilla, which is now flourishing with colorful coral formations and plenty of snappers, parrot fish, and stingrays. Back on board enjoy the refreshing sea breeze. Bask in the sun with a cocktail in your hand. Soak in the sweeping views. This is your time to kick back and chill out.

While on-site, you can reach the ADP Staff during open hours by calling the hotel operator and asking to be connected to the BOD Hospitality Desk.
BOD ACTIVITIES
See the “Activities” section in this guide for information about what to wear and bring for group activities. Consult the Hospitality Desk to confirm where and when your activity group will depart.
Lunch is on your own using the gift card provided by ADP. Enjoy the remainder of your afternoon at leisure.

HOTEL CHECKOUT
Checkout time at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba is 12:00 p.m. Please settle your incidental account – by credit card (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Diners Club®), cash, traveler’s checks, or debit card – before departing the hotel. Personal checks will not be accepted.
TRANSPORTATION TO THE AIRPORT
ADP provides transportation from the hotel to the airport on group departure dates. Please see the departure notice that was delivered to your room for specifics about when you are scheduled to leave for the airport. In general, it is recommended to plan on leaving the hotel three hours before your flight departs. If you depart before group travel dates, you are responsible for arranging transportation to the airport at your own expense.
Upon arrival at Queen Beatrix International Airport, you will check in at your airline counter, clear security, then proceed to your departure gate.
Note: For travelers flying to the United States, you will go through Customs at Queen Beatrix International Airport prior to your departure and will clear security a second time.
